Very poor customer service from the employees, especially a thin woman in an all-black uniform. She served me with a sour face and was very unfriendly. When handing me the cake, she practically threw it on the counter. She was also very unkind. Similarly, the employees constantly neglect customers, even those waiting at the counter. All my visits had been perfect in this cafe, not in Degollado, because of the attitude of its staff, but it seems that now they have adopted exactly the same attitude, a few days ago at 8 pm I went with my partner, it is our usual cafe, out of politeness I asked if there was still service when I saw the attitude of a girl who was serving at the counter in the back, and she told me that service was until 9:30 for the first time in a long time I felt chased out of the place, I know they have a long shift, that they get tired of serving diners and that there are annoying diners, but we are also conscious people and I have always taken the schedule into account, I have even ordered everything to go, but we were still during service hours, I am also a service provider and I understand them completely but it is unfortunate that because of people like that one takes distance from their favorite places, the same thing happened to me in Degollado and to this day I prefer to travel to you to enjoy the company of friends and my partner in a place that I am sure you created to delight your Diners, I hope you have the opportunity to talk to your staff and take my experience into account so that it doesn't happen to more people.

After 8 months I returned to SanVal, this time with my wife. We ordered two artisan coffees (American coffee). I asked for some liquid cream, but there wasn't any. I asked for some milk, and they charged me the American coffee as a cappuccino because I asked for milk. So, the coffee was lukewarm, not hot! We ordered two slices of dark chocolate and carrot cake. The chocolate was good, but the carrot wasn't so much this time. The staff was just good. The place is nice.

They made a mistake with the bill; they overcharged me (by about $20 pesos). But on top of that, my cake was damaged, like they accidentally cut it. And it was half an hour late.

Very good place but terrible staff. My wife and I went up to the top floor and the girl who helped us with the menu forgot we were there. We went downstairs to leave because of the terrible service and the girl was quite absorbed in her emotions, chatting on her cell phone. She saw us leave unhappy because of the terrible service and she didn't give a damn. Shame on the place because it's excellent but terrible staff. Owners, pay attention to these anomalies.

I had a very bad experience at this cafe. I'd been there before and I liked the desserts, but the staff was the worst. I went and from the moment I walked in they just looked at me dirty. I sat in a chair waiting with my partner, and the employees served other people while they stared at us for over 40 minutes while we were there and never served us. Even when we left they just looked at us dirty. They served approximately 5 customers and never took our order. Specifically, it was a skinny girl who stood at the counter and just made dirty gestures. I edited my review later with a photo of her. It was at 6 p.m. at the Dr. Emilio Garcia branch, next to Oxxo.
