Jessica was our server and she was super sweet. She was attentive to our orders, especially for my kids. She made sure she got their orders right and even added a few suggestions to make their experience worth it. They couldn’t stop singing her praises and even made comments of coming back everyday, hahahaha. I love that my children enjoyed their breakfast here being our first time at Waffle House. We are always an IHop family but now, Waffle House have our hearts. Would definitely be coming back at the Irving location, and hoping we have Jessica as our server. Thank you Jessica!

Waffle House is a favorite place for a comfort-food breakfast, lunch, and late night dinner. Our server and the food was great. My eggs were cooled just like I prefer, soft yolks, fully cooked whites. If you like your waffles crispy, be sure to tell your server. The restrooms and dining area was clean. This was Waffle House done right.

I appreciate when the staff acknowledges you when you walk in, everyone said hello. Service was quick and the manager was great. Although she wasn’t my server, I would have loved to have given her a gratuity. So here’s my tip… move her up to a higher position. She has the capability to succeed and thrive.

This was one of the cleanest waffle houses I have ever been to. The service was great, and not the usual waffle house demeanor employees are notorious to have, if you know what I mean. Not that I care, I’ll go to waffle house anyways, but it was a pleasant experience. The food was made with the utmost love! Never had waffle house that was that full of passion lol. The experience here was a 10/10 for waffle house.

Definitely my favorite Waffle House location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area! Waffle House is always good but this one is on another level. Staff are so kind and attentive, the service is fast as well. Exceptional customer service! Our waitress Angie was very sweet and went above and beyond when caring for our party. All the staff seemed to work well together. All around POSITIVE energy in the kitchen. Food was tasty as always! I’d highly recommend stopping by anytime of day!

The food was on point! It couldn't have been better! The cook was a guy named Nate, who was friendly and a great cook. Everything was cooked to perfection and arrived in a timely manner. The 7 year old even raved about how good her food was also. The place was clean. Our waitress was very nice but I didn't get her name. I absolutely love waffle House!!! The service can be a bit better at times, but usually I overlook it, as it is a very fast paced breakfast restaurant and it's totally understandable. I love that servers are always helping each other out and looking out for the patrons who are dining in.

Very first time in a Waffle House. I was confused with how to get seated. There were chairs on the side to wait for a table, and when a table cleared, you would seat yourself. Food was good, nothing to rave about, $25 for 2 people. The service was good. Our server was nice, but she was very busy. The girl that was at the register was on her phone the entire time. Seems like the servers were more interested in selecting what songs to play There’s about 4 servers for the entire place. Granted, the place has 8 tables and maybe 10 seats at the counter. It was very hectic for a 10am on a Monday.

UPDATE***2/10/24 Today @1:45pm Was the worse ever! My waitress was amazing that's why i didn't snap lol.I really think she should apply as a Manager how she handled it 👏 Her Boss was in a bad mood under stress and took it out on all the employees, she was rude to ALL the employees. Instead of working TOGETHER&Ask for help. I guess she was stressed cause she was cooking all the orders&under cooked my eggs so I waited 30mins for another eggs. Hashbrowns were frozen, waffle was good and restroom was clean. We chose this spot since it was on the way to the airport but I don’t recommend it. Still had the taste of grease once we left. Fyi if you place a to go order, they charge 20% never heard of this.

Worst service. Actually no service at all, three employees did not accept entry of me and two of friends. Kicked us out apparently being “closed” when it’s clearly 24/7. Not only that but they allowed the entry of a family and yet would till not serve us. This is embarrassing to be hiring these kinds of people. Would not recommend coming here especially late at night.
