This particular White Castles in Yonkers NY is my favorite. I like the professional they treat me. They efficient and on point when taking my order and serving me my order. No doubt about it this white Castles is an old fashioned idea made new again!

We love White Castle!!!! Only downfall is the exit at the drive thru. If your finishing up collecting your food from the window and about to drive off..better take a glance at the side mirror to ensure no one is using the service lane to exit. Both lanes merge at exit.

I have recently consumed 15 White Castle Jalapeño sliders in a single, 45 minute sitting.. My intestines are trembling. But, as cower over my toilet in agony, my heart is full. 10/10 customer service,10/10 flavor, will be returning soon.

Bought the 20 sack meal, and was happy with it. It was made fresh, and I was out of the store in minutes after I ordered them. Tasty and delicious. Would recommend this location, for quick service, and QUALITY.

This is still the best standing White Castle around the Westchester area. The food is always on point and cooked to perfection. Burgers are always steamy and fries have that crispy layer that doesn't overtake the flavor of the potato nor does it have a surplus of msg. Actually I have had the fries with no salt before and they tasted just as great. The place is always relatively clean and has that White Castle white and blue interior. Service is great but sometimes the workers here on weekends are fried. Haven't gotten my order wrong yet but I feel that should be looked into. Other than that, if you like affordable sliders that are outta of this world, fresh fries, and a menu that never confuses you, then this is the spot.

Drive thru service was quick, I got white castle on a whim. It was made how I requested it. It was hot and tasty. Growing up this was a surprise when my aunty would bring it to us and boy did I enjoy it.

Wow what can I say. This is by far one of the more superior restaurants in the area. Try their mozzarella sticks. The burgers are flown in from heaven and have a little of God's goodness in each one. I must say the chef outdoes himself every night. Table service is supreme. Wait staff should be commended they are excellent.

The establishment was nice and clean. Friendly, fast and corteous service like always. I have never had a bad experience here in the many, many years that I have frequented the restaurant. I had a pretty big order, they gave me a timeframe of 20 minutes and it was done before time. The young gentleman even helped me to my car. He aspires to be the manager of the store and I told him as long as he keeps those customer service skills he has and not let customers get the best of you and change who he is, he is well on his way!

I love coming here and now that they have this new guy I think his name is Wallace he is so nice!! And funny and a pleasure to give your order to!! Dealt with him twice so far and he has been so nice. You can tell he cares about his customers!

This attention to quality makes a huge difference in taste and satisfaction. The night staff is equally impressive. Even the late hours, they are usually very outgoing and happy, which is amazing. Their positive attitude and friendly service make late-night visits enjoyable and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend White Castle in Yonkers. Everything was pretty good actually, I've had bad experiences at White castles before but these ppl are rlly helpful.

I hadn’t stopped by this location in literally 19 years. Was craving something different. The sliders were just as tasty as I remember and the fries were better tasting than any other fast food location that I can recall. I checked the reviews online before arriving. People mentioned in other reviews about the staff being helpful and cheery. They actually were! The reason for the 3 star atmosphere is that people came in begging for money and then just walked back out. I don’t like that. If you’re going to eat there that’s one thing but don’t beg and disappear to use it for who knows what else. I’d come back for sure.

I'm reading a lot of reviews that seem to be written by people who have never worked in this kind of business, nor run a fast food place. I started going to White Castle when I was a kid, and am approaching 70 now. My best recollection is of the one on Fordham Road, though it looks nothing like that these days. Still, I like them and when I get the chance to get some without going out of my way, I will. So today we hit the one in Yonkers, because I wanted to. Service was reasonably prompt, and the food was as expected. The staff was friendly, although the guy who we were talking to seemed to have some difficulty understanding that my lady wanted one packet of mustard to go with her chicken, which we somehow didn't get. Other than that, we enjoyed the visit.

The staff is why I go besides the food. During covid, they were friendly, and I got my food fresh off the grill. I'm very proud of them for working for an honest dollar...it isn't easy here because most of these jobs, including mine don't pay us what we deserve plus we don't get enough to pay bills so yes I am very proud of the people who work there struggling to make a dollar out of 15 cent. God will prevail hang in there.

I was craving White Castle and went very late at night, I don't really know the menu too well but I ordered a 20 crave case double cheeseburger, they gave me a 30 single cheeseburger. It was a good but I always like the double cheeseburger because the patties are too thin at White Castle. It gets a four star for the reason of that mess up but maybe it was my fault who knows.

Dropped by around 2am. Had a kid who was way too energetic for 2am, got 16 sliders, chicken rings, and fries. You should know what you're asking for going to white castle. Sub par everything, but so awesome when you're dying for terrible food. And also we got too see people argue about 89cents, that was also pretty awesome.

Took a trip there from NH with a big bag of the green ate a crave case to the dome. Good food but make sure you have bought extra toilet paper for your bathroom. Must be at least double ply because you will be needing it.😤💩🚽🧻

I only came here for the zesty sauce, it's amazing. Please ask for it! If you're into a tingy sauce with a little kick this shall satisfied your taste buds. Nice place, and I can only speak for the milkshakes and onion rings. The milkshakes are very thick except for the last one I had, which might have been someone else's who ordered, but it sat there for a while. The onion rings once very good were now smaller and soggy.

I don't see how this place is still in business as I don't see too many people ordering or dining there. And their hiring practices are difficult to navigate. The people are fairly nice, but when you ask for cheese other than American, you get American. Ask for no pickles on ANY burger - you get a ton of pickles! On top of that, they leave out cooked burgers then add them to new orders and they are hard, or they simply steam old burgers. Not cool. I had small fires and they could not fill up the container. The employees don't follow directions well. My food was not prepare as requested. I would have appreciated being told that my request would not be honored, directly. When everyone else is closed, these guys are always open for business. There's nothing special about the food; but when you're hungry it does the trick. Be careful, as some have complained of having gastrointestinal problems, after eating the food. Placed my order online and set my pickup time for 30 minutes later. When I arrived they didn't even start my order. They started the other and the manager reminded the crew member to hold the onions which was requested when I placed it online do to allergies.The associate had to redo the face case and I had to wait another 25 minutes and after all that they didn't through in anything for the inconvenience.

I bought 4 original sliders last night at 915p thru Uber. I gave them a great review before I ate because the last 3 times I went at night, it was great. Last night was different. The burgers looked like they were overcooked and sitting on the heat all day. The onions and ketchup on it looked old as well. It was also very salty. I was really disappointed because from the last 3 times my girlfriend and I went in person, the burgers were very fresh! Do you just treat online orders that way!? I should have taken pics.

Went to White Castle: 257 S. Broadway on Sat. February 20. 2016 @ 12.51am, and the food was terrible. I ordered double fish, and double cheese burgers, and it all tasted like it came out of the garbage, someone blew their noses on it, and washed the bathroom toilets with the food. I'm telling you, I've been visiting White Castle since I was a young kid, and it has never tasted like what it did on February 20, 2016. It was the worst take out food ever in my entire life! I called them, and asked for the Manager on 02/22/2016, and she hung up the phone on me. Terrible food and terrible service!!! Don't eat there, if you want to stay alive! I was forced to give them 1 - star, just to post this advice.

White Castle thinks it is the Ruth Cris of burgerland. They have priced them selves out of the market. Spending money on a burger with 5 holes in it is absurd. My mother and i went to this location in Feb 15th in the early am for coffee and they were taking an extra long time making it and when a short mexican lady handed us the goods (cant even be like McDonald's and put the compliments in the coffee) but the rude part is she was staring at us with a sneer on her face, Very Unprofessional. This establishment shouldn’t even receive 1 star. The employees here are completely inefficient and have no care in the world. I placed an order online via the White Castle app which tells me to give them 15 minutes to prepare my order which is a reasonable amount of time. However, I would like to understand why is it that my order is NEVER ready at the time it claims “it will be ready”. I come in at the stated time and it takes them half an hour to actually prepare my simple order that I placed on their mobile app!!! They don’t even apologize for the delay and they’re not busy during the times I place the order. Just busy talking amongst each other. This establishment needs to be shut down. I will no longer take my business here anymore. They take care of the drive through much faster than in person orders and mobile app orders.

I ordered a $40 worth of food and None of my sauces were in the bag despite being charged for them and it being on the receipt. I was charged for 2 cheese sauces and got nothing I was asked how many marinara I wanted for my sack of mozzarella sticks I put 3 and got Nothing.
