330 bar and grill is punching well above its weight. It’s very rare that I’m compelled to go and review a place. I came to canton on a work trip stayed at the hotel and figured I’d have standard hotel bar food and ate here for convenience. Not that my expectations were low, but I was blown away with the amount of pride that was put onto the plate in-front of me. I can honestly say that the food served here is the highlight of my trip, so much that I wouldn’t be surprised if I catch myself using some airline miles and hotel points just to come back and eat here again. I ate here 2 nights in a row- tomorrow will be the third- My compliments to the Chef!
Our server was attentive and kind. The food was brought out hot and so so delicious. Great place to meet before going into Canton civic center.
The wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find this great little restaurant this morning after I googled "mimosas near me". Nice environment in the heart of downtown Canton. The food and service were fantastic. The food was some of the best brunch food we've had and the drinks were great as well. Will definitely be back.
The food is always delicious! These are the pasta dishes from tonight and they were phenomenal! Chicken Parmesan and Smoked Mozerella Ravioli. Our service is always terrific and it's a beautiful location!
It's located at the lobby of the Doubletree in downtown Canton, so it was pretty convenient while staying there. The food was good. I tried the Salmon and creme brulee, and both of them did not disappoint.
First time going. And it won't be the last. The food was awesome 👌. The waitress was great, hands down, happy
Brandi did an amazing job and our food was absolutely delicious
Great cheese and meet tray steak was good and staff was super nice
First time here, and I'm not sure why we haven't been here before today. It looks like a nice place for a drink after work or dinner. They do have an outdoor space to enjoy the nice weather.
Very friendly service. Food was good. Restaurant is very spacious.
This restaurant is inside of the Hilton Doubletree Hotel in Canton Ohio. We hesitated at first going there because our experience of going to hotel restaurants has not always been good but we did go 3 times in fact and all 3 have been simply terrific!!!! We had. Beef and cheddar brisket sandwich today that was one of the most delicious sandwiches I think I ever had. At dinner tonight the Ribeye steak was so delicious! Done perfectly, seared, tasty and just delicious! Don’t miss this gem!!!
Quality food and quality service! We stayed at the hotel for the weekend for a wedding. Very thankful for Vanessa, Derrick, and Julie.
The staff was very friendly. The service was good. The food was above average.
Ate both dinner and breakfast. Dinner was wonderful, great service and attentive staff. Breakfast was not as good - understaffed.
We hosted a bridal shower for our niece there 7/8/23. The planning went well, let me tell you about the outcome! We went a couple days ahead to let them know how we wanted it set up. When we arrived yesterday to set up, it was just as we asked, all tables in place. It was gorgeous after we decorated. Beautiful views of the patio and downtown. The service was great, Todd and Stefanie were right there if we needed anything. All of our guests complimented us, all had a great time. Therefore,we stayed a long time. They never made us feel we overstayed. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. All in all it was a wonderful experience, I'd do it again!
Went twice now and will give them one more try. Went with to a gathering here and besides my fried green tomato meal and the dessert, all the food responses were not good nor did we all get served at the same time. Our waitress could only manage one drink per run and when asked for more she ignored even 2 drink orders at one time, we tried to just compliment her into being nicer. The atmosphere is beautiful, 2 visit the wings and fried pickles are awesome.
Nice staff and good food. Was a slow night hoping this review helps.
Last Thursday me and my family visited this bar from out of town and all though their kitchen was closed by the time we got there. The bartender Lily was so nice and welcoming! She was very informative and quick on her feet! She was the only person working the bar and it got a little packed but she was still very attentive to everyone at the bar. She has an amazing smile and a great attitude! She also makes a great margarita’s!! Will definitely be back, especially to come and see her!
Ordered the Downtown Burger. Best burger in town! Waiter was quick, responsive and friendly.
We found ourselves here because the first place we went to did not have a license to serve liquor on Sunday. We ordered the pierogi's and a Reuben sandwich. I have never had either, and let me tell you, this place did not disappoint on either dish. The pierogi were amazing. Topped with brisket and cheese on a bed of sour cream. The Reuben was the star for me. The sauerkraut was not bitter like you can sometimes find (so I'm told) and the thousand Island was delicious. Not to mention that meat. The corned beef was delicious. Thinly sliced and piled high. I could eat that every day for the rest of my life and not get tired of it!! That's how good it was. Brandi suggested the sandwich and made some delicious whiskey sours for us. Great place that I hope to visit again soon!!! Thanks to all, amazing lunch,!
Took the whole family here. Branden was a great server. Affordable prices given the ambience and absolutely amazing food. The town burger is delish! We also had the key lime pie which was the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
Great place to eat and get a drink. It was attached to the hotel we were staying in so we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere and menu. Jeri was our server and she was very nice and helpful.
We had an event in the bar area from 4-7. We were able to purchase cupcakes which were good, but very pricey. The bartenders were kind and we didn't have to wait too long on drinks. The space itself is bright and had plenty of space.
One of the best restaurants I've been to! The staff was attentive, nice and quick! We came in right before close after a long day driving and they weren't even phased. Their menu was small, creative which I like and so good! Bonus- this may sound strange but the water was amazing! The server said they have a $6,000 water treatment system and it was worth it! I had my Yeti thermos in the car and the server brought water out for me to fill it too! This place is 700 miles from home but I would be a regular if it were closer!
Excellent experience! Great food, great customer service! Beautiful dining atmosphere. Wish I could remember our servers name. Great young man!
Stopped in for Saturday breakfast while staying at the hotel, and everything was delicious. The chicken and waffles are to die for, along with the giant cinnamon rolls in a cast iron skillet from a local bakery. However, what really sets this place apart is the service. Tracy took such great care of us and we felt like we had known her for years with her friendly attitude and great conversation. Because of her, I know we can't wait to come back!
Aaron was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing as usual. I stay here often for work and I always have the best food and the best service.
Vanessa was great! Service was awesome, food was amazing. We didn’t stay at the hotel but found the restaurant online and went from the reviews. Vanessa also gave us great recommendations for the area, as we came from out of state.
The food (breakfast and dinner) here was very good. Service was absolutely quick and knowledgeable as well. I wanted something local and the waiter told me about Walleye fish and it was superb! The bartenders were great when I wanted to have a quick late night drink. They had much more of a selection than what was on their menu.
This place is great. Delicious food, even though it is the only place open on Sunday in Downtown Canton we could find. Stellar service and staff . We had the buffet during our convention on Saturday & had the blue cheese spinach salad and the club sandwich on Sunday. Everything was delicious.
Enjoyed 330 from the time we entered the restaurant. Friendly smiles beautiful decor. Our server Julie was very attentive and a Joy. Sending many blessings to her.
Group from work tends to visit here for our Christmas celebration. The appetizers were very good. The food was good but some of it came out not as hot as they would like. Is important to note that we had about 20 people in our group and I think the kitchen may have been a bit overwhelmed. Service was excellent. The place appeared to be clean. The atmosphere was very nice. I ordered a flatbread pizza, and it may just have been the variety that I ordered, but there was a lot of garlic on it. If you like garlic you would have loved it.
Solid wait staff, decent selection of beers, and good food. If you are in the mood for wings, get the dry rub and ask for blue cheese instead of that ranch they offer. No chunks as it's likely from a bottle, but it's way better than ranch. Yuck, who teaches these southerners to wreck their wings with that stuff? Lol
We ate there twice. First night was just appetizers. They were ok. But I truly do not think it was worth the money we spent. Second night was dinner and they over cooked my steak. DON'T let the mushrooms fool you in picture. Very disappointed because once again, if I am pay the price they charge. I want it done correctly. The breakfast in the morning is a little steep as well. Who eats 18.00 worth of eggs and bacon. 4.00 for coffee. ???
The last time I was here, it was still the dingy bar inside the McKinley Hotel. 330 is nestled in the renovated, and now, Doubletree Hotel. A group of us had lunch here after touring the First Ladies Museum. I was shocked at the bright, clean, and totally modern atmosphere. The lunch menu offered a variety of salads, sandwiches and even bigger meal selections. Portions were very generous and yummy. Staff was super nice and extremely attentive. If you're in the area, check them out! Oh, friends highly recommended the two soups of the day.
Had a lunch with a large group. Ordered the cheeseburger w fries, and it was good. Got the chicken w French toast, BBQ chicken was good, but the French toast needed more time to cook. The server did a great job handling our group of 10 people on her third day.
Walking in the door, the place is gorgeous. We had a 7pm reservation and we stood at the hostess station and the 2 people behind the bar didn’t even acknowledge us until we walked up to the bar and asked to be seated. Our server was very friendly but not real good at being a server, kinda forgetful and scatterbrained (she only had 3 tables). The Buffalo cauliflower is absolutely amazing as an appetizer. I got a filet that was cooked to perfection and deliciously seasoned, it was on a bed of mashed potatoes that were cold and the asparagus was equally cold but had a good flavor! My husband had the ribeye and it was very good as well. We had to go to the bar for drink refills and ask for our check. A man in a suit (possibly manager) was getting waters for other tables but really could have cared less if tables were taken care of or had dirty plates on them! Definitely has potential to be an AMAZING dinner experience of it was run a little smoother! Overall was ok but won’t rush back any time soon unless they are better trained to work together to keep the guests happy!
Restaurant was empty, yet service was kinda slow - I guess that actually makes sense now that I say it. Lol. The drinks lacked personality, and so did the food. We didn't end up ordering a main course.
Not the most inviting staff(especially the male manager). We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather on the beautiful patio but it was a lunch meeting. Staff totally lied and said there were no outlets outside bc they didn't want to go out. There are outlets practically at every table lol. Moved our reservation(made months ahead)claiming to have a big party coming. Place was near empty the entire time we were there and as we left. Older bar tender fussed & complained loud enough for customers to hear. Need to tighten up on the customer service. Limited menu but what we had was good. All said, I'd go back lol. I've had worse.
When asking what certain things were on the menu the waitress responded with, I don't know, its whatever....
Sat at the bar, wanted bourbon. I saw they had Blanton's. At 45$ a shot!!! Really? The bottle is less than 55$. I will go up the street to another bar to get Blanton's for half that price. Food is good but drinks are over priced.
Food was phenomenal, I also really loved their wine but I will say I did not have a good experience with their server for a Monday evening not even busy it felt like she really didn’t care. I notice with other people she was serving she was a lot friendlier towards them but with us it was almost as if we were wasting her time. Even though we treated her very nicely and was respectful, not sure what we would have done to offend her.
The burger was so salty!! And not cooked medium rare, try well done. The chicken noodle soup was nothing but salt!! We told the manager and nothing, no comp, or let us remake it nothing!! Never I mean NEVER!!! eat there again. It's not worth it.
Where is Mandi? Without Mandi we won't be coming back. Horrible management right now. We will skip this place and visit her at Lucca.
I feel like a Karen saying this, but this was some of the worst food I have ever had in my life! The server was really nice, but that doesn't excuse my burnt burger and disgusting hot wings. I don't know how you mess up hot wings, but they found a way. The only edible items I had were the fries and the mac & cheese. Will NEVER eat from here again. Gross! Whole kitchen staff should be fired.
Hilton HHonors Diamond Members beware! I was welcomed to use my Food & Beverage credit at the hotel and was pointed to check out the 330 Bar & Grill in the lobby. We bought drinks and only after checking out we’re told that only the pantry and the breakfast at 330 were able to have the credit applied. This has been the only property in over 1000 nights at Hilton that there have been specific restrictions. This should have been noted in the app for Hilton HHonors members.
If I could give zero stars I would. Thanks for ruining our Valentines day dinner. I made reservations. We arrived and the place looked impressive. It took over 20 minutes for our waiter (Aaron) to greet us and ask us about drinks. We were understanding. But we were ready to order along with ordering drinks, so we did. 15 minutes later the waiter comes back and asks if anyone took our order. Umm, yeah.. you did! He apologized and we played it cool. He said "it'll be right out". After 25 more minutes of waiting with no drinks, no appetizer, and not even another visit from the waiter. All while seeing people who arrived after us eating.. we had enough and just walked out. Thanks for the horrible service.
Almost $70 for two sandwiches, an appetizer and two beers. The sandwiches were soggy wet. Not good. We ordered the cauliflower nugs. Tasted like they were pulled from the frozen food case at the grocery store. Terrible place.
had the worst experience that I’ve ever had a restaurant. The service was extremely slow from our assigned waitress. At first we thought it was maybe because they were overwhelmed (although it wasn’t that busy) but then we watched our drink sit at the bar for 20mins (no exaggeration) before she brought it over. Although she blamed the bartender for being slow. I kindly requested to speak to a manager, due to not only the drink issue, but water taking a long period of time to come out, and ketchup that was requested. When the manager (Rodney) finally came over he was very condescending and began to put the blame on our table and say that our full party wasn’t there at 7. We explained to him that, that had nothing to do with our drink sitting at the bar for 20 minutes. He then said to me “what would you like me to do?” I told him I didn’t have a solution I just wanted him to be aware. He then told me “look here’s what I’ll do. I’ll comp the whole table and please don’t invite yourself here anymore.” We were very taken back by his response and his words to us. I asked him to repeat himself to make sure I heard him correctly. He repeated the same statement and said it was because we were rude to his employee. My table was fully shocked, because not once were we rude to her. I then told him that I’m an employee of the village, and he was condescending once more and went on to tell me how he knew the owner Mike Crawford and how I couldn’t talk to him until the 19th. As we were walking out, the waitress came to me and apologized(because I was telling another table about my experience) and I asked her why she was apologizing after she caused all of this with her lies. I do not recommend anyone go here! And it’s sad that this is where they expect Celebrities and NFL players to go to, but they treat their customers like trash.
Our group ordered the Downtown Burger, the Reuben, and the Cobb salad. The Downtown Burger left everything to be desired. Burned frozen fries. Burned onion rings. Both seemly cooked in the same oil they discarded from the Burger King down the road. The Reuben was made with meat that was half gristle, half depression. The Cobb salad tasted like dirty leaves. It could have passed for vegan. Where are the bacon pieces? How do you mess up a salad? If there had been any less cheese, it would’ve been a college student’s fridge on payday.
