The double patty burger was really tasty. Well seasoned and juicy. Well charred. Well constructed. Cheese fries were okay, but tater tots were amazing with a hint of beef flavor. Parking can be hard to find.

Best burger I have had in a long time. Not even an understatement. Good fresh buns. The veggies you put in are fresh. The patties are PROPERLY cooked. Well seasoned. Absolutely a critic when it comes to food and they delivered. The prices are also reasonable. A good low-key spot.
This hamburger spot completely blew me away! The burger was absolutely out of this world!! It was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The bun was buttery, soft, and toasted just right, which made every bite even better. The meat and chili were incredibly delicious and well-seasoned, packed with rich flavor without being overpowering. And let’s talk about those tater tots. It was golden, crispy, and crunchy on the outside while soft on the inside. What truly made this place special, though, was the atmosphere. The friendly service and smiles everywhere turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to any burger lover! 🍔✨
my goodness unanimous top 3 best burger I’ve ever had in the metroplex! The buns r fresh n soft the patties r made to order not frozen they were juicy n flavorful, and the toopings weren’t rationed! fries were fresh as well and hand cut. debating if i should call it a hidden gem or not cause I havent heard of em before till now! and you can tell the staff honor their Jobs!

Hamburger 🍔 was hot and good. French fries and tots were hot and not grease. If you order the large fries, it is a generous amount. It is a gem. One of those small places that you think at first won't be great, but it will suprise you. I had to take a bite before I took a picture.
The food and service is superb. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, the hand smashed, fresh burgers are worth the 10-15 minute wait. The burgers are perfectly made to order and when it arrives it is super hot and tasty. The outside definitely makes it look like a bad place, but looks are deceiving. We drive out of our way to come to Sky Rocket Burger. Been here many times and I swear, it gets better!! The tater tots are crispy and salty, perfectly paired with some ketchup, or just eat them plain!! Definitely recommend a yummy Fat Boy ice cream sandwich afterwards!!! While there are many locations, this is the original and the BEST! In my opinion, I have tried others and NONE are as good as the original. 100/10!! Definitely recommend!

Hole in the wall, small, nothing fancy, and absolutely phenomenal! The lady who was working the register was so nice and our order came out perfectly! She even remembered who got each burger! The menu is very simple, burgers and fries. What they do though, they do perfectly! I saw multiple people come in and the lady at the register treated them like family. You can tell they have their regular customers. We came from out of town and it was our first time eating here, but we would definitely be back!
This was marked on my list to eat while in Dallas area- and it did not disappoint! One of the best burgers I’ve had. Burgers are huge, and I’m glad I got a single - I believe it’s 5-6oz per patty. Buns were toasted on the inside, fresh ingredients and just a great classic burger!! Tater tots are my go to side and they were hot & crispy! The price is low when comparing to other burger joints! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or in town. From Houston and we have great food here, so I know my burgers. I’ll def be back when in towns
One of the 5 best Burgers I have ever eaten. Meat has a really nice tender and moist texture. Toppings and bun perfect ratio to meat. Try the tots in the special sauce for a real treat.
The first bite I ever had of one of these burgers the words that came out of my mouth were “this is how a burger should taste!” Then I went back and got another one for dinner that same day. If you want the juiciest, most delicious and flavorful, local family owned business, old school eatery experience-This is an absolute must stop!
Sky Rocket Burger is one of those hidden gems you hear about from friends, and it lives up to all the hype. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The burgers and fries here are to die for--seriously, some of the best I've ever had. The service is just as impressive as the food. Before my friend and I even took our seats, they cleaned the table right in front of us, which was a nice touch. I ordered the regular burger with the secret sauce, and it was incredible. The chili cheese fries were amazing too, perfectly seasoned and cheesy. And to top it all off, they have a real soda fountain with superior soda flavors, not just the usual Pepsi or Coke. It's a small detail, but it really sets them apart. I was also impressed to see they have a Yelp plaque for being one of the top 100 restaurants--something I've never seen before. Overall, this place is fantastic. 5/5 for this charming, must-visit restaurant!

This was the best cheat meal I’ve ever had. After grinding all week and weight lifting this place slapped. Their sauce is amazing and I don’t normally like fry/burger sauce but there’s is perfect. It’s tangy, thick, and perfect. Veggies were super fresh and the burger was well seasoned. Their fries were SUPER hot and fresh. No soggy BS unseasoned fries at this joint!! Staff was incredibly friendly it felt like a mom & pop kind of place. Seating is limited but tables move fast and they clean them quickly. Can’t wait to go back.
Ordered a double cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was great. Good size for a burger and the ingredients also taste fresh. The cheese fries were okay. Generous amount of cheese sauce, but the fries felt a little hard. Definitely will be coming back for the burgers!

There’s a lot of good burgers in DFW. But in my opinion this is the best smash burger in town, by a wide margin. Their fries are also top tier, as is their secret sauce. Plus, everything is CONSISTENTLY great because of the people there. The owner and his wife are super nice, and I have never eaten there that the owner didn’t come out from the kitchen or from behind the counter to ask me how everything was. The food is not cheap, but nothing is anymore. I would much rather spend money here than at a chain restaurant. If you love smash burgers, then this is a MUST try.
There are three burger joints that have embedded themselves into my memory. The first was Steak and Shake in the early 80s because my grandma used to take me there. The second was Uncle's Burgers in South Korea because it was the only place a soldier could get a decent burger. Now, the third is Sky Rocket Burgers. This is seriously the best burger I've eaten in decades. I used to go to slider joints on the Harley, just to try out new mom and pop shops. They were good, but Sky Rocket is amazing! I will take my family there so they can experience the best burger and fries ever! Plus, the Fry Sauce is magical and addictive! Believe me when I tell you, you want this experience!
LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING. The outside exterior at first looks off but the food more than makes up for it in addition to fast and exceptional service. The secret sauce is delicious and the staff was very friendly. One thing I could do without is that it was a little pricey. I got a double with cheese fries but the taste was absolutely delicious. This may be the best burger I’ve ever eaten in my life NO JOKE. I recommend anyone in the area to come and try this place.
Hidden in plain sight.This hamburger haven is exactly what you’re looking for if you want an original burger. Scott the owner is very personable and makes your experience memorable. The menu is simple and easy to choose. Hamburger was outstanding and the French fries complimented the meal. I chose the root beer to duplicate my childhood memories. It’s an off-menu item similar to animal-style fries. The fries are topped with Sky Rocket sauce, melted cheese, and grilled onion bits. There was a bit too much sauce for my taste, but the flavor was still good. Single Cheeseburger: The portion and price were both great. The burger was full of flavor, and the toppings were fresh. I liked the mayo along with the Sky Rocket sauce. This is a very solid and classic-tasting burger.
