Food was good. Service was very courteous and friendly. Best of any Panda I have been.

I like Independents over chains, but if you want cheap and filling, this has pretty good options. I wish they didn't serve all dishes in styrofoam.

One of the better kept Panda Expresses in the area. Clean and well kept with fresh food served. No complaints. 4 stars because after all it's just Panda.

Great place to go for a quick lunch or dinner with many choices of very fresh food. Reasonable prices, too, with many healthy dishes to choose from (low calorie options). One of the better choices for "fast food".

The location was clean, a good size, and they had a lot of variety of choices. They have signs on the door and tapes outside to direct people for social distancing. They only allow 5 customers in the store at a time. The food was hot and looked delicious. The parking lot is not great and the spots are kind of tight, but definitely worth it!

It's good when it's fresh.

The food is alright. It tends to usually be overcooked but of your in a hurry it's better than a burger 🍔

Their food is often overcooked. If you're looking for something filing on a hurry it's a good option.

Good food. EZ location. Don't go there at opening time and expect food to be ready. The bowls are empty until almost 11:00. If you go early, you're gonna wait!

This place NEVER opens up on time. Every time i come i have to wait 15mins atleast for everything to be cooked and open. Need to change opening time if they are always going to be late everyday....

It’s not the first time I notice they serve very dry , old food , it’s incredible what manager and owner do to save a few cents these days ! Quality poroduct it’s more important than anything else for me ! And also portions seem smaller every time as prices increases ! If slow , cook as needed but don’t sacrifice your customer to save cents 😒😒😒

Walked in Saturday 6:30 as usual to get dinner just very little my favorite food in the buffet asked very respectfully if they can make more for two order to go , she said there is enough for two order , food looks old again asked she said no suddenly the manager comes out of the room I mentioned to him that I requested the lady for fresh cooked food and he supported her and talked to me in very unprofessional way and walked away , it was very surprising to me his action , I am a dedicated customer every week 3 to 4 times go there now I have to change and go to different one near by

I usually look forward to enjoying the steam veggies at Panda Express, but my recent visit left me deeply disappointed. On this occasion, I was informed that I would need to wait for the veggies to be freshly prepared, a request I was initially fine with. My order was simple: half steamed veggies and half steamed rice, with teriyaki chicken and an extra side of steamed veggies. Despite being reminded of the wait by the employee, Emma, and stepping outside for the 4-6 minutes as advised, my return revealed a disheartening sight. My expectation of a wholesome side of veggies was met with a single piece of broccoli. When I inquired about this with Emma, she confirmed it, leaving me no choice but to accept my order, though NOW with an ADDED PORTION of RICE instead of the anticipated veggies I requested. Feeling underserved, I literally went back in line after paying (one person behind me) to PURCHASE an additional side of veggies, only to be told upon payment that I would have to wait once again for more to be cooked. This cycle of waiting and disappointment escalated my frustration, leading me to request a refund—a decision made in the hope of sparing myself further dissatisfaction. I'm literally speechless. I should've taken a picture.

This place is terrible. I got fried rice and chicken. The rice was basically half cooked , it was hard and crunchy and raw inside . I am an asian who grew up eating rice twice a day and the lady there tried to convince me otherwise by saying its crunchy because its fried which is laughable at best. Avoid this place if you want good food. I returned my food and dint even get full refund!!

The food is excellent. The workers try to be professional but at the same time they are showing how prejudice they are. I refuse to spend my money with a business that look at the color of your skin. This happen to me tonight (April 2, 2021). I was so upset and wanted to cancel my order........Signed an unhappy African American nurse

Worst customer experience ever!!! Went in last night, 15 minutes BEFORE closing. Everything was gone, but a few items, NO orange chicken, really? The food area was ready for close. I asked if they were open, and the girl said yes. I asked if they could make the menu items, she said no! only what we have left. She said it would take 8 minutes, with a disapproving attitude, as if she was doing me a favor, but obviously did not want to take time for me. The guy in the back was busy cleaning. I personally don't like the taste of food and cleaning products. I asked one more time, are you open. she said "yes" I walked out. It is not right to post hours of operation, and not serve everything within those hours. Owner - if this is how you run this business - it won't last. Hire people that care about customers, not the clock. fyi - HABIT next door was awesome. They stay open 5 minutes after close to make sure they can serve their cutovers.

I went last week to this location and spend more than 50 dollars. When I pick up the employees was really nice but when I get home and check the food one of the players missing something and I call to the store to let them know about the missing item the incharge lady was really nice I don’t remember her name but she said she will add my name in the book to came and pick up a plate for the inconvenience all was resolved but today I call in to go and pick up the plate and what was my surprise the the I charge person didn’t put my name on the book and I ask what we can do to resolve the issue and the person who answer the phone said nothing we can’t replace you order because my name is not on the book and he can’t prove my call in his caller ID so I said that not a problem I can show you when I call last Saturday and I have my receipt too so I ask for the store manager and was so sad to know the he was the store manager his name is ash that was even worse and in the end I was so frustrated so I ask for the distric manager number and he said just came over I replace the plate and hang the phone,when I get to the store he said he will just replace the missing item after he said he will honor the plate I just request the number of the distric manager but he just gime the the 1 800 number now just wait for an answer never going again to that location
