Sometimes I just have to be in the mood for something fresh and delicious! So there's nothing quite like a good Subway sandwich loaded with all those delicious vegetable! You never would have found me there is a youngster because vegetables were foreign object to me but now is an adult I think they're the most wonderful thing ever created by God! Although I do wish that sablique carried ketchup I will take the delicious balsamic sauce that they've created over every other creation they've come up with! If you like vinegar give it a shot!

Love it or hate it, this is a Subway restaurant. They serve all the things a Subway normally would. The really cool thing though, is that this location is open 24 hours a day, 364 days a year. It's one of the few places you can walk in any time and order exactly what you want. No special menus for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Whatever they serve, they serve it any time. They also have a drive through, which is a little odd for this kind of restaurant. Don't expect it to be fast like a McDonalds though, they still make everything to order. And if there is a line inside, you are basically still in that line. At least you don't have to get out of your car though.

I love that this subway is 24hrs. I work nights and find it convenient that it's open (most of the time) during the night. The staff are great and most of the time friendly when they are not overwhelmed by the annoying drunk college kids that stumble in at 3 am.

I will always give subway a five star review even when I get terrible service because I know it's not the whole franchise that messed up and as I usually get excellent service at the store on east Exchange St. My most recent visit was, let's say not as well as expected. I won't get into the details but I will say that after about 11:00 P.M. service isn't exactly up to par.

This subway is excellent compared to other subways I been to. They have mobile ordering so you can pick pick out your sandwich and toppings and have it ready for you when you get there. Sandwiches are always on point and staff is always friendly. And they are open 24/7. I love them way more then the taco bell next door cause they took all the good stuff off the menu.

I go to this subway everyday and am never disappointed. Veggies, breads, wraps and meats are all always fresh as they come and the workers are always real friendly. They also handle the lunch rushes real well and don't look at you like they hate you while making your sandwich!

It's a bit of a wait but what do you expect at 2am. The lady who took my order was really pleasant and the food was some of the best Subway I've had. You could tell somebody cared about what they were making.

Pulled up to drive through to be told they are only accepting on line orders. Used to go there 2 times a week. Now I'll just go up the street to eurogyro. It tastes better anyways. This place is in the akron u area and can't do any better than this.. Here I am 10 months later, thought I would give them a try again and can not believe that once again I got told only taken internet orders. So I'm there with money ! Your there with a job to do and you can't. Will never spend another dime at any subway ! Ridiculous. Years later decided to try here again. Finally was able to order and get food. The young ladies working there this evening were very nice and professional.

I visited this location with my friend and her daughter a few weeks ago! The woman who took our order HEATHER was sweet as pie, patient and made our sandwiches perfect, just the way we asked... Her Customers service in addition to the sandwich was spectacular, thank you again Heather!

They try and that's what counts 😂. Everything was fine with the sub, the wait was a little long but hey it happens not the end of the world. As good as any other good subway I've ever been to, plus on the way home from the gym.

The app said it would be ready in 5 min.. Lol. Of course it wasn't. They were apologetic of course, but I didn't care and waited.. I think they were surprised that I wasn't mad and yelly.. I did put a note on to cut them in half, and they didn't.. So that's why it wasn't a 5 star.. Did the sammich makers see it? I dunno. But i still love these sammiches and I love having somebody make me a sammich.

This Subway is a 24 hour. The sound seems very unhappy they claim to being overworked and underpaid. While I was there there were two people standing in line for a long time. They soon took a seat and eventually left altogether! I promised the girl I would give them a good review because she was the only one working although there were three people there! I have an image of her alone. She didn't have a great attitude but she had a pretty good work ethic. They have a drive-thru window here and apparently they ignore it from time to time because someone came in and complained about not being helped at all at the drive-thru window and seeing someone inside looking at them and ignoring them! That is unacceptable people would have been fired if I were in charge here.

I don't like the cross contamination with the utensils. I don't eat pork, chicken or beef and the knife he used had mayo or some other white substance on it and he just wiped it off to cut my sub. Very unsanitary to me, what if I had any allergy? I think they need better food handling practices. My sub was good, but I probably won't be back at this location. The good thing about this one is that they are open 24 hrs, but the drive thru box doesn't work and even though you're standing RIGHT there telling them your order; they'll still get it wrong. At least for me this was the case lol

The drinks were running out the manager would not allow side items and they forgot to add my bacon and meat requests. I was disappointed in my visit this time. Total wait way 32 minutes for a foot long and 2 large drinks

Pretty slow service, particularly at drive thru. All the Akron cops go here on breaks and at shift change, so be prepared to dine with ~15 cops and/or to wait for them all to order before placing your order. They also don't have all the cheeses and breads that are offered at other locations. Some items are more expensive than other locations, also.

This place is located near the university and expect it to be very busy. I arrived around the end of someones shift was told my Doordash order was next in line. I waited by the window for 15 minutes and finally just parked and went inside for the order. As I arrived inside the place of business and still had to wait 10 minutes for the food because it hasn't even been started. The lady making the food had written everything down seperately on a piece of paper instead of using the tablet. I think I understand that they have to do this because they have to make the food with gloves and looking back and fourth. It's not really the lady making the foods fault, but the way the system is set up. Honestly though, it was coming to the end of her shift so she was probably fuming that it was busy and she was working on online orders and customers standing in front of her. I have to rate it 3 stars specifially for this location because I waited quite a long time.

The BBQ rib sandwiches that we ordered were cold. They only "squirt" bbq sauce on the top. It was horrible. I would expect them to be cooked and in sauce. We placed an online order and still waited 10-15 minutes past the pick up time, even though there was no one else in line when we got there. 🤦‍♂️

Food was pretty good but service was ridiculous. We went between 2:30 - 3:00 am and it was not a good time to go. Bars were closing and there were only two people working. If you do go around that time go inside, the drive thru will take around 30 minutes just for them to take your order. And there are 🐷🐷 everywhere!! 👁️👁️👁️👁️

This Subway was VERY SHOTT STAFFED waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru AFTER my order was taken. Then finally got served, drove home, discovered I was charged for 18 Cookies when I only ordered 6, and, they only gave me 12 !!. Tried calling them for over 45 minutes, finally got through, was then told he was short staffed and didn't have time to deal with me, and to call the dayshift manager ! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT SERVICE AT THIS SUBWAY. To top it off, the sandwiches were not good at all. Not even going to bother trying to get a credit through this store. Would assume I'd get the same hassle again !!

I was excited to try the drive-thru because I was in a rush. I gave my bread and sandwich type then was left alone for over 10 minutes. I tried speaking again through the mic and got no response. I ended up driving around and parking. There was only 1 customer inside. After he paid the woman inside walked by me ignoring me. Then, she came over and said someone else would take my order while she did a new online order. The man who came (still never greeted) remembered part of my order. No apology. No explanation. Rushed thru my order and walked away. The Sandwich was good but kinda hard to mess that up. IF I ever go back I'll just go inside. Don't bother with the drive thru.

While the food was good. I am a nurse and had just finished a long shift. I ordered on the app with the intent of just going through the drive-thru and picking up my order. I waited approximately 15 minutes and got no service at the drive-thru and ends up having to go into the store to get my food. They need to have more people working the drive-thru. I will not be going back to this location.

I’m not sure why they are so adamant on serving raw undercooked bacon. Even at the request of cooking it before it’s put on the sandwich, I still get raw chewy bacon. Not sure if there are people in the world that eat it like that but it’s disgusting to me.

They only staff one person and they have an abundance of DoorDash orders.. please staff accordingly.. it’s not fair to the workers or the customers for the owner to be greedy.. I wish there was a rating system for the staff and management separately because the staff deserves 5 stars.. but shame on management and the owners

Food was good as always. We had two people work on our order.the first girl was awesome and polite. The second girl was rude she asked us what else we wanted on our subs and when we told her She was like you don't want nothin else we're like no That's it she asked again and we answered her again then asked like so nothing else and rolled her eyes and proceeded to complain about how what we were getting was a waste. I informed her that that's our business. She was like I'm just sayin . then she over charged us. Will not be going back on her shift.

Ordered tuna fish 6" she barely put 2 teaspoons on a 6" piece of bread! Had to pay an extra $1.75 for additional to get it to look almost like it looks on their commercial. Totally BS! That was the last time I'll go to any Subways! Their bottle 16oz Lemonade was $3.75, you can go to Dollar Tree and get a 2 litter for $1.25! No wonder the place was dead at lunch time!

I ordered a sub from this particular location on Wednesday 15, 2021. I show up to find out that everyone’s walked out and now I can’t get the sub that I paid for. The person at the drive thru couldn’t even make my sub or give me the proper directions to get my money back since I ordered through the app. I was told to call corporate and that’s it…. Thanks for nothing. This location is pathetic

Ordered on the app for this location at 220a bc it said 24 hrs. I was charged for my food. Got all the way there to see a sign taped on the intercom saying they closed at 1a. I left with no food and money gone. Cant get anyone on the phone and corporate is only operational monday thru friday. The app needs to be updated w these hours.

I have them one star the employees are unsanitary I am a plain jane kind of sub no mayo no sauces. Up until my sub was cut it was perfect then it was cut with the same knife that had been used in everyone else's condiment covered sub without cleaning it off, or whipping it off. So my sub had mayo ranch and whatever else all in it

I ordered from them late at night while at work. They said they delivered my food but they did not. I tried calling the building and no one answered. I emailed them requesting a refund and they told me they had no order under my name so I sent them the confirmation email with the order number. I never heard anything back after that or never received my refund. Will never order there again.

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to your receipt the girl at the window told me that my order was $20.36 I rechecked and asked her before handing over my card "why is 1 footlong $20 she made a forced confused face and said it wasn't she said it was $10.36 gave her my card I was charged $20.36 the alert came to my phone right away she pretended to be even more confused called for help was told that the original charge would be refunded and that my card needed tone scanned again annoyed at this point I personally felt like the girl in the drive thru was charging extra on purpose maybe to pocket money later? Interaction was very strange she acted more "busted" than anything

Staff is okay, food is great but this is NOT open 24hr seven days a week. My advice is to try placing an online order ahead of time to verify they are open before heading out, you very well will be disappointed.

Rudest customer service ever I asked for extra cheese on my sub (I get the shredded kind) barely got a half of 1 scoop and was charged 2$ for it... my sandwich was mashed barely toasted and the sandwich maker had a terrible attitude. Won't visit again

I would honestly give this review less then 1 star if I could but it doesn't work that way, mobile ordered. Sat in line for like 45 minutes just to have a bag with my drink in it crushing my food, got home after sitting behind a accident for a hour to get home to my subs that were less then adequate, I work at Subway myself and I know how much meat goes on the Italian BMT, but to have a lady who I'm unsure is even a manager because I didn't even get to ask for one that she made the food herself and I needed to bring it up to her. Well one sub I dropped off at my boyfriend at work, either way the lady was very rude and hung up and I really don't appreciate that. Expecially when I myself work in customer service and know it should never be that serious. I might even go to corporate that made me so angry Edit: Called back to try and actually make sure that was the manager and keep getting hung up on, they think they're funny 😂😂😂😂

Place was filthy. I watched the employee’s take care of 2people in front of me. I stood and watched them touching everything with the same gloves on answering the phone,taking drive thru orders,dropped something on the ground and pick it back up , making people’s subs,going in the back coming back to the front with the same gloves on.Then got upset with me because I asked if they could please change their gloves. Once I seen The food counter had other food droppings all in other ones. And how Idirty around the food containers we decided we wasn’t going to get any food and we would just get a drink well the machine wasnt working correct or something because their was no carbonation we Mentioned to the lady she shrugged her shoulders at us… we will never go back to that place again … horrible horrible

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from here onliine and the special instructions clearly say "TOAST FLATBREAD PLEASE" and it wasn't . I called and it took them 6minutes to answer the phone and all the girl did was say "ok, ok, ok, ok" about my complaint. What is special instructions included an allergy? And no one is reading it?

Horrible service!!! Kids working on their own with no adult supervisor. I had an online mobile order that wasn't ready. Then I had to wait 25 minutes to get what I ordered. I was told to pull over because other ppl indeed their food before me. How I'm not sure when the app said my food would be done in 10 minutes. I will never go to this particular subway again. I don't want to give this place any stars.

I almost walked out of there without the sub(from my little brother)... I stayed, but they were not pleasant(besides the girl ringing me out). Maybe this subway doesn’t require customers to thrive. Energy was off immediately. Lately in front of me was already having a moment with worker. I just hate feeling like I’m making someone do something. It was my fault I needed a sandwich. May me feel about a sandwich.

Being a Doordasher in the area and picking up from here is the worst. If your store has no desire to complete orders and push people through in a timely manner then atop taking them. You waste the Dashers time/money and leave a bad impression with the customer.

Ordered for pickup, went to the window after waiting 20 minutes without anyone coming to the window, this is a 24 hour subway. They finally ce to the window and told me I had to come inside they stopped doing window orders a few minutes ago -_- mind you they already had my order then they said they never even started making my order at this point it was 35 minutes for an order I had already waited 30 before leaving my house to go pick it up. All for a steak sub. And a bag of chips. That I never got. Told them I wasnt ordering from them again and to cancel my order.

My fiance stopped in at the east exchange subway on his way home from work. The experience for the 2nd time was absolutely horrible. The entire time he was ordering i was on the phone with him so i could tell him my order and see how this experience would go 2nd time around. I must say the manager Suzie taking his order disgusted me. During his ordering process she was continuously cutting him off and rushing his ordering process. When it came time for him to order my spinach wrap he asked me if what he told her was all i wanted and she said... "What?" My fiance said sorry was talking to my fiance and suzie very ignorantly said "well i dont need you to talk to your fiance imma need you to talk to me"... Me being on his bluetooth in his car phone i said "yes thats it but she didnt have to be so rude!" Finishing the ordering process he asked the price and she said "wait i need to ring it up... And tell your fiance that sorry (sarcastically) if i came off rudely but we are short staffed." Suzie was very unprofessional and i am very disgusted...my fiance and myself both being restaurant managers... This business definitely needs some changes. I will not be returning and I'm very sure you have lost business and will continue to lose business with the staff you have employed here! Horrible!

The wait in line was horrendous .spent 30 at the drive thru because they arent allowing customers inside. I ordered online as i got there and had to create a profile and still had to wait jist for them to get the order wrong anyway. I would give them less stars if i could.

Rude workers. I waited 20 +mins for my pick up order. Lady asked the name and still made other orders knowing I was waiting for my order. She had the order. She wasn't helping with customers. Just doin online order. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Yesterday 08/11/24 went to subway at 9:45 and I didn’t get my sandwich the person that was there she said i don’t have the ticket but my order was confirmed I receive an email I just want my money back and the people know don’t go to that store because they are rude to you and I I wait for two hours I’m only because I use to love subway and my second sandwich that I order was horrible

Blown away by how much business these employees are turning away. Lobby doors are locked, the drive thru is open for pick up but they are not accepting new orders via the drive thru. Thankfully I ordered online so they had to prepare my order but I watched seven other cars drive up and be turned away by a woman with an attitude that was discouraging customers from spending their money here. I genuinely can't believe that ownership would let this happen if they knew. When I asked for a phone number for corporate at the window I was given more attitude and told that there were 14 orders ahead of mine and they couldn't process them our of order. They told me to look up the phone number and refused to give me a name or number. They returned with my sandwich 5 minutes later, the sandwich that they claimed was fresh and hadn't even been started 5 minutes ago but my toasted sub was cold. This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my entire life, none of the other J&K subways are run like this.

Employee told me he put my drink in the bag after I asked about it cau normally plpaces hand food and drinks separately even if its a closed bottled. Looked right at me and said he put it in the sandwich bag there was a line of cars behind me and I thought I felt something besides my sub but they just wrapped the sub with like 3 layers of foil for some reason. The employee knew he didn't put it in the bag. Sandwich itself was garbage and didn't look safe to eat so I spent $10 to get a unsafe sandwich and for what appeared to be a higher level employee to intentionally lie and not give me a drink I paid for.

Let me preface this by saying that Subway is always slow but this subway by far is the slowest. T them 25 minutes to process four cars doing pick up orders in the drive-through. This would be tolerable if you had the option to go inside and pick your order up but after 9 PM they force you to wait in the drive through. I can remember a couple years ago when you were able to walk into this subway at anytime to pick your order up but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I suggest driving the 20 minutes to a different subway because it would save you the time anyways

My husband just went there to get us wraps, literally the worst looking wrap I have ever seen. A 5 year old could have wrapped this better, they gave me packets of oil instead of vinegar. My husbands wrap is literally in a square. Who trained these people. I threw mine away.

I didn't even want to enter the establishment due to all three worker's were sitting in plan view apparently taking a break.... that's fine, but when is it EVER acceptable to smoke indoors and while in uniform AND, INSIDE the restaurant......IN PLAIN VIEW FOR ALL TO SEE......:(

When you order here, chances are your order is going to be wrong. Unless you are physicalling in the store directing how you want your sandwich made, good luck. Supposed to be a 24 hour location but I just called at 9pm and they said they were closed. This has been going on for 3 years. Inconsistent quality and hours. Worst subway around.

I made a door dash order from here, instant regret. I ordered 2 subs, a cookie and a 20oz. Ordered a 6in boss, and it had no pepperoni. So I paid for a boss and got a regular meatball sub. Ordered a 6in Italian sub with pepper jack, it had no cheese at all. Order a single cookie and that wasn't in the bag at all. Seems like just incompetence and neglect. I'll never order from this subway again. 4-15-23 @ 1:52am.

I'm not feeling good at all after eating the first and half of my 2nd subway sandwich. I was given rotten/moldy and spoiled tomato slices in both of my sandwiches and realized it today when a tomato slice fell on my plate in front of me. This is a health risk and hazard. This is also a violation and goes against the FDA food code. I've witnessed and have photo/video proof of moldy/mold count on the tomato slices inside my sub/sandwich. I will no longer eat or have takeout from any of the subway businesses/restaurants due to this triggering, disgusting, traumatic issue, situation and problem. Do Better.

I just like to say the wrap with the rotisserie chicken that I got today at 6-26-23 at 13:20 was very salty and cold. My cheese wasn’t even melted. This is the second time that I’ve gotten a cold sandwich. I hope I don’t get sick over all the food was disgusting today.

This line for your drive-thru that door Dashers have to wait in at night to get their doordash pick up orders takes an impossibly long time you would think there's actually no one working in the building at night that's how slow this line is. You're wasting everyone's time and losing me money every night do better

I drove out of my way to come to this Subway as opposed to the one by my house which frequently makes mistakes and where all the employees have bad attitudes about doing their job. Exchange St. Subway is always friendly & clean. Well I came to this one and got everything I didn't want. I have never had a bad experience here until today. All 3 employees had an attitude with my spouse and I, two of them asked the same question 4 times, and they forgot the cheese on my veggie sub. On top of terrible customer service, they were loudly openly complaining about their coworkers, disrupting the customers in the dining room.

Totally understand under staffed environments but this lady was crazy rude. I called about them messing up my order and was met with a hung up phone call. I have worked fast food for 6 years. This is just beyond ridiculous.

Ordered a BMT with mayo and got a mayo sandwich with a side of meat. It was so much mayonnaise that it soaked through the bag. I took it back to the store. The worker remade the sandwich with a lovely side of attitude and resentment and then told me they swipe the mayo three times to just order it on the side next time. The bottle hole was significantly larger than other subways there is no way that they don't know that too much is coming out of the bottle. I had to tell her to stop because she was putting too much on for a second time. I explained this identical sandwich has been order dozens of times and never have I gotten one that was inedible due to being soaked in mayo and soggy. The second employee was dancing and twerking in the store while there were 3 customers in there. Just don't do it. Go to another Subway. The east market location is good. I almost forgot to mention that the fresh vegetables and the containers had visible frost from the freezer on them. They clearly had been frozen and not fresh at all. Just don't, they will make you sick.

This Subway never has to worry about me coming back. The lack of respect and poor service is unmatched. I pulled up to the drive-through to place my order after waiting 30 minutes in line to be told that starting with my car they’re only taking online orders & it’s a 20 minute wait. When I pulled over to place my order online, they turned around and two cars later not even 3 minutes, took a regular order at the speaker. So I pulled back up to place my order again, only to be told they didn’t have any wraps. Listen, I respect the service industry, but the lack of respect and regard for my time & my experience is just unacceptable. I’ll never return. & I’m posting a review that aligns with their service.

Ordered an hour ago came to pick up and my order wasn’t even started I tried to come back in at 945 as I had arrived at 1020 ish the lady told me to come back inside in a little as I walked back in another woman tells me I can’t go inside because that’s closed but the online ad says it’s open 24/7 so I’m confused and now I wait in a drive thru line just to pick up my order that I should’ve had 45 mins ago I’d order 24 hrs in advance if I were you I guess..

This place has done it again 🤬. I try to come to subway before work between 4:30 and 5:00 am and of course I order online and when I get there it’s always something that I can never get my sandwich, its either the systems down or there’s a blue screen and your money will be kicked back to you. When I go to subway that early and just try to order without ordering online it’s always (we are only doing online orders right now) I’m starting to think these employees at this hour have a code that they tell people so they don’t have to work, today I ordered online at 4:15 am and the total was 15.98 and the girl told me about the blue screen and my order had never been taken and the money should kick back in my account 😒 we will see. They are lazy at this hour and if I don’t get my money back now I’m calling corporate

Went at 5:45am ovens on, tvs on, everything on but doors locked. Don't say 24 hrs if you're not 24 hrs ridiculous I drove 20 min after working 12.5 hrs because you were the only non breakfast spot open around. Never again. Trash service. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would in a heart beat. Also there is a worker walking around inside and she sees me. I'm just confused.

Was poorly made. It was a mess and didn’t even put it in the paper the right way. They didn’t listen to the instructions. It wasn’t toasted and they didn’t cut it in 4s. Don’t waste your time here. There are others places around that would do better.

This place is the shining example on why every one doesn't want fast food workers to be paid $15 an hour when they are incompetent!! A simple meatball sub/LIGHT on the sauce/extra cheese toasted. There was enough sauce on it for 5 subs, BARELY any cheese, & the bun was just soggy disgusting goo, & it's literally a minute drive home for me. The girl working was very nice, but completely incompetent. What ever young man was working on the 12th in the evening, needs more hours & a raise. He was able to get simplistic orders correct.!!!

I ordered delivery #24 #23 and 12pc cookies this is what I received from them I have no sauce for my salad but my bag has been sauced down I called the store as soon as I received my food nothing no answer the delivery driver from doordash asked for another bag they told him no so being stressed about food prices and not having a car i order subway to get myself food 38.96 with food from subway for what my sauce to be everywhere but on my salad

Here is my salad I ordered a number 30 only thing I subbed shredded for provolone. It’s missing spinach black olives and I was only gave a small handful of lettuce. When I went to take it back they asked for a receipt which they did not give me and would not pull up the order. Would not give missing items for salad nothing.

Abysmal service. Ordered online and went to collect, ready in 10. Got to the store and wasn't even acknowledged. Waited 5 minutes and went up and asked. They were clearly short staffed. I've been on store for 50 minutes so far, including the 10 min travel. Absolute joke, 100% I will never come here again. Needs more staff. Feel really bad for the staff, rushed off their feet. Closed randomly. Often times will not take orders unless it is a Doordash/Grubhub pickup. Interior usually closed to dine-in. Sometimes the drive-through is closed as well. Not worth trying to stop by anymore

$2 location and convenience charge. Steak egg and cheese costs less because they put less steak on it. Paid $8.39 for a $6.39 sandwich. Actually deplorable, would have just waited half an hour and drove to the one near my house, only reason I went to this one was cause I was near the hospital on my way home. Ordered Steak & Cheese Salad using DoorDash and paid for Double meat. Guess what No Meat At All! I work 3rd shift at hospital so I can’t leave. I call speak with David and he claims to be the manager. He says to bring the salad back tonight at 230am and they’ll remake it. I tell him I am at work so I won’t be able to do that tonight. I told him I could take a picture and even email it to their location. Never offered a credit or to contact DD bcuz to handle it. I ask him if he is the actual manager then he admits that he is assistant manager, I ask for the managers name of the store and he said that they are not allowed to give that information. This was the worst horrible customer service! Our medical staff will not be going here again!!!
