Smoothie King

It was my first time going to smoothie king so I didn’t really know what to get but luckily a nice lady named Alejandra recommended me to a couple of fan favorite drinks. She was very professional , and patient with me. I will definitely come back to this location great service, great food/drinks, and the energy was prodigious!!!

I love the smoothies here and this location is so nice! Aly is always sweet and knows my order or is helpful with any questions I have. It’s fast, clean and a good atmosphere. 😊

Very clean store and the staff is great I love that they put nice inspirational quotes on the cups who ever is running this store is doing a great job and they made my smoothie to perfection thank you guys

This place is awesome. The manager named Aly there has always brought great customer service and the smoothies. They have always been impeccable and great and it’s honestly such a great working atmosphere that it’s very welcoming for everyone that goes in. :)

I am sitting here drinking my very tasty Keto Champ Berry and I am watching these two employees constantly cleaning and staying busy. Their names are Aly & Ana. Not a single cell phone interrupting their high work ethic. As a past business owner, these two are an absolute gem!

I went here and I really enjoyed my experience with Paisley. She was very friendly and accommodating. It’s always nice to see her when I stop by. She needs a raise or something!

The employees at this location do a phenomenal job keeping the store very clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and inviting- it’s a good spot to sit and do some work or chat with a friend. The consistency keeps me coming back to this location- my order is always made to perfection and the staff is very knowledgeable about their menu. They have a little bit of outdoor seating, and they brought out some frozen yogurt in their own version of a pup cup- super sweet and unexpected! Got the mango ginger metabolism boost smoothie in a small (20oz), PLENTY for a meal substitute. Good flavor overall, a little thick, but it has protein powder so that’s not unexpected. Overall the protein powder was not very discernible, which I think a lot of people like. Not sure if I would order this specific shake again but I’ll try others. Note: The outdoor seating is far enough back from the street that I really was not disturbed by the traffic at all. The location was very clean and staff answered my questions well and was able to provide recommendations

I like smoothie King's products, but oh my Lord, every time I want to use the app deal they have on Fridays to upsize for "free", I have to argue with an employee in store to give me the correct discount. I hate being a Karen but $1 off doesn't equal a free upsize, that's all the app tries to take off. If a small is 6.89, and the next size up is 9 something dollars the FREE upsize should also be 6.89?? What am I missing? Employees act like I'm dumb for wanting the right price.

I went in because I received an email for $1 off for "Spring Forward." I forgot to go to the rewards screen and toggle the discount on so overpaid by $1. I asked the employee if she could reverse the charge and let me redo it with the coupon. She said only the manager could do that and they were over an hour late and weren't there and couldn't be reached by phone (even though the employee didn't try calling). I know it's only a buck, but the lack of customer care is annoying. On the bright side, the Gladiator smoothie is low in sugar without all that keto high fat malarkey and has lots of flavor options.

Every Friday that I try to call in my order (quite a few people in the office order as well) their phone has been busy for HOURS. (They leave the phone on so no one can call...)it’s not a coincidence that every Friday we try to call it is busy...we call from 10 up until lunch (1) and have absolutely no luck. We only have a 30 minute lunch so it is more convenient to call to place the order and just pick up. Guess they don’t want our offices money ...I’ll go next door to Grabba Green & get a smoothie from there! The manager needs to hire more people or people who can actually handle being busy. I will no longer go to this location, I’ll drive a little further to go To another one.

Been a customer daily for 5 years company does not care about the paying customer. The app is complete garbage and nobody is accountable for the app. The is zero ability to talk to a live person at corporate location what so ever. It really shows the do not care about customer service at all. Looking at other options at this point rather pay more for a company that prides themselves on customer service.

This is my girlfriend’s first time in America (she’s from Toronto, Canada) and she just wanted a quick smoothie for the road. I decided to stop by smoothie king at this location and the minute we walked in she wasn’t feeling the customer service. We saw about three different employees and not one of them greeted us or asked us if we need any assistance whatsoever. When my girl asked the employee about the customer service he sarcastically said “hi”. We was just turned off after that so we just left. The whole vibe is off at that location.

Customer service at this location is a joke! I went in today to get a drink and was serviced by a guy named John who was beyond rude. When trying to pay I inserted my card too fast and was told by the employee John “that’s why you don’t talk on the phone when trying to pay.” I did have my phone in my ear but was not actually talking at the time. I had the other person on hold while I was paying. His comment was completely unnecessary and even if he felt that way, you don’t speak that way in the customer service world. I didn’t mention anything until I brought up the issue of my last purchase. I was there a week ago and purchased two bags that were on the shelves that were a year old. Not kidding, the picture is below to prove it! His lack of care and total disregard when I mentioned the purchase had me baffled. He started yelling and telling me how I was wrong for thinking the way I did and I was the one being rude for telling him that his lack of care really showed. The guy wasn’t even apologetic about anything but instead was very argumentative. When I proceed to ask him what his name was he stated he didn’t have to give me his name and that he was the manager so basically that's how far it would go. He even mentioned how I didn’t know anything about customer service and he had a degree in customer service/hospitality. All this is happening while another customer is in the store. I’ve lived in the Addison area for years now and this has been my go to location despite the drinks being a hit or miss. I can tell you that after this incident I will definitely NOT be returning at all to this location or any of their other locations. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

It was my first time at this location and I was highly dissapointed with how much of my smoothie I paid for went in the sink. I ordered a 32oz drink size and after she poured my smoothie the blender was still half full. I expect to get all of the additions I paid for in my cup, not thrown away in a sink. The employees need immediate retraining but they will not get my money again.

Worst place to go for your smoothies. I came in and ordered an apple kiwi kale, well first of all this lady handed me a smoothie that was clearly not mine. I ask the guy there was the smoothie still green or had something changed he never responded just took the cup and made a new one never looked aty ticket to see I had paid for an additional vitamin. Pit way too many bananas in it and it taste just like banana that's it. Horrible tasting . Please don't come here just go to the one off of Garland ave next to the Thai wave noodle . The beltline location has horrible service and they make every smoothie taste like bananas. You should take more pride in a 7 dollar 20 oz smoothie I won't be back. You have been warned.

Bad customer service from who I believe was the manager/cashier Amy. As soon as she found out I had a large order her demeanor and body language instantly changed as if me being there as a paying customer devastated her life. The rest of the crew member was pretty efficient of getting me in and out quickly which was the only good thing about my experience.

First time visit at this location. My usual order is the High Intensity Veggie Mango but this time my smoothie was not sweet and did not taste right. It was missing something and I’m not even sure if they added the protein; which is the main reason why I always order this smoothie.

Drink was made with TOILET hands way after expected pickup time. I initially see nothing is in the pickup location so I go in and say I have a pickup order. The darker haired woman then goes on to make 3 separate other drinks without asking me the specific name on my order. I arrived after the pickup time and the drink was made 20 minutes post the initial order. To top it all off there was one employing cleaning dishes in the back and an unmanned mop near the TOILET THAT SHE HAD BEEN CLEANING right before making MY ORDER WITHOUT GLOVES OR WASHING her HANDS!

This is the third time I've convinced myself to go and spend money at the Smoothie Factory. And the third time I was told, "We aren't taking any orders- our machines are down." Quiet peculiar that it just so happens to be 8:30 pm and the store closes at 9:00 pm. (Promptly, one could wager.) Well, I won't be back a fourth go around and I will just take my dollars somewhere that is elsewhere.

I watch an employee walk out the restroom, come back to work and began making my food without gloves. When I asked him to wash his hands or wear gloves he told me there was a sign in the restroom stating he haed to wash his hand before coming back to work as if that was supposed make up for him making my food with this bare unwashed hands. This is disgusting.
