Nous sommes allés au Grand sirenis Riviera Maya du 25 février au 12 mars 2018. Il y a Plusieurs buffets à disposition a plusieurs endroits différents de l'hôtel. Les choix sont variés des entrées aux desserts. Tout est vraiment très propre et les serveuses et serveurs sont vraiment très polies. Vois choisissez une table et un serveur vous chouchoute comme si vous etiez dans un vrai restaurant, ils vous servent les boissons de l'apéro au digestif en passant par le vin rouge, blanc ou rosé. Les serveuses et serveurs nous ont toujours accueilli avec un grand sourire et une grande sympathie. A n'importe quelle heure on peut y trouver un buffet ouvert.

Огромный выбор на завтрак , обед и ужин, всё свежее , приготовлено качественно. Всегда в наличии несколько видов мяса и морепродуктов. Неплохой выбор фруктов. На ужин каждый раз новая тематика. Обращайте внимание на блюдо от Шефа. Персонал приветливый, обслуживают быстро. В зале работает кондиционер, есть терраса.

Meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Busy when you come for meals. Sometimes, had to search for a cleaned table. Waiter Ivan was amazing. He was very nice and remembered us and came to greet us. Offered us seats when we were looking for a place to sit. Took good care of us. Food was good plenty of options. Large hall with some dinner entertainment on some nights.

One of the better quality buffets around. The manu has some Staples but some things change day to day. Everything on the menu is super fresh and fairly well made. Some things were under salted which isn't an issue. The best things to try are the seafood. The omelette stations and fresh pasta stations are great. At times you can pick a protein like beef chicken or fish and they can pan fry it for you the way you like. During their Christmas dinner there was lobster that you could give them to prepare if you wished. Service was always fast and friendly and very courteous. A good experience. Great food and great service.

Great range of choices. The menu changes daily. If you are trying to eat a healthier the are several great options for every meal. If you are on the vacation diet plenty of those options as well. The meat, vegetables and fruits are all fresh. The fish is excellent. Everything it's made from scratch. The pizza crust is amazing. They have some chips that they make and the salsa that goes with it is next world. I'm pretty sure that is the only thing my wife has eaten for 2 days, lol!

Great selection of food with occasional themed nights. Grab a plate and help yourself to as much as you want. Always fresh and really tasty. Staff are very attentive and will bring drinks to your table even before you've finished the one you're on!

There is a pretty good range of food and the food is good. The staff are usually nice and very attentive, filling up your drinks when they are running low, however one staff member ranted at me and 2 of my friends for sitting 3 people at a 5 person table. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

Forma parte del complejo Grand Resort Sirenis Riviera Maya. Como su nombre indica se trata de un buffet donde de sirven desayunos, comidas y cenas. Hay gran variedad de platos de distintas tipologías de cocina (americana, italiana, mediterránea, japonesa) así como tipos de platos (entrantes, principales, postres). Poseen una plancha donde cada día preparan una carne o pescado a demanda del cliente. Igualmente disponen de una barra de postres que si bien es grande, repiten bastante los mismos y faltaría un poco de.variedad. La.calidad de la.comida es normal, si bien es posible dar con algún que otro plato que está realmente rico.

Visité este lugar en noviembre, época de covid 19. Tal vez por eso nos tocó un buffet muy sencillo, limitado, pero sobre todo de sabor regular a malo. Tal vez en otro momento el sabor y variedad mejorenf

Es bueno, es grande el hotel muy grande que falta atención la amabilidad es correcta pero deja a desear y me llevo lo malo que son comidas a la carta es mucho el tiempo de espera más de 60 minutos.

Nothing special. We have been to many other all-inclusive resorts and this is miles behind the others. There is nothing special not even the typical Mexican food which is tasteless. Still you can go with traditional more neutral options like custom omelettes. In the end not bad not good, just in the middle

It's definitely a let down. Breakfast is good, the food is tasty, there's plenty of options and the service is impeccable. Then lunch is ok nothing exciting but a lot of good basics. Then it comes to dinner, first of all there is no air con in any of the buffets. Between 32 degree heat outside, hot plates and hot lights I felt like I was going to pass out from the heat, forget getting ready for the evening if you're going to the buffet because you'll only sweat to death. The food is average, you got plenty of options for dinner but nothing with any flavour. The desserts are really nice. Now here comes the really bad part, nothing is labelled correctly, utensils are shared, so I would highly recommend you don't come to this restaurant if you have food allergies. Basics like clean tables, salt and pepper and cutlery are hard to find. I believe the staff are good but are definitely understaffed which is why the quality of the service is lacking. This buffet is far from a 5 star hotel quality.

Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner were poor. I had food poisoning from chimichanga and was ill for 2 days. One waiter kept bothering us by standing next to our table and not leaving. When our daughter got a bit frightened, we asked him to leave. He never served us again.

I don't expect much from these buffets when going on a vacation like this but this was a huge let down. I do expect a little more than rice, pasta, and a hunk of meat that the girl could hardly cut through. Dry cakes for dessert and you can only get water, soda the drinks along with iced tea and 1 type of beer. I would look for another place if you're reading this. I'll never return to this place!

Sadly the food at the resort was terrible. By far the worst food at a resort this style I've ever experienced. Selection is massive but a lot of the items are not fresh. I was here for 9 days and it was the same everyday. If you're lucky enough to 'qualify' for a table at one of the higher end restaurants the quality improves marginally but is still not acceptable to me. Rooms, staff, and all other aspects left me without complaint. Unfortunately the food is a deal breaker for me personally.

I have to preface this with: my partner and I are in no way picky eaters. We typically will eat anything! However, the food is so unappealing and tasteless, that we decided to leave the Sirenis Hotel for any meal we wanted to truly enjoy and not have a stomach ache afterwards. Weird looking pizza under lamps, mystery noodle dishes, and questionable seafood that looks old...the all-inclusive package is NOT worth it here! And don’t be fooled by the special restaurants on site that you are encouraged to make reservations for...just the same food dressed differently. If you ever find yourself in our situation, Taco Maya in Akumal is great nearby option...or just go ahead and drive to Tulum.
