These tacos are bomb! And the agua de jamaica is good too . Everything is clean and they are very nice. Tacos are fresh and so delicious. I got barbacoa and trompo and my son got bistec. He loved it . Thanks again for such wonderful service!

The tacos here are AMAZING!! If you have not been there yet you must go the service is awesome the place is clean the restrooms are clean !! All i can say is if you don't go I feel for you ,you will be missing out on some AMAZING TACOS !!

The prices are reasonable; paid about $15 for the burger and fries and $10 for the tacos order. Their menu options are great so I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Listen, this is Irving, there are like a hundred tacos places in city limits. This one really stands out with how tasty the food is. The green sauce is a perfect blend of flavor and spice, the onion and cilantro mix is perfect, the meats have lots of flavor, and the tortillas have an ideal texture. My wife and I have gone several times in the last week it's so good. Price is solid, tacos are well portioned and about 3.25 each. Tempted to try the burgers, wonder if this place is a taco AND burger sleeper.

Update 12/26/21: Not sure what's going on but the portions they are serving are really poor, their tacos are not cheap and I pay for what is worth, but I was disappointed on my last order

Came in on my lunch break at work, was pleasantly surprised to see a deal for Tuesday - 12 trompo tacos for $18.99. Ordered that for myself and 2 coworkers. The lady at the cash register was very nice, and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. The tacos were delicious and the salsa was spectacular. I will definitely be back again

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly and everything tastes so good! Kim really took care of me on my first visit (spoke about the menu with passion and gave me her suggestions) and keeps me coming back a several times a week! No more fuel city tacos for me!

Seeing the menu really got me excited given that it reflects items that you typically don’t find up north and much less tacos that resemble those from the border of Mexico. The tripa was great, the trompo was okay, the limonada quite fresh and the beans, ok. Overall, a good place to get a taco and fulfill that craving. The customer service was the best of all!

The food is good, but it seems this place always skimps on the garnish. It’s not a big issue, but I have asked for extra in the past and it’s always lacking. There’s never enough, even after being charged for extra.

We stopped by this place to eat some trompo tacos. The Meat is not from the trompo the flavor is missing something. The tortilla was delicious. The gringa and Campechana were ok but... wasn't from trompo trompo so the flavor is missing. This place its ok if u can't find another place with real trompo tacos.

Food is usually great and don’t have an issue with flavor when coming here. The big issue is if you like lime with your tacos expect a paper thin sliver of lime for 4 tacos. When you ask them if you could get more they will give you an attitude and make you feel stupid for asking for more, this includes asking to be charged for them. I’ve gone to other locations and do not have this issue. This is the only location that is stingy with limes and rude when asked for more.

Tacos/tortillas were so cold and meat was dry and had not much of flavor. The lady in charge was very nice...salsas were good. Will not be going back there.

Found crap in my food and cook who was responsible for the mishap starts complaining for the reactions due to his mistake….

This place is racist towards black people and the food is not that good. I came in to order food and a Hispanic lady came in after me and the cashier greeted her first and didn’t greet me at all although the lady was in line behind me and treated the Hispanic customer like she wanted to serve her first and was unfriendly towards me. I didn’t do anything but walked into the empty restaurant first. I only went here cause I was early to my nail appointment & had some free time & this was in walking distance. First and last time eating here.

I asked for 12 tacos de pastor and I only received 10 tacos , they overcharged me and was very rude when I was trying to get a refund , I’ve been on the phone for over 15 mins trying to find out if I was overcharged, & the lady won’t answer my question and is being very rude, talking to other people while on the phone with me. Never coming again

As someone who enjoys Mexican food and eats it just about everyday, I would have to say this is pretty much one of the worst experiences with Mexican food I’ve had. The person at the front looked annoyed to be there. After ordering the food was dry, the enchiladas where sorry. And refills being 5 bucks is outrageous. Will not come back and do not recommend.

Never coming back after tonight I placed a phone call order they put me on hold for 3mins while hearing everything in the background finally someone picks up the phone and it’s a deferent lady she takes my order and she says it will be ready in 20mins ….i get there 20mins later and my order was never placed nobody had a clue who placed it ridiculous order name was for Jose too !!!!!’…

It makes Me sad to see a business expand, only for it's newer locations to ruin the great reputation of the original locations. Showed up before closing time, door is locked, an employee is mopping and cleaning the dining room. I knock & ask what time they close and they respond at 12:00, to which I respond, "well it isn't 12:00 yet" and the person mopping the dining room smirks and says something to the people cleaning the kitchen, then ignores Me and goes back to mopping. I have to knock on the door to get acknowledged & ask Who their Manager is and all She responds is "the Manager is here" with an attitude. This situation would have been totally different had someone simply explained something as to why they closed earlier than advertised. If there is a customer with concerns, my guess would be the Manager should come out to address their concerns, or simply to explain maybe they closed early because it was a slow night, they're short staffed, whatever. NO, the person cleaning was laughing as if it was something hilarious to close as they pleased and then just ignore a customer inquiring as to why. Seriously, only because I moved from Oak Cliff to Irving I don't go to their original locations and I sure won't bother coming back to the Irving location. Won't waste My money here. Had to sadly take Myself to Taco Bell.

If I can give less I would l, they must have new management or just need new employees because it’s unacceptable the way they act! My first time visiting this Irving location. I feel like the portions are too small and food is too expensive. The pictures on the menu are a bit exaggerated. I am all for supporting small new business, but this one is not welcoming at all. I wish them the best!

I’ve always gone to this Fito’s, but this recent experience has me extremely frustrated and I probably won’t be returning for a while. I called in a pickup order a couple of days ago for two burgers expecting their Wednesday deal, but they never told me the total over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the order, I noticed they charged me full price instead of the deal. I spoke to the employee, and she told me only the manager could void the order and recharge me correctly, but he wasn’t there. I was told the manager would reach out to me, but I never received a call back (it’s been a couple of days now). The food is decent, but the customer service does not make up for this experience. Really disappointing.
