Love their fast food. Tacos have enough mean and cheese to make it a real taco... not just a lettuce taco like their competitors serve. Had an issue with drive thru. Person in front of me pulled out of line after ordering and cashier charged my card for their order. Couldn't cancel the charge so I paid for my order too. Was to wait 2 weeks for the credit to come thru. It didn't come. I called a couple of times trying to resolve the issue but gave up. I like the food so much I still go back but make sure I'm paying for my order.

My favorite of the fast food Mexican chains. The tacos are literally loaded with meat, vegetables and cheese. So much so that I wonder how they stay in business. I bought three tacos and there was literally a bag of cheese that you would buy at the grocery store in them, I am not exaggerating. This was not a one time occurrence. Every single time I go there it comes that way. Heck, I can't think of dine in restaurants that have as good of tacos. Try the tacos, you will not be disappointed.

I first ate at this place about 2 months ago...and was immediately hooked!!!! Since then I've been there to eat like WAY too many times to count! I always get their soft tacos; they're my favorite!! I should get the customer of the month award as much as I go there! :-) I always go through the drive thru so I cant say much about the looks of the restaurant; but the drive thru staff is always friendly!

I love eating here because no matter what location (I've been to plenty) I've visited they always stuff their tacos, nachos, tostadas, taco salads etc with plenty of meat and cheese! They are not stingy with the cheese! They over load anything they sell. Their sweet tea is really good also! The super tacos are a little pricey in my opinion but they are so good I don't mind paying a little over $3 per taco. It's well worth it! Anything I've ate was really tasty!!

I live a block away from tacobell,on beltline and shady Grove, been there couple of times, never been a fan of the food or price ,for small portions, if I want a good burrito or taco ,I drive all the way across town too taco casa, on airport freeway, for much better quality and gaunity . 2/ 20/24 they have really cut back on ingredients,from last time I eat there, very disappointing ,looks like I'll have to go elsewhere

Taco Casa is my favorite restaurant to go to. Being that it's what Taco Bell use to be when it first open, one of the owners split away from Taco Bell and later created Taco Casa. Their food is fresh and doesn't taste processed, the taco sauce has the right amount of spicy, and you get your money's worth when ordering food from them.

I went through the drive-thru and the lady at the window was very nice my food was great I got super nachos I really enjoy those they give you everything separate in its own little compartment so your chips don't get soggy so you have a nice crunchy nachos when you're at home I don't know anybody else that does that and I really like it

The only thing i don't like about there, they charge for tomatoes, come what's Taco without it's tomatoes???

The bathrooms are clean. The entire restaurant was clean top to bottom. All of the condiments were stocked and full, including Hot sauce. I just wish they would put more cheese on the hard and soft tacos. But I have been a customer of theirs all the way back to when they did put 3 handfuls of cheese on each one. This place blows Taco Bell away Generous portions, great taste and suggestive selling not only in the store but in the drive-thru. Mark has a way of taking orders and getting people through the line quickly. Also, I was there at lunch and I did not wait long at all for my order.

Gave three star for atmosphere because we went through the drive through. So not much of an atmosphere but other than that everything was excellent like all the other Taco Casa:s I have gone to. They have always been my favorite for tex mex food. I always get my go to which is two of the large crispy tacos and the super burrito. And a large Dr. Pepper to wash it down with. I always recommend going to your nearest Taco Casa.

I enjoyed the food, which has been pretty consistent. What has also been consistent is the small amount of hot sauce that's given. Tonight ordered 8 tacos, 3 Chiladas, and 3 beans. There were maybe 6 packs of hot sauce total. Thankfully I had a lot of packs from Fuzzy's to pick up the slack, because IMO the sauce makes the difference.

I grew up eating Taco Casa and was so glad when they put one in Irving. It's a fast food place with a pretty simple menu, but everything is good. The super nachos are massive with a large cup of nacho cheese and all the fixings (taco meat, sour cream, beans, tomatoes, jalapenos). I also really like their bean burritos. I get them with extra spicy sauce. It's not too spicy, but it is like a green sauce that adds a lot of flavor. Taco Casa has the nugget ice (like Sonic) which I'm a huge fan of! The Taco Lite is also really good and always stuffed to the top with meat and toppings. Their drive thru line is fast and the servers are always friendly. I go here often!

Really good food. I went to Taco Casa because my two grown daughters are nuts about them. The drive-through was cool. There were only two cars ahead of us, which I'm told was very fortunate for us. The parking lot was very clean and neat looking. The building itself appeared to be well kept and fairly new looking. No waited no more than 15 minutes before pulling up to place out order. I ordered a "mega" taco (not sure that's the correct name) and burrito. My daughter's ordered other dishes, and we all shared. With each of us having two items each, we were all stuffed. And everything was delicious. (I'm so sorry I don't remember the names of the items we ordered. I'll do better next time). All in all, our visit to Taco Casa was very enjoyable. I definitely recommend them. If you like Mexican food, this is much better than the average fast food Mexican food. 😋

Love their food. Pretty simple menu. Only offer a handful of items but they are good at what they do. This particular location seems under staffed. Drive thru can sometimes take a while but it's well worth it. Way better that taco bell. Not even in the same league! Always good, hot food at reasonable prices. Staff is nice and helpful. Everyone works together and does their job right. But seriously, cannot compete with other fast food Mexican. They are just better.

Does anyone remember like 15 years ago, if you ordered a hard taco, you had to hurry up and eat it or the orange grease from the meat would make your taco shell come apart at bottom?? And meat was a lot darker in color too and had a lot better taste. This meat now is light brown and dryish.

It’s tasty for a step up from TBell Mexican food. Loaded with cheese but also grease if you get anything with meat. Super tostada is my favorite. They downsized their large drink I think but the sweet tea is good. The folks working are bland and not happy though...Management do some things to make your team a cheerful!!

When I get Taco Casa occasionally, it's always to pick up 12 tacos and two meat nachos (just chips, ground beef, and queso.) Comes up to exactly $36...not cheap. But I've noticed that their portions have been getting smaller to offset their costs and their taco shells and the chips are stale. You could smell the staleness even in their grease. Will have to look for a different go-to for tacos in the future...might as well get the good (more expensive) stuff. Fast-food tacos are not worth getting anymore just to try to save a few bucks.

I have been to Taco Casa many times. This time I was very disappointed. The Taco shell tasted stale and were not crunchy at all. Normally the tacos are filled with meat lettuce and cheese. Love the food but not happy and have now eaten there my LAST time since I realized they are passing along a surcharge for the convenience of using a credit card. I don't understand that business practice at all. Seems like the loss of business would outweigh the surcharge. The surcharge is apparently different at different locations as well. Taco Casa--let me know when the surcharge goes away and I will be back. I also think that by law the menu is supposed to advertise both prices. The cash price of say a taco vs the credit card price of the same taco. Don't think posting a small sign at the window is right either.

It's been awhile since I've been to this location, as I don't ear out as much as previous. Went tonight ordered a taco and burrito. Probably the worst customer service experience I've had with fastfood in a long while. The lady taking our order asked us if we could pull up to the window to order. We said ok and we genuinely had no issues with her request, but you see we had just pulled up and hadn't gotten a chance to look at the menu yet. after about 30 seconds of looking at the menu out cashier decided to tell us "i told you to pull up to the window." she then proceeded to rush us even more when we got the window and she remained extremely rude through the rest of the transaction. to be honest I'm not even sure why she made us pull up to the window since the car behind us pulled up and she took their order like normal. also the end of our experience was super awkward because she just gave us our food and didn't say anything. no "ok you're all set" or "have a good night” lol it was just so weird and uncomfortable. The food was good and our order was correct but my service was so bad that I felt i needed to leave a review. do better guys. . .

We are HUGE Taco Casa addicts. But this place is the worst I've been to. First off, its filthy. All but 4 tables are dirty. Your shoes stick to the floor. The saddest part.. the food was bland with no flavor. My son had the smallest chilada I've ever seen. Step it up! You have a reputation to uphold.

Had to wait for someone to take our order (took a few minutes) Tacos shell's were hard and stell. Store floors was nasty, dead bugs and dirt in the windows. There was a lot water on the floor (like the bathroom was flooded). There were two young lady's that went to get the mop bucket but one girl was being bossy and rude to the other girl who almost fell at the moment of stepping in the water. She Mentioned that she almost fell and the rude girl told the other girl you won't die from it. Well a few seconds later the girl fell while mopping the water. She went to the front of the store. We were sitting by the restroom and could hear the rude girl asking her did she fall ( loudly). I could tell she was embarrassed. Such unprofessional team work. I asked her if she was a manager and she said no. She wasn't the manager she sure was acting like she was, Not good leadership at all, manager or not. I come a few times a week for lunch ( using the drive thru). I'm really big on customer service today ruined it. Won't be back. And will tell all my coworkers about it.

The people were really nice. The food was gross, you didn't get that much for your money, and it was cold. It wasn't dirty which was nice. So I can tell the workers have pride for what they do. But it's just not good food. Not worth your time. I hope the people can get jobs at a place where they can be appreciated for their hard work. Worse than taco bell.

The best thing about this place are the nachos, only because they separate all the ingredients so you can take it home and make it however you like. Request extra meat and always check you order before leaving because they'll usually leave something out if you order extra or something. They're skimpy with the nacho ground beef but you will get more than enough of everything else. Ok and far from great but better than taco bell or Los Lupes in Irving.

Normally not petty enough to worry about fast food reviews… but this happens more often than not. NO OLIVES! They even repeat it to confirm the order… yet when I get back to work, there is my burrito full of olives. It’s like a game of roulette to see if my time and money are wasted on what otherwise is pretty good food… and typically I lose.

Generally y'all are good , but the new people you have could use some training. A super burrito is supposed to be rolled up, not just thrown together and folded in half , they weren't even wrapped up. It was just setting on the wrapper. Everything was falling out in the bag. It had meat at one end beans in middle and a big blob of sour cream lettuce and olives with a little cheese, the lady at the window was rude and didn't give me a receipt. If this is the way you do things now , I will be going to Taco Bell for now on. Cheaper and no surcharge for paying with debit.

Used to be one of my favorite spots. 03/14/2019 I recieved food with hair in it. My money was refunded, because I am a bald man, and the hairs are very long and more than one or two were in my burrito. So if you go make sure all the cooks are wearing their hairnets. I probably won't go back. Too bad, I really liked the food.

So I reviewed my bank account and it showed the 15.09 charge. So in the morning I am going to file a complaint with corporate against this store. Tonight they lost 2 loyal customers. THEY WERE HORRIBLE！！！ I spent ξ20 bought a gallon of sweet tea and asked for a courtesy cup but was refused. Company policy sucks when it comes to satisfying the customer. Marie and Lily even said that they called the owner so the owner apparently doesn’t understand good customer service either. THEN the tea was garbage. I came for the tea the taco and chilada was added. I’ll never return. Since it’s individually owned I’ll go to give a different owner my business. The photos represents WHY I asked for a courtesy cup of sweet tea with my gallon. Because I knew I would spill it.

Once again I am blow away by the lack of care and pure ignorance shown from a fast food restaurant. I understand that it's not the most glorious job or the best paying, but it is a job to do, and it only requires a small amount of intelligence to be done adequately. My husband and I stopped by this location to grab some burritos for dinner and what he recieved look like it had been scooped off the floor (I would add the picture I took but for some reason it won't let me). I don't understand how hard it is to make sure that the food you are sending out to people is at the very least able to be handled. He wouldn't have been able to pick this BURRITO up without it squishing all over his hand....and definitely didnt want to eat it after looking at it. How did the employee that made this burriot, look at it after it was wrapped and say.. "yep that looks good".. SMFH! It's not rocket science..its not even 6th grade science. DO BETTER AT PICKING YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Been eating at taco casa for years. Love it just notice today. They charge you for using a debit card They don't seem to think there's a difference in a debit card and a credit card. I understand charging for the credit card because the credit card company charges you to use that card. But a debit card does not Therefore, they're stealing from you. Every time you make a transaction, this is not right. They should ask credit or debit, but they're too lazy. They're just gonna charge you credit every time on your card.

Drive thru workers always rude I don't understand why they have to be so stingy with the drinks they over pour ice and when you tell them light ice they only fill ur drink up 3/4s of the way. I'm paying for my drink give me my full drink also look at picture who does this ice fill lines all the way up come on taco casa stop ripping customers off I'm done with them

This is third time in the past few months I’ve visited this location and was provided overly stale taco shells…The location is difficult to access as you can only access it from the service road… so going back once I’m home is too much of a hassle I find myself just trashing the tacos I never complain on restaurants or leave bad reviews but at this point this is just ridiculous …Taco Casa has always been my favorite when I do decide to eat fast food since I don’t often however this location has ruined that experience and again I’ve wasted money on tacos that are too stale to even eat…I purchased 10 for myself and children to trash…I would not recommend this location today was my very last visit.
