An excellent place to enjoy quality cuts of meat and appetizers. The guacamole with the mix of pork rinds and grasshoppers is delicious—something new and very tasty. The meat is cooked to perfection, juicy, and with a spectacular flavor. The choripán (chorizo ​​sandwich) is a must-try, ideal for starting the experience. On this visit, we ordered a birthday Tomahawk steak, and it was exquisite. For an appetizer, we had a stuffed tomato with mushrooms and salad—delicious. In addition, the staff's service is top-notch: friendly, attentive, and always willing to recommend the best items on the menu. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, perfect for going as a couple, with friends, or with family. Without a doubt, a place you'll always want to return to. The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. They sell beer and soda, but it would be great if they also sold wine to pair with the meat.

I tried a superbly prepared cut of picanha, with a very good flavor. The side dishes were also well-prepared, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The place is somewhat small, but the mesquite tree gives it a cozy and special atmosphere. You can also enjoy the cafe menu from the adjacent restaurant (I recommend the carajillo). With my cut and beer, I was happy as a clam. The only thing missing was a red wine to accompany my wife's dinner.

I love the quality of Max's food at his private events, so I decided to visit the restaurant expecting to enjoy the same delicious food as always, or at least something similar. However, I only got cold, reheated food. The service is very confusing. The place operates on a split concept: one place handles drinks and the other serves food. This creates confusion, especially since the drinks area is focused on coffee, and the soft drink options are limited and expensive (a 355ml can is expensive). Furthermore, the service was terrible. The woman serving us confused our dishes, served us something we didn't order, and when we got the check, we had to wait for her to finish talking to another table. It literally took 30 minutes. When she finally saw us, she did so with a bad attitude and obvious lack of interest. To top it all off, all the dishes were cold. We even saw the lady bring out the frozen meat and barely warm it up on the grill they have at the entrance. In conclusion, the experience was very disappointing. The poor service and low-quality food make the restaurant a far cry from what Max's once excelled at.
