I just live down the street from KFC and I've always been treated respectfully.and never once had to wait on a table to be clean . Bathroom is very clean . Willows KFC and team is the best.

Little pricey but then again nowadays what isn't. Food was excellent. Customer service be at the drive-thru window was on point they were polite prompt and you left excited to eat your food. I actually wouldn't recommend KFC's spin-off of mountain dew really wasn't that good Stick with the basics drink wise.

Forst of all the restaurants was really clean so 10/10 for that. The restrooms were also super clean 10/10. The staff was very friendly and respectful and omg just such kind people 20/10 for them. Overall it seemed like the staff take pride in their job and care about the customers. This place looks very well put together and the food was bomb. I love going to this KFC specifically because of the experience and good quality of food. The closes KFC to me is 15 miles away but I would rather travel 27 miles because I know I will be guaranteed great customer service and good food.

KFC has gone way down in quality since the 2000s, but it's still a good flavor profile. The lack of pressure cooking and the existence of so many "boneless" white meat options (sandwich, "nuggets", tenders) seems to have caused them to dissecting the breast portions to produce these other options. Regardless, it's still good, but the Willows location has a weekly offer that is a huge missed opportunity for the brand as a whole: Chicken fried steak. Rather than produce their own, they just fry premade patties that don't have any of the KFC seasoning. If they needed them by hand, it would be cheaper and actually taste like KFC! They're not bad, but they're frozen and not exciting. As for the rest of the food, it's generally good enough, but nowhere what it once was. The employees at this location are generally pleasant and astute, no complaints there. The interior is typical modern soulless fast food though. Nothing much to be done there except Yum! Brands restructuring and going with a more signature look in remodels, which isn't going to happen.

The KFC that I visited in willows California, I had chicken pot pies a pair of them.. Wait staff was quick.. Terrific !

I ordered online pick up, and I got 2 missing chicken pieces. I already left, and I'm far away, so I can't come back and ask for my chickens. Please check before you leave this terrible KFC franchise.

Takes forever to help you and do your orders. Not sure if they are under staffed but the wait times are unacceptable. Waited 30 minutes for my order.

I ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwich and 3 piece chicken tenders, these were horrible, it was all crust, burned, and hard as a rock, it didn't appear to have any meat. Was it because I ordered at 8:40 p.m. and they were getting rid of garbage and decided to but it on a bun. Ridiculous! Waste of money!

I went online and made an order for pick up an hour before I arrived. I was on a time limit otherwise I would have waited until I arrived to the restaurant. I arrived on time only to be told I would have to wait 16 minutes for my order to cook. What actually happend was customers came in and they sold my already paid for dinner meal and I ended up waiting 27 minutes to get my food and get back on the road. The people that we were to meet ended up waiting almost 30 minutes longer that we were expecting. Needless to say I am very mad about them selling our food before we got there. These people think they deserve $15.00 per hour. I highly recommend they learn how to manage their time and learn how to earn a wage. We should not have had to wait the customers that came in well after I placed my online order should have had to wait for their food.
