He recommended the New Orleans salmon... O. M. G. It was almost life changing--that's how good it was. And this might have been the best meal I've ever had at Red Lobster. 😀 Carlos, you definitely earned your 40% tip!!!!!

Have been craving some shrimp pasta recently, but was debating on coming. Had tried red lobster in arlington on cooper, and my experience was terrible so wasn’t too sure if this location would be any better. TO MY SURPRISE, this location did NOT DISAPPOINT. Our waiter Chris was awesome, he was super attentive, didn’t even have to ask for refills! he was always on it making sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing, my shrimp alfredo was delicious. And their biscuits were nice and crispy. 🥰🥰🥰 Kudos to the manager Robin, she also came to check in at our table, to make sure we were doing well! We came here for a date. The atmosphere was cozy and not too packed. We did wait a while for our bread but definitely enjoyed our time there. The strawberry margarita was pretty good but definitely not a drink you'd want if you're seeking a buzz. My steak was delicious as well as the mashed potatoes.

We’ve been coming to red lobster for a few years now came in today me and my husband we got a sailors boy and a lunch popcorn shrimp. The food was so amazing tasted great. We never had it like that. Oh my, we have not been to Red lobster I'm years! We were very happy with our meal and the price we paid for it. The scrumptious cheesy biscuits we're so good. My clam chowder and my husband's seafood bisque soups we're delish! He had the salmon and I , the coconut shrimp. Desert was included and it was a nice browny Sunday just the right size after all the food we ate! Service from our waiter Marvin, was fantastic. He was right there to replenish drinks and get any thing we needed. The restaurant was a bit on the dark side color scheme wise, but food and service was great!

Red Lobster is very nostalgic and special for my family and I. We always came to celebrate our special occasions at this location growing up. We just celebrated my Mom’s 60th tonight. Love the environment and the staff was very attentive and kind. Our waiter John was exceptional in taking care of our group of 13. This was a wonderful experience. When we got there the restaurant wasn't busy, which was great. The waitress we had was absolutely amazing. She helped make a great suggestion on food. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. She brought out extra alfredo sauce without me having to ask as well as our to-go plates with bags. We were staying in the Holiday Inn Express not far from the Dallas-Fort Worth airport last Fri. and we decided to try the Red Lobster right across the parking lot. And we were really glad we did! Sure, the food was good and served in good time, as we expected. But our server John was just what the doctor ordered when it came to injecting some humor and personality into what had been a long and tiring day of travel. We expect to be passing thru DFW and staying in that hotel again in the future. And when we do, we will definitely return to that Red Lobster in the hopes of seeing John in action again. The most incredible and memorable experiences ever. My wife and I dined at one of my mom's favorite eating places and the Red Lobster team gave us the red carpet treatment. I have been coming here for over 30 years, I can’t believe I have never left a review. This restaurant is like a 2nd home for me. I love the crab here, today I got the Wild Caught Fish. We visited on Valentine’s Day during one of the busiest times, and the service was still outstanding. The manager personally checked on us, which made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Our waitress kept us informed the entire time, making sure we were okay, keeping our drinks full, and bringing fresh biscuits without us even having to ask. Leyda is absolutely amazing!! She is definitely a shining diamond in the rough to a fading business. Not much I can say about the food, but I can go on and on about Leyda's excellent service and she will be the one reason to get us back in.

Really like this location. However, this visit wasn't so great. The server wasn't very friendly or attentive. It was crabfest, so we got the crab cakes and steak. The cakes were soggy, thin, and the crab was way to fishy to be anywhere near fresh. The steak was delicious though!

First of all Red Lobster is nostalgic. In a world where our favorite businesses are vanishing I think so many people want to save them. The food is alright.. I mean it’s seafood.. and who doesn’t love butter. Other restaurants are outdoing them and still… But I will say the crab topped mashed potatoes were so freakin delicious but were they worth a 7$ up charge? No. Was my meal worth $71 excluding uber fees? No. I splurged on myself and admittedly overspent on uber eats to get it. It’s been 10 years since I had Red Lobster. It was good, but if they survive it’ll probably be another 10 years before I give it another go.

Waitress Garnett, was very nice, great attitude. My fish n chips was ok after the second fish, the 1st one was not very good. Fish inside was cooked the outside batter was doughy not cooked. Manager never canre to the table. Salad came after I was half done with my meal..and after 3 reminders. The shrimps my husband had were delicious but salty. All food was too salty. Raspberry tea was excellent! I would return to try other meals

Management needs to spruce up their business… it’s a shame that the restaurant is not as good with service. No one to welcome you in until 5 minutes later and it wasn’t even a welcome. Then finally got seated 10 minutes after we came in as a group of 6! Then another 20 minutes after being seated we got the drink order and starter but no plate- no biscuits- no silverware. Food quality has completely dropped! Customer service was excellent! Restaurant needs DEEP CLEANING, walls, lamps that hang over the tables are filthy. Carpet needs to be replaced, seats need to be wiped down after every customer! Don’t go, I wasted $100!

I was so disappointed in my experience today, I wanted a lobster I asked the bartender for well done everything, that was the main reason I went to get the lobster so I decided to get the big entree, crab legs, loaded baked potato, lobster, fried and grilled shrimp! Everything just kinda didn’t taste fresh enough to my liking. The lobster was like rubberish not well done like I wanted. I’m sure they probably would’ve replaced it but honestly I lost my appetite a lil bit Also, yall need extra help! It was only like a few people working and the bartender was also working tables so it took longer to be serviced. It was also 2 pnats at the bar flying around my food and I lost my appetite I walked out and it was a plate full of food, and I haven’t eaten anything all day! Also the people working in the kitchen, one man had on a grey jacket and it was two guys I guess one waitress one chef the waiter was too loud like come on now…and then the man had on a grey jacket, um least could’ve had on black or some. I did not enjoy my food at all.

Entry: 20 min wait for a Resturant that was only at 15% capacity Order process: Cocktail - ordered a classic margarita off the happy hour menu Main dish - ordered the Mainer's boil with cajun butter. I asked for extra cajun & was told it was an upcharge of $2 - 3. Also informed they were out of corn on the cob. However our waiter (Carlos) personally found us some corn. Taste: Margarita - a very decent drink. I had two & would have needed 1 more to feel buzzed Beer - flat with no head Biscuits - still a the same great taste known by Red Lobster Boil - 5/10 Boil could use more seasoning. Lobster tail was not properly cleaned. A few potatoes were perfectly soft the rest (over 50%) were hard. Seems like they mixed an older pot with a newer pot for my bag. Corn wonderful & sweet. Had a cousin's birthday party there on 11/29/2025 everyone paid their own meals. My wife and I ordered the lobster and shrimp linguine the lobster and shrimp was all rubbery from being over cooked so we ate most of the linguine pasta and left the rest. I paid almost 90.00 for food that was uneatable. I'm very disappointed and will not be back

I got Shrimp Alfredo with no sauce no I didn’t ask for the sauce to be left off they just did. Then when I called they said that I had to pay $3 extra for sauce. So if u need some shrimp Alfredo know that it will not have Alfredo sauce unless u pay. Plus I paid $5.49 extra for my side of lobster mash potatoes and and got regular potatoes. I did my online order at 9 and picked up at 945 they close at 10 so I think the staff already started shutting down and didn’t care about my order
