The food is delicious and the spice level is to our liking. The service is great and so is the server. We enjoyed the green, red curry, satay chicken and spring rolls. We will definitely come back again

The food was excellent before they had switched ownership. The place looked dated and now it’s nice and updated. It has a comfortable setting along with a good friendly staff. They have a new look but the same tasty food. I had the Pad Thai and my wife had the Green Chicken Curry. Both dishes were delicious and the portions were very generous. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very yummy food! The service is also pleasant and quick. I don't like super spicy food so I always order a 1 (or 2 if i'm being adventurous) but my boyfriend enjoys level 4 (I tried it and it was too hot for me lol). I love that their menu tells you the ingredients so you can pick how many veggies you'd like. Their portions are generous without being too filling which is awesome. Would highly recommend!

This place never disappoints. Best Thai food ever I had till date. The place looks like a small local mom-paa diner with amazing food. Must try dishes included Drunken noodles(Flat noddles), Mango Sticky rice and Basil fried rice.If you like spicy food, try spice level 5 and it’s amazing!

A nice experience that could be better. I ordered Pad Thai noodles with tofu and a spice level of 2 out of 5. I liked it, but it was slightly too spicy. It could be better if they told me the spice level when ordering beforehand. The spring rolls they offered at lunchtime were delicious. I liked them. With spice level improvements, I'd fully recommend "Bangkok Orchid." A nice Thai restaurant in Irving's experiences I think can better their employee's training in serving customers. The spring rolls were delicious. I would have ordered the Pad Thai noodles with tofu with spice level of 1.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years but last week I ordered a pick up dinner of chicken panang curry and got like 4 slivers of chicken. For what I paid I expected more than that. Highly disappointed and will not be going back. It’s time to find a different their restaurant to go to or order from.

All this really is a hole in wall. Looks depressing inside and out. Had craving for Thai food. So braved in. Food is just OK. High prices. Small quantity. Service really lacks. Waitress was OK. But the owner and others were busy feeding themselves!! Vegetables were not cooked properly either. No repeat visit from me.

Went here as a DoorDasher was alerted on the app that the order for my customer was ready. On the app it tells us to ask for an estimated time that the food would be ready, I was informed that they had just opened I said okay great how long would it take I began to explain that I had another order and the person upfront proceeded to talk over me, was very rude and began speaking in her own language while pointing at me. I stopped her and asked her why she was speaking over me and told her to quit being rude I just asked a question! This place is out of date and stunk like a fish market!! Wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

First and last time here. The owner was the server and she was SO rude. She wouldn't give us more hot sauce, told us (3 of us) to finish the small bowl first. When we did, she took the small bowl to refill it. I asked for 2 and she said, "No, you finish first." Are they short on tiny bowls or something? My co-worker ordered a veggie roll appetizer - it had shrimp in it. When my co-worker told her about it, she said to "just take it out." We didn't want to do that, so we told her to take it. She didn't offer to replace it, told us repeatedly to just "take it out," and then said, "you pay for this." REALLY? This place is VERY run down. They had a blower fan (like for drying wet carpet) blowing right on our table (for a/c??), the booth seats were completely covered with duct tape, I question the cleanliness of the kitchen and frankly I'm worried I'll be sick later. The food tasted fine. I'm not a big Thai person, but I went with it since my co-workers like it. Spice level was as requested. The food came out quickly and our order was correct (except for the appetizer). Portions were on the smaller side for the price. It was kind of funny in the moment how outlandishly rude she was, but I will never set foot in this place again.

Fix your ac unit, it was hot inside. Places like this that charge a card processing fee 4.0% are annoying. Language barrier. Won’t come again.

This place was 'okay'. I think the best thing we ordered was the Thai sausage. My family and I visited and had about 10 people total. We ordered a lot of food through our stay and ate family style. The portions were small and the food itself was not great, kind of felt like a waste. The drunken noodles literally came with about 3-4 slices of chicken and was served on what seemed like the same plate as the appetizers. The server seemed irritated anytime we ordered food. I definitely will not be coming back here, very unimpressed. If you order anything level 3+ spicy be prepared to potentially be spiced out if you aren't used to it. We enjoy spicy so it was fine for most of us.

Ordered for pick up and came home to my order not being what I wanted it to be. I got the pad kee mao with beef without mushrooms (allergic) and carrots. Almost took the first bite when I got home and saw the mushrooms. I could have had a bad allergic reaction because of their negligence. They even checked it off on their work ticket. Now I paid $15 for something I cannot eat. Couple of weeks before that, same dish but dine in. Halfway if me eating and I noticed a long strand of hair in my food. I did let them know and they did make me a new dish and voided my bill. They’ve been really careless the last few times I’ve been there and them almost giving me an allergic reaction because they didn’t care to double check was my last straw. It used to me my favorite place for Thai food, now after multiple attempts and repeat disappointment I won’t be returning and it’s upsetting.
