Found a gem! This is the best Nepalese food I’ve ever had! The mono dumplings were amazing. The chicken Thali was delicious and creative with so many flavors. Garlic naan was great. The staff were so friendly. Cant wait to go back!

You have to come here ! Some of the best food I’ve ever had in Dallas ! My mouth burst with so much flavor . I can tell the food is made with love . This place is your typical authentic meal from Nepal . I got chilli momo and Thali . Everything was just outstanding . The atmosphere is amazing too . I want to give a special thank you to the owner who made my experience an outstanding experience . He welcomed me in and kept checking up on me . Explained the menu to me and told me some background on some of the foods . My fiance and I will be back ! Perfect for date night !

Really impressed with this Indian–Nepalese restaurant. The food was delicious, and the cozy ambiance made the experience even better. The staff were friendly and offered truly top-notch hospitality. We tried the Dhido Set, Mustang Alu, Chowmein, and Momo — every dish was flavorful and well prepared. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily return to!

Incredibly delicious food. I think I said “wow, oh my god” after every bite. We started with veggie pakoras - perfectly fried, savory, richly spiced and a touch of heat. Next was veggie tikka momos- steamed stuffed dumplings in the most amazing slightly sweet tikka masala sauce. I could eat this dish every day for the rest of my life. Then butter paneer masala and the vegetarian thali platter that included a very tasty mutter paneer masala and like eight different pickles and relishes. The garlic naan was fresh and thin and coated in butter and herbs. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the different types of momos. The vibe is definitely nightclub/bar so it feels out of place during lunch, but the food is so good who cares. The only complaint is that the menu has no descriptions or ingredients listed at all, so unless you are very familiar with Nepali/Indian food you’ll be lost. We used Google when the waitress wasn’t able to explain certain dishes. Prices a very reasonable. And the food is So. Good.

Went with a couple of coworkers and ordered a few of dishes. We went at the opening time at noon on Wednesday so the restaurant was all to ourselves. We ordered the pork sekuwa (only pic I have), chicken and goat momo, and the chicken biryani all in medium heat level. It was all very good except for the pork being a bit overcooked. Medium heat for our momo and biryani dishes were just right, a good amount of heat but not overpowering.

Fantastic service with staff who are extremely willing to explain the food items. I am not of South Asian culture and my waitress took the time to go over the dishes and their ingredients with me. She was able to give me outstanding recommendations and checked up on me periodically. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something authentic.

Though I had been to this place in past , I went there for lunch after many years and was amazed to see totally remodelled with such a beautiful ambience. It has ambience of an upscale restaurants. The Nepali folks song being played made dining experience very pleasing. Server was super nice , serving the food with smile which is hard to find these days. I ordered Pork Thali and they do serve Napali beer which was great. Cant wait to go back to this place again.

We tried this Nepali restaurant recently and had a pretty good experience overall. The pressure cooker momo and kothe momo were unique and fun to try — definitely something you don’t see everywhere. The sadeko badel had a nice kick and was well-seasoned. Service was fast and friendly, and the ambience was cozy and welcoming — great spot to hang out with friends or family. The food was decent — not mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable and worth a visit if you’re craving some authentic Nepali flavors. Would come back again to try more from the menu!

Super nice Nepali Restaurant. Great food and fantastic service! The ambience inside is really good as well. Had a really good experience here - do give this place a try. Quality of the food and quantity was very good too. Service was excellent - we were taken care of really well and asked regularly if we needed anything and if the food was good, which was nice. We tried the vegetarian Thali, the Veg Chilli Momo and the Paneer Fried rice - All three were excellent! You can get additional servings on the Veg Thali if you need it - The Dhal was different and tasty in the Veg Thali. The cucumber pickle was great 👌! The place is also kid friendly and they have toddler high chairs. The place is located within a plaza and shares parking space - so you have lots of space to park.

Always get food from here. Takeout. But past couple of orders I always say no spice on anything. Ends up getting the spiciest things ever. I got biryani and goat curry last night. I said no spice. Omg this is very spicy.

Himalayan Aroma is a must-visit for anyone looking for exceptional momos. We ordered the vegetarian momos and were blown away by their delicious taste. Additionally, we savored the paneer stick, which was a nice surprise, and enjoyed the paneer fry as well. Our friends who tried the chicken momos loved them too. However, while the ambiance was nice, we did notice a slight odor inside the restaurant. Despite that, the friendly and attentive service provided by the waitstaff more than made up for it.

Me and my friends have been going to this restaurant since last 3months. We have been served by a lady super sweet super friendly and very welcoming. But yesterday we went to dine in at 1:00 am and overall service was good but disappointing at the same time. The lady who serves us everytime was not there. Other two of the servers were didn’t even had a smile on their face while serving and when it was a time to pay for the food, one of the servers she rolled her eyes and was not happy at all. It was unacceptable as a customer. Me also being a server I always make sure I leave a good tip but yesterday I didn’t feel like doing so. Had to return disappointed from lafa .

The new management sucks as much as the last one does! Not sure if its a new management or just another name change like they’ve always been doing lol! Went in on a very passive day with no customers at all and had to wait a whopping hour to get the food served! Server was apologizing which was nice but the overall am not fan of a restaurant like this one!

I started going to this restaurant during the COVID period when it was called Himalayan Aroma Nepali Cuisine, and at that time it was genuinely good. I used to visit regularly and enjoyed both the food and the experience. Over time, it seems the management has changed multiple times, and unfortunately, with each change the quality has steadily declined. My most recent experience a few days ago was the worst so far. The food was served cold, and when I told, it was dismissed stating it was piping hot and any attempt to resolve it. It’s disappointing to see a place that once had so much potential lose consistency and basic customer care. Occasional issues are understandable, but repeated quality drops and poor response to feedback make it hard to recommend anymore. This was my last visit, and I will not be returning.

Dec 2023 Update: I’m sorry I’m never coming back. The food actually tastes like it is a month old. Forget about the flavor and other things. I don’t think this is a safe to eat food. Tastes like garbage 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮 Old(My first and original review): I’m a regular customer here and love the food and the service. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Love the Dal Bhat. Don’t trust other negative reviews about the taste and food complaints.
