We had dinner at this lovely Italian restaurant tonight, and it was such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the tableware is really beautiful. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious! It was our first time visiting, and the staff kindly treated us to a complimentary appetizer — such a nice gesture! One thing we really loved is that most of the dishes can be ordered as half portions and combined into one plate, which is perfect for trying more flavors. For our main course, we had a special chicken dish with a Champagne-based sauce (if I remember correctly), and two seafood pastas — all of them were fantastic! The portions are very generous — we ended up taking quite a bit home. I was so full that even when it was time for bed, I still felt stuffed 😂 Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back!
Kenny’s Italian Restaurant is hands down the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Every bite was full of flavor and made with so much care. I ordered the lasagna and the mushroom ravioli, and both were absolutely amazing — rich, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. You can truly taste the quality and authenticity in the food. If you’re looking for a place that delivers incredible Italian cuisine, this is it. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!
We had an amazing experience celebrating a birthday here! The chef even stopped by with a card and a small gift certificate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive—especially when it came to accommodating our friend’s gluten allergy. Everything was handled with care, and we truly felt taken care of. We’ll definitely be back soon!

They have awesome food here! I tried the half and half option so that I could eat different entrees. I had the bolognese and a lemon flavored chicken dish. My friend had the mushroom raviolis. To start we had the bacon wrappped mozzarella. Anything you have will be great! My favorite is the tiramisu. The best service from Jeffrey and even another server named Logan came in for the win. They literally went above and beyond.
We like to go to Kenny's for special occasions. My late birthday lunch was delicious. We both had the special of the day which was champagne chicken with angel hair pasta. Of course we had an appetizer and a blue cheese salad and the rustic bread served with olive oil and a touch of balsamic vinegar for dipping. We were well fed and had no room for our usual tiramisu! Kenny's is always a well deserved treat for us!! Thank you to Cali for her wonderful service and input on specials.
We are never disappointed! Everything was fabulous! Wait staff, food and atmosphere! Love we could do half & half Hubby had mushroom ravioli and chicken Marsala I had the champagne chicken & veal Marsala. Incredible! And we highly recommend the crab stuffed mushrooms! That should be its own entree!
My coworker brought me here for my birthday and this place did not disappoint me. The whole restaurant has an amazing vibe. I loved everything about my visit. Much love to Libby!!! She’s so on point with recommendations the ravioli special was OMG great. She was very engaging and attentive even during a busy lunch rush. It was my birthday so the Tiramisu was the perfect desert. I had lasagna at Eatly the day before. The pasta I got here far exceeded that experience. Oh and the birthday acknowledgment and gift from the manager was a plus. I am so sorry I can’t remember the managers name she was kind in recognition of my birthday. She and Libby sincerely wished me the best for my birthday. I will be back before the week is over for sure. 🥰
Kenny’s is an absolute fantastic Italian restaurant and is honestly the best place I’ve been to in the DFW area. The second time I went was even better than the first time. Everything from the atmosphere, the server and of course the food was amazing. The first time I went I got the bone in Veal Parmigiana and it was great in flavor and was big enough for a second meal. The second time I went which was more recent I got the Fettuccine Carbonara and it was amazing. Anytime I want Italian food I’m going to Kenny’s Italian Kitchen!
We went here for my birthday dinner after searching tiktok for good restaurants. The best traditional italian food i’ve found in texas since moving here. Our server was absolutely amazing and so attentive. Thank you guys for an amazing birthday dinner. They even gave me a birthday card and gift card. It is truly such a home feeling with the staff. 10/10!!!!
We came in on a weekday for my daughter‘s 16th birthday. we made reservations at the last minute when we arrived to the restaurant we were seated quickly, The waiter was friendly and attentive. The food there was excellent very flavorful Nice portions.It was a great experience and we were not expecting a greet from the chef to the table, telling my daughter happy birthday and giving her a card with a special gift a very special thank you for a great dining experience. My daughter really enjoyed her 16th birthday at your restaurant.

Service and atmosphere start off the pleasant visit. Nice Italianish/jazz music and table setups. Jeff was our server who was very informative and attentive. Food was delicious loved the option to do 2 half entrees since I couldn't decide. Actually our whole table did that. Also had the Frenchie Martini definitely recommend.
Came here for a birthday celebration on a Sunday evening and it was really nice. The apps- mozzarella sticks, calamari (others had and enjoyed), and the crab stuffed mushrooms were really good. My kids ate cheese pizza, which was good! I had the special- stuffed shells, with a lobster sauce under it and blackened shrimp on top it was sooo good! Apps not pictured- just the special of the evening that I ordered. Our waitress was super sweet and friendly too!
We came here for our anniversary dinner, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The restaurant has that classic Italian feel—warm, comfortable, and instantly familiar. We ordered the chicken parm, meatballs, fettuccine, and baked ziti—all excellent. The option to do half-and-half entrées was a huge plus, letting us sample more of the menu without overdoing it. Service was outstanding—almost surprisingly attentive in the best way. Every detail was handled, and they truly went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Highly recommend Kenny’s for celebrating any occasion or just enjoying a great meal. We’ll definitely be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Kenny’s Italian. Sitting at the bar turned out to be the best choice because our server, Ryan, took excellent care of us. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening feel relaxed and fun. We decided to order something special as we always do which is not on the menu “The Ricardo” along with the Chicken Parmesan. Both dishes were absolutely outstanding. The Ricardo was unique, flavorful, and definitely lived up to its “off the wall” reputation, while the Chicken Parmesan was classic comfort food done perfectly with a crispy, golden crust and rich, hearty sauce. Between the hidden gem of the secret menu, the quality of the food, and Ryan’s top-notch service at the bar, Kenny’s Italian delivered a memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends.
Had reservations, for a party of four. Got there a little early, and the hostess asked if we would like drinks from the bar while we were waiting for our table which was super nice. Drinks were delicious. When we were seated service was fantastic. They also let you split entrees or do half and half entrees which was great especially for me because I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted. This was my first visit but it definitely won't be my last. I mean just look at the pictures of the food. It tasted better than it looked even.
Kenny’s seems like an old Italian institution for Dallas. The entire vibe of the restaurant showcase lot of old classic recipes. The server was quick and responsive she walked us through various options. Every dish we ordered was amazing and had lot of flavor it definitely does leave you heavy with cream or cheese it’s light and perfect. I really enjoyed all the dishes I had the chicken special was spot on, the calamari was amazing. Each sauce had different flavor profile shows they have amazing flavors and recipes. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to try authentic Italian cuisine to give Kenny’s a go.
It has been a very long time since I’ve reviewed this restaurant. It definitely deserves another mention. We’ve been eating at Kenny’s for many years now and it never disappoints. SO Good! Tonight our waiter was Cedric who did a superb job. We both ordered Sicilian shrimp fettuccine. One plate also has gnocchi, the other has chicken piccata. Delicious! Thank you!
Best lasagna I've had in my entire life! Amazing appetizers, amazing meals, amazing drinks! Definitely recommend this place if you're gluten-free- they can turn 80% of their menu into gluten-free deliciousness. Hands down best lasagna. Great service!

My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and we both wanted Italian so we decided to give Kenny’s a try. Our waitress Cassie was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our evening was special. Very unfortunate that we live 3 hours away or we would make this our go to restaurant. We definitely will be making a roadtrip in the future just to eat here.
We came out of town and saw the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. We had great service, and our waitress was very attentive to us and checked on us every moment we needed something. The food was delicious, and we came back to Dallas. we will definitely stop by here again!

We just found the most amazing Italian restaurant in Dallas—and nearly everything can be made gluten-free! 😭🍝 We were out on a date night and happened to drive past @kennysitaliankitchen—I had it on my list because I’d heard they had gluten-free options. So glad we stopped! Our waitress told us that almost the entire menu can be made gluten-free—and it’s celiac-safe, prepped in a separate part of the kitchen. That alone made my night! Even better? They had vegetarian options too. I ordered the eggplant parmesan, and let me tell you… it was next-level good. Perfectly crunchy (not soggy like it usually is), with a rich, flavorful sauce. You can literally see the crispy texture in the dish—absolutely beautiful and delicious. And yes—they have gluten-free bread! Soft, warm, fluffy little pillows of joy. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat at Italian restaurants watching everyone else eat bread while I sip water. Not this time. 🥹 The vibe? Classic and cozy—checkered tablecloths, soft candlelight, family photos on the walls, and Italian music floating through the air. Total old-school charm. They can also make regular (non-GF) versions of dishes, so everyone in your group will be happy. Honestly, everything was incredible. This place is an absolute gem, and I already know I’ll be back very soon!

Our dining experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The food was flavorful and nicely prepared, with each dish arriving hot and fresh. The restaurant itself had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and a nice, relaxed vibe that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. What really stood out, though, was the service — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I’d gladly return for another visit.
The food was good and the overall experience was pleasant but I was a little disappointed after first visiting their sister location at the woodfire grill. The atmosphere and vibe is not as elegant and a little bit more relaxed sort of speak. The service was very good and we were warmly greeted. The server was very pleasant, outgoing and attentive to our needs although not very well informed of the menu and selections. The food was pleasant with the portion sizes being average but I definitely feel the woodfire grill has far better quality of food. It was nice that you could combine entrees allowing you to enjoy more than one. I had the for cheese ravioli with lasagna. They were good but didn't stand out. Had fried mozzarella and calamari as appetizers and both were also okay.
