Bryce and Savanah deserve a raise! Tucked between all the bougie Erewhon spots and fancy bakeries, it’s refreshing to have an affordable sandwich place without any of the pretentious vibe, and I love bringing my kids here for a quick bite without feeling like my wallet took a hit. Savanah and Bryce were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us out by modifying my daughter’s sandwich even after it was already bagged up, which is usually where you get pushback, but they made it easy with zero attitude and even offered samples of a few sauces without a single dirty look. They’re the kind of employees who make people want to come back, they represent the company well, and the owner is lucky to have them on the team.

Secret menu 😲 If you read the numbers on the menu, you will see some numbers are skipped. If you ask what is the sandwich for the skipped number, they will tell you. Way better than Subway, it's not even close. This location is great and if you are in a hurry you can order online, call or fax in your order. They are very willing to make you happy here. So if you think the roast beef is to grey or to red for your liking. They have always been willing to put that piece back and grab one you like. I ask for crispy bacon to add at the end. They do a great job of giving me those types of pieces. Don't forget to sign up and get the points.
This place is heaven! Replaced subway and chipotle completely! This is my favorite place and i can't imagine receiving bad service from Jersey Mike's ever!
I order from this location many times but today the owner/operator need to know that who prepare my Turkey Bowl deserve 5 star review......my order was perfect like never before......Good Job Guys....I appreciate.

I just picked up an online order for my wife. When I looked at the receipt I couldn’t believe the price of her veggie sandwich.... $18.00??? For that price it should have veggies falling off but It was basically lettuce and dressing with a little avocado. To top it off Apparently they’re out of bell pepper but failed to tell her when she ordered it was written on the individual sandwich bag. *updated* I added several stars to my rating simply for the fact that the location owner was exceptional in response to the situation.

Just slow. Online order 1 sandwich took 30 mins. 10 mins over what their website said to pickup
3:00 in the afternoon, they forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich. Not the end of the world, $14 for a small turkey sandwich, well there are other places.

Mike is an absentee owner and is actually from Philadelphia. He wouldn't know a chopped cheese if it baba-bafooled a hoagie two ways till monday afternoon
Place a pickup order, then sit and wait 15-20 minutes past the expected pickup time while they only help walk-in customers and not prepare your order. How the hell do they stay in business. Absolutely ridiculous!! No wonder their ratings keep going down.
I love jersey mikes. My most recent visit to this locations was terrible. The staff messed up my order at first, ok no problem.. things happen. Afterwards when ringing me up the kid at the register overcharged me by $18. Ok… he seems new. At this point all I want is my sandwich and to move on with my day. He fixes the problem. Now I’m waiting for my final sandwich and have to ask for it. They had forgotten about it and handed me a cold sandwich. I ask them to warm it up and they do. Coincidentally the owner walks in and I express my unhappiness. Rather than address the issue he just walks out. I speak to the manager and she was okay. The owner walks back in and I tell him how he should care more. He’s goes on to tell me he was under the impression that I worked for a food delivery service. So… you mean to tell me that if I was working for a food delivery service I wouldn’t be as important?? As an owner of a business myself I’d never treat anyone the way that man treated me. Now that we established I’m not food delivery service employee can we discuss what happen? Nope.. the guy just didn’t care. He eventually told me that if I was unhappy to no longer eat there. No problem buddy! Your a trash owner with a trash staff (minus the manger, she’s cool). Never seen someone care so little about a customer.
The worst experience. Walk in on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm and there is a line of about 8 ppl and only 3 workers w one of them being on the grill. I waited in line fully aware I was in for a longer wait than usual which I was fine with. After about a 20 min wait I get up to order my sandwich (chipotle cheesesteak) and she rudely tells me sorry we can't make that it is too busy. After I literally had just watched one of the workers make sandwiches on the grill while standing in line to give my order. They were busy and there were only 3 workers so while I totally understood her frustration I didn't feel it necessary to be very rude and dismissive when I ordered. She could have instead made the sandwich and informed me it would be a long wait as they were short staffed or whatever. I can work with that. I would've had the choice to either say yes or no. I then said I needed a minute to look at the menu to change my order at which she became rude again rolling her eyes and said she would just make my chicken steak sandwich (I didn't order the chicken steak I ordered the steak). After correcting her she stormed off to make the sandwich. I guess I don't understand her need to be so rude and her lack of customer service skills. Turns out she was at the end of her shift and got off work at 2. Obviously she didn't want to take the time to make the stupid sandwich as it would have made late in getting off her shift. Her behavior was unacceptable and I guess I can be glad that I never have to go to that location again which is unfortunate.
Delivery was so slow. 4 subs were ordered and 3 were wrong. The meat tasted like rubber and the mayonnaise tasted foul. All 4 subs ended up in trash can.
Terrible experience. I love the food, but on a Sunday at 1:30pm they were completely out of bread and refused to compensate us in any way. No manager present and we were given plenty of attitude from a sandwich maker.
I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service at the Calabasas Jersey Mikes. I live in Ventura and my son accidently ordered 2 sandwiches online to be picked up from the store in Calabasas. That is too far to drive to pick up any sandwich no matter how good they are. Once I figured out why the sandwiches were not ready for pick-up at the Ventura Mall I called the store in Calabasas. My first call left me somewhat puzzled. The store manager, I will not reveal his name as of yet, told me sorry, there is nothing he can do. He refused to let me speak with his boss but said that he would call him and have his boss call me back. I received no such call of course. I called back and he said that they are on vacation and will call me after they return. This seems like an easy fix. Most businesses that I have dealt with probably would have given me store credit or called the Ventura store to have them make me a couple of sandwiches. No big deal. I understand that it was a mistake on my sons part and he has owned it. But I am out $20 and with nothing to eat. In my book this is not great customer service. It's too bad, I loved their sandwiches. I guess its "Mikes Way" or the highway.

Poor quality food. The one on ventura blvd is 100000 times better. I was shocked how bad this one was. Their giants were so small compared to the one in woodland hills never going back to that one again. But i love JM.
