My favorite pizza place. I've been a customer for years.
Yall are always quick, but we ordered a pizza Wednesday night from the stella apartments... im still thinking about that pizza. Im so sad its all gone. The crust was buttery and frikin delicious. Idk who cooked it Wednesday night but chefs kiss my guy. Please dont quit.
Don’t usually order from this location but I’m sure glad I did! Food was amazing! Hot and delicious. Delivery driver was so so sweet. I hate I can’t remember his name. He was an older guy. Anyway 10 of 10 ! Will definitely be ordering from them again!
Drivers are always nice and awesome. The staff in the store are really nice too. Dominos, please pay your employees more than $9-$10 an hour especially those who are in the store don’t drive/deliver as they don’t get as many tips😒🙏🏻
This place creates straight bangers! The weekend night crew hands down are making pizzas that put smiles on your stomach. When I say impressed, that's the least i can do. I've been 5x weekend at night each time, fast, pizza was delicious and the service was great. I got mad love for what they do and what they create. They waste no time satisfying your hungry. Check out the picture... Thin crust!
The manager welcomed me with a smile as I walked in, when I came to pick up my order she opened the boxes and asked me if they looked correct and asked if I wanted anything like peppers and cheese also the food was prepared, I didn’t have to wait and received it hot and ready, overall the food was great. This place is reliable that serves with great hospitality make sure to check them out.
Ordered veggie topped clean cuts, came with meats. What a compliment!! But seriously; I can't eat if not Halal. Requested extra cheese, she didn't see in the order when I called to report. Finally 2 pizza credits, but no apology. Means "we won't like to accept serious cross contamination as big mistake, just mixed,won't be corrected. So people who can't eat meat or beef, be careful.
I've been here three months, and this "was" one of my favorite spots to order pizza from. Yesterday(3-2-2022) I ordered on-line and I paid at the store. I got there and the guy on the register stated that they could not take a $50 dollar bill from me because they didn't have the change to cover it. Mind you, they have a makeshift sign stating that they do not accept $100 bills. I will also add, my pizza's cost was $22 and change. Now, what establishment doesn't have $27 dollars after breaking a $50??? I politely reminded the gentleman that I have bought pizza online from here many times, paying with my credit card, but today, I'm paying with cash. The manager got involved and suggested that I should go to 7/11 and buy something, then return and purchase their pizza! "Comical right??" Not wanting to jump to conclusions as to why they wouldn't honor my cash like they honor my credit card, I insisted that the problem was solely theirs and I'm not going to go spend my hard earned money somewhere else in order to come back and purchase their pizza. And since they don't have a real policy on not accepting my $50, they need to figure it out! Long story short, the guy working the register, took money out of his pocket to cover the change that the manager claimed they didn't have. Unbelievable!! Other than that, "my" orders are always fresh and on time, but whatever they have going on with the "big bills" thing, needs to be on an official policy letter and not scribbled with a marker. Thank you!
This is suppose to be an Italian sausage, mushroom and extra cheese pizza. As you can see, only half of the pizza has all of the requested topping & the other half, well I am not sure what happen. I see a few mushrooms and a few sausage pieces. It looks like a cheese only pizza.on one side. It look like the toppings were thrown up in the air and wherever they landed is where it landed. Whoever made this pizza need more training!!!! If I wanted half cheese I would have ordered it that way. I am very dissatisfied......I really should have given 2 stars.
Can you believe ? They charge $1 for the tiny hot sauce case. Hhhhhhhh they made me laugh. Just wanna make money, no matter how. Did not taste their pizza yet.
Today April 17 2025 I ordered chicken pizza 🍕with pineapple. After a wait of 20/25 min they gave me pizza but which was covered by pepperoni looks like a beef pizza. In my whole life I’ve never eaten a pepperoni items(beef) which shows they have a so horrible service. My boy is crying for food & I don’t know how long I have to wait to get my order.
We usually Dominos over anywhere else but lately the quality has been very poor. We ordered a Medium - Hand Tossed Sauce: Bbq Toppings: Chicken, onions & pineapple. The breading was thinner than a thin crust pizza only very flimsy. The chicken was burnt on the edges and very dry. Please do better!
Terrible service. I ordered a pizza, which took over an hour. We called, but they only answered, "It's on its way." They never answered the phone again, and they told us to wait when I called. The pizza never arrived. Find another location for delivery.
If I could give 0 stars I would, this the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with this location, whether it’s how long the delivery takes or my order being messed up! Tonight, I had guest in town, I ordered 2 separate pizzas different crust different toppings.. it took 40+ mins to deliver my order and I literally stay down the street . Then I get the delivery it’s 2 of the same exact pizza same topping with different crust.. I immediately call the store to tell them about the mess up and I get some manager Camren on the phone telling me it’s an issue with the printer or whatever so they messed up my order even thought he was able to pull up my exact order on the computer .. he then says well I’ll remake your pizzas and have them delivered. I say okay cool no issues, remind you my original order was placed at 5:20pm August 16th, it’s 6:06 when where talking . I said okay so what do I do with these wrong pizzas, at first he says “keep them” then he turns around and says on 2nd thought we have to take them back so it can be accounted for at the end of the night and I have to take pictures of them so it won’t count out of my bonus ect.. which is weird I’ve never heard of that before when I know yall are just gonna throw them away . So then I wait 5 mins and call back and Sean answers and im asking for the manager, he puts me on hold for like 3 mins and comes back and takes my name and number down and says the manager will call me back , so I ask him could I ask a question real quick and he goes “Well you have to be really quick because we’re extremely busy” which I felt was rude as crap especially when I just spent almost $40 on a messed up order, so i reiterate what Camren told me and ask him he literally says he doesn’t know how things are ran up there so he’ll have the manager call me back . Then 5 mins later Camren calls back saying he’s the manager and I try to ask him about the pizzas bc at this point everybody’s starving .. he says “yes didn’t we just speak on the phone, I told you they are making a new order for you now and if you touch them you won’t get your credit but if you want your credit then I need the pizzas back” which is ridiculous! So now I have hungry company with 2 pizzas that can’t be eaten, but because I didn’t want to get Camren in trouble, I don’t touch the pizza I just leave them and wait for my new order. It’s 6:54 I call , someone answers and immediately puts me on hold for 4mins, I then ask one of my guest to drive me to the location so I can see what’s taking soo long, so I take the pizzas and go 5 mins down the road to the location. I go in put pizzas on counter and Camren helping someone else so when he finally gets to me . It’s 7:05, I’m frustrated and my voice is extremely hoarse from allergies and I’m telling him I’ve been waiting on my order and I’m trying to get an eta because no one is answering . He then tells ask them if the order for the delivery was taken out of the oven? He goes right back there to get them and brings them to me .. so literally I’ve been waiting on a delivery for an hour that was never gonna come ! I think that’s extremely unprofessional and bad customer service all around ! Camren said I could get a $20 credit but I honestly felt I should’ve got it free or something better than that I’m not satisfied and my pizza taste like it’s literally been sitting which it was before I got there! This locations definitely needs to get it together judging by the reviews because one again I place my original order at 5:20 for delivery why is it after 7pm and I had to go get my pizzas I specifically ordered for delivery ? I’m soo disappointed!! Update, gave them another chance even gave tip and I received my pizza looking like shit ! SMH I give up , added pic of pizza I just got at 11:37pm
If I could give 0 stars I would! I made a complaint about the wings not being cooked thoroughly and them not putting sauce on the wings and the manager called me and did not take responsibility at all for their operation. Very rude and I do not plan to order from there again
I have been ordering the Philly Cheesesteak pizza from the Walnut Hill Ln, Irving location for the past 5 years and never had an issue with my orders until recently. *Whoever has been making those pizzas lately is cheating customers. I’m guessing since mushrooms can be mistaken for beef when cooked, they decided to cheat customers by not putting steak on the pizza (or by putting only 2 tiny pieces). *Today, I had to literally dissect each slice of my 2 Philly cheesesteak pizzas to find 2 tiny pieces of steak. The rest of slices had ZERO steak!!! After being a loyal customer for the past 5 years, I will NEVER again order from this location!!!!
Called about burnt to crisp hot wings, was told the customer is not right by the manage, after being hung up in for asking for the manager and calling back to get him. Enrique said the wings can't be burnt and neither can the sauce. I will never order from here again. Beware, they don't know what customer service is, so much for will replace your order if something is wrong
