I haven't been to an Outback in nearly 20 years. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The food was good! (Minus my husband's ribeye, but he's pretty meat picky) they even brought out my daughters mac n cheese that was at a temperature she could immediately eat! I was shocked! I've never had a restaurant care that much about a child's meal. They usually serve kids food piping hot. I would definitely dine here again.

The food was nice and my server was extremely nice and even offered and gave my service dog a bowl of cold water, my server was Alex E. and I highly recommend for family dinners or just anything especially if your put in her section!

My family and I visited outback on Valentine’s Day. We were already prepared for how busy it was going to be, but we weren’t prepared with how generous and awesome the staff were going to be! The manager on staff blessed us with a free blooming onion and we had a wonderful server Alan! He was very friendly and gave us such a great conversation while we were waiting for our food. This restaurant has amazing filet mignon and chicken wings. The men's bathroom however has been stinking for the past 10 years. I don't know why they don't take care of that horrible sewer situation. It's men's bathroom is in the top 10 dirtiest bathrooms in the high desert..It's beyond gross. I've complained multiple times but they don't care. Get you steaks to go.

Food was amazing, best steak in a restaurant I’ve ever had. Most courteous/welcoming restaurant staff ever. We arrived inside the restaurant only 5 minutes before they closed on a Wednesday and they sat us so politely I was surprised. Most restaurants give you the stink eye and are anything but polite if you arrive so close to closing. They didn’t even start being obnoxious with the cleaning near our table like other restaurants will if you’re there late. Service was fully on point. Food was delicious. Loaded mashed potatoes, steak, shrimp- all amazing. Food was served hot and in a timely manner. We ordered, ate, and left within an hour. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Seriously best restaurant staff ever!!

I always enjoy the food at Outback! They really make a great steak and always cook it exactly the way I like it! Ribeye is my steak of choice, and Outback cooks it to perfection. The side dishes are amazing and the Bloomin’ Onion is a great way to start off your dinner! The restaurant always has a great vibe to it and it’s one of my favorite places to eat in town. The bar area is cozy and the bartenders are super friendly! If you’re hungry for great food and good service, treat yourself or someone special to Outback Steakhouse! Enjoy!

Excellent food and service starts in the parking lot with a yummtastic smell of steak and the bloomin onion. Then greeted with kind and professional staff and seated promptly. We so appreciate the clean and family friendly seating with no loud and obnoxious music. Our children are 3 and 7 and they also really like thier fun coloring pages. Our local Outback is one of our favorite places for dinner. The other steak houses in the area play unbelievably loud music. Dining should be about socializing, talking and listening. The atmosphere is perfect. I had salmon; I wish I could make salmon as great as they do. I thought I left my phone there, and Crystal was wonderful for taking time to check. Update 06/14/2025 Decided to come to the Outback the day before Father's Day to avoid the crowds. The last time we came here was two years ago on Father's Day and everything was amazing. This time is no different. Outback is normally a very good place to go out to eat. However, I visited an outback in a Laughlin hotel last year, and frankly it was terrible. This Outback in Victorville is great though. Our server Ryleigh was very nice and courteous. She took care of all of our needs and then some. The food was phenomenal in taste and quality. Will be returning to this Outback soon.

Me and my family eat here at least once a month. I always get the blooming burger. However the last time we went was on August 12, for lunch. I got the same thing, however it was different, they didn't ask me how I wanted my hamburger cooked, normally medium rare, this time it was well done. Not as flavorful. The pickles on the sandwich were not the normal ones either, they normally seem homemade, these looked and tasted like they were from a jar. I did enjoy how much service we recieved, two people kept continuesly checking in on us. The atmosphere was nice.

They sat us in the back corner to the left as our food slowly arrived we kept having to swat away Natz flying around our table 😑 We told our server he did tell management and manager did nothing didn't even try and move us to another table or ask if he could get us another meal since the natz laned on our plates since I didn't want to have to tell someone how to do their job and what the write thing to do was I just payed the bill and won't be back

They were quick to seat us right when we walked in. As soon as we sat in our booth our server came up to us asked what we walked to drink if we had any questions on the menu and if we need anything to let him know. Always made sure we were set with everything we need and very friendly.

Well this is the first time we have eaten at outback in decades. not since they discontinued the walkabout soup. We can for lunch and they were not very busy. My wife had the prime rib sandwich which was the size of two burgers. It was juicy, flavorful and easy to chew. Onions were caramelized nicely. The fried were perfect. I mean perfect. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You have to ask for the houseradish. I wanted something different so I got the seered Ahi appetizer. That was a shocker. They did an excellent job! The sauce with it was yummy. A little spicy but flavorful. I liked it so much I poured it on the lettuce the ahi was served on and ate it all. I had a blue cheese side salad which was probably a lot better the day it was made. The lettuce started turning brown on the edges. The dressing had soaked into the greens. The salad, although full of flavorful items, tasted bland. All in all, I'd return but ask for a fresh salad.

I asked for medium rare stake and got it rare. My server was busy hanging out with someone she knew and didn't pay much attention to me. She only came by three times. Once to take my order then to bring me my food. Then to bring me the check. She was more worried about her friends than me.

Update: I had submitted a complaint online and the manager called me the next day. He was very apologetic and offered me a meal for 4 to compensate for the bad experience. I appreciate the quick follow up and have updated my review from one star to three. This was my first time placing an order for pickup and I don't think I would ever return. For the price that I paid, I was disappointed. To go fries were minimal, one of my steaks were burnt, kiwi strawberry lemonade I ordered looked nothing like the pictures or the description, and I ordered two to go alcoholic drinks that were supposed to be for two each and one of them was only halfway filled.

My Porterhouse was good, but honestly it was a T-bone with a microscopic filet. The wife ordered a bone-in Ribeye and got a boneless one. Then we had to request they honor the price difference ($7).

The mushroom appetizer was the only good thing. We have eaten here before and it was delicious but today it was awful. My French onion soup was flavorless and a weird texture. Also the ribeye steaks were not grilled but looked like they were pan seared and had so much fat and also flavorless. We spent so much on the meal and we were very disappointed with the food and waiter seemed to be annoyed. We will not be going back and I was really looking forward to a good meal.

However, we were seated at 2:30 in the afternoon and it took a little over a full hour to receive our main course. By that time, I was full from salad, bread, and appetizers so I took my chicken sandwich to go. When I ate my sandwich...the chicken filet was so thin it almost looked like a slice of cheese. (See attached picture) I give this place a 2 because it took way too long to get the food, and getting half of a half of a chicken breast just isn't good business practice.

I picked up my order (sirloin steak and baby back ribs with rice) and this is how the food was packed and looks. This is so embarrassing for such a great restaurant. Im not sure if this is how food is packed in Victorville CA. Everything was just thrown in including the sauces and the fresh nap hand sanitizer wipe in the food.

I used Uber Eats to get an order from Outback. The delivery was fine. No issues with Uber Eats delivery. The problem was with the quality of food I received. I specified that the Outback Burger should be well done with no pink. The receipt indicates it should be well done. So why was a pink burger delivered to me? It's a gross texture/sensory issue for my son, and really our whole family... So after one bite, he spit it out and was done. He didn't want any other food because he was grossed out. So ok, I message Uber Eats and they say they'll contact me in 24-48 hours. I know how the process works, so ok... whatever. The issue isn't with Uber Eats. The issue is the way the food was "cooked." So I called to speak with a manager at the Victorville Outback. He says there isn't anything he could do, to take it up with Uber Eats. I never asked him for a refund. I didn't want a refund. I didn't ask him to re-deliver the food. It wouldn't have been eaten anyway because my son was already grossed out. I told him I could go in the next day to have the meal replaced. He again says there's nothing he can do. Honestly, after the interaction I'm good... I won't even eat there again. It's not cool of them to push their quality control issue of on to another company to fix.

My daughter and I came here, and our server was actually very laid back and nice. However, the food tasted so bad and was not good at all! Like at all! Pasta was overcooked and tasted, so Bland and my steak had these crunchy hard pieces inside, and the shrimp was undercooked... like, what's going on back there? Our glasses for our drinks had Cracks in them. The blossom was good and the bread they gave us. But as for everything else in front of the house and definitely the back. Needs work. Don't go here. Straight up.

About once a month I order a meal from a restaurant like this. This month it was outback, prime rib. $50. The food arrived from the delivery service quickly, and the potato and entree were very warm. The fried onions, were cold and soggy. I ordered the potato with everything, and received nothing for it. Worst was the prime rib. It was dry all the way through. A big thick cut of dry chalky prime rib. It wasn't overcooked, as it was still nice and reddish pink, just dry. I don't know how that's even possible, but it was terrible! I notified corporate through their contact form, and they did not bother to respond the next day.

When I first arrived, there was no hostess up front so I went to the restroom. When I returned there was still no hostess and as I waited a couple entered and the hostess appeared and ignored the fact that I had been waiting and started helping the couple. The gentleman was nice enough to redirect her to help me first and a table for 6 was requested for a birthday party to accommodate one individual with a wheelchair. The restaurant was so cold you couldn't even enjoy the food. My reserved table was set up, but they would seat me until half my party arrived. Then when they arrived I went out to help and out table was given away to a family who arrived after my party, because it took too long to unload a wheelchair member of our dining party with a lift. Our waitress was actually wonderful!
