Went to this OG on the eve of thanksgiving with my 7 year old daughter. She was very hungry after playing for nearly two hours at the chuck e cheese next door. We ordered on ziosk for the kids meal and the adult entree through the server. Apparently the kids meal through ZIOSK did not go through. Once the server realized she was really very apologetic about the technical issue. Got the kids meal and the adult entree in the next 5 minutes. The manager came to address the concerns as well although there was really not a major concern. The whole order probably took 20-25 mins which is probably on the longer side but I understand technical issues happen all the time. However what was nice is that the manager comped off the whole order and also let us have the desserts on the house. One of the key reason for the five stars is I understand issues happen all the time. It is how olive garden dealt with it that made me happy.

We somewhat frequent this restaurant. My last visit was especially great that I had to leave a review. The manager on duty, Carla, was doing a fantastic job. She was working hard helping everyone. Assisting guests and being an overall friendly person while running the show. All the employees were working together. A good cohesive team. Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Great experience

I've dined and done pick up orders at this location. I've always had a great experience. I'm not a huge pasta lover but this is the only place I go when I'm craving it. I love their stuffed ziti appetizer and the alfredo with steak combo. The alfredo sauce is so delicious. The servers are always professional and kind. The to-go orders are prompt and ready at the respective times.

Food was great service was great. Way Too cold in there. I understand moving around your hot but that was way too cold to have people enjoy their meals. Looking around saw people sitting on hands, covered up or rubbing hands together to warm up. It's 100° outside at 8pm who really thinks about carrying a jacket with them.

We had a wonderful time.. everyone was so helpful and friendly. We got a huge table with plenty of room for our meeting. I requested a table big enough for 6 with a plug and they did an amazing job getting us the best table. Everyone’s meal was delicious, no complaints from 6 women, lol !! Our waitress kept our drinks filled up, awesomeness!! The manager came and checked up on us ! Couldn’t ask for a better night, thank you, Olive Garden management and staff !!! We will definitely be making more trips here , since now we know !!

I tried the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara and WOW.. It was DELICIOUS! Creamy tasty sauce, pasta perfectly cooked. Chicken melted in your mouth and had the perfect amount of flavor in the breading .. Shrimp tasted amazing and juicy!

During the week you get the lunch portion, which is more that enough for 9.99-11.99 and with your plate anytime you get unlimited soup or salad. I recommend: shrimp scampi, seafood Alfredo, fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp and herb-grilled salmon.

I ordered the all you can eat salad and soup. They had 4 varieties of soup to choose from. Really good food.

Pasta is awesomely good! We love the lunch portion sizes - just right and come with reasonable prize! Plus, we love the kids meal too!

I really liked my waitress. Her name was Shakira. She was very attentive. I had the Chicken Alfredo.

Where do I start. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Not to mention, I didn’t have to wait for my table. My waiter, Zachary, did an amazing job explaining the options (I have a hard time choosing my meal, lol). He always made sure I had plenty of fresh breadsticks and kept refilling my raspberry lemonade. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed some delicious shrimp fritto misto that Zachary recommended—10/10, would get again. For my main entrée, I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara with fettuccine, which was the best thing ever, along with a side of Alfredo. I had an amazing experience at this location and would definitely recommend coming here.

Our company buy us food for the Christmas gift exchange and my food in especially was missing I order a tour of Italy, and they made a mistake they never put my order , could not share the moment with others while I head back to get my food. Anyways Sebastian the Manager was very thoughtful , He understood their mistake i let him know I need a compensation for their mistake like a dessert he said he can make that happen , he provided a great costumer service that he also ask me if I wanted anything to drink ,I got a bottle of wine did had to pay it but costumer service was good , he listen to the costumer in away he can satisfy their needs. Navor was our waiter today and he was ABSOLUTELY the best! Very personable and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had 1 manager ask if everything was good. I went to Olive Garden recently and overall it was a pretty good experience. I was greeted quickly and seated without a long wait, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, and it was a nice place to sit down and actually enjoy a meal. I started with the salad and breadsticks, and honestly, they never disappoint. The breadsticks were soft, warm, and fresh, and the salad was crisp with plenty of dressing. For my main meal, I ordered pasta, and the portion size was big enough that I had leftovers. The flavor was good, but I will say the food wasn’t anything super special or “authentic,” just classic comfort food. My server was friendly and checked on me often. Overall, I left full and satisfied.

Shrimp Alfredo pasta is delicious 😋 and salad!! Good service !! It took like 35 minutes to get my order it was a long wait for our food!

While the food was tasty and hot, the service wasn't great. A manager had to help our area but the restaurant wasn't at capacity. She seemed preoccupied by something and wasn't quite "there."

I ordered the new dish of stuffed chicken marsala. While my husband liked it, I didn't enjoy it. What was commendable was the outstanding service. We were constantly asked about the food, refills and other requests. The manager came and introduced himself and refilled the breadsticks. This location gets Golden points for its service compared to my regular Olive Garden location (NRH).

My family of five dropped by for lunch mid December. The food choices are plenty as are the choice of beverages. As in any Olive Garden. We got seated immediately and server got to our table right away. We ordered our food and it was served fairly quickly thereafter. The service was a bit off - wrong drink order, hard to get hold of to get another soup for the “soup and salad” deal ( Which is a great choice ) - but it seemed the server was pretty new. Nothing gross. The restaurant itself smelled “old”… But overall a really nice experience.

Tried a few items at Olive Garden and overall had a good experience. The Shrimp Misto was nicely crispy and not too greasy—great as an appetizer, especially with the dipping sauce. Love my lunch and staff were kind

So I went alone; I had decided to treat myself to a nice dinner after a long week at work. My waiter, whose name escapes me, was personable. Unfortunately that's about it as far as service goes. Ordered the salad with my Seafood Alfredo. My main dish came out before my salad plate. The bread sticks were warm but hard and crunchy, not at all like I'm used to at an Olive Garden. I had to ask for more water. I ordered dessert and a coffee and received it, in addition to all the other dishes that were still on the table as nothing had been cleared away.

The salad is always the best thing in this restaurant. When the waiter checked on us I told him that the chicken was very salty, and he just said “I’m sorry to hear that let me know if you need anything else” 🤦

Looking through the menu I see this big heaping mound of lasagna, fettacini and chicken parmesan, I had to try that but when U got my plate it was barely anything there. And is was very salty. They asked if I wanted to replace but I said I don't like returning food to the kitchen. I was disappointed by the big price on such small meal. I've been there 3 times this week trying to eat my way through a cold. This place is way over priced for what you get.

Stuffed endless pasta was alright. The best was stuffed ziti! I then ordered the ravioli but, it was mixed up. I ended up trying the stuffed shells which was not bad but it was alright. Just filled with only cheese so if you're a fan I recommend, but just not my taste. The ravioli when it finally arrived was not cooked and was cold in the middle. Not sure if it was because they were about to close or that they stopped caring. But the shrimp was delicious and the grilled chicken. Of course the drinks were awesome!

Usually, this is our favorite spot to have a romantic dinner. Until we were served a drink with a moldy strawberry, hard-as-rock bread, and undercooked spaghetti. May have been a bad day for the cooks, but just warning future customers to look at the food they give you before eating it.

The waiters are knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff upfront in the other hand didn’t greet us when we walked in nor did they say anything as we left the establishment. The waitress tried her best to accommodate our needs. She noticed we didn’t fancy one of the sides we ordered so she kindly asked if we’d like for her to remove the plate and so she did. The breadsticks where stiff and a bit hard. My spaghetti was dry, bland, hard, and flavorless. The waitress was kind enough to pour me more sauce in hopes it would enhance the flavor but it did not. I ended up just pushing it aside, paid and left immediately. I will definitely not be recommending this establishment to anyone nor will I be coming back. I was truly disappointed and dissatisfied. My husband in the other hand loves this establishment. He enjoyed his food and beverage.

I didn’t have the energy to go back and forth with her but she had the ugliest attitude. By then I lost my appetite so as I was putting my food in the box I found a hair. Our server was the best though !

The Irving location has gone down hill. I’ve been going to this one for years and while the waitresses/waiters are very kind. The management does not value customer service. My experience this evening was very distasteful from the female manager. If you choose to go to this location, just be aware of the treatment if any issues arise.

I am utterly horrified and hungry. I spent nearly 5$ on the regular Alfredo dipping sauce and my employee spent 7$ on the large and this is what we get. I recently visited Olive Garden at 4001 W Airport Fwy, Irving, and it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor, and it wasn’t served hot. It tasted nothing like the usual standard I expect from other Olive Garden locations. To make matters worse, the restroom was in terrible condition — dirty and unkempt. It felt like the restaurant was operating without proper management, as everything seemed neglected. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope they make improvements soon.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Found a bug in my food. Told the waiter, took forever to get a manager and she told us that the entire place was sprayed because of a bug problem the night before. They are aware of the pest issue and continue to serve food. I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE OR ANY LOCATION.

I’m a regular at Olive Garden and this time I ordered, among other things, a Stuffed Ziti Fritta which comes with marinara sauce and they gave me meat sauce instead! I’m a vegetarian, so when I tasted and then saw the chunks of ground beef, I almost didn’t throw up! It was a take out order, so nothing I could do about it except throwing it away. What a reckless thing to do to the customers.

I encountered a very rude and dismissive attitude during my visit. When I asked if anyone was bringing out orders for pick-up, the first lady who approached me did not speak or acknowledge me; instead, she switched shifts without any communication. Then, a man walked up, and I explained the situation to him. He handed me my order in a very dismissive manner, which is unacceptable. Please speak to your hostess and encourage them to improve their service.

This location is disgusting. There were straw wrappers, food and napkins on the floor. Instead of properly bussing tables they were just piling dirty dishes onto a few random tables (which they tried to seat us right next to.) If that’s what the front of the house looks like imagine what the kitchen looks like. We left before ordering.

This is apparently medium well for Olive Garden. My steak was quite literally bleeding into the rest of my food. This is the THIRD plate by the way. Each of them had the same issue. Ended up leaving because they couldn’t get it right after the third time. Disgusting experience, however my waiter was amazing.

We go to this Olive Garden frequently. We have been going there for a long time. Tonight there was a large, alive roach under the chair we pulled out. They must have a pest problem if they are in the dinning area. We left. I am disappointed, I hope they get that cleaned up.

This is how my toscana soup looked when it was brought out to me vs how it’s supposed to look. When I showed the manager, she couldn’t even pretend like she cared. The Irving location should focus on better staffing and training to ensure prompt and courteous service to customers!

i went inside this olive garden to enjoy a precious lunch with my auntie and my auntie is gay. i am assuming our waitress (she didn’t tell us her name) thought we were a lesbian couple due to the fact she is a stud, i am not and we look close in age. she was rude to us and barley talked to us and was awkward. but then when a straight white couple came in, she was the sweetest person ever to them. she greeted them and called them sweetie but didn’t say anything remotely nice to us. awful homophobic service. never again.

I came in to the restaurant today with my parents, when the server came to us she didn’t even said hi. She came out rude and uninterested on our needs. She knew my parents didn’t speak English and she knew some Spanish, even tho she kept speaking English to them knowing that they didn’t understand at all. Later on, when she brought our food, she didn’t even asked for the cheese that they always ask to add, my mom asked and she ignored her until she asked again, when she was putting the cheese she did a WHOLE MESS, she even poured the cheese on our clothes, (pants and shirts) not mentioning the seats and the whole table covered with cheese. The broccoli on my mom’s plate was soggy and when she mentioned to the server she was kinda bothered and even heard how she told something to her coworker about how she didn’t like it. She never asked for any refills, and couldn’t even say thank you or you’re welcome. I feel like your servers can be way nicer because this is not the first time. The managers were really nice and provided a great service.

Today I cannot rate the dine-in service because I ordered online for pick up. But the pick-up service was bad due to what I believe the manager was rushing to get rid of me, The food. Normally, I order seafood Alfredo but today I wanted soup and salad for myself and a pasta dish for my co-worker. As you can see in the picture, they forgot to put beans and meat in my soup, giving me a bowl of old veggie broth, so basically l had for lunch old veggies steamed in water. I also received one order of bread sticks which of course I let my co-worker have. I normally do not make time for lunch, but when i do I expect something better than this, specifically if I'm paying for the service and the food. I do not recommend this location of 183 in Irving, or the Grand Prarie of 360 location. Both places are just getting worst with the customer service and food.

Food has always been good here i love coming here but I have never felt more rushed as I felt today the waiter was there asking are you ready are you ready can I get you anything else I ordered an appetizer and she rushed me to get the kids food ughh it was so frustrating and when I asked her to give me change she made a huff and puff soup I asked for boxes never offered a bag even as I was walking out I asked to talk to the manager the lady Karla I belive is facing in, talking to the waiters mind the place was not busy at all and all the employees where simply too busy talking with each other she did not offer to fix anything I have worked in the restaurant industry for everything and customer service is simply not there at all OLIVE GARDEN you can do better!!!! Train your manager teach proper steps to the waiters the price is not cheap so I expect better service .

I always come to this location because the food is amazing and the waitresses are very nice and attentive. That’s the only reason I come to this location even though one of the managers named Carla is very rude and unprofessional she never once came to check on our table and when i had an issue with a double charge on my bill she came to our table and was very cold and rude. Dealing with the public you should be a little more friendly. Other than her everything else was great!
