Great atmosphere and decor. It's like an old German village. The food was delicious and the service was extraordinary. The restaurant was large and very clean. It was my first visit but I'm looking forward to going again.

My 1st time here , it was amazing food. I had the Tamazula steak and eggs combo. The flavors and temperatures were spot on. The real gem was our server Jaime, definitely above and beyond in customer service. She was busy and you wouldn't be able to tell the literal definition of sevice with a smile. 💛✨️

This is our favorite dining establishment for breakfast and lunch! Juan goes out of his way to make sure your dining experience is top notch! All the servers are wonderful 😊, our server Teresa always takes excellent care of what we order and sees to it that we get it the way we like! Best place to eat in the Inland Empire!❤️💯💯🙌👌🌞🌞😍

I loved this place. First time dining here but it won't be the last. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and even though we had a large party the service was outstanding! Our server was excellent and she was also patient and funny. I highly recommend you try it!

It is the casual foods version of "Cheers". The servers are friendly, conversational ,attentive and willing assist in getting your order right. The kitchen staff strives to keep the food consistency high quality. Management does a good job of keeping the atmosphere pleasant and wholesome.

Loved this place so much on a Tuesday, our group went back Friday for breakfast. The staff and food were amazing. The other customers were so nice and friendly!! A lady suggested the potatoes with peppers fried 10 minutes until crispy! YES!!! They are wonderful. Our diamond group will be back.

First time to Kafe Royal and enjoyed lunch. I had the California Wrap with Sweet Potato fries, and my wife had the Pulled Pork Sandwich with coleslaw. Both were very tasty at a reasonable price. Theresa was our server who was very friendly and attentive.

Five star food, everything freshly cooked and high quality. Kafe Royale was a pit stop on route to Palm Springs, and everyone in the family enjoyed it! Breakfast burritos were 3 eggs perfectly soft scrambled, bacon, sausage, potatoes and cheese with home made salsa. 10/10 Chicken Fried Chicken, the stand out star! Home made chicken cutlet with white gravy. I ordered with two sides: mashed potatoes, cole slaw. Coffee fresh and hot. Service friendly, kind, professional. The whole place was super clean and well run. Highly recommend! Would recommend to friends! Would definitely come back! Service

I had the chicken and waffles (plain) but the baseline order are pecan waffles. It was delicious and the fried chicken was crispy, tender, and juicy. Definitely going back. They close at 2 p.m. so dont wait too long to grab your breakfast/brunch/lunch.

Been here a few times. Once the skillet plate did not come out on a skillet. The waitress ignored the situation and seemed to run away when mentioned. Still had a good time though.

Been going here for years. The food is usually pretty good. We ask for Christina as our server every visit. She is the best waitress there. Fast, kind and always makes sure our visit is great.

The food is good here. Our waitress must have been new. I ordered my breakfast well done, and it was not. The waitress did not read back the ordered and it was hard to get her attention.

It was our first time eating here and sadly enough we were disappointed with the service which made the food disappointing our server seemed to be lost. We will not eat here again unfortunately. My brother in law recommended this place so we went with normal expectations and the place under delivered. Food might have been better if our server wasn't scatter brained.

Can't rate anything this visit. Our favorite place but today we were more than disappointed. Closes at 2pm. We wanted to get there earlier like we always do but life made that impossible. We got there at 1:25. Three ladies working said we are closed and the kitchen is closed . I thought they were joking. They said since it was "slow" they closed early. I wonder what time they started telling people that today since it was a Saturday. Maybe the closing time should be moved to 1pm if this is the usual customer flow. The ladies were laughing and one made a violin playing movement like tuff poop. We went to another nearby restaurant; The Haus Bistro. It was great and my wife is pretty mad and said we won't be going back to Kafe Royale for awhile. Restaurant business is tough and losing customers is obviously bad. I read the review after this one and I hope this is not a trend.

We just had a strange experience here. We have been eating here almost every weekend for years. This morning our waitress got a couple of orders wrong. No big deal, they're busy and everybody makes mistakes. When it was calmly brought to her attention, she was rude and aggressive, telling me I was wrong and that's what I ordered. It absolutely was not what I ordered. She corrected it with an attitude. We quickly moved past it. Everyone has bad days, not a big deal. After paying (and tipping generously) I stepped outside. Friends came out and informed me that the owner came out and chastised my wife for being rude,which was far from the truth. The waitress turned everything around and complained about us! I was shocked and offended as were the rest of our party of 8. We have never had an experience like this, here or anywhere else. I actually respect him backing his employees. In this case it was based on a complete fabrication of what happened. The rest of the staff has always been great. Unfortunately when asked the owner about it he was also rude. We will never be back! We are completely perplexed by this mornings events. Even other staff were not supportive of their behavior. I sincerely hope, for their sake, this is an isolated incident. Although by her behavior I suspect it won't be.

i ate at this place a few days ago and my bill came out to $26. this business charged my card $526. when i called they said the reason for the charge is because i did not tip so they did it themselves. i don’t think it was professional to charge that much on someone’s card without there knowledge and it’s not stated anywhere that i have to leave a tip. when i asked for HR number they said they didn’t have one because it’s a family business and when i said i will take legal action they started saying “no no no i will fix it” do not eat here unless you want to be robbed 🙂

My mom took me out to breakfast here a few days ago and when we got our food my food was cold not even warm at that i even had a piece of black hair on my sausage (also sausage wasn't even cooked all the way threw) my mom got biscuits and gravy her biscuits were hard and the gravy was disgusting and cold! I was so excited to try this place out but we left disappointed our waitress was good she was very nice ..
