I've came here before for lunch so I did a single slice of pizza with a salad and a soda and the pizza was so cheesy and delicious so I decided to come back but this time with my family. We had a whole pizza ( half pepperoni and half sausage) salad and drinks. Everything was so good. I would definitely recommend this place.

My husband enjoys the kitchen sink which includes pretty much everything, a balance of meats and veggies. Even with just a plain cheese or pepperoni, they still manage to make it taste amazing and look like something out of T.V. When we pick up, the staff is friendly and attentive.

I wanted to get a different style pizza for movie night with my brothers. I got the Greek Goddess and it was delicious. They ate it all! Next time I will order two of the extra large. I would give 5 stars but even though i called it in ahead they did not start my order until I got there, i had to wait as though i never called. That was very annoying and made me late.

The pizza was pretty good. Not the best but was better than average. We got the pesto pizza. The key part for me was that I was up really late working it was the only place doing late night delivery to West Oakland. And they got the pizza to me 40 minutes ahead. The delivery guy was really nice and seemed really happy they got it to us early. It's kind of expensive, but I guess you pay for the late delivery.

I have pizza from here once a week. I think the Meat Combo is awesome. The Linguica adds great flavor and the toppings were plentiful. Give it a try you wont be disappointed with there large menu selections theres something for everyone

The cauliflower crust (gluten free) was high quality in taste... better than expected. The vegetarian selections are also nicely done. Not too soggy (might depend on the veggies thrown on though aa some more watery than others but we expect the chef to compensate appropriately and figure all that out - this time they did), not too dry.

I'm not a big pizza fan but I ordered "to go" once for my grand kids. The grand kids loved the pizza. The portions were good and the price was nice. but I found the pizza flavor to be just average. Nothing spectacular. But not bad either. If you want "to go" food for the family, this place is great. But for adult taste, it is just so-so.

To be fair and transparent, I usually stop in here on my way home after some heavy drinking. And in those times, it's exactly what I want. It's not fancy, it's not upscale, it's not new and trendy...it's just a reliable place to get a couple slices for a decent deal and be on your way. The pizza isn't amazing, but it's not bad either. It sits firmly in the middle of the road. I don't think I've ever actually stayed inside to eat my pizza and there's not much reason to. There's limited seating and no real atmosphere. Though the name and owners have changed on this place, nothing else really has. It's been the same for years and I consider it a staple shop for downtown and I hope they don't leave anytime soon.

Average pizza nothing really stands out to me about it. More vegan options than missy places which is a bonus for some but but me. Upon request they do have gluten free options as well but I have not tried that either. According to my vegan & gluten free diet friends they say this is a good place , but for me it's just average...

If you want good honest stomach filling pizza, this is a pretty good bet. You wont get gourmet stuff. You wont get fancy stuff. But the portions were good, the taste was nice, and the toppings seemed pretty fresh and good.

For $13.99 for a ten piece only to have to trash them was a total waste of money! Do yourself a favor, don't order the wings they're awful!

I have been going to Cybelles since the early 90s, and this location did not taste as good as the Montclair Village location. It is still Cybelles and still a decent pizza. Prices for the slice have gone up with inflation, and then some. It's overpriced now, so that just means fewer visits for me.

The cashier was super rude. I ended up leaving without even bothering to order food, so I can't comment on the quality of it. But the quality of service was pretty poor.

Yes, my name is Abrahn and I visited the fruitvale location Cybils and I ordered a supreme combination, to only receive a 30$ pizza that contained peperoni and sausage, of course it had the cheese and other various vegibles, but no salami? In my experience a pizza is not a combination with out salami! Furthermore I had paid for the pizza and a side of chicken wings totaling just under 50$, the manager wouldn't concider doing anything to satisfy me nor a refund, the location was filled with people waiting for the bus, and alcoholics and drug addicts were all around the immediate area? I left and took the food home to only find that it was cold and it tasted horrible, and I mean horrible, not fit for human consumption, the establishment has long forgotten that when selling prepard food is that 1st the food must be properly prepared and have some symbolense of taste worthiness. They didn't care at all about me the customer, just the collection of the money! And I will never visit a Cybils establishment again

I love that they have a vegan menu now. I called to order, I wanted two flavors in one like half and half and the person told me they don't do half and half for vegan flavors... Not sure why. I want in to buy take out twice and they told me they where closed. After I saw a lady walk out with food. She told me she walked in to buy a slice then walked out without ordering online. This place is not right.👎

Worst customer service ever...Went in tonight the guy with the earrings and redd hair was mopping the floor and he didn't wash his hands and grabbed the tongs! ugh ..The pizza had the worst aftertaste! I definitely will NOT be going back. Bad customer service is a no go for me. Hygiene is a must especially with all these diseases going around.. btw... He made feel like I wasn't wanted. I had already paid through an app!

This place has really gone down hill. I used to love this place. The pizza is good. If you can get it. The second to last time I waited for a pizza only to find out 25 minutes after I ordered that they made the wrong pizza and had to redo it. Didn’t find out until I asked about the wait time being so long. They offered me a soda. Really? Then tonight I ordered delivery. Take a while but I like the pizza. 20 minutes past delivery time I called to find out my orders ‘was lost because they were so busy’. I waited more than an hour to find out that my food wasn’t even started. I cancelled my order. I will probably never go back because all they could do is say they are sorry and that they were going to close before I could get my pizza. I will never go back.

The customer service at this place is terrible. They forgot to give me my change. I came back the next day I told them I had just came last night. They denied it saying I gave them $5 for my sausage and pepperoni pizza but I gave them $10. So the lady called the dude that helped me the night before and she put me on the phone to talk to him. He told me to tell her to pull up the cameras from the previous night and she told me no that she didn’t want to because she was going to be off shortly. So just no help. It’s a business right is right and wrong is wrong. She was rude and impatient had poor customer service skills. I will be reporting to cooperate.

I order the same pizza every Friday delivered to me. This time it had a metal screw that I bit down on. I called "Slice" & they said that Cybelle's denied it happened. I will now have to find a new pizza place to order from on Fridays. So sad!!

Service was terrible Bell peppers and onions cut to big, sausage and pepperoni was just thrown on the pizza this is not the Original Cybella's Pizza. Looking at Christmas I wish I didn't have to give one star for a rating but I will give it two thumbs down.👎👎

Hello everyone this is Hopper. I had to delete my original post due to issues. I had been coming to this establishment for 7 plus years. The original owners sold the business about a year ago, and that ownership old a credit to me, which I found myself in the area . So I thought I'd drop in and use my credit on an order larger than the credit was worth, which was not a problem to pay for the difference. I was informed by the new management they couldn't understand how I could still have a credit. I explained to them that I was a loyal customer, and I used to frequent the place two and sometimes three times a week whether it be for lunch or dinner. Then they proceeded to lecture me as though I was a nine-year-old child, and not a grown man. This went on for a few moments at which point I told them thank you but no thank you can keep your credit and I will no longer be a customer of this establishment have a nice evening.

$23.99 for a small pizza plus garlic fries sums up to $34 before tax..but the board says $ 13.99 for small pizza and 6.99 for the garlic fries. Total 21 before tax.. so where does the remaining $13 goes? How rude! Expensive rude unprofessional; First time in my life I cancel and come out of the restaurant after ordering something, just for the sake of price! Deserves less than -1*

The worst pizza and customer service (over the phone) I've ever had in the 12 years I have been in East bay. I ordered BBQ chicken pizza yet there was more marinara sauce and barbecue sauce it was sloppily made with the wrong vegetables on it kind of look like they just used the last of what they. The nite guy "Mike' I believe that's what he said Hus name was really horrible phone etiquette and customer service really stinky crappy attitude for somebody that's working in a pizza joint you would think he would be more jolly seeing that he dont do much to get a little change. The delivery guy however was super cute super kool did his best to make me the paying customer Happy. I plan to contact manager in the Am get food on the house but will Neva spend another cent at this spot #Yuk and 10 thumbs down to rude boy mike

Are you kidding me!? Extremely rude and unprofessional service. I called for delivery from here because it was the only place open and delivered to the airport when I called at midnight. I was told it would be 45-60minutes. After and hour and a half I called and was told that I was given wrong information and that it would take 2 hours. After a total wait time of 2hrs45 minutes I called once more only to be hung up on by a very rude unprofessional worker. Called once more to hear that the driver left my location claiming to have been there and called me. Which is complete bullshit. Was told I'd have to wait another 2 hours. Naturally asked for a refund and was told 5 days IF I get the refund.

I ordered a pizza for delivery after waiting for an hour for the order I got a call telling me that they would not deliver to bay farm even though their site says delivery to Alameda when i asked if i could simply pick up the pizza they said that they were closed for pick up. When I tried to get them to deliver to somewhere on main land Alameda so that they could at least sell the pizza and not just flush food down the drain but i guess they hate the poor starving people of the whole world enough to waste food because they couldn't be bothered to take responsibility for their mistake!

I am lactose intolerant, so I don't know if they accidentally gave me dairy from lack of care or if I'm getting straight up food poisoning. We love the SF location but live in Oakland and wanted to support but I'm very sick now. My partner ordered the mega slice Tomie, he didn't like it. Something is amiss here. Awful experience that will lead to my missing work.

I showed him the hair and told him that I wanted a refund, he said: I have to see proof. I'm like.. huh? The hair is sticking right out of the dough that it's embedded in!! What nire do you need to see is what I thought?! He then goes on to give me my refund and I asked him for the info of the owner since they are franchise. He give me bad attitude and spoke to me in a VERY unprofessional manner as if HE WAS THE VICTIM??? Heck, I'M the one that found HAIR EMBEDDED IN MY PIZZA!!! Seems like I'm the one who should have a attitude?! He spoke so rudely and was very unwillingly to provide information so that I can speak to higher upper management about the disgusting findings of my pizza!! I expressed to him that I was unsure as to why he was acting as though he didn't want to provide this information? He only stood there speaking in the same rude & unprofessional tone which showed how this guys doesn't know how to properly address or handle customers!! Maria- Owner, if you're reading this, Nestor is not good manager material and you should look for a better employee who you can trust to properly do their job and run YOUR business!! I do not appreciate the service that was rendered to me today!!!! And him speaking in another language in front of customers other that English is VERY unprofessional too!! I wish i could give this place ZERO stars!!! Do better Cybelle!!

This used to be the best pizza spot in Oakland. Management changes have ruined it. They try to save money by thinning the dough and grease soaks through the crust. Gross. I've asked them to make the pizza and slices a little smaller and stop stretching the dough but they just ignore the ask. RIP Cybelle's what a shame.

This used to be the best pizza spot in Oakland. Management changes have ruined it. They try to save money by thinning the dough and grease soaks through the crust. Gross. I've asked them to make the pizza and slices a little smaller and stop stretching the dough but they just ignore the ask. RIP Cybelle's what a shame.
