Service was good on a Wednesday night, place was busy. Overall quality of fuzzy has gone down with the price going up. I’m over it.

Just a PSA: the Fuzzy’s in Aledo will not honor the $3.50 nacho after 8:30. I asked the register person about the $3.50 nachos when ordering and she said they had three options but after I paid and looked at my receipt and it said $6.49, I asked why they charged me that high and she said that is what the computer says. I asked to speak to the manager and I showed them the above photo which they immediately took the paper and marked the $3.50 nacho out and said they don’t do those nachos. They did refund me 6 dollars but didn’t care their own advertising on Facebook or the paper literally next to the register says differently. My family loves reverse happy hour. I have a family of 8 and we wait to eat dinner to come to Fuzzy’s, but it is still expensive and we just want to eat the items you advertise.

This isn’t the first time this has happened. This actually happens almost everytime. It seems like they put none of the meat ingredients into the food. These are egg, cheese and CHORIZO tacos. One has almost no chorizo and one has a very minimal amount. The kitchen staff is also very rude even when you are simply saying hi and thank you. This place has gone down hill over the past couple years.

First, I'd like to say I love this restaurant, but this was the first time we went to this location. Food.... Always great. But they need to do a deep dive in their cleaning. Most of the tables were clean, as was ours..... I thought.... After we started eating, I took the salt and pepper from the holders and realized how nasty and disgusting the holder was. I looked at the holders on tables around us, and from what I could see, they were a lot cleaner than ours. See pictures... I'll go back and try eat at this one again, but will check the tables BEFORE we order. Hence the being nice and giving it a 2 star... Which normally would have been a 4. Come on Fuzzy's.... You can do better than this. Show a little pride....

By far the worst Fuzzy’s location I’ve ever been to. They have a sign at the front register asking for 5 star reviews, but you need to provide 5 star service for that , and this place falls way short. Be prepared to wait an exceptionally long time to get your food. If you are in the area and don’t mind driving a few more minutes, I’d suggest heading down to the Weatherford location.

Went in a week ago and waited 30 minutes for food, not busy, no line. Went in today, waited 50 minutes for food..several customers upset at wait time so not just an us thing. Queso was watery and cold.. will wait until maybe a staff turnover happens before trying again.

Update: I filled out the link provided by Fuzzy's below, but have not heard anything yet (it has been a couple of weeks since filling out the form). My mom and I ate at Fuzzy's for the first time at the Willow Park location. We were pleased with the food, but were extremely disappointed with the service and hospitality of the staff. When we first arrived, we were not greeted in any capacity. I said hello to the girl working the register and she just stared back at me with no response. She acted completely put out by us being there and didn't verbally engage with us in any capacity beyond telling us our total. I am okay with employees who aren't chatty, but she just came across as rude. I also want to add that it was not busy and it wasn't like she was rushing to get us through the line to help additional customers. After we received our food, I went up to the kitchen window to ask for a cup of salsa. The employee there curtly told me it was on the table (I believe she was referring to the hot sauce bottles). I told her I was looking for a cup of fresh salsa and she also seemed put out by my request. She started talking quickly in Spanish as she directed her co-worker to get me salsa. Overall, my mom and I felt like a major inconvenience to the staff. I reached out to give my feedback to Fuzzy's directly, but have not heard anything in response.

No staff in site upon entrance. Waited for 5 minutes before anyone came to take our order. All staff was in the kitchen talking. Multiple guests needed service and had to wait or go to the window by the kitchen for assistance.

6 jalapeños on my giant order of brisket nachos. Asked for a few more and the lady in back said I had to pay more? Sheree’s dip the taco order asked for lettuce when ordering, got none. That’s extra too. Smh. Customer service has gone down the tube! They need to watch the video give them the pickle.

Wanted to try but came in stood there waiting to order it was only me and a couple behind me and no one ever was around to take order… I left and went to chicken express…hate to see it if it was actually busy…

Half the downing room was closed when we came in but plenty of seating. Now I know why. The food was the worst I’ve even had at a Fuzzy’s location. Very small portions for the price you’re charged. The streak tasted a little off like it was almost past the good date. I paid for extra steak and it looked like the same as a regular portion. When we asked to make sure because we paid for it we were met with eye rolls and told that was extra but they went ahead and a led a tiny bit more. Really?! If you’re going for drinks & maybe chips and queso I guess it would be fine but I’ll never return to this location for food!

Ordered brisket nachos. Did yall run out? Bidenomics? 4 dollar fish stick that tasted awful. Avoid Mahi. Next time I'm going to weatherford Fuzzys... seriously disappointed.

If you like cold meat in your tacos this is the place to go. I ordered brisket tacos and told the attendant that the meat was not even warm. He just said sorry but did not offer any help. I had to take the tacos to go and put them in the microwave in home. The taste was ok.
