If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the steak finger basket. She said it would be 3 mins until done. I waited and my 5 fries were cold and limp and my gravy was watery. I couldn't leave work, so I called them and she said that their phone didnt work. I went over there afterwards and showed them pictures and she said this is how they make them. I said I would never be back.

This is unacceptable are you guys trying to get people sick? On 12/22/2025 at 2:12pm we ordered 2 #8 chicken strips i ordered on doordash with buy one get one free. The number to call is not available for restaurant to address this serious health violation to management. I am highly dissatisfied and don't recommend this location to anyone. It seems as employees do not care for the food safety.

This facility is not clean I saw a roach crawling out kitchen . The manager Areli seems very unprofessional. She was talking to what seems a teenager with an attitude and she was making the teenager feel bad . If you are a manager you’re supposed to lead not be mean to children. Do not go to this establishment.

Ive called this store multiple times to issue me a refund for my order that was placed online and due to it being canceled I was told to contact them for a solution. I proceeded to call multiple times for the line to keep disconnecting immediately and no call back whatsoever. That is highly unprofessional and now I have wasted money with no way to get it back.

This location has very bad customer service. This is the second time I have been going, and they’re rude to me at the drive-thru. This last time I went, the young lady at the drive-thru kept rushing me through my order. When I pulled up to the window, she was being rude and when I got all my items I had ordered, I asked her for her name since she didn’t have a name tag on, and she asked why I needed her name and I told her because she was being disrespectful, and she told me it wasn’t her, so I told her to give me the name of the employee who had taken my order, and she proceeded to tell me that they weren’t allowed to give out their name. This location needs to train their employees better on how to give better customer service. I will no longer return here. I would rather drive 7 miles to the location in Euless since they offer better service than this location.

Employees were rude and unhelpful. We pointed out that they had charged us for lettuce and tomato on a burger that came with it and to fix the mistake, the manager came over and thrust the $.75 in coins at my husband and slammed the drive thru window closed, keeping our receipt. We didn’t even want the money back, just wanted to point out what was happening so it wouldn’t happen to others. They piled so much on top of our burgers they were flat. Won’t be back.

I ordered two Oreo blizzard’s with extra Oreos and they were horrible!! Oreos were stale and old. I called and no one answered went to recording that says the voicemail is not set up

I came tonight with my family to try the new Dr Pepper barbecue patty melt and it was dry. Iasked for more sauce and they said I couldn't any and they couldn't sell me any. I also ordered a banana split and I asked if they can add nuts on top of it and they wanted to charge me $1.38. I was very upset because I spent $42 here tonight and the sweet tea tasted old and they didn't have any Dr Pepper.

Went to DQ thinking I was going to enjoy a classic Taco Salad....boy was I wrong. This taco in a big shell is what the manager said passes for a taco salad. Mind you, I live near by and had the same thing a week ago. Did not look this sad to say the least. Quality has gone downhill but guess that's what is expected when you have a bunch of folks that don't care what they put out. I'd be embarrassed if this was my restaurant.

I’ve been seeing commercials for the new summer blizzard menu non-stop all weekend. The mixing bowl mashup looked like it was worth a try. I ordered a large and after waiting almost 5 minutes, was handed a large cup that was about 2/3 full and looked NOTHING like it does on the commercials. I asked her to fill it up, as I paid for a large, not a medium. Another 3 minutes later, was handed a cup that was 3/4 full and the only thing added was vanilla ice cream. It was terribly disappointing and I will not ever visit this Dairy Queen again.

I just got $30 worth of ice-cream. The cones were fine but everything else was bad. The kids were complaining the icecream was sour and the milk had gone bad. They also did not properly chocolate dip the cones all the way and were leaking at the base. The Spanish kid working there was too busy hitting on the cashier and could be heard laughing and making fun of customers in the back and came up to the window at one point and told the cashier that she was fired jokingly. Terrible service. The Spanish kid did not know what we were waiting on as the fries took too long to make. It was Expired ice-cream. They would not pick up the phone when called to let them know. I would probably not go back here again. Hire better people and managers that can control the staff.

Terrible. Had to repeat my order three times to two different people. It wasn’t a difficult order at all. I asked for extra mayo three times on my burger. Once l got my food at the window, I checked my food and asked the lady at the window for more because they did not put extra on my burger at first. It looked very dry. I informed her that I asked at the order window three times. She informed me that they can’t do it on the screen. I said ok. Got my burger back and just checked and it looked like this. They all had very bad attitudes.

I paid 10 dollars for a combo meal and this is what I see when I got home!!! This is ridiculous ! It looks like someone ate half of my fries before they gave me my order. I asked for more ketchup and now I see why they gave me two! After making me pay for ketchup!!! Not to mention the fries are pretty much raw! And the toast is just bread… Don’t go to this location. It used to be my favorite now they are horrible. I won’t be back again and I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Just went to this location. I wasn’t able to order on the app so I went inside. I wanted the Hunger Buster buy one get one for $.99 which is currently on the app (I’m looking at it as I write this review), the girl said they didn’t have it anymore. I asked for the corporate phone number (just so I can find out why corporate is allowing this to show up on the app yet it’s not available) and she gave me some baloney number that I called many times and it just rings and then silence. I went back inside I told them that and they were just laughing acting weird so I told these low level people (normally I wouldn’t call people low-level because I think every job is amazing and we should be appreciative of what we have but when you lie to people and play games with them that makes you low-level) to just forget it and I just took a picture. I will find out the number for corporate myself since they refuse to be helpful.

The food here is mid at best. They served me cold food. I asked them to remake it and they just reheated the food they gave me my burger was sub par. My chicken was burnt. I been going to DQ as a child am 42yrs old and am never stepping foot in here a gain to eat food! I paid $ 32. For mid food.
