The manager is really nice and makes sure she fixes your order if it is wrong but it has alone happened 2 since they opened I'm glad we have a BK I don't have to go to Conroe. 1 of the lady that cook is always nice and greets me when I go in the morning

Today we used the Burger King app and got our Whoppers for 1¢ each - I also added a large fry. It was really yummy! Hot & fresh, and the staff was wonderful. They helped us figure out the app and made it all work out. Thanks for the penny Whopper😀

We stopped here on our way back from Galveston, as quick and inexpensive in and out place. Staff was friendly and kind. Lobby was clean, and also the bathrooms were clean as well. Nice new building. Would come again.
The food is always hot, fresh and made to order. I have never encountered a rude employee, a messed up order or cold food here. They are always nice and offer my children a crown even through the drive thru. Today Myles took our order and he was so polite and helpful. My son and I were debating between a few burgers on the menu when Myles said "we have the Jr Whoppers 2 for 5. You can add cheese and bacon at no extra charge. That's what I get, but if you have any questions let me know." He made that really easy! Yes, we will take the 2 for 5 Jr. Whoppers. Then I added fries, some chicken nuggets for my toddler and 4 cookies. That was a lot of food for $11. Everything was hot and freshly made including the cookies. They melted in our mouth. Thank you Myles! I didn't even know that promotion was going on. You saved me money and the size of the burgers were perfect for my son and I. We will definitely be back.

It’s been awhile since I had a charr broiled burger and this restaurant fit the bill! Food and service very very good just had to point this out! The service very upbeat everyone very courteous. I don’t get out to Willis often but found my experience there delightful today. Especially with respect to service I got at this Burger King. Everyone nice and super friendly! Our lunch here came out just the way we ordered,. Very juicy, nice and warm too. Best burgers we’ve had in awhile. Definitely my place for char broiled burgers!..,high five’s to the staff! ✋✋✋✋✋✋Thank you so much.
Me and my family started going to Burger King because it is healthier then most fast food places...less preservatives and no dyes. Today we had the best experience with a worked here named, BRITTNEY , she was amazing! Didn't rush me at all. Helped me make my oder more affordable and even while being bombarded with other orders stayed kind and encouraging to all the workers there. This girl was AMAZING!
The difference with this particular BK is the HOT food. Cold fries and burgers suck. I drive from Huntsville to come to eat HOT fresh food at this BK in Willis. The staff here is always so friendly. A couple of times they have turned my frown upside down with their customer service skills. Or maybe Ivan and Yasmin are just genuinely happy people.
In my search for a decent Burger King that has good food and good service I found this wonderful gem! The food was served as I ordered it hot and fresh and the soda didn't taste weird! Also the biggest plus was Brian through the drive-thru over the headset speaks clearly and with courtesy he is very kind and he deserves a raise! He went over and beyond to make sure my order was hot fresh and ready to go! Thank you Brian may God bless you and you have a Merry Christmas sir thank you for remembering that customer focused service!

Love the incredible burger! I cannot eat meat and the employees were so helpful by letting me know that if I got it grilled it would be in the meat grease, which would have made me very ill. It was like being able to eat a whopper again and I didn't gain any weight eating it! Usually when I eat out I gain a couple of pounds, but not after this burger! Awesome
Great service in drive thru! Brittany was BORN for customer service! We pulled in and ate in parking lot jus so I could go inside and get her name for this review! Food was fresh fast and Hot but her customer service was exceptional! Even if my food wouldn’t have been perfect I wouldn’t have complained! Great job Brittany! Hope y’all give that lady a bonus!
As a senior citizen, I was highly impressed with their service, they offered me a senior discount and I didn't even know they had one. The manager, Karena was extremely nice and recommended the biscuit, which was phenomenal. I will be back soon, Keep up the great work!

My kiddos and I always order online and have never had a bad experience. Our food is always hot, fresh, and CORRECT! The same can't be said for some other fast food establishments sadly. We still check our orders before driving off, but they always make our orders correctly and they are so friendly at the window.

Met the kindness kid, walked in on crutches to order and he paid for my meal and helped to back to vehicle. Never meet anyone willing to help like this anymore.. Raised right and made impression. Good souls are still out there.

Service is always great however they need to stop being so free with the condiments i.e. ketchup, mayo and mustard on the burgers they put so much you cannot taste the flavor of the meat. Also they need to start making the meat patties when food is ordered putting them in water takes away the flavor of the meat and the meat is always cold. I like my food hot fresh off the grill.
The gentleman taking orders in the drive thru window was great! His customer service was exceptional! We kindly asked if we could get all the vegetables on the side. He let us know "there's no button to request that, but he could let the cooks know ". I can't say that anyone else would have taken the time to do that. He was thoughtful and offered if we needed any utensils, ketchup, and even a crown. I feel bad that I didn't catch his name. I tried completing the survey found on the receipt, but that portal did not recognize the Survey Code or Transaction ID found on my receipt.
We ate inside around 7pm and The service was Quick, food fresh and made correctly but the roof or AC was leaking inside and on the booths. The manager i suppose (tall guy with blonde hair) was very apologetic and helped us find a seat so we avoided the area. The staff was cleaning it up and I'm assuming working on the solution. Overall good experience.
Went late after a long day of work. It was the best bk meal I've had in years!!!! The burger was so fresh and HOT!!! The fries were hot and salted! The drink was crisp and refreshing!!! Didn't expect a meal like that at 10pm. I drove all the way to Montgomery and my food was still warm. The meat didn't have that hard rim like it had been sitting and the bun was so fresh I had to write a review! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you for an awesome dinner!!!
I visited this Willis location Burger King drive thru on 03/08/2021, and Susie was who assisted me. She welcomed me, and spoke to me about specials, and then proceeded to help me with my order. When I got to the window, she made sure everything was correct with my order, and that I had everything I needed, from Ketchup, napkins, straws, etc., and then said thank you for your business. It is because of employees like Susie that I will continue to patronize this Burger King. I appreciate her level of care and truly exceptional customer service.
Always love stopping by a Burger King!!!!!!! Definitely enjoy the Whoppers, especially the Texas Double Whopper as it has Cheese, Bacon, Jalapeños, Double Meat, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Onions, Mayonnaise, Yellow Mustard, on a sesame seed bun...... oh geeze so delicious just writing this out makes me want one but well worth the money spent on it and I always get the combo to get get the French Fries and Drink. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly I would highly recommend this location
This Burger King has always had our food out hot and ready on time. Nine times out of ten its clean. Customer service is great and always greeted with a friendly smile.
I am ranking today's visit with 5 stars when though it took half an hour to get my meal. It appeared to me a new person was operating the drive-thru. I empathize with fast food employees, and having worked that industry once in my life, I know it is not easy. My food was hot, made how I asked (mustard and no ketchup) and my fries were perfect! Had I waited and my fries been cold, the score would have been different. Today, I got it my way. Thanks.
I would like to say, four or five stars is on a fast food level not on a dining level. But not to take anything away from this Burger King it was good nice and clean all you can ask for!
The eggnormous burrito is really special. It beats any other breakfast burrito in town. The people are very friendly and with little exception, they seem intelligent. I am still getting the wrong order from time to time, but I guess I have to expect it from any fast food restaurant. When you want your burger freshly cooked, ask for it “off the broiler“. They are more than happy to do that for you. Burger King has become my number one fast food choice. The flame – broiled meat is flavorful and the foods are not overly salty. The menu is more than adequate and the pricing, especially the “2 for _____ items are a great value. I do most of my visits at the drive-through. I have a broken window control so I have to open the door and get out in order to pay for my order and pick up my food. The drive up area smells like an abandoned sewer. You really need to do something about that. Update: the tacos are really special. They are priced better than Jack In The Box and taste equally as good if not better. They are good sized and well worth giving them a try.
Service today was not good. Normally it's a little slow but today room the cake. I pulled into drive thru at 4:10pm. Three BK employees in the parking lot visiting with people (not sure if they were on the clock off work or about to clock in) Ordered about 4:15 pm and got our orders about 4:27 pm . Fries over salted. Mozzarella sticks cold .. Not happy with them today.

Decent food if they get the order right. Ordered onion rings and was given fries...ordered diet coke and received Pepsi...ordered no veggies and had lettuce. Yet the lady at the window wanted to argue with my husband about what the drinks she gave us was. He told her multiple times it's Pepsi she got an attitude ssying it was Coke. He told her he only drinks diet coke so he knows the difference. After giving him attitude for a few minutes, she realized she couldn't remember our drink order to begin with. So, she remade it. 🤦
Never got a receipt. Paid for a bacon and cheese Whopper with mustard and no onions got the proper Burger but with no bacon. Of course didn't find that out till after I left with my to go order Fries were fresh and crispy
I'm not sure why Burger Kings meat is never hot anymore and it drives me crazy. I love Burger King and used to manage one back in the 90's. I hate to say it but I think it's because they don't microwave the meat anymore. Which may be a good thing but I just want a warm hamburger. The service at this location is usually quick. Most of the employees I've seen are friendly. They have a wide variety of items on their menu to choose from and the restaurant is usually clean. The food is good but not very warm.
Why do you have to make the parking lot smell so good to draw us in and get disappointed. I shouldn't really be though, I know what I'm buying... at least it's clean and friendly employees.
Definitely needs more people working. If you come here make sure your not on your lunch break cause you will definitely be waiting fhe whole time. There is always a long line for the drive threw and a long wait for the lobby.

I've lived in Willis since 2012, and have come to this BK a lot over that time. Today was the first day I was told a Military discount does not exist and never has. These two employees I have never seen before either...so perhaps they are just ignorant to this knowledge, I don't know but I like supporting businesses who also give back a little to our Veterans/Military, which I am one, and if this location truly has omitted their Veteran discount then, yes, it's their prerogative however, it will mean less frequent trips for me. Get it together Willis BK.
The line to the drive through was so long but once you're in it, you're kinda stuck. The guy in front of me was screaming n punching his steering wheel, and the ppl behind me jumped the concrete curb/barrier to get out of the line. And the ppl that pulled up into their place ended up sending 2 passengers inside... they returned with bags of food from inside before I made it to the front of the line. The girl was in such a rush to get done with me that she sent me off without my orders drink and I ended up having to go back inside despite all of my efforts to not have to.... probably safe to say, I won't be eating @ this location again. 🤷♀️
Inside is filthy. Food all over floors and tables. They allow people to loiter at tables that are not eating. Some guy looked like a gang member watching videos on his phone on speaker. Took forever just to get someone to come to counter to take our order. Then it never came. Had to go ask for it. Then saw employee eating fries while burger was sitting there getting cold.
Stopped by for lunch and the service was fast but the burger was burnt. I ended up throwing it away so I'd say check your food before you leave.

The drive through was fairly quick but it was a very slow time of day. I know it's hit or miss when it comes to getting my order right, but you guessed it, not only did they get it completely wrong, they didn't mark what was on my burger so I couldn't check until I got home and opened it up(see attached picture). There's nothing I love more than digging into my burger with my bear hands before I try and enjoy it. Now for the impossible whopper? First time trying this plant meat stuff. It is not unbearable, but has a God awful odor to it. So if you do try it do not smell it. The taste is bearable. But I am reminded of the si fi movies where there is no longer any meat or cheese etc. And people eat some manufactured paste. Just not for me I guess. One and done.
I was quite hungry. So wanted to grab a quick bite. Ordered me an impossible sandwich. Let's talk about service. Ordered from drive thru. After paying for the food was waiting at the window. Young girl handed me the food and I thanked her she was on the phone 📱 and didn't hear me and walked away from the window, the she realized and came back to thank me. Is it allowed to use phone while working?? Food was burnt.
80 % of the tables were not clean ,food particles on them . I ORDERED THE TACOS AND THEY WERE BARE NO SAUCE 1 TINY PIECE OF LETTUCE, WHEN I TOOK IT BACK TO THE COUNTER THE FEMALE SERVER TOOK IT OUT OF THE TACO BAG WITH HER BARE HANDS AND CARRIED IT BACK TO GET SOME LETTUCE I'm a Burger King loyal customer, I eat at one 3 or 4 times a week. I have never seen a location like this one in Willis tx
Manager is pretty rude, the employees are not that better. Went through the drive through, as I usually do I gave her the first meal of the order and waited for her to enter it, nothing came up on the screen and no response, i sat there till i heard something, all i got was an "and?" only thing to come out of this ladies mouth was "and?" "what?" and "uh" I just left.
This is the worst service BK ever, they NEVER get our orders right, not even close and the way the employees use so much condiments and ingredients that’ve gone bad… They’re friendly but I hope the quality gets back to BK standards…
This place is horrible ! Waited almost 10 min and no one was in front of me. The workers just look at me and keep on walking. Only one car in the drive thru. Nobody there is nice. Everyone looks like they hate there job cluding the manager. I waited almost 10 min for my meal that was cold and nasty fries. Won't go back !! Can't believe they have people like that work here.

After waiting for 13 minutes in the drive thru I finally get to give my order for a large fry thats it..... guy says hold on ill be with you shortly.....after 6 minutes I asked if they were still open, he finally takes my order.....19 minutes later for 4 cars I finally get to the window and get my daughter's fries..... everytime this place is so god damn slow! I'm gonna start driving to the one off 336 bc id still get home faster
Worst Burger King. Nasty restaurant. Employees on there cell phones no one greeting customers. Don't get me started on food I waited 17 minutes for a burger and fries that was cold. Employees not wearing gloves they have long fake nails not hats with fake hair. First time here never again
They refused to make hot coffee in the afternoon, keep in mind I already paid for it. They then told me it was morning only. I know this is a lie because I have purchased it several times in the afternoon. I then called surrounding locations who assured me they could and would make coffee all day.
Ate there last night after class. My son, my wife, and myself have been sick to our stomach all night and the next morning. Don’t eat here, it also didn’t help when the girl was making our drinks stuck her finger in my cup after she poured our drinks. I told her to remake those but that should of let me know what kind of fast food restaurant this was..
Worst customer service I've had, they messed up a simple order of one combo with an additional side. They took almost 15 minutes, I was holding on drive thru traffic because they couldn't take the order the right way and I end up just not getting nothing there since the 2 employees gave me attitude. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.
If I could give no star I would. Two weeks in a row food has been left off my orders. Surely you all have a second person looking at the orders before they are handed out. Training is a priority to great customer service. Get it together or end up losing a twice a week customer.
Ask employee manager on duty my time is 1101 to see if the young man had wrote down my name for replacement burger for the other week I stopped come through for double meat and she didn't care Didn't even bother to offer me any kind of replacement This is one reason why Burger King is filing for bankruptcy for piss poor people that don't care about their positions all they do is end up hurting the company. Ordered a bundle deal through door dash. The chicken nuggets were raw. The bbq sauce I asked for the nuggets was put on my whopper. I tried to eat it, but it was disgusting! I just paid $40 for fries and sodas. The rest was thrown in the trash. Never again.
BEWARE! We have gone through the drive thru on two separate occasions and both times our credit card information was stolen and used! We are filing a police report and have contacted the corporate office
Ok.. I ordered 2 tacos and a whopper come home to find they forgot my tacos I went back after calling to pick up my tacos which then took them 5-8 minutes to give me even after I called 7 minutes before!! And apparently it such and inconvenience for them to gloves or even hairnets. The the tacos were disgusting and were cold with burnt of whatever that horrid meat is made out of. I tell you now Horrible
Today was my second visit. The food tasted as if were cooked in old grease and there was literally 1 piece of bacon on my crossaints. They were out of syrup for French toast sticks but didn’t tell me until they handed me my food at the drive thru (after I paid) but there was a sign in the drive thru window that they were out of ketchup. The lady never gave me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one. The first time I visited was back in November around 8pm. The food was ICE COLD. The staff at this location is young and not very bright.
I want to preface this with I have been to this location serval times with NO ISSUES at varying times throughout the day. I have been treated with nothing but KINDNESS each and every time. Yesterday I went to this location around 2:30 yesterday afternoon (September 14) 9614 Fm 1097 Rd, Willis, TX 77318. Upon my entry, we were greeted after the woman at the register who I assume was a supervisor told a staff member arriving on shift their duties then greeted us. She was a short Hispanic woman and I believe her name was Sam (she was also not wearing a name tag). Initially, everything was fine and I placed my order. I was with my friend and ordered 2 Whoppers, 1 medium fries, and 2 cini minis. In my hand, I had cash and a coupon visible. I then told her I had a coupon for the order. She then informed me that I could not apply said coupon (for a BOGO Whopper) because I ordered a 2 for $6, which I never said nor was asked if that was what I wanted/ meant to say. I then said well I don't understand why it could not be applied, to which she said she was not able to void the ticket. I know this is not true because I work and have worked in the restaurant industry as well as my friend and I have ordered with coupons in the togo window and never had a problem before after saying I had a coupon once I placed my order. My friend then told her to start over or start a new ticket if this was the case. The woman made a face and toke out her phone and just subtracted the coupon from the order. I paid in cash and never received a receipt. Once my food was ready she did not give me the fries I had ordered. I told her this and she said that I could not get them since they were not a part of a coupon. I then asked that I thought I could add a side of fries to my order which is what I had thought I had ordered and paid for. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a small fries. I then asked if I could get a receipt for my order since I did not get one. The women said I could not since her drawer would be short due to my transaction. She even went as far as to show me her computer. My friend then went up to get a receipt for the store number that had a voided BBQ sauce on it. We left after that. The whole time we were there the restaurant was dirty, hot as if the AC was not on, and the ketchup was out. Like I said I have worked in a restaurant before (several even and currently) so I understand how they are supposed to run. I am HIGHLY disappointed in my experience and truly hope she is not a manager or supervisor because she deserves to be fired for that behavior and rudeness. I cannot imagine that way she treats her staff and runs her restaurant if that is how we were treated. ****UPDATE***** I contacted the cooperate staff and it toke TWO MONTHS for an answer to which I was only told the lady was fired and the situation was handled. NO compensation for my time or effort wasted trying to make the experience better for others and alerting the district manager to the behavior allowed to be elicited by a supposed manager. I still refuse to go to the location and all Burger Kings to this day.
OMG! That was the worst service in willis! They were out of the soft drinks and informed us AFTER they charged our card. They attempted then to short change us on a cash refund but Cynthia did the order wrong. And said we owed her another $6 for an item she forgot to add. Then we asked to refund the whole ticket and we would go to McDonald's. She short changed us AGAIN! We had to hold the line up and get the rest of our money back. She was rude and huffy puffy. Well if it was your money you'd sure want it back!!
So I looked on Google to see what time burger king closed and it says 12am so I headed to burger King to grab some food at 10:15pm and got there at 10:30pm and the doors were closed for dine in and I have coupons for meals that I was going to use...unfortunately the doors were already closed even though it says 12am....if the doors usually close that early or are supposed to then my bad but I think it should still be open because yall just lost my business when I usually come multiple times a week even though there is usually so many flies and I had a hair in my girlfriends food which is just sickening and I get it happens but no one was wearing a hairnet to try and prevent that from happening....overall I'm incredibly dissatisfied and will not be coming here again and don't recommend it.
This burger king is badly managed imo, came in twice with having multiple items unavailable. I tried to get the apple cranberry salad, they have no apples. I tried to get a spicy chicken sandwich, they don't have the sauce. I finally was able to order something they screwed up my order gave me fries instead of onion rings and the fries happened to be engulfed in salt. I use to work fast food and know sometimes it gets hectic and mistakes are made but this time of day they were empty. Will not come back again.
This place has terrible service & definitely doesn't care about their customers!! First off the moment you walked in you can smell that they were burning something, probably use of old grease, then it went south from there. We were grabbing a quick to go dinner to travel for the holidays... both containers of tea was empty, my wife had a 1/4 of her cup filled & asked for more, the lady just stared at her & said " well, there's just no more tea so you'll have to get something else". Isn't it their job to make sure things are stocked! To top it off, we had to pick off wilted lettuce from our chicken sandwiches! Fries were soggy! Obviously they don't care that they serve burnt, old food! Y'all be careful to not get food poisoning here!! I'M DEFINITELY NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!
Believe any review regarding foodborne illness. My entire family got sick after ordering from here through a delivery service. It was the only thing we all ate in common. Now my daughter is spending her birthday recovering. This place should be shut down.
Simply put there aren't any good or even decent Burger Kings in this area. Customer service is always borderline rude. You don't like your job quit! Food wasn't fresh even with a long wait
Honestly the worst fast food restaurant in Willis! Said I wouldn't go back after the last bad experience... And sure enough I went again just to remind myself of why I said I wouldn't go again!! Walked in and just didn't get greeted, their ice was out in the lobby and their drinks didn't have carbonation.. No one said anything about the drinks so I'm sitting there washing out my cup several times so I won't have to ask for Ice from the back again.. Finally I asked if they can serve me from the back and she said Id have to wait because it was out.. I said it was fine.. I know she wasn't to happy about that just with her face expression. I got my order and noticed they forgot an item and went back to tell her and she said OK I just dropped it.. After about 5 min they brought the drinks but not my missing item.. Had to go up there again and ask for them again! I just feel like they don't care.. I know I get what I pay for but seriously these people are not customer service type! Once Again I will not be going by there.. At least for a couple months
Came through drive through, waited in line for 30 minutes. They didn't have any onion rings, burned the cheese sticks. Didn't put food in bag came all the way home went back when we noticed we was missing food. Asked for a refund wouldn't give it wanted to remake the food we didn't get. Unacceptable!! Will not go back!
Went 9/14/2020 after work between 5:30 and 6:00. Watched a man walk out of the restroom with his gloves on and he went over after wiping his face with his gloved hands grabbed a bun to start fixing our food. We decided to get our money back and go somewhere else. They were not busy at all when we went. We were the only ones in there minus the few employees sitting at a table in the back of the dining room. We explained to the Cashier guy why we were getting our money back and canceling our order. We had no issues with the refund though. We won’t be back there til they change the protocols for using the restrooms. Drive through customers have no idea what they are in for. This is not the first time something similar has happened here but this is the first review. Hope this review helps someone else to pay attention who is getting your food ready.
Service should be -0 as a paying customer my request should be acknowledged SIMPLE. They give you what they want you to have even when I expressed I don't need it. The guy in the drive Thru window on the night shift has no clue what's going on in his space WIERD. COLD FOOD RUDE STAFF NO NEED TO RETURN SURELY...
Greetings, I just wanted to write to tell you all how awful your BK staff are at 9614 FM 1097 RD, Willis, TX 77318 The only reason I started dealing with BK was due to my Walmart plus membership. I'll be sure to post my experience within the Walmart plus social media groups. First they are lazy...they will not start an online order in until the person enters the store despite the customer choosing a pick up time. They are not following policy. Instead they treat the pick up time as the start the order time once you arrive. Second, crooks and thief's they are. After I refused to wait on an order that was place 20 minutes or so prior, they refused to cancel the order and issue me a refund they told me I would have to contact online support. When I contacted online support, I was told they don't issue refunds. I live 40 minutes away, so clearly they knew they were getting over on a passing by customer off the highway. So following this event....it is clear to me BK is clearly an unethical company that I will no longer do business with nor any of the RBI family of restaurants going forward. Popeyes, tim Horton's, or firehouse subs. You got $25 dollars out of me at this bi, but you have lost a franchise customer of all your brands for life, which is way more than $25. I'm sure my Google review will prompt others.
I had a bad experience here. I ate in the restaurant and it was filled with flies. Gross! I know so I filled out their survey to let them know and got a code for free Whopper but when I tried to use it in the drive thru they made me sit there while they tried to see if I "actually" filled out the survey? I sat there for a while and Julie came back and said I did not fill out the survey and I could pay full price for my meal. Yes she was rude but I tried to explain to her BK gave me a code for the completed survey and I pointed it out on the receipt . She said no people try to scam them all the time and I did not take the survey! I let Julie know I would give her another chance to make it right before I left because I did take the survey and she rolled her eyes at me. I don't need a free hamburger and I'm certainly not going to allow Julie to treat me like a thief by going back to this location. Obviously this location is under poor management and employees have not been trained in company policy. I guess that also explains why its dirty inside and has a fly problem. I can't say I have ever felt more unappreciated and disrespected as a customer than this visit with Julie at the Willis BK where you obviously can't "Have It Your Way". Nope! Not Today....
Ordered breakfast through the app while breakfast orders were still being accepted. When I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant refused to make it because they were “no longer serving breakfast.” If the app allows breakfast orders, they need to honor them — or stop taking orders once breakfast ends. Wasted my time and money.
First, they gave someone else's order so I had to go back. Then, when I did get my order it was all wrong! I paid extra for onion rings on my burger and there was none. I wanted it with no onions or pickles and both burger were loaded with them. To top it all off the lady at the window was screaming so loud at the guy to wrap up my food, I could hear her with the window closed. She was also so dirty it made me not even want to eat the food. I will not be going back to this one! Also my food was cold and stale. Come on people, customer service much! DISAPPOINTED! AND STILL HUNGRY!
Literally paid for a number 3 with onion rings and their stupid mozzarella sticks. Drove 20 minutes back home with no burger! Yall are a joke! At least you got my kids nuggets and fries right so she could eat when we got home.
ordered 5 bacon and sausage croissants for family and got home with them and there was no bacon on any one of them. when i called the restaurant first of all the manager didnt know how to answer the phone professionally, then she insisted that they had put bacon on them and argued with me about it. she actually hung up the phone on me and then refused to answer when i called back twice. i paid over $20 for these sandwiches and theyre going to practically call me a liar, instead of simply apologizing for their mistake. if they had put bacon on them in the first place then why would my brother have to bring them back to the store to get the bacon that i literally paid for. terrible customer service and terrible quality control. from reading other reviews poor management is apparently a problem at this location. check your food before leaving, sadly i will never come here again. id rather go to the bk on loop 336 where they are usually pleasant. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER
Excellent service! We went as a large group, and even though it was getting late, the staff treated us with incredible kindness. Everyone was respectful, patient, and very attentive. Even close to closing time, they didn’t rush us or make us feel unwelcome. One thing we really appreciated was that some of our group only speak Spanish, and the staff spoke both languages without any issue. That made everyone feel comfortable and included. In short: fast, friendly, bilingual, and professional. This location truly deserves recognition for how they treat their customers. We’ll definitely be coming back!
