What can I say, Its KFC! this restaurant is very good. I live in the mountains and coming home and seeing this KFC made out day. It is worth the pull off the HWY to eat here.

There are times when only KFC will do. And the Willows CA KFC is outstanding. Great service from friendly people combined with piping hot chicken, chicken pot pie and cold drinks - the best way to enjoy a Friday evening meal. Again and again.

We pulled in really late. We came from out of town and pulled in at 9:59PM on friday aug 4th. The Hispanic lady that took our order was more then happy to take our order even though we pulled up right as the store closed. She even ran back inside because the crew forgot our tea. And caught us before we left the parking lot.

This is the best KFC I've ever been to. Super clean, super fast and the food is always perfect. I almost always get the original recipe chicken but I've tried all the other flavors and I actually like them all. If you like KFC definitely stop here if you're in Willows.

Management at this location stepped up with the KFC APP. This is unlike the management at the Chico location. Thank you Sir. You represented your label properly. Not so in Chico.

Forst of all the restaurants was really clean so 10/10 for that. The restrooms were also super clean 10/10. The staff was very friendly and respectful and omg just such kind people 20/10 for them. Overall it seemed like the staff take pride in their job and care about the customers. This place looks very well put together and the food was bomb. I love going to this KFC specifically because of the experience and good quality of food. The closes KFC to me is 15 miles away but I would rather travel 27 miles because I know I will be guaranteed great customer service and good food.

Good menu choices... although chicken is good they need to make sure oil is completely off chicken before packaging them, sometimes there is a lot of oil in bottom of tub... other than that no other problems. The place is always clean, plenty of parking and never a long wait.

Brands restructuring and going with a more signature look in remodels, which isn't going to happen.

Decent KFC but they have mosquitoes! I got bit 3 times while eating there. So ridiculous.

They didn't give us any butter, honey or forks with our take out order.

They no longer have grilled chicken! Which means no low carb celiacs can eat here super sad face. On the flip side my kiddos loved their tenders and mashed potatoes...

Not impressed ,with the um employees,I guess they are employed there not sure because they were more interested and enthused with playing around and arguing about what the order board has displayed and the customer in front of us left and so did the other people in the drive through wasn't busy 4 customers but these guys were very quick to get confused and never saw a floor manager or shift lead person anywhere until we got our food 2 white piece dinner combos 1 original and 1 crispy which was what we got In Our boxes, 1 of each piece and no choice of mashed and gravy or slaw you just got whatever they wanted to put in there and you better be grateful for it like I said wasn't impressed so that really cuts the waterways in willows CA. down to no where to eat but at the gas station as long as it's chips in a bag and it's from the am pm store sorry sad but fact.....

There was no line and Waited 10 minutes before a response in the drive through to order , then another 15 minutes for a famous bowl . Foods okay just wish it was at a faster pace , hence fast food .

Went there pretty early, 9/9:30 am and while the doors were unlocked the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and yelled and me and my friend to "get out, we're not open until 10:00!" Very unpleasant, didn't go back.

You know as a worker of fast food and you would think other places that are dead would remember to put essentials in the bag along with making sure the whole order is in the bag I work for subway there's really no excuse for these workers to forget food or essentials for orders they had absolutely no one in drive thru and one or two cars that had been parked there for a minute probably the workers point being if you're dead as a fast food worker make sure u have everything in the bag b4 u give it away you wont have upset people it's really not that hard to place essentials in the bag I do it around lunch time and around times the days are busy any excuse yall give is just pure laziness.

Don't leave wihout checking your order, I definitly didn't get what I paid for, my order was missing several items, and I live in redding , so it wasn't feasible for me to return and have my order completed. I am throughly irritated!!

Ordered 2 orders of the 12 piece hot wings. 30 miles from home..They were so hard we couldn't eat them...Is to far to take back...We were very disappointed...

Unbelievable!. Food safety is not a concern for this franchise??!! I went through the drive thru in Willows, CA. The cole slaw and mashed potatoes were packaged in the same paper bag. When I made the girl at the drive thru window aware of this she just shrugged and said that's what we're supposed to do. I asked her for another bag to separate the order. She proceeded to give me one with a horrible attitude. Thanks won't be going to KFC anymore if food handling is not a priority. I will be cross posting

Girl "helping" us started to get our order then went over to help her coworker explain something to another customer. When I ordered I said 2 order #this and 1 order #that and a pot pie received 2 orders #this 2 orders #that and a pot pie COMBO aswell if it was more money I would have said something to the girl right then but i was too damn tired to even deal with it!

Chicken was dryer than the Mohave dessert. 20 dollars for 7 chicken tenders. Horrible.

Ordered the 10 piece w/ cinnamon rolls, the rolls were just the biscuits with cinnabon flavors, the biscuits were gross and not at all what I expected, also they forgot to make chicken a added wait, not even a few I'm so sorry I forgot to order that up. bathroom was disgusting, if it were busy I could understand it was not.

Have stopped at the drive through twice in the last month. Tonite was the absolute worst! Got the order wrong, ordered original recipe, the skin was dripping grease, disgusting. Don't waste your money.. The quality of the chicken is not what it use to be.Will not go back...

I got extra crispy and the batter has changed. I guess I will go back to the original. Part 2 of my review the grease was heavy in bottom of container biscuit was hard as a rock. This is 3rd time I have gotten bad food. It go's through ya. The older man at register was difficult to understand. KFC needs to set standards for THIER name. What actually happend was customers came in and they sold my already paid for dinner meal and I ended up waiting 27 minutes to get my food and get back on the road. The people that we were to meet ended up waiting almost 30 minutes longer that we were expecting. Needless to say I am very mad about them selling our food before we got there. These people think they deserve $15.00 per hour. I highly recommend they learn how to manage their time and learn how to earn a wage. We should not have had to wait the customers that came in well after I placed my online order should have had to wait for their food.
