Took guest from Australia for first time eating a American hamburger they loved it the look on their faces when they took their first bite of their hamburger said it all they were truly amazed by the hamburger great job Wendy's for the best hamburger in America.
There's a big Improvement at this Wendy's and customer service at this location is excellent!! I spoke to the manager Sarah a couple of months ago about an issue and she took care of it immediately!! She is a perfect example of what a manager in the fast food industry should be exclamation point Thank You Wendy's and thank you Sarah.....
Not from the area so we always stop at a Wendy's when we're passing through. This one was so good. The gentlemen taking care of us, his service was excellent and he was super nice. He mentioned the ghost pepper ranch, which we hadn't tried yet...sooooo good. Food was great, as always. Thanks for the great service!
I drive all over the place for work and I never thought I’d say the best burger I’ve ever had was from a Wendy’s in Irving Texas off belt line rd. Cheers keep up the good work
The employee who works the front always makes my trip to Wendy’s worth it! Every time I walk in he greets me with a smile, very polite and extremely funny. In addition he’s quick and always gets his orders right. Definitely an employee worth keeping around for a while. Might not want to lose this one.
Good food and great deals. They really gotta work on remembering the sauce we ask to have for our orders.
They were short on a few things and we couldn’t complete our order, but they gave me a small coffee to make up for it. You guys are so sweet and I’m so sorry for the issues you’re dealing with. I worked food service myself. You are angels.

I had a order that was missing items through Uber. When I made the report in Uber eats they did not give me a refund. So I called Wendy's and they told me they were out and that Uber should have offered me another item in replacement. They never did but I was offered a free replacement tenders when I came in later that week. The closing manager was very friendly and willing to help me get my moneys worth when Uber failed to give me an option to get a different item.
We went in to get a Jr. Double Bacon Cheeseburger meal. It was pretty good. Wendy was so nice!!! We had an AWESOME TIME!!! THANK YOU!!!!
I like their baked potato with cheese and bacon. & Also the sour cream and chive baked potato. And I love their chili. The only problem I ever had at this Wendy's . You have to remind them to give you a fork knife and spoon with your order. It seems like almost every time I have to remind them of that.
Nothing special. The small chilli is now $3.19 before tax. It used to be a goto lifesaver, not anymore. The sandwiches are still between $6 and $8 after tax, that is good.
The young Lady was very professional. The two cooks were extremely clumsy. Loud dropping equipment. I hope no one calls the city inspector. Picking up dropped equipment off the ground and not washing their hands...Cross contamination big time. Your strawberry Frosty machine always seems to be broken. I made it with the Pumpkin Frosty... OK... I just happen to like the strawberry Frosty. My father being a veteran and older member of our community, I hope he doesn't get sick from preventable food born illness. Otherwise that double nacho burger meal was a grand slam. Thank you!
Food was okay, even eating in store, fries weren't as hot and fresh as they advertise. If they were really bad, I would have taken back and asked for fresh. They weren't bad, but not as great as they can be.
Usually the food is good. We were really excited to try the new pretzel bacon pub cheese burger and the first time we got it it was really good and full. however the next time we got it it had hardly any cheese and onions, even though the bun was good it wasn't worth the price the second time. Probably won't get it again. I will follow that up by saying most of the time the food is really good though. And if you haven't had there breakfast you need to try the maple bacon chicken croissant.
Iam very mad that you guys are running out of chili beans too early. It has happen 3 times. Every Tuesday night when l get out of work. I love to go get my chili. And it socks with 6 cars ahead of me just to hear. We're out of chili at 9:30 pm . So the times your out of chili that early on Tuesdays l have to go home with no dinner. I really hope you can remedy this problem. I am a value customer every Tuesday night. Thank-you.
The cashier was super kind to me, the food was good as well. The only gripe is that there was no ketchup in the ketchup dispensers, but it's no shocker, I bought food pretty late.
Food's great. Sadly there's no self-serve modern soda machine inside like there are other locations. The location looks a little dated but thankfully the staff are friendly and the food is good. Between 3 and 4:00 p.m. are the best times to go there's hardly anybody there and there will be no wait in line.
The place is clean and provides wifi. Food is really good I enjoy the classic double with cheese , and the spicy chicken! The only thing I wish you could refill your own drink but instead you have to go to the register and tell them you need a refill. Not a deal breaker but in my opinion a little inconvenience. Overall like to come and bring the family there burgers do have a fresh taste and are delicious.
We were traveling home from Dallas Love Field airport, and needed a quick lunch. Wendy's, in general, are one of our favorites, so we stopped here. Service was prompt, as it was between usual meal periods (about 3;00 PM), and the place was nearly empty. Our burger and chicken sandwich were cooked just right, as were the hot and crispy fries. They were delivered promptly. We were quite pleased with our lunch.
This is review is based on Breakfast only since we were there in the morning. This Wendy's is a Drive Thru only restaurant. It was exactly what I needed since I had my little dog with me. There were three cars in front of me that moved pretty quick. It gave me enough time to decide what I wanted. Service was quick, order was right and we were done. Didn't know what to put for Atmosphere because it's N/A
They're not nice, overlook ppl. Waiting on my mobile order witch was done right behind them so if it's cold or dry. I won't be back this the is 3x trying them .
Fries were Cold. I don't like the large containers of catchup that you pump into a cup. It's unsanitary! It would be nice if the person making the wraps made them consistent. All of the Ranch dressing was at the bottom of the wrap.
Fast food served reasonably fast, the burgers, we all had some version of the baconator, were very hot, but fries were so-so, which is a pet peeve of mine. Why are fries treated with so little care when they constitute a good percentage of the meal. Drinks were ice cold and the fountain was properly adjusted. The facility was clean enough, the staff was efficient if not friendly, I'd visit again if in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way.
This Wendy's has gone down tremendously. Idk if it's the whole chain or just certain locations, but it's a hit or miss now. I got sick one time, they were out of what I ordered another time. The customer service is ok
This location would get 5⭐'s if the place was cleaner and the employee's were nicer. I make it a point to drive to a different location. It seems like BOTH of them on Beltline in Irving chose to hire people with no manners or that uses discretion when talking about their personal lives. I have had to usher my kids away from the counter on 3 different occasions .
Good food but my order was not right. I paid for extra cheese on my bacon and cheese baked potato and got no extra cheese and no bacon. They were regular cheese and chives. The young man taking the order was rude and unfriendly. Sounded like he didn't want to be there.
First got one of the burgers wrong. Ordered Dave's single with bacon. No bacon. Also no receipt. I thought it was in the bag. But nope. The burgers did not have the great flavor I have had previously from Wendy's.
Currently going through construction so only the drive through is open. Had to get my food remade because my food was cold. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and a junior bacon cheese burger. The nuggets could've been warmer sure not much to complain about but the buns on my burger was stale and rock hard. When I went back around to ask if I could get my food remade the manager seemed to be bothered with me asking for that but asked me to pull forward for my order. It took a while for me get the order again, luckily there was a kind young lady who noticed me waiting and checked up on me and my order. Food came out shortly and was definitely fresh this time. I just wonder why they thought giving me bread as hard as a rock was cool.

Every time I go the $4 jr bacon gets smaller and smaller. Ridiculous. I’m done with Wendy’s. The only good thing was your staff. It’s not their fault you rip people off.
Wendy's burgers are so small it's a shame what they asking for their burger's. We understand the name of the game is greed, Wendy's brought small and charge big for more money. Soon it will be a memory just like the others that when out of business due to greed.
No toilet paper in both stalls, outside lobby needed some TLC and employees need training in customer serviced. A simple “we'll be right with you goes a long way”
Lately they been shortened the amount of fries you pay for medium size of fries. And they be having no cookies either. Sounds like maybe they need to have people retrained on how to satisfy customers when there drive thru is open late also on a busy street. Its starting to become irritating especially when you have kids that love there food!
This location is never consistent. We usually never eat at Wendy's but this month I've given them 3 tries because I've been craving a chocolate frosty and some hot salty fries. Early January no frosties and cold older food. Mid January still no frosties and again cold older food. Never had the breakfast and decided to try it today. Sandwiches were hot and fresh but the Swiss cheese sauce is gross. Loved the hot fresh spicy potatoes! No hot coffee, no soft drinks. Tried the pomegranate/berry juice... nope. French toast sticks were spicy from being fried with the breakfast fries!! I thought I was imagining it but 3 people agree they were spicy. The staff is always very friendly, however, will not be going back to this location and it's only a block away from my house.
I ordered a biggie bag and a DBL baconator through their app. In the app I requested ghost pepper ranch sauce. When I opened my bag in my car there were no sauces whatsoever, so I assumed they forgot them. I had to go in and wait in line to ask for sauces. When I finally got to the front I asked for ghost pepper ranch, and they just simply said "we're out". Instead of telling me they were out originally and asking if I'd like another sauce in place, they just chose to not give me any sauce and let me be surprised by a lack of any sauce. Asked for regular ranch sauce and was on my way. The chicken nuggies tasted very strange, either something wrong with the product itself or with the oil they were using. Very possible they just haven't changed out their oil in A GOOD WHILE. Washed down the bad taste with soda and went back in for a refill only to see their soda machine was out of the vast majority of their options. TL;DR pick another Wendy's, this one ain't it bro, there are better fish in the sea you don't want this relationship.
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich no tomatoes with a small fry. Sandwich was not spicy at all and was not fresh. It was soggy. Fries were cold and old. I tried to contact company and the web site was very difficult to maneuver. I finally gave up without registering my complaint.
So dissatisfied with their "breakfast croissant" that's NOT a croissant at all!! I was the only car at the drive thru and still have to wait over 6 minutes to get my meal; Potatoes were ok, but the sandwich is no good at all :(
Shorted us a couple nuggets. Fries taste like crap kids always throw them out. We only keep going back because the kids love frosties.
Worst Wendy’s ever. Terrible customer service, drive-thru staff clearly not trained, and the food… don’t get me started. Hard buns, undercooked nuggets, old fries, and watered-down soda. Can’t even get it fixed because of time—just choke it down and regret it. Do better, Wendy’s. This location is a disaster.
The person running the drive thru window at 2:30pm on 11/2 had the absolute worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen in my TWENTY YEARS of experience. They lost my order and when I said something about it, she immediately got defensive and combative with me. She tried to blame the screw up on the “unusual” amount of orders she had piling up. Welcome to the customer service industry. If you can’t handle it, then figure out a way to IMPROVE YOURSELF or move on to something else. Don’t burden the customers with your horrible attitude and lackluster skills. She’s lucky my order was correct otherwise I would have been even more upset. Oh, if you try saying just ONE word to her, she cuts you off and gets defensive. Get her more training to fix this issue or move on to someone else.
Whenever I visit it, I asked for a number 2 bacon, ator no cheese. And when I got home, I only received a junior burger with a mass amount of cheese. And when I went to call, no one answered called 6 times over 2 hours. No answers you know
EVERY time we order ubereats from this location, something is missing. They also never put any of the condiments I've checked off into the bag. I just want what ive paid for. I am getting tired of having to ask uber for a refund because we're missing food.
I love Wendy's food but this location needs better management. They need somebody who knows how to order the correct amount of products because every time I go it seems like they're out of something. Whether it be ranch or barbecue or Dr. Pepper or potatoes always out of something! I just got my baked potato WITHOUT the butter I ordered and my spicy nuggets without the ranch I ordered.
Spanish speaking at counter got my order wrong twice , she had to shout to person in back to translate my order and she got it wrong. Spanish Mgr. Threw my order in frt. Of me in trash and blame the cook in back very unprofessional. I will not go back, the mgr. Seems like if its coming out of his pocket. Will be reporting him. Not so clean, empty looking, people in backvand counter too in a hurry not caring at all. Order the $5 bag, burger was wrong twice, $5 bag nothing like picture awful! I haven't had Wendy's food in awhile, so I thought I would try them on my lunch break, bad choice 😠. 1st the young man who took my order, coming off a break, had an attitude, then I had to ask him to wash his hands before he touched my drink. I was served cold fries and hard nuggets. I definitely won't be back.
Bad customer service, only one cashier at a busy time of the day. She was very nice and polite. Every time I come here the managers are rude and the one white lady with a long ponytail...She is a manager and looked like she was ready to fight the world. Wendy's has gone down hill, food and customer service sucks!!!
Manager is coo coo, buddy had me waiting 10 minutes to confirm that it was my pick up order, asking me to show my ID when I'm only 16, and said I had to show something with my name on it to get my food. Bros a joke.
Horrible experience, plus several times they have given me either drinks with a loose lid. Also large drinks that will not fit in the cup holder provided, and it spills over into my vehicle... Forgot my food extra grill chicken etc ...Plus I found a silver curly hair In my salad...
On 4/11/2023 at 12:25 pm I ordered a JBC and Garlic Fries, as I was paying a female worker was telling the window cashier about something they have not had for a week. When she left, he finished my payment and gave me my receipt and CC. When I drove up to pick up my food, she told me they were out of garlic fries. I handed her my receipt and asked for credit and stated that the prior cashier should have told me and removed it from my purchase. She walked away and then magically appeared with garlic fries and refused my credit. I do not TRUST THE FOOD and will not eat it.
The guy working the drive thru at 12:08 pm on Thursday August 9th was giggling in the background of the speaker when my mom asked what all was on the baconator fries when we haven't been to Wendy's in a while. Made us feel like they would mess with our order so we left. May try again if we have time to go inside.
New Management ruined this restaurant....what a shame....I'm not going to go into details, but if you eat here often you know what I mean. It's sad because it turned from my favorite spot to the place I avoid.

Do not ever visit this place. I stopped by this location and ordered meals for my family as well as myself. A total over $30, upon arrival to my house my wife realized that there was a large portion of our order was wrong. To be more descriptive, due to having chidren and two adults. We order the 4 dollar meals and the 1 bugers to stay within a budget. Unfortunately we were charged for all premium burgers instead of the 1 dollar burgers. I Tried to call the location that very night, and no answer. Called a total of 10 times, yes i called that many times. Decided that with the receipt, i would be able to go back to the location to fix the issue. I did not want a free burger, i just wanted to be charged correctly. I was told to wait for a manager, no problem there. When the manger approached, i explained the situation and asked for the assistance. I was confronted by a woman who told me " where are the burgers". I stated that i didnt understand, she repeated again "i need you to return the burgers". I replied they were for my children, and that I bought food to feed my family. I explained that all i wanted was to be charged correctly. I orderd the 1 dollar burgers, amd that the new employee at the front charged me 5 dollars for premium burgers which i had not orderd. She stated that i need to give her the burgers back. I could not believe what i was hearing. I explained again that i do not want a refund, just a correction on the pricing because we were charged incorrectly. I gave her the receipt, i told her i come in here twice a week to buy food. I explained the employees know who i am, ive never had a problem. That i just wanted the error to be corrected. Nothing was done to correct the situation, after all my visits. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My family or friends will not be visiting this place.
I’m not one to usually complain, but the chicken in my spicy sandwich was DRYYYYYYY. It was so dry and tasted like old oil. I couldn’t go back as my lunch break was over. Will not be going back to this location.
Over $30 for 2 combos, lg chili, 2 4pcs nuggets. What the heck, my food is cold! I asked for condiments, and you think they were paying so i could get more ketchup, chili sauce.
This location has the worst night staff imaginable. Incoherent. I asked for a few mintues. Was told to take my time. Then when i was ready to order, i had to asked a few times for someone to even reply. I could hear laughing during this from the actual speaker herself. When asked how i wanted my chicken, i said classic. Had to repeat it, and i quote...." Ok.......wait....im sorry, what was your order again?" was the responce. Only been here twice and both times they did not give me a straw for my drink. I had to wave the window person down to ask for it, cause they were to busy chatting it up on the clock. All this to get home and find out the chicken sandwhich I ordered was spicy. I have severe asthma and cannot sadly tolerate any type of spicy food as it irritates my throat and induces an asthma attack. So i paid $11 for a Medium coke and medium fries. I will never go back to this location.
I worked fast food for 8 years. Customer service was at the top of the list. Today I went through the drive up window and the girl that took my order didn’t smile, no welcome just looked at me. I placed my order she told me how much, gave her the money, she handed me my change. No thank you, please drive forward or go to hell. Not good!
Google maps said they’re open at 6:30am and I got here at 6:53am and it’s not open even though there are markings on the building saying they open at 6:30am.
I have gone here several times and given the place more than a couple of chances to get even the most basic orders right. I've gotten incorrect food every single time and tragically bad attitudes. I am always polite, yet this last time around we caught the employees red handed speaking lowly of us while unaware we were standing right within hearing range. Stay away from this location because management does nothing and the employees probably don't get paid enough to give a solid care about you or what you order.
Honestly this shouldn't even get 1 star. It's the worse wendys I've ever been to.. it's that bad , they need a whole new management . I don't understand how you can mess up the most simplest orders and be rude with it . Overall pretty sad. #RespectfullyDisrespectful
This Wendys has a very serious problem with some employees and with its Uber order reception platform, and far from showing humility and respect towards customers and accepting the mistake, they are rude and disrespectful! the system orders disappear and nobody does absolutely anything to resolve the issue, it keeps happening repeatedly
Cynthia was super rude when taking my order. Then when I got to the window and I am looking over my receipt she slams the door open and ask if something was wrong. I was looking to see who took my order. When I said oh you must be Cynthia, again she was rude and rolled her eyes. I was happy to wish her a bless day! Clearly she needed it.
What's the point of ordering online if they are going to make you wait on the line for the most recent cars?? The point it's to avoid the line.
I just went through the drive-through, 1/17/2017 at 6:20 PM. It is 48 degrees and raining. I ordered a sour cream and chives potato, 6 spicy nuggets, Jr Bacon cheeseburger, and a large chili. When I got home there was no burger and no sour cream and no butter. This place never, ever gets the order right. I knew better than to not check the order before leaving but I didn't.
You shop and you never get what you ask for. You ask for lemonade and they give you soda, you order 6 hamburgers and they give you the ones they want. the truth is that 3 times they do the same thing to me I won't come back I thought the girl was new and tried to understand but now 3 times I don't think it's a coincidence.
No ketchup in the dispensers, the soda machine sodas were wretched, your shoes stuck to the floor, and the place smelled awful. Should’ve turned around, but we decided to grab a quick bite anyway and regretted it. The food was either altogether cold or lukewarm, and not what I’ve come to expect…even from a Wendy’s.
The service at this store in the evening has always been less than good, but now, since the current management has taken over, it is very bad. The current supervision there is artificially seeking to boost their service times in their drive-thru by making cars pull forward, and park, so that it appears to upper management that they are doing better than they are. Multiple cars are parked off to the side, as orders are delayed. Errors in the orders are even made. This evening I ordered a diet coke as my drink, and instead I got the most awful tasting root beer I have ever tasted. Truly nasty stuff. And I only noticed it too late, after I had driven away. The car ahead of me experienced such bad service, they asked for a refund. I hope upper management reads this true review, so that they are not deceived by the supervision at this store, so as to think their service times at night are quicker than they actually are. Expect bad service at this store, at least in the evening times.
I’d give this a 0 star if it let me, I ordered 3 bacon jr’s, a chicken sandwich and a sprite, (no meals). the order came out $21, they tried telling me that I had ordered a meal when I never did, and the order went down to $16, when I paid and got my food, the lady gave me a hard time for my Dr Pepper I ordered, the employees there are also talking with rude tone and disrespect, they are saying we’re crying over a drink even though we paid for our drink, our time and money ain’t free so yes I came for a drink and I paid, since they kept giving us hassle and wouldn’t let us get a receipt I left and I’m never coming back to this trash, also fix your employees attitudes.
5/13/2024. 1145am. Management is pure trash. Coke machine was flat manager didn't care. Didn't try and help. I asked him for some tea and he said, "She'll get you." Meanwhile she was swamped, taking orders and he was standing right next to the tea. Machine was out of all the extra flavors. No soap in the bathroom. No spoons, no ketchup holders, and 2 packs of pepper at the plasticware station. Manager was unprofessional and using profanity with another employee in a loud manner.
If I could give these people a zero I would. None of the food was fresh. I asked for fresh fries they gave me the opposite. The chicken was hard on my sandwich. I am too tired from working to go back up there. I am furious. I will spread the news around to stay away from that Wendys. I do not like wasting my money. The service was horrible. I went up there around 8:45pm. Oh yeah. They have no supplies. No drinks, no condiments, and obviously no fresh food. Smdh!
Twice now in the same month I went to their drive-thru. Ownership must have changed. Manager and employees are not the ones I’ve know to work there for years. They left me at the order box for a very long time. After ordering I noticed, after turning the corner, there were customers waiting in line at the windows with many more waiting for their orders past the window and in parking spaces. People working there are slow and rude. Never again!
Yay I get to do another bad review that no one will care about.... On the door, the dining room opens at 6:30am and at 7:05 it is still locked. I knock on the door and am completely ignored, so I left. Now I know why the other Wendy's on Belt Line closed. And why most Sonic restaurants in Irving have closed.
First of all the store door was locked so the drive thru was overly long. They don’t accept awards app here apparently and mainly the manager/cook had an attitude because I wanted to change my order since I could not use my rewards. She sucked her teeth and put her hand on her head a short big woman. And she purposely did not put my whole order in my bag! Bad customer service! Do not go here smh management is 🗑️ 🚮
Window person gave me the wrong order and took 15 mins to receive my correct order and didn’t not give my drinks and my condiments, I am very disappointed and would like my refund and also she did not give me my receipts, I placed my order at 11:39am. I would give it a 0 star.
I do not recommend this place to anyone! I have visited a number of occasions and something is always going on. The last and final visit, the drive attendant was in tears. A customer not only cursed her out, she came into the establishments made threats. Instead of the manager deescalating the situation, she was talking about the employee to the customer! This went on for about 10 minutes while I waited for my food--keep in mind it was just sitting by the window! I waited another 10 minutes at the window for my food, watched another attendant take orders at the counter, and listened to the manager continue to insult the worker. She quit and left. No one came and there was a line of cars behind me. I parked and went into the store. Explained I had been sitting at the window and would like fresh food. The manager got an attitude with me because I wanted fresh food. Who wants food that's been sitting for 20 minutes. I will never visit this establishment again and do not recommend to anyone.
Love Wendy's but this was the worst customer care ever! I pull up and get asked "what you want". Bypassed it and get to the window to get my order and "here...here". Checking my order after receiving it and ask "why you still in my line". Regardless order was wrong and I didn't have the patience to go inside! BAD MANAGEMENT OVERALL!!!!

Awful customer service. Their "manager" looking girl had the worst attitude. They made me pull up to wait for my food when there was no one in line in the drive through behind me. I politely mentioned that and that I'd move if someone pulled up, and with attitude she told me to "pull up because regardless we're going to bring your food out the door" uhm okay attitude.
where do i begin , I ordered a asiago chicken sandwich i told the employee extra extra pickles just for it to have no pickles. I also order a number one with no onions medium combo the employee makes it large and i said no and he still did it anyways, Also on that number burger i said extra pickles and no pickles. One last thing the fries they gave me weren’t even fully cooked all the way they where still raw. This establishment needs to do a rebuild with y’all unprofessional employees. Arby’s does better.
Stopped here on my lunch break, very frustrating at first they left off one of my fries from the order so I had to go back through the line then I left took a sip of my Diet Coke and it’s out of course. So tired of paying for stuff and not getting it or it being poor quality smh couldn’t even enjoy my short lunch break getting lunch for my daughter and I. I tried calling the store to let them know their Diet Coke is out so that way another customer doesn’t have to be frustrated by paying for something they don’t get, and of course nobody answers the store phone
Very rude workers at this location never coming back because 4 out the 5 times I've went they get my order wrong and want to get defensive instead of just fixing my order
Men Restroom got a Water leakage on the toilet makes the whole Restrooms a flood. Lack of cleaning. Place is more like a homeless shelter. 👎👎👎
I ordered chicken tenders and codd salad with a mango Pineapple large. Tenders cooked to hard salad was good. My drink was the worst thing. 😫 tasted like water. All restaurants for people touching food and money and rubbing or touching other thing beside food 🤔. What happen to gloves. I'll never go back here.
I’ve tried calling this Wendy’s location several times to ask about low-carb menu options, but no one ever answers the phone. It’s frustrating not being able to get basic information, especially for those of us trying to make informed choices. I’m not sure how they expect to do business if customers can’t even reach someone to ask a simple question.
Horrible experience at this Wendy’s tonight.. Why advertise a meal that comes with the chips and it didn’t. Takis Fuego meal. Also, tried to scan my phone for rewards / coupon and the Salvadoran lady that I think is the manager was rude and said she couldn’t do it she didn’t have anything to do with the app. Which is obvious.. She was playing and yelling at another worker with the window open and being loud and playful, but was rude to me. I’m disappointed about the Takis meal not coming with what was advertised, but even more with the customer service at this place. Will not come back any time in near future.
I have always loved Wendy’s burgers because they tasted homemade to me. This one located on North Belt has left me speechless not because of their awesomeness but because of their lack of it. It started with a burger that had dried up points on their burger meat which tells me the meat was prepared ahead of time and perhaps left to sit until ‘needed’. I did not eat this burger. But the worst of all is , my last two burgers were literally raw. The meat was mushy and noticeable right away. I took a closer look and the meat was undercooked. I also ordered a chicken pecan apple salad. The chicken was cubed into small bites and dried up and hard. I would have returned this mess but lost my receipt. I am handicapped and unable to walk into the restarant to present this attrocity. I will no longer patron this restaurant and will discourage my friends as well to obtain service from them.
Manager said wendys app has been down for weeks. Refused to courtesy discount $3 or use my free nuggets from my app. Kaylah and the other man who says he is a manager and refused to give me his name(black bald headed tall man) are rude. Need management training. I don’t understand how it allows me to order on the app but cannot use it in store. They said they are not able to assist in the transactions Wendy’s had with the mobile app or be of service in the establishment. Bunch of people who are there for a check but not wanting to work. Food was cold.
Up and down Beltline there are not a lot of options, particularly as it gets later in the evening. This is a heads-up for Corporate, the Franchisee, Management (if they care) or hungry/thirsty night owls like me: On Sunday, June 26th, I got in line here at the Wendy's around 9:40. The line stretched around the front of the store. This is not the first time that this location's drive thru has been slower than molasses. All I was in line for was a Sprite. I figured I might order a JBC to justify the visit. After 21 minutes in line. I pulled up to the order window. It was 10:01 pm. The crew member was short: "We're closed." I mentioned that I had been in line for twenty minutes and only wanted a drink. A full minute later, another crew member comes back more emphatically "WE ARE CLOSED." I ask about their hours and if there can be any consideration for the time I sat in line. By the way, there were at least five cars in line behind me. No response. I pull around. The car in front of me was being served. I was frustrated, so I went across the street to the Quick Trip. The manager asked me what was up. He could tell I was bothered. I shared the story. He comped my order. So, I ended up getting my Sprite - for free! The attached picture is from when I was at the stoplight looking back at the Wendy's, at 10:19 pm. Notice that there are still five or six cars sitting in line. Either this crew is really bad about communicating to customers that they are closed (say by turning off their lights) or they singled me out not to serve me. This is not a slight for all Wendy's. But this one store has dropped the ball several times in a row. With this time being by far the worst.
