It was kinda busy but not too bad. I went late at nite. The window workr was very friendly and just spread happiness. He was just great.
This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. 2-3 years ago it was horrible but recently maybe the last year it has been great. My food is always fresh and prepared perfectly and the staff is nice. It used to be complete opposite. I wonder if they got new management.
My dragon fruit drink looked very light color tasted nasty too
Staff was friendly and helpful. Food tasted like garbage - worse than usual Taco Bell. For example: Soggy soft taco mere minutes after drive thru, crunchwrap was lopsided and over cooked.
Ordered crunch wrap supreme.. tortilla was tough and hard to chew. The crunchy part of the item was literally so soggy it made me gag. The hard shell wasn't even a full size shell it was small pieces throughout the wrap and yeah there was maybe a tablespoon of meat which looked old and brown. Worst experience ever at taco bell. Plus everything else we ordered was cold. Within 2 minutes of us driving out of the parking lot.
I didnt know it was possible to screw up a breakfast taco until I came here. Maybe a 1/4 of a spoonful of egg, and about a 1/2 lb of imitation bacon bits, wrapped in a uncooked tortilla....sound delicious? If so, this is your place
Worse experience ever. Every second of the day counts! I waited over 45 mins at this location trying to get my food. My grandmother is being treated across the street at Baylor this was suppose to be a quick easy drive thru order; I spent my hard earned money trying to feed my family tonight drive thru staff forgot half of my order I walked in the restaurant to see if there was a mix up or if I could please have the missing items, staff called me a liar and wanted me to show proof that my items were missing I'm not sure how i was supposed to show proof of missing items? Could I please get assistance on this situation.
Is it really that bad out here? Dare you guys specifically only hiring people with some kind of disability or what? EVERY TACO BELL THE WORKERS CANT READ OR COMPREHEND. lmao they don’t even take your order they just ignore you until you MAKE them speak to you,. Then they just point at the kiosk lmaooooooooooooooooooo
2 young ladies working at this location at 5:00 am Monday morning 01/19 left me hanging for 5 minutes just to respond and take my order at the drive through and after that gave me bad attitude, did not even apologize 😑 it's like I'm bothering them by coming to buy food with my own money, it's unfortunate!
MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE NAMED HAILEY WERE RUDE AND SO DISRESPECTFUL... After trying to make a payment on their new system to place orders; which I tried on 3 different screens and they were giving me an error each time saying Ops there was an error, payment was not getting procesed. I explained to the rude employee since the begining I was having problems with the system and she was ignoring me , so I spoke to the manager showed him the video I recorded of the machines saying the error, he told her to help me and she finally used now a different screen the 4th one right in front the register . THE MACHINE GAVE HER THE SAME ERROR THEN SHE FINALLY DECIDED TO REALLY HELP AND TOOK MY ORDER in the register. I Explained to her and the manager I decided to get inside because the drive through had a super long line and I was in a hurry to take the food to my son because the school was going to take him to a soccer game all the way in Allen. I told him since I showed him the video and explained to him their machines to place orders were not working; Why she didn't took my order at the register and instead made me lose my time and my patient with that rude employee that was just ignoring me. Manager stupidly said I understand we are just trying to give you the best care and friendly service ...he said these words in the most sarcastic way. You guys messed with the wrong customer I will take this to the Taco Bell corporation and send them the videos I took. If you guys hate your job and really cannot understand THAT CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON WHY YOU GOT YOUR JOB ON THE FIRST PLACE. Then GO BACK TO TRAINING or look for another Job if you are really that miserable to really help customers.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Employees do not pay attention and manager Kevin/Devon could not understand him. Said I ordered the chalupa meal and I know what I ordered, 3 regular tacos combo with a Baja Blast. These people working are so ridiculous horrible horrible!!
I had an online order and drove to the drive thru, no response so I drove to the window, the worker didn’t even say anything and just handed the food and I was missing two items from my order.
Although kind, they will jack your order up! It wasn’t even busy and I specified I didn’t want lettuce or tomatoes… simple request and still these things were on the food. Check before you drive off from the ordering window or just go somewhere else.
Nothing wrong with the location or staff but they suck when I comes to the correct food!
After I ordered and paid for my food I didn’t get what I asked for the lack of communication is unbelievable, the staff has to be trained the right way , customer service is not the best, going back and forth with them about what I ordered, and I still didn’t get the help and didn’t receive exactly what I ordered, I ended up leaving, I felt robbed. Also talked with all the staff about my food every one was confused about my order , like how is the possible.
Worst tbell I’ve ever been to. I wait for at least 10 minutes at the speaker everytime I go through the drive through. When I get to the window it’s like no one even works there
This seems to be a longstanding problem with this location, judging from reviews. Had a cheesy bean and rice burrito with modifications including swapping for black beans. Went around to window second time to ask if there were beans in the burrito to which the guy at the window said ‘you didn’t order beans’ (a plausible misinterpretation of the ticket), which he later realised was wrong when I said that’s not true. He then called his line employee over to open the burrito and I guess scoop around until they found enough black beans to say ‘there are beans in here.’ And then handed me back the food after digging around. Diablo sauce was half the quantity requested on the app. I guess they take your order as a suggestion and not, well, an order. Expect your food to be emptier than you’re used to with Taco Bell. Not quite sure why they opted to dig around food and not simply offer a side of beans, unless the goal isn’t customer satisfaction but instead saving on quite possibly one of the cheapest ingredients in their store?
Payed 3 dollars for some nachos only for them to fill the cup not even half way with cheese, then asked if I can get a little more and the manager him self (didnt get his name but he had glasses), said sorry I don’t make the portions, I finished the cheese and still had chips left over smh what a waste of money. Customer service here is horrible wont come back.
