The plain bagel wasn’t toasted it was just warmed up. It tasted old and moldy, also the cream cheese tasted sour. It ended up in the trash

The Dunkin app and this google says open 24 hours and that is not true. I placed a mobile order and when I went in they said that Dunkin is not open 24 hours it is closes at 3am and opens at 5 am. This is why I canceled my Dunkin app and why I only go when I have to because we are truck drivers. When I stated multiple times that they needed to update the hours it was we are just workers the owner has to change. I stood there while the order was going off the man worker didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked if there was someone there to complete my mobile order.

So I come in and ask for a bagels with butter but Lucky rings up a bagels with cream cheese i tell her no I want butter and it's cheaper and she refuses to change it so I walked out. Nobody gonna steal from me

Don’t bother with the morning crew. They CANNOT make coffee right. I asked for a latte! The coffee they handed me looked like regular coffee. It was initially bitter, I asked for more caramel but it didn’t taste right either way. Please teach your employees to make coffee the right way.

Ordered a drink, took a sip of it and it was not good. Took it back inside for a replacement and they refused even though they acknowledged that there were complaints about this item. Their fuel is also higher priced, the restroom was disgusting, and just a few more miles up the road is Bucee’s. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t stop here if they offered me a free drink.

Ight, so my older brother (Black, 6ft) went here and the cashier 1. Wouldn't let him get donuts for no apparent reason (there were donuts), and also tried gaslighting my older brother into thinking the milkshake he wanted wasn't there (it was) and I didn't even go in, but frankly this places reviews almost all seem to be bad service, so I ain't going in that building.

We got 1 donut, 4 kolache's, and 2 vanilla lattes. Donut was room temperature, kolaches were COLD, and the lattes came without the syrup. Understaffed, and employees called food out by item rather than by ticket number (which led to confusion at the pickup counter and people touching other people's food). Very unorganized, tables were sticky and chairs were covered in crumbs. Very disappointed, ended up throwing half of our order away.

Twice! I said it twice. Granulated sugar in my coffee! Not liquid sugar!! Paid 8 bucks for two large coffees and had to trash them both because they tasted like chemicals. If I pay for something I expect to get exactly what I am paying for. How hard is that!?

Firstly I wanna state that this location is tied into a Stickers fuel station along I-10 between Texas and Louisiana. Before you enter the station there are a hand full of vagrants outside day and night as I have had the displeasure of begrudgingly stopping here for fuel. This time I needed coffee and thought what better than Dunkin coffee instead of truck stop coffee. Big mistake! The station is dirty and packed full of disorganized racks of travelers mugs, shot glasses etc. The Dunkin is a counter that connects with Stickers burgers and a poor Baskin and Robbins. All three connected counters are run by the same few folks per shift and none of them care enough to keep their stations clean. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, two donuts and one coffee. None of them were made correctly and all were packed in the same paper sack. The coffee tasted like plastic cup. Their payment terminals were disgusting and almost inoperable as they didn't take my card or my fiance's card. We had to download Google pay to make a payment or would have to resort to using their ATM plus fee to pay cash. The toasted coconut donut tasted like stale bread that my girl spat out. I wanted to go back in and complain but when I walked back in, no one was behind the counter. When we turned out of the parking lot, we saw them all sitting and smoking out by the side of the building. If the store had someone in it, we couldn't find them or hope that they would care. Stay away from Stuckeys if you value coffee, cleanliness or mildly caring employees. I would give a negative star review if I could.

This place stank in the store and in thenretroom. Like bad fried oil and sewage. I nearly wanted to throw up from the smell in the ladies’ restroom but the mask helped just enough to help lessen the smell. The ice cream ladies were nice and gave two generous scoops but wouldn’t give me a cup of ice, saying I had to get some from the soda fountain from the store and pay for it. I found that a bit stingy when the cups and ice were right behind them.
