Nice morning, friendly staff.

This location never seems to be that busy, so you're in and out quickly. They've never gotten my order wrong either.

Great coffee in an area with few options. Food is good for a quick grab and go morning.

Friendly staff. Sadly nothing I want to buy or consume.

Its 1 of my girlfriend Priscillas favorite places for tea!! Gotta keep her happy lol 5 stars it is

Super chill place. Never crowded. Good for bringing your laptop and doing some work.

Lemme tell you about this Coffee Bean. I have NEVER been disappointed. Hot or cold the drinks are on point. My favorite is 32 OZ iced tea Tropical & Passion together with three splendas MMMMMMM perfection! Thank you CB!!

I was having the roughest day, when I decided to stop in for a little treat. Everyone that works at this location are so kind, it really lifted my spirits. Thank you to the lovely, divine lady that was especially sweet. 😭🥹🙏🏻❤️✨

Staff was kind and patient in helping me figure out the menu and how to order what I wanted. Coffee was great! Not too sweet just like I asked. Parking lot can be crazy so leave a few extra minutes for that if you’re in a rush.

Nice vibe in this coffee shop, not crowded, it was clean. The baristas are super nice and friendly. One of them recommended a pumpkin spice drink, (I was unsure) her confidence, and reassurance convinced me to try it. I thought that drink was really tasty!.

Typical Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee shop in most ways. This was my first visit to this location and I suspect my timing was bad because the rest room needed cleaning. I had a watermelon and mint drink which I really enjoyed so I bought a second one as I left. It was a Saturday afternoon and we found parking a half minute walk from the coffee shop. I would downgrade my rating if I returned a second time and found the restroom messy.

Went here this morning and Isaac was extremely friendly and helpful with our order! He wanted to make sure my husband's coffee was just right!!! Clean inside and outside. Will continue to come back

I usually get the black iced tea every time, and a extra cup of ice. The staff is really nice, the usual employees know my name and 3 out of 4 times will get my drink ready before I get to the front of the line. I go early around opening so usually no wait...Very mellow and friendly people.

Nice clean location with friendly staff, just wish they had coffee bean brand mugs that self seal, like only open when button is held down 😓😅.

Great little stop & I ordered the Cookie Butter latte and it was really good. Perfect temperature and flavor. Not too sweet the the cookie butter really came out at every sip. For a quick breakfast meal I ordered the Chorizo burrito & it was a good sized portion. The tortilla was great and the chorizo was on point. Id definitely come back again.

Great service and coffee, always a smile and a greeting. My gripe is you cannot see the labels on any of the coffee creamer containers, they have done a good job of keeping them clean but in the process have washed off the painted on labels. Please invest in a Dymo label maker for $20 or a dollar Sharpie.

Surprisingly they don't sell any loose tea! The person behind the counter told me they have not sold loose tea for a couple of years now. I always thought they were better about tea than Starbucks. Unfortunately not to go tea.

I placed a pick up order. When I went to get my order, they were out of a vegan item. They offered me another item, they were out of my second vegan choice. On my second visit to this location, literally day 2, my coffee was placed in the section for online orders so it sat there while I hovered over the baristas wondering why they weren’t making my order. It wasn’t until the orders were done that the barista asked what drink I was waiting for. The Manon from a distance said “oh sorry, here I’m making it now”. I ordered a black coffee with almond milk and honey. As she’s starting the process over she notices that she DID make it but placed it in the online pickup section so she gave me that cup that was sitting there for about 7 minutes. Then when I walk out to my car and sit down the drink is leaking onto my shorts. Now this may not have been the fault of Manon because she said it was a bad cup. But then she poured out my coffee into another cup and sent me on my way. Now I’m stuck with a warm cup of $7.00 coffee and I’m debating whether to go back in and have her remake it. I had her remake it after all and I decided to buy a bag of beans and do it myself from home. It’s such a shame because I was really enjoying the process of arriving, anticipating, and watching the barista show but I just don’t want anything like that to happen again so I’m out.

Internet here is garbage slowest i’ve ever encountered. I had to leave to get my work done on time. Baristas also have an undeserved sense of accomplishment, like they’re responsible for the success of coffee bean. Literally empty with no customers but employees act like they own the world.

I used to be a regular customer at this location, but due to the rude attitudes of the two employees, Jojo and Michael, I will no longer return.

I asked for a cup of water for my thirsty dog , issac ! Charged me a quarter for water with very unfriendly manner . Good old days .what’s happening !!!

They hired a new girl barista Gabby and she is rude and passive aggressive and the manager acts like they don’t wanna talk to you or deal with your issues reguarding the poor staff!

We are brand new to the area and I have never been treated so poorly the lady bigger latina lady was so rude and attitude was uncalled for!!! I will be walking to StarBucks to bad because the coffee ws great!

I like this place a lot. However this morning I got very disappointed due to their rejection of a reasonable accommodation request. I am Handicapped and I was early to work and decided to get coffee and breakfast. However I did not have enough time to download my power wheel chair and get in line and then upload my wheelchair back on the car so I called in explained my situation and requested if they could walk the order to my car that was parked right in front of their shop. I told them I pay cash so we are talking about an associate walking to my car and back to the store in 3 minutes. They said they are busy and they won’t do it. I found it odd that they could not make a reasonable accommodation for one of their handicapped customers! Very disappointing!

Last time this happened they gave me a size smaller drink than what I paid for and gave me attitude when I asked for the correct size and correct drink. I'll be going to the Platt location from here on out as they are extremely friendly, always say hi when people come in, most of them call me by name and have my drink memorized! I love coffee bean but not this Calabasas location.
