The staff is great andd I appreciate when they let me bring my service dog Cocoa in with me despite not being able to afford her service dog jacket. I eat here as often as I can and share my fries with Cocoa. The place is always clean and really upkept.

Came through the drive thru for breakfast and had to pull up front to wait for my food but the customer service was excellent and the order was accurate and delicious. I ordered two breakfast burger combos with oarnge juice and the vanilla cold brew with a side order of the Fruit Loop donuts.
The manager, Adrianna gives a 10/10 experience at this Carl's Jr. She is always helpful and friendly whenever I go to pick up any order. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and this is the only Carl's Jr I would go out of my way to dine at. :)
I mostly come here in the middle of the night. The few times I've gone in the day my order isn't as on point as it should be. But at night it's ALWAYS ON POINT. Irma is always super friendly and gets my order right EVERYTIME. Thank you Irma for the excellent service!

A little pricey but these guys are friendly and of over 100+ orders I've made at this location, they've only gotten I wrong once, I came in again and they made it right. Definitely try the Chicken Swiss Combo!
Amazingly nice staff and delicious fast food. I ordered a veggie burger and it’s the best veggie burger I have tasted at a restaurant. The others in my family enjoyed their meaty burgers as well! The staff were absolutely service minded and very helpful. My sister accidentally knocked over her soda and the staff came to rescue. The area is full of different fast food stores, but I would pick this Carl’s jr over any of the other restaurants. :)
I have been at this fast food establishment many times. The meals usually are delicious, and at the same time, they are well made. The wait time is not long. The place is clean, and there is a lot of space to sit down, and enjoy the meal. Definitely, one of the better Carl's Jr. establishments in High Desert area.
Shift manager Valerie was a delight when taking my food order, she had my food out fast and freshly made my tenders and fries per my request. Val had Great customer service.
I ordered 5 piece chicken tender, fries, and soda they had us drive around to the front doors. Tenders were perfect, crispy on the outside, and juice on the inside. The fry was perfectly crispy. I'm very satisfied with my order.

I like this particular Carl's jr because the staff are always friendly and the drive thru is fast! I've never had an item missing from my order and the food is always fresh. (Hasn't been under a heat lamp for the last 3 hours!) My only gripe is breakfast isn't available until 6:00 am, but that's a corporate thing, not their fault!

Luckily the food has always been pretty consistent at almost every Carl's Jr. But the service is what tells them apart, and today Claudia was an absolute doll! She was very sweet, very helpful ( didn't know what to order) and very patient! Appreciate great service! Thank you Claudia for being so sweet!
Carl's is usually the least packed out of all the fast food places around, but their prices are way extreme for what you get. You'd think they were upscale. 10 plus dollars for a combo? I mean I guess even McDonald's is getting there too but it's kind of horrible to even feed your family nowadays.

As far as prices for a fast food burger I feel this fast food restaurant is excessively high priced. However, the service was good. The mood of employees varied at each visit. Could use a pep talk from manager and there can be a "language barrier" with a few employees. Otherwise, I gave the establishment 4 Stars overall.
After a softball game we stopped for a quick dinner and food was fresh and staff was polite. Stopped by for a quick breakfast bite and food was good and service was great. Was told good morning by staff and was helped. Great place to for a quick meal.
A nice place to stop in and have a quick bite to eat. The burgers and fries were perfectly acceptable, but I was very disappointed to learn that they no longer provide the Beyond Burger.
The lady at the register was rude. She was having an argument with another coworker in front of customers. She didn't seem like she wanted too be there. Yes it was crowded due too free hangover burger day. But she could have been nicer. The food was good when we got it. The atmosphere was nice.

Good service. Chicken was like a hard rubber patty. All of the other food we ordered was hot and fresh. No Coke zero in the dining room, but you can get it in the drive thru or ask at the counter.
Decent rest stop - has a drive-thru that moves at a decent pace, small but clean restrooms, ample indoor seating, and lots of parking. Prices have soared recently so not happy about that. Service was also poor - unfriendly and curt cashier.
I come here because it's the closest place with some sort of breakfast burrito. But I'm getting tired of going through the drive thru just to be told to park in the front ( and I'm the only car at the drive thru) check your video Carl's Jr. Get this location more staff then if you can't handle ONE customer between 752 and 8.
You got a 50/50 chance that they might get your order right or they might forget something. Have been here multiple times and sometimes im missing something or they messed up my order. Today i asked for the special Cali XL..the burger did NOT have a single grilled onion…luckily they did get my waffle fries right and my shake.

Being that it is a famously owned & family restaurant with a founder who "who Carl" from the beginning established freshly made, freshly cut vegetables, Char-Broil on an open flame HAMBURGERS AND CRISPY GOLDEN FRIES!! Where should I start, well I guess the pictures speak for themselves when you see the menu items compared to the actual hamburgers, with cardboard taste & soggy no flavor produce. "I , really was considered having reimbursed for my order as I was not satisfied" Ppq *** On another note now I see why the food vendors that would be parked on Seneca Rd & Hwy 395; amongst the Other Trailer Taco w/ real Authentic Mexican Ingredients and Zesty, Spicy, Mouthwatering, Delicious Home Made Salsa... Quenching = Cold Sweet Hhhhmmmm Tasting Aguas Frescas" Fresh Waters" with a choice's of abundant LY overflowing Strawberry, Cucumber, Or Horchata!! { That they would in considerably and most up rude be discharged, fined, or threatened to shut down their Business by City Ordinances/Compliance and infact the Chamber of 🥱. Every weekend these businesses shops or our locations would be packed with cars and people p they will stop by and enjoy the good meal with your friends and family, having the opportunity to eat the food that they like, and spend the money that they earned. * Facts: I can see I need pictures of somebody took or posted that the restaurant simply was either two customers or three customers and I'm sure that they had their moments where they would be packed for lunch or something special but like I said everything is good when you're hungry or simply these people did not have no taste buds. and I can see why the place does stay clean because there's nobody that would go eat there. [Note] on one of the pictures I believe it might have been for the employee on the back door which is not supposed to be obstructed by anything would be a fire hazard or against OSHA or even city ordinance. Now if the people ain't going and buying the stuff the stuff gets used in and does not get rotated. I understand why it takes the company to say get the app an enjoy rewards / free food🤢. & Yes I am having a free cookie why not. Simply just a Google review an their way of saying sorry for the Inconveniences. I would highly recommend to eat at home and save the Money for a Paid Vacation To Hawaii. New store, but pretty dirty and cruddy already, many homeless people inside an around the building. Service is so-so, good employees but unfriendly manager, at least if you don’t speak Spanish. Food was okay, but not what is used to be in terms of quality and taste. Paddies tasted off, Salad white etc… But hey at least we tried a six dollar burger again and some Avocado Burgers. For the price, though, there are better choices.
I'll give it two stars . They lady in the drive thru was very nice but , well I was waiting for my food she wanted me to back up behind the red pole so the timer can stop. Idk it was just weird to me I didn't order alot of food just two kids meals. When the food was ready she poked her head of of the drive thru window and told me to come foward. I've never had to reverse in a drive thru lane so the time can stop. It was annoying but, hey whatever works for this carls jr.
To expensive 11,I went for a friend & 1 combo meal $12 + 50 cents for any sauce ridiculous. ( Burger Kings WHOPPER Meal w cheese & any sauce you'd like is $5 total at the window $5.26 cents 😋 only Fast food I go to,if I go.
No one e in line just waited there and was never even greeted for about 5 minutes finally when they saw I was about to do survey they came up to register. Very upset with service could of atheist acknowledged us , not professional at all and that was also the manager
Driving home from SD to Ridgecrest- We stop quite frequently going back and forth to visit family. This particular time was disappointing. Dining area was closed however no signage was posted making other travelers as well ours to eat in the car. Not a big deal if we would have know prior to ordering as we could have gone and enjoyed another place that was open. No soda drinks available or large cups. We ended up with have to take two medium drinks to makeup for cup shortage - which didn’t help matters having to sit in the car doing a balancing act. French fries hard and cold - burgers were good but not the best or freshest we have had before in the past. Not sure if we will stop there anytime at least in the near future.
Staff was friendly, that's why I gave them 2 stars. Tip jar outside the drive thru window was a 1st for me. Western bacon cheeseburger was dry, barbecue sauce to hickory tasting & kinda sour. Idk, maybe they changed from the sweeter kind I remembered. Loaded breakfast burrito was "skimpy" & overpriced. French fries were overcooked & barely edible. Won't be going back to this Carl's Jr.
One of the cleaner Carl's Jr's that I have been to, and the only reason for the 2 star, customer service was slow and doesnt acknowledge customers until they walk to the counter. Ordered the double jalapeno burger for 2.49 received a single burger took it back and they made a double but put little to no sauce or jalapenos on it. Will not be returning to this location. Watch your food in drive through or walk in. The fountain drinks were half out of syrup and employees are still filling drive through drinks.
Had a bad experience this time. The person taking my order was rushed and didn't listen well. They didn't give me a chance to speak much. So, I ended up with the wrong shake flavor, wrong side, and my burger was not how I wanted it. Couldn't get a word in. Horrible customer service skills. And since I was in a hurry on my way to work, I just took what I got and went. Couldn't wait for all the fixes. Ugh.
For a 24 hour restaurant, you would think they would be actually open 24 hours. A lady asked what I would like to order then a man hopped on the headset and claimed they were closed. On other occasions they are usually good despite them never having any sauces.
at first this place was great, had no complaints. over time i’ve put up with more and more BS. first bad experience i went when having a bad night hoping to improve my mood. my large soda was 98% ice. i’m talking one regular sip and it went down inches. literally made my night worse. after that, every time that it’s been the hispanic lady with a bit of an accent at the window on the overnight shift, there’s ALWAYS something. last night i asked for a LARGE combo, she charged me for a medium and i didn’t know until i had already paid and was given my drink. i had also asked her to scan my half off code sides code (it was a combo and an additional side) and she did but either it didn’t work or the system denied it, and she said nothing. she just repeated the same total as if the code had gone thru. she didn’t bother to say, ‘the code didn’t scan can i try again’ or ‘the system isn’t accepting your code right now’. i don’t care if it doesn’t accept it, it’s fine i’ve worked fast food it happens and you can’t do anything about it, but at least SAY SOMETHING instead of playing stupid like if i’m not gonna notice. another time i asked for a 5pc tenders code to be scanned and she made a snide comment to another employee while the window was fully open. i don’t know what she said but again, ive worked fast food, i know the body language and tone and could tell she was annoyed. okay how is that my fault? that’s just how the app works it tells you to get it scanned at the window and she could’ve asked at the screen if i was going to be using my app so she would’ve at least known to get the tenders started. she also tends to say smthn like “give me a moment” at the screen too. again that’s fine, but where’s the greeting? it should be something like “hi i’ll be with you in just a moment”. she always tries to rush orders, both taking them and when giving them. i ask for ranch at the screen and as im being given my order it’s straight to the “have a good night” jesus girl can you chill? i haven’t even grabbed my food from your hands do you have to make me feel so rushed? i need to ask for ranch at the window again because majority of the time it is forgotten even tho i ask for it when i order. when i do mobile orders its the same thing “okay pull forward” shouldn’t you be asking if that will be all for me? again, making me feel rushed and im like i cant ask for sauce. i would put ranch on the mobile order if the app allowed but it doesn’t. multiple times she has also tried giving me other peoples mobile orders too, the same rush of ‘here have a good night’. she never repeats orders like you’re supposed to, she either doesn’t care if she got it right or just assumes she can do no wrong or that it’s the customers fault or she just can’t do her job. i’ll admit last night she was a bit nicer than usual but regardless, it is consistent problems with her. she is also the only one who regularly asks me to reverse to avoid high times. one time a guy had pulled up behind me and i could see in my mirrors that he was confused as to why i wasn’t at the window. i would be confused too. he literally started getting out of his car to approach me so i had to roll down my window and tell him they asked me to reverse. as a woman, especially petite and young, that is TERRIFYING. i’m sure the timer thing stems from higher management being on top of employees, but that ain’t my fault and i shouldn’t be put in danger (no, that’s not an exaggeration) and discomfort over it. maybe everyone should do their jobs more efficiently and it wouldn’t be a problem. i’m regularly given my drink with the soda spilled all over the cup. that happened to me with the automatic fountains where i worked, but what did i do? I CLEANED IT UP FIRST. and these are manual machines so there’s even less of an excuse. it’s straight up incompetence and an inability to provide quality service. no one wants sticky soda in their car and on their hands. both friends and family i’ve spoken to have had bad experiences with her too. there’sMoreButImOutOfSpace, overall food itself is good
I've never had an issue with location before, until today! I go to use my code for the half sip, sides and shakes and the employee at the front counter tells me that "unfortunately, that coupon only works at our store after 8. It works EVERYWHERE ELSE, just not here." I'm sorry... WHAT?! So because their computer isn't set up for it or something I'm S.O.L.? That is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. What happened to honoring their offers? So disappointed and don't plan on coming back to THIS location any time soon.
I wish I didn't have to put a star, but this is the worst carls jr of all times. This is the third time me going to this one due to it being close to my house. First thing first this place takes forever in drive thru even if it's not busy they take forever in making the food and the food isn't even hot it's cold as heck the employees are beyond rude they suck at preparing the food but fast enough to rush u out and not give u what u want in condiments. Lastly as I was trying to enjoy my food I was choking on hair that was on my fry , which led me to my boiling point. I'm beyond disgusted with this place and will never go here again .
Waited 9 min for 1 burger. Finally asked for a refund. I was told they had 3 big drive thru orders ahead of me. I ordered 1 burger for dine in.Horrible customer service. Will not be returning. Im enjoying Flame Broiler as I type
Very rude staff, the lady working the drive thru wanted me to give her the pin number to my card. She wouldn't allow me to come in and pay on the front register. She kept insisting that I give her my pin, which is very weird to me.
The supposed shift leader Lizbeth tried to scam us into paying 2 times for our order!! She charged us then told us the card was declined!! We payed cash checked the account and the money had been taken out 45.51$ charged twice. Then she goes to tell us she had to void the order because something went wrong! Im sure they have double charged several people! Please check your accounts if you have been there it feels like she is trying to scam people out of money!!
Every time I go to this location I regret it, unfortunately they are the closest ones to home. Anyways I ordered 2 chicken fillets, and 2 of the big Carl burgers. I was asked to pull up front, when the employee came to my car window he rudely shoved the bag in my window and walked away. I looked in the bag to make sure my order was correct, upon looking inside i found my chicken fillets to just be tossed in the bag, with no box, just the wrapper around the burger, and barely even put together, lettuce and everything falling out. This is not the first or 2nd time my order has came like this. Needless to say, bad customer service, bad place all around. I'll stick to driving an extra 15 minutes for better service
This place is fine when you go in but drive thru is the worst !!!! They always forget something or mess up order. When you call to let them know they want you to bring ths stuff back . They were so rude when I called back in a condescending way were trying to fix it by giving you a condo and the girl said I need to better my service maybe it was a language barrier????? She was in charge ... annoying!!! Nanette she was the manager . You need to learn better customer service .
I will give them a zero if I could they messed up on my brothers order. I let them know about it we took the food back and they messed up on it again giving us cold fries i’ve got repeatedly told them I want my food fresh our whole meal just tasted disgusting the buns tasted Old and the fries tasted like mold. they clearly don’t care about their customer service and they don’t care about their customers because they don’t listen to their customers I hope this place get help or get shut down
The food has always been great and they got better for a while until up in about a week ago they can’t get the order right and people in the drive-through Have to wait like 15 minutes that’s ridiculous and they still have you drive up to the window and ask you a bunch of questions, and they still can’t get it, right, I don’t know what happened in the last week but it’s not good
My husband and waited 20 minutes to get our 2 combo meal, when they finally came outside where they told is to wait: 1)they lady had attitude 2)they didnt give us straws for our drinks nor ketchup like we asked for and 3) THE HOT SAUCE INSIDE WAS OPEN SPILLING ALL OVER EVERYTHING! Definitely not going there anymore. Sticking to the Del Taco close by it.
I waited 10 mins in the drive through this morning for my meal and not only was the food cold that I ordered but the broken english speaking women with tacky drawn on eyebrows that was working drive through was very rude and grumpy. Not even a smile, hi how are you type of thing. She rudely shoved my meal out the window and hurried up and closed the window. I won't go back there. I tried 6 times calling that Carl's Jr to complain but no one would answer the phone. You need to hire more personable employees there.
Waited 14 minutes parked in the front for 2 famous stars and a kids meal. I said no onion on the burgers and it had onion.

If I could have given them zero stars, then that’s what I would have given them. I went there the other day to pick up an order. There were 2 cars in front of me. When they moved on and were out of site, no one said anything from the speaker, so I said “hello”, so the guy said “I’ll be with you in a moment ma’am .” He literally had me waiting for 6 plus minutes before he came back to get my order. When I told him what I was there for, he said that he couldn’t hear and for me to come to the window. Once I drove to the window, he left me waiting about another 2 minutes before he came to the window. I gave him my order and he went to get it while taking the order from the other cars. He brought the order and apologized. On e he gave me my order, he closed the window and said” Oh shit”, because he knew that I had seen his name and called him by it. His name was michael and he has short, curly, blonde hair. I will not be going back to that one and would advise others not too also. Just because he was being spiteful, the line got longer than it had to.
If you don't like your job get a new one but don't be sitting there trying to ruin people's days because you don't like your job. Fake smiles and horrible service
Went though drive thru told me to wait at the front. I waited 45 minutes and nothing. I go in to see and they gave my order to someone else. Gave poor apology and made excuses. Felt horrible after never going here again. Cashier makayla
Just went to the drive thru and cashier Adriana was the rude for absolutely no reason. Asked a question and she didn’t even acknowledge my question. I asked again and she made a smart remark and closed the window on me. Who does that. If you hate your job that much find a new one.
This can't be a fast food place I waited 5 minutes for the young lady. To come take my order then 10 minutes for them to drop my chicken tenders in the grease, add another 10 minutes. For them to box them up and hand them to me That's Ridiculous They need To let them all go and get someone that really wanna work. Took them almost 30 minutes to prepare one Employee said because they was making them fresh . They didn't have to kill the chicken nor pluck his feathers. So it shouldn't took no 30 minutes.
This was my first time at this location and I had a horrible experience, I tried going through the drive thru and the cashier Makayla was very rude and was rushing me to order. There was no cars behind us and when I went into the facility to try to order inside no one acknowledge my son and I even though there was 2 managers and the cashier. I was expressing my concern to the shift leader and that cashier Makayla tried to deny her actions and laughed while walking away. I will be taking this all the way to corporate.
Left Carl’s Jr drive thru about 30 min ago and I got a barbecue chicken sandwich combo and another sandwich by itself so I sit down at the table and unwrap one of the sandwiches and the bottom bun has light mold spots on it 🤢 normally I would go back if there is a problem but I don’t have time so I’m writing this review. Also lettuce on both sandwich’s was vey limp and not fresh. I will not be going back to the Adelanto restaurant I usually go to the one on Hook in Victorville always had decent food from that one.
Hamburger was not what i expected and remember from Carl's Jr.. My fave has always been the double wester because of the bbq combo and onion ring. Today i decide too splurge and get the Angus Western and let me tell you i was really disappointed. It was a sad smashed burger, nothing close to what the picture
I am completely understanding that with this recent epidemic that wait times are going to be a little longer. I am glad that they are open during this time, but my understanding only goes so far. When i pulled up to this establishment there were only 3 cars ahead of me so I figured that my wait time wouldn't be so bad. I ended up waiting 30+ minutes to get to the screen to place my order, which I was being a good sport about and still being very understanding imaginating that hey maybe they dont have a lot of people working during this time. My issue is that as soon as I pulled up to the screen I had one person ask me what I would like to order and no sooner did I start speaking than a different person said to wait a minute. I didn't wait a minute I waited another 25 minutes before I ended up drove driving off. But no sooner was I pulling away and the car behind me took my place that suddenly there was a person available to take their order. What a coincidence... yeah right. This is the second time they have pulled something like this to me this year and who knows how many other customers have received this same experience
I walked into this Carl’s Jr today and had one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The woman working at the counter was unbelievably rude. She looked right at me, ignored me, and acted like I wasn’t even there. I called her name multiple times, and she still refused to acknowledge me. I ended up standing there for TWENTY minutes with no service at all—while other people who came in after me were helped right away. The whole situation felt completely disrespectful and discriminatory, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I eventually just walked out. If this is how they treat customers, especially customers of color, then this location seriously needs new management and proper training. I will NOT be coming back.
Worst Carls I've been too the manager is too incompetent to take a simple order I was trying to use the app and she was giving me nothing but attitude. After we couldn't get the app to work I just asked for a regular combo and instead she sold me just the sandwich this place needs better management
3am 12/26 a girl says computers are down so no orders.
So far every night the employees themselves have turned off the online ordering. We can order perfectly fine during the day but as soon as it goes past 10 pm boom they shut it off. Great job guys 👎 I would give zeros stars if I could
Placed a drive thru order and received my receipt at 10:29 am. They told me to drive around and park out front. I sat there until they brought my order at 10:38 am. Ten minute wait for fast food.
A horrible experience with my kids here, today this morning around 7:30. Just so they can remember what and when as well. I went to this location, drive through. 3 kids meals. 1 super star meal. 36$ plus. The issue is not with the food but with the employee that keep walking around my vehicle the entire time. He walked Back and forth from all directions of the parking lot starting looking into what i and my kids where doing, we were eating and waiting for my wife to arrive in our other car. But I didn't try to assume anything at the point. My wife arrived at then but my kids and i had to use the restroom. So we went inside this Carl's JR location. I went in the men's restroom to take a shit, 20 seconds into pooping, the employee trying to barge in the stall. I saw him thorough the crack of the stall, and as he saw my eye quickly left the restroom. I finished what i was doing, but with disgust. i left the restroom, the employee was with another girl employee at the dinning section. That as wellmade me feel uncomfortable, there was no one in the kitchen nor the register, but at the dinning section to see who comes out the men's restroom. Carl's jr locations employee made our visit extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable that I'll never go or recommend Carl's Jr. I tried calling this location but no luck with the management. As a combat veteran, Im not surprised, but not while im with my kids. The worst place.
Someone stole all my stars at this location with an online order. I don't even live in this state and the "supervisor" was a joke.
I recently visited to collect an order for Uber Eats and was met with an unprofessional demeanor from the staff. I waited at the register for an extended period without any assistance. When I finally managed to get the attention of a staff member, her response was quite dismissive; she essentially handled the food aggressively and interrupted me while I attempted to speak. Despite this behavior, I made a point to express my hope that her day would improve, but she responded dismissively. After I returned to my vehicle, I encountered another employee, to whom I inquired about the name of the initial staff member. I was informed that her name is Needia and that she holds the position of assistant manager. It is disheartening to discover that individuals in management roles can exhibit such conduct, which contributes to a negative customer experience and potentially affects the morale of fellow employees. This behavior may stem from personal issues that should not impact workplace interactions. I urge that this matter be thoroughly reviewed and addressed. I will also be contacting corporate to ensure that this issue does not recur, as no customer should have to endure such treatment, especially during early morning hours.
Do not come to this location nobody knows what they’re doing. they also did not have their cash registers working correctly and could not give any discounts or offer deals in store .They gave me the wrong order. I only ordered a Diablo burger and they gave me some other hamburger on March 17, 2025. I called and let them know. They said that I would have a credit to have a Diablo burger. Nobody wrote down my name or number or took note I walked in to get my credit for my hamburger and nobody could do anything for me. These people are not the friendliest either you might as well drive to another location than this one thumbs down for me.
