This place makes great sandwiches they beat out fire house which which and Jersey Mike’s it gets pretty busy at lunchtime so if you come try to be in right before 12 I’ve taken a snapshot of the menu so you can see it please like my review if that helps you out with the menu!!!

Awesome job! I used to work at Potbelly way back in college, so I have seen all manner of poorly-made, messy sandwiches from this chain. I opened this one up, and it may have just been the most immaculate-looking Potbelly sandwich I've ever seen! Friendly, quick staff too. Thanks guys!

Fabulous sandwich, Potbelly has plenty of options. My favorite was the way they toast the bread.. The Mama Meatball is probably one of the best options on the menu. They have shakes and fresh baked cookies as well. Definitely would come back

Amazing customer services had a wonderful young lady greet me quickly and also got right away on my order. Never caught a name or badge but everyone was on it.

I know they may be known for their sandwiches desserts and shakes but I love the chicken nut cranberry fruit salad I get it at least once a week when possible

1. Sandwiches taste just okay. Subways tastes better and has more toppings to be honest. 2. The main entrances are not obvious to the first time, non-local customer like me. It would be great to put some welcome/obvious signs on the entrances. 3. The menu is posted beside the order line, customers have to look to the left and turn back to right to talk to the staff while ordering items. It would be more practical to post another menu behind the staff so that customer can look at it while communicating and facing to the staff. 4. In my view, the architect of this place forgot to factor the customers' view and flow into the design. 5. Restaurant is clean, lot of free parking, lot of seating.

I love potbelly’s! It’s my fav sandwich spot. I come here often and I am extremely disappointed in tonight’s experience. I came in not sure if it was cause I was a customer at 8:40pm but my sandwich was rushed, did NOT get TOASTED? Not just that but I took a bite and there is a HAIR on my tomato. Disappointed mostly in a rushed service if they had enough time before closing. Also all soups were already dumped out :( horrible

By far my worst experience at a Potbelly. My cookie wasn’t done; it was basically cookie dough, the milkshake I ordered was terrible; I couldn’t finish it, it was so bad. And the bathroom was completely trashed smh I won’t be back.

I could forgive that if it were busy but there was literally one lady and myself in the restaurant when I arrived. Two people came in after I did, ordered in person, and received their food before I did. Food was awesome though.

If there's a line it will be 30 to 45 minutes. Their soups are all water no potatoes at all. Very bad experience every time I come twice a week everyweek. Only because the food is good but everything else is horrible.

Literally the worst! I came in about 11:15 am on 9/21 service is terrible I stood waiting for my Togo order for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged by cashier (male with glasses) I only got acknowledged when another lady came in. Food was soggy no telling how long my food sat there before being handed to me. Managers do better in training your staff to be personable and greet customers.
