The name is perfect! The tacos are sublime. What they have available each day is hit or miss. I have been able to try their chicken and al pastor tacos. The al pastor is the best in the area. The chicken is good as well. The tacos come with a guacamole salsa, pickled onions and limes. If you are not a fan of onions or avocados, the meat is also good alone. I recommend the works though 😉. The asada fries are great. They are smothered in a chipotle sauce and crema. Asada isn’t always available, but whatever they have try it! I swear this “hole in the wall” will blow your socks off and leave your mouth watering, and craving more.
Stopped in for coffee and breakfast burrito. Really good. Was ready in 3 minutes . Good coffee. A large menu
Great home town restaurant. Quality meat. Authentic recipes. Gotta try it, definitely going on one of my stops coming back from Vegas. 🤙🏼
Highly recommend! Best stop when charging Tesla! The food is SO worth it! The tacos and salsa are so tasty! The staff is very friendly. This is our new must stop when driving to Las Vegas from LA!
fantastic food, decent AC and tinted windows so you stay cool there in summer. very nice staff. google says they are open until 12am but they are only open until 8pm. not sure what time they open.
After driving by this place multiple times on our way to Vegas we finally decided to check it out today on our way home. Robert the guy up front was very helpful and friendly with great customer service and hospitality. We ordered 5 tacos for us and a cheese quesadilla burger and fries for the kids. The tacos were delicious and reminded us of TJ tacos. One of our sons loved his quesadilla and the other really enjoyed his cheeseburger and fries. All in all a great place to pitstop for a bite to eat.
Best food I've had in the Barstow area so far. Employees were welcoming, nice and had no issues with our group's large. I had a cabeza taco and chorizo burrito, both were excellent. The resturant also invites local street vendors to set up in the parking lot. If you happen to see the HOT CHEETO CORN BOWL truck there then do yourself a favour and get a hot and dirty bowl of corn.
Went here with my partner and the tacos were absolutely incredible! Even with the limited menu and construction going on, the high quality of ingredients, presentation and sheer amount of food it is worth every penny!! We got a mix of chorizo, asada, and al pastor totalling 12 (expecting smaller tacos) and after two each we were full. Highly recommend!!
Pinches Tacos never misses. Stopped by and ordered the super nachos and they were loaded to the max — perfectly seasoned carne asada, crispy chicken strips, and the unexpected but amazing addition of tater tots that took it to another level. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, with generous portions that definitely hit the spot. Service was smooth and the vibe was chill. If you’re looking for comfort food with bold flavors, this place is a must. Will definitely be back.
If you come here to charge your Tesla, or need gas (there’s a shell next door) give this place a try, worth every bite! The food is cooked to order get the el pastor / carnitas tacos, if you like nacho cheese definitely get the nachos. The chips were hot and crispy the best! Everything we order was delicious! This is one of those places where you should not judge the book by its cover. I honestly would stop here than eddies world.
The Assada tacos are bomb! We ordered the taco combo that comes with 5 tacos and a drink! 10/10 highly recommend. Our tacos was cooked and at our table in less than 5mins from ordering! We will definitely eat here again on our way to/from Vegas!
Heading on the 15 South before Barstow, out in the middle of nowhere, there's a Tesla charging station—and right in the middle of it lies **Mis Pinches Tacos**! This spot, run by the friendly owner Robert, offers a wide range of American-Mexican dishes, from tacos to burgers. I thought about just getting two tacos and a drink separately, but when I asked Robert about any specials, he let me know about their 5-taco special with a drink for only $14.99. The tacos came out fresh and hot, topped with green guacamole sauce—perfectly flavorful! If you’re looking for extra salsa options, they have a mini salsa bar right next to the fountain drink area. I also shared the super fries with a friend, which were absolutely delicious hot and loaded with melty cheese. If you're charging up and craving something tasty, this place is definitely worth the stop, Especially if your waiting for your Tesla to charge or if you want some good food before heading out on that 15 south freeway
Great place to stop to charge car and get some good food (and use the bathroom). The burritos are excellent as are the tacos. I got the al pastor the first time and the carne asada the second time. My friend loves the tacos. Skip the chips and salsa as they are not homemade. The strawberry milk aqua fresca was really good but I like strawberry milkshakes too. My friend prefers the mango and especially the watermelon which I didn't try since they weren't available.
Cleanest bathrooms on the 15 that I have seen! Super nice folks. Right off the highway. Grabbed a drink!
The tacos are top notch, very original and tasty, particularly the "al pastor" style. The aguas frescas or natural flavored drinks are good also. It's a good place for a quick bite while you charge.
Bless Mis Pinchis Tacos for providing much needed service on the road. Stopping at this location is the perfect opportunity to fuel up and get some great authentic Mexican food (which, in my opinion, is much better than fast food). The meat here is well prepared, and there are a ton of drinking options. Not to mention there Aguas Freskas that come in awesome containers. For starters, I had a burrito and tacos, both with birria meat. I also had the Horchata and a handful of salas. The burrito was to die for! The tortilla was quality! The meat was just perfect. For the price, the burrito was a great size. I interchanged between red and green salsa, but what took the cake for me was the Backyard BBQ green jalapeño sauce bottle. There is a couple located in every table. The tacos had everything I was expecting and more with a crunch to them. The establishment is well kept, and the seating is very comfortable. The bathrooms are in a kept up condition, and the price to stop here is well worth it. This is my new favorite hidden gem 💎
My family and I were passing through to California. We stopped to charge our Tesla and decided to get lunch at Mis Pinches Tacos. Best decision we made. We were getting tired of seeing and eating Burger King and McDonalds. So yummy and worth every penny. Workers are friendly as well. We will definitely be stopping here on our way to California next time.
We tried this place for the first time and it was delicious. We had tacos and a quesadilla. The flavor was great and they give you lots of meat! We highly recommend you try this place.
I was working nearby and something told me I needed to stop by this place. Didn't look at any reviews. Didn't have anyone recommend it. At first look the signs look cool but the parking lot was empty but it is Monday in the middle of the desert so Vegas traffic isn't going through. I wasn't even hungry but something told me I wanted to try it. So I ordered two street tacos. One carne asada one pastor. These are hands down the best tacos I've ever had in my life. I lived in Southern California for over 36 years and I've eaten a lot of tacos. These were amazing. I will drive 1 hour just to eat here. This is voice to text. I apologize if this route you was horrible. I just couldn't even wait to get home to post a review. Come support this small business owner because what he is putting out of the kitchen is absolutely amazing.

Hit or Miss! Food is good but never have the fountain drinks available. Salsa bar isn't consistent. For the price, I definitely expect a bit more consistency and upgraded atmosphere.
Kinda pricey but the portions are generous. There's a ton of Tesla chargers in the parking lot but not much parking for regular cars. If your in a group like we were just be prepared to park at the gas station next door or in a Tesla charging spot.
Al pastor tacos were very flavorful, chorizo is A-1 , loved the carne asada ! Their hot sauces are amazing great place to smash down some good food ! Atmosphere is awesome , Going back while I'm in town .

Order an Asada burrito. Asada taco and Pollo Taco. The burrito was good. It was loaded. And tacos Were delicious. I will be stopping soon since in 2 weeks they will be having steak.here is the Menu coming soon.
Carnitas tacos were quite good, salsas are good, iced tea not so much, and the whole place smells like a dirty restroom even though the actual restrooms were reasonably clean. Conveniently located next to 30+ Tesla superchargers. Get a bottled drink and eat in the parking lot and you’ll probably be happy.

First time visiting while traveling with my family and stopping for a quick bite. I appreciated the sign stating that restrooms are for customers only, especially since the Shell gas station across the street had public restrooms with a long line. However, the customer service was disappointing. While I was placing my order, the cashier stopped assisting me to help another customer with a receipt issue. I did not like this, as it was my turn and my order should have been completed first. He also began handing out other ready orders, which is understandable, but a simple “sorry, please wait” would have made a difference. There was also no greeting. I’m giving three stars mainly due to poor customer service. On a positive note, they did have utensils and a salsa bar, which was nice. We ordered a corn cup and a chicken taco. The food was decent, but the prices felt high—over $4 for one taco with less chicken, and over $5 for the corn cup, with very little cheese added.I don’t mind paying since it’s middle of highway BUT should’ve added More chicken and more cheese to the food.

They have tacos prices individually but you are not allowed to order them in singles only in set of three and you can’t pick different meats for you tacos they said “because the meat comes already p for three tacos”. Please update the menu to reflect this because the menu is misleading. Al Pastor taco was bland and dry. Green salsa was good. Guac is mixed with green salsa.
I saw the 3.7 stars review rating and thought interesting; in hindsight I should have gone next door for chips and nuts from the gas station. Oh dear, I didn't know you could get tacos this bad from a restaurant, not had tacos this bad for a decade. The place had half the seats on the tables, not a problem but I'm pretty sure that EXIT is meant to be lit. Anyway that was the highlight of my vist. For context the place is pivoting to steak sandwiches for those Testa owners I guess that charge up outside. Maybe the cook is more proficient with steak. Lots of chargers for those who wish to gamble in Vegas and try the restaurant.
I feel bad giving 2 stars because the man that helped us was kind. However the place smells SO freaking bad that I was gagging. My kids were acting like they would die smelling the air (funny but not funny) I ordered a corn cup since we used the restroom, however it unfortunately went straight to the trash because I couldn’t get over how bad the smell was. The food looked great, but I questioned the food after smelling the place. It literally smells like an outhouse.

This place is lucky it's got Tesla chargers next to it. Otherwise, nobody would ever go here. Food is overpriced plate of grease and you can't even use the bathroom unless you buy something. Tesla should buy this place and shut it down or just turn it into a basic lounge with bathrooms. It's hurting their brand.
Upon returning from a Las Vegas trip during Labor Day, the journey was significantly delayed due to heavy traffic. The desire to finally try a specific taco shop, frequently passed on previous trips, lingered throughout the drive. Unfortunately, the experience proved to be a significant disappointment upon arrival and ordering food. The quality of the food and service failed to meet the high expectations. Ultimately, the experience highlighted the importance of managing expectations.
Place has an awful stench. Prices are ridiculously high, assuming they actually have food. Restrooms are for customers only, but all patrons get to smell it.
We tried to go. A man stood at the door and would not let us in. He let other people in and when we asked he said, "no you " in broken English. Maybe because we were the only white people around?
Mis Pinchis Tacos – Disappointing Experience I stopped by this location while charging my Tesla, hoping to grab a quick coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The small coffee was priced at $5, which felt quite excessive, and to my surprise, I was also asked to pay just to use the restroom. Beyond the pricing, the overall hygiene of the establishment was concerning—flies were everywhere, making it feel unsanitary. The behavior of the business owner or manager was unwelcoming and rude, which further added to the discomfort. I strongly advise others to avoid this location. If cleanliness standards are not addressed, this issue should be brought to the attention of the local city council for potential health concerns.
This place looks light a rundown diner from the 60s. Right next to a shell gas station and approximately 50 plus Tesla superchargers. The only thing driving business for this place. Honestly, the food was alright. But my son ended up getting some food poisoning. Due to eating the corn in a cup, I strongly do not recommend that dish. The atmosphere was somewhat subpar, not really welcoming, ohh, in order to use the restrooms inside the restaurant. You first have to purchase something with a minimum of ten dollars

Locks the bathroom and requires purchase to use it. This would be fine, but one whiff from the kitchen killed my appetite. Honestly, I probably would have tried it if they’d just let me pee first, but their passive aggressive signs and lack of basic human decency convinced me to just pull over at the next Starbucks.
Are you traveling? Do you need a rest stop? Dont come here..... Go somewhere else. The other places dont enforce bathrooms. For example....the gas station. Need to pee? No prob.... They dont turn you away.... Regardless of purchase or not Good luck staying in business 👋
