I hear so much about how they don't only serve chicken but also calamari and grass fed beef burgers? So I checked it out. I didn't see any of that, but I did see people drinking beer so I guess they have a liquor license

My wife and I ordered breakfast at this location. There had been a slight error after our orders were placed. The staff (morning shift) was very helpful and courteous. They refunded our money and replaced our order with what was available on hand. We were very satisfied and pleased with the way that the staff conducted themselves. In addition, my wife ordered an iced coffee. The worker was very courteous and asked my wife if she wanted the extra syrup in her drink before she put it in. Overall, this staff is wonderful and extremely professional. I feel, if this were a different restaurant chain, we would've received mediocre service and undoubtedly no refund. Thank you for making us Chick Fila customers for life!
I was mistaken, and called Chick-fil-A for an ice cream cake for my dear sister’s baby shower because she was soon to have a baby girl Chick-fil-A did not have the available ice cream cakes I desired, but he was very nice and researched where I could get a sweet., delicious ice cream cake. Can you forward me after asking his informative Kahlig I wanted. I still have gotten a cake from Dairy Queen and so with that information I feel satisfied in this Chick-fil-A’s customer service. I wished him a good day.
I always appreciate how nice and helpful the employees are at this location. Anytime I've visited, they are always cheerful and thank me for dining. The location is not in the most convenient, on a corner of a busy intersection and minimal or no street parking, pending the day you go. If you getting your getting food to go, you have to park in a garage that's typically full.
After many, many visits I'm still happy with Chick-fil-A. They really did a great job making their food available throughout the pandemic with curb side pickup and ordering ahead with their phone app. When I'm in the mall I always notice a line at Chick-fil-A. Obviously I'm not the only fan. Try the strawberry shake the taste is awesome. Yeah, it probably has a lot of calories. I'm no dietitian and I don't pay much attention to nutrition, salt or sugar content. I can tell you the food tastes great, it's fresh, served hot, and affordable. I have not tried everything on the menu, but I have tried quite a bit of their menu and I don't have anything I would avoid. The phone app is so easy to use and convenient if you don't want to leave your car. Try it.
Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A?! Staff is amazing, as always, food is fresh and delicious, and ordering couldn't be easier. The girl who took my order even walked up as I scooted my car up so someone else could order behind me. 14/10 A+
I love their food, it tastes real and wholesome. I don't agree with their politics, but being someone that doesn't hold a company hostage because we disagree, I will be an advocate for their food. I note they are quite lgbtqp friendly, which warms my heart as well as puzzles me, but mostly warms my heart. I digress. The food is fresh and delicious

I placed an order for soup, but the store had run out since it was so late at night. When I came up, Sebastian immediately came up to me and addressed this problem. He offered an item to make up for the lack of soup and was nothing but courteous. The food was fresh too.
Rcv'd Great Svc & Assistance Ordering (visually impaired). It was refreshing to get greeted kindly and accommodated when I asked for assistance ordering. I do not look visually impaired so in busy situations, it's often hard for me get the help I need if alone. They even accommodated the southwest style salad I was craving by adding spicy chicken on top of the a limited menu salad and it's excellent.
That was an experience... since we did not have I’m in Canada until last week. Aside from its politics their chicken is yummy and different. It’s not KFC, it’s not Popeye’s,,, it’s a flavour you would want to go back for.
It is crowded and busy on Friday & Saturday. A very long line even with mobile orders. The parking at the mall is hard to find also.

This Chick-fil-A is at the very end of the food court in the Westfield Mall if you come in from the parking lot. Since it's in a mall, the only seating is in the food court and there is plenty of seating there. The service is as friendly as other Chick-fil-As and they sell all the same food. I recommend the spice chicken sandwich on a wheat bun with no butter. It shaves a few calories off of it and tastes better. Ask for the honey roasted BBQ sauce only available behind the counter.
The place is good in general chick-fil-A is great ,the service is amazing but on this particular is not like that I ask for ketchup they give sweet bbq ,I see someone else complaining about their order to you won't see this too often in other stores
These guys have a line when the rest of the food court is near empty. Friendly efficient staff pumps out the orders. When they get "backed up"... They have another person take orders from the line.
As always its good. The servers are a tad pushy now I must say. Asking you to order things before you have even seen the menu. But that is a minor thing.
My sandwiches are always nearly cold. It's been a weird experience here but the workers are sooo kind and give great service. I stopped coming here a while ago. But still give props to the amazing staff.
I always have a 4 or 5 star experience at any Chick-fil-A. They train their employees differently from a McDonalds or a Burger King, that's for sure. This location in the mall tends to have long lines and waits, but most of the time they make sure the customer leaves happy.
The majority of the time it's a good experience and good food. Sometimes it's along line and long wait to get your food after you order too but the food is almost always good. Once in a blue moon the fries are under cooked and the soda is flat. The owner seems to care about the customers and food quality. One blonde girl who works there and has been there for a while is very fast and professional. Overall great place to go, I go often.
Service in the drive thru was very slow. Food was good but received the wrong salad. Drive thru area and parking is very tight
About the same as all chick fil a. 4 stars for 4 reasons 1. Good customer service provided by the workers 2. Food came out really fast considering how many folks were waiting 3. The sandwich and waffle fries are delicious! 4. Price is decent for what you get Minus 1 star because our sprite drink tasted nothing like sprite more like carbonated water.
Ordered a milkshake via app. Normally great service. Didn’t hear them announce my name so I waited for awhile before I asked if my milkshake was done - it was sweating on the counter already. Very busy location. They need a better system of notifying when orders are complete. Milkshake itself was good (but usually has whipped cream but did not this time)

Sadly, had a very poor interaction ordering and a longer wait than everyone else to get well done tenders. Sighing is not part of "my pleasure" when asking the clerk to repeat herself in the loud mall.
This location is usually delicious and very good with coronavirus precautions. My last visit, 2 of the 3 breakfast sandwiches the biscuits were rock hard and inedible. I'm hoping it was a one time thing and not the norm for the biscuits in the future.
Things are usually okay when I go here, I go here often, every other day usually. So, today (1/25/19 around 3:50ish) , this time I had to wait a little while by the counter for my order. I witnessed what looked like a shift lead (blue shirt with collar) literally bullying another employee, he was visibly upset and started to get red in the face and even had to step away. Then the shift lead started laughing and talking about him with all the other employees. I can't imagine how that must feel for him, even if he is in the wrong someway you dont laugh about it with co workers, that's something you take up privately with them. And def not where customers can see....

Food was still good but the lowest level of service I have ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. Cashier got the order wrong and the kid who was expediting and saying peoples name was whispering all of them inside a crowded mall
Make sure you check your food... Open it up and see if you actually got what you ordered... Because they do not care and will not make it right. Very disappointed. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad. I used my mobile app went in and picked it up. When I got home about 30 minutes later I realized my salad was missing the chicken. I let Chick-fil-a know 3 times, nobody cares.
hate going to this one but it’s the closest one to where i live. they never call out mobile orders when they’re ready, even if it’s not busy, and it’s impossible to get their attention and ask for your order because they’re just going so fast doing other things. it wasn’t busy when i picked up my order, but they did not call my name. the food was also not even warm, the fries are cold and hard i’m so confused
The food was really tasty. However, I gave them 2 stars because I place my 1st catering order with this establishment and the delivery was not on time (was approximately 20 minutes late from the scheduled delivery time) and they missed 1 item from my order. Additionally, I had requested paper goods, but was not provided with any. I had to call the establishment several times for them to deliver my missing item.
I love Chik fil A but today my sandwich was overcooked looked dark brown, and my fries didn't taste fresh.

Unfriendly staff. Watch the side conversations after you’ve finished with a guest. Guest and other people that may know the guest as well hear your rude remarks.

This Chick-fil-A location I don't go to many times because some workers have to communicate with a better attitude and I mostly go to Montgomery mall chick fila and the employs and manager at this location treat the customers better.

An absolutely horrible experience, something I thought I would never say about a chick fil a. If you have the patience of a saint to wait 45 minutes for “fast food” then here is the place for you! After waiting for about 15 minutes, I went up to ask about my order. The lady said it hadn’t been made and took my receipt to presumably look into making my order...one would think. She then walked around with my receipt for a good 10 minutes getting other orders ready before walking into the back. So I asked another worker again who finally was able to figure out how to put chicken nuggets into a bag. It was never their please to help me nor did I ever receive an apology about having to wait literally 45 minutes for food. If I could give less than a star, I would. If you decide to stop here... good luck!
The assistant director his name is Andy R. Was extremely rude. They messed up on my order and we need it redone, he proceed to instead of refunding me, insult me as to why I don’t just get 12 counts+ so he doesn’t need to refund. Then proceed to say “you’re going to ask to refund for couple of dollars and cents?” Yes, I will and it’s so rude of you to constantly badger me after I answer yes to the refund. Are you going to pay the difference? Incredible rude. He then didn’t even ask for the original bag back he just reached offered and snatched it from me. Extremely rude director, will be putting complain in.
I paid extra to add cheese to the two sandwiches in my order. They made the one sandwich as ordered and left the cheese off of the other one. I was still charged for it. I let the store know when they asked for feedback, and they didn't seem to care.
Not your average Chick-fil-A. This location does not honor the nationally advertised promotions. I understand that each franchise owner is allowed to make these decisions, but this franchise seems to be more focused on profits than customer service and community relations. I would not recommend this Chick-fil-A.
Ordered two small chocolate shakes with no toppings. Then received one chocolate shake with all the toppings and one with no toppings. When I told the worker that it wasn’t right she said that only one was supposed to be plain. But she proceeded to try to “correct” it by making a new one. While she was making the new one she was very close to the machine so you couldn’t see. One of her coworkers was watching her. It took her a long time just to make another small plain chocolate shake. When she brought the new one over she said here is a new one sorry about that. I started to drink the shake only thinking wow she went heavy with the chocolate syrup. But as I kept drinking I found hair in my milkshake. Not only once but twice two LONG pieces of curly hair! I am absolutely DISGUSTED! And 100% unsatisfied with what I experienced. I will NEVER EVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
This Chick-fil-A had nothing on the menu & the staff were incredibly rude. Maybe the worst Chik-fil-a I’ve ever been to. Astonishingly bad and they messed up my order.
I have NEVER been to a Chick-fil-A where ANYONE was rude. The worker Mamadi who was working cashier was super rude when we were trying to order food. She kept getting an attitude just because she was having trouble hearing through a mask. It okay to politely ask instead of saying “HUH?!... WhAT?!” I was not the only one that saw this. Her coworker heard her and turned his head in shock as-well. I usually never complain but this was NOT okay.
Staff does not wear face masks. Order online. I wanted waffle fries but I ran for my life since Chik fil eh doesn’t take COVID 🦠precautions seriously enough . Go to McDonald’s.
This chic fila is the worse ever. The managers let students purchase items then demand they exit the store immediately upon receiving the orders. The owner is so out of touch with her establishment it's pathetic.
I thought it was just me, but yeah the customer service was very lacking here. Didn’t greet. Just gestures to go up to the register. Couldn’t even hear what the guy was saying and he was giving an attitude. Didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce. I didn’t even bother going back to ask for sauce because they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Lol.
I’m not sure if they care about food safety here. My order was mistakenly given to another customer, who put her hand in the bag (with exposed fries) before returning it. Instead of remaking the order, the same bag was immediately handed to me. I pointed this out to the staff and they did nothing to remedy this. They didn’t even apologize. Pretty disappointing from a food safety and service standpoint.
During my recent visit, my order was packed into many small individual items, which made it difficult to carry. When I politely asked for a bag to help carry everything, I was told I had to pay for one and the request was denied. Properly packing a customer’s order is a basic part of customer service. For comparison, when placing a large carryout order at McDonald’s, items are always packed into a bag so customers can carry them easily. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.
My wife ordered a coke float but they gave her a frosted instead. She went to ask if she can get her ordered fixed but the kid ignored her at first then smirked at his SUPERVISOR whenever she asked a SECOND TIME. Both the supervisor and the employee smirked at each other and then the supervisor said he can refund her….. all she wanted was to get what she ordered? She didn’t get both there names but they both had black curly hair. What a joke.
Ordered grilled nuggets, they served me breaded. I asked them to fix it and they charged me 2 dollars extra and couldn’t figure out how to do a mixed cash/card transaction at the register, wasting my time and the time of everyone behind me, when instead they could have eaten the two dollars, admitted whoever took my order made a mistake, and everyone could have gotten on with their day. It isn’t my fault your employee entered the order wrong. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Ridiculous.
A punk kid stole my carry out. Employee said they couldn't do anything and made me wait 30 minutes to reissue my food. Management needs to hand the order to each customer to stop food theft.
I am typically a big fan of Chick-fil-A, but my recent experience was disappointing. The food lacked flavor, and the bread tasted odd, almost like it had been stored with mothballs. We couldn't even finish our meal, it was that bad. Furthermore, the customer service was subpar. The manager walked away while I was in the middle of placing my order, leaving me waiting for quite some time. This experience was a waste of money and left me extremely dissatisfied. Beware of this location.
I’ve always had mixed reviews on the customer service of this place when I go in but today I ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher told me that they wanted to charge $.35 for a bag when she asked for one due to the multiple orders. I ordered three kids meal and a meal for myself which included drinks and they could not give the Dasher a bag?! She had to struggle to carry all of it to the door and had to make two trips. That is so inconsiderate. I could understand a customer that is ordering in person, but this is a Dasher that has to carry all of this through the mall to get to her car very very inconsiderate
Ordered 2 kids meals an a #2. It cost $26. Took it to my car, just to realize they didn't give me the kids drinks. The meal is $7...so I paid $14 for 10 nuggets a fruit cup and a small fry. Fantastic
Was treated very rude & disrespectful. I submitted a pick up order and there was a confusion with the app. I waited over a long time & asked for help after I was told I was going to be helped. Charlemagne was going to bring out the food. He did everything possible to ignore me, and not acknowledge me. He did not take the time to explain what the issue was or bother to even resolve it the worst experience ever I experienced from Chick-fil-A. I reached out to ask what’s going on & nothing
i don’t know if anyone bothers to read reviews of chain restaurants, but if you do, heed my warning. this location is THE WORST!!!!!! on multiple occasions they have messed up my order, missed items… and on top of that their customer service is very poor. they don’t even answer the phone. Does not seem to be well maintained in terms of cleanliness, the counters are always sticky. The staff doesn’t wear masks. you’re already in the food court, so just pick something else. There are far more options that won’t ruin your meal and mood.
