Great place to get some work done out in the sun. This cafe is right opposite Duboce Triangle park. Good selection of beverages and free wifi. They have a nice indoor area too if you are not such a sun person.
Our favourite breakfast café in San Francisco now. Good food, friendly service and relaxed location with seating outside for fair weather
Came here for Sunday brunch and got a few things to share among three people- avocado toast, breakfast burrito, and the French toast. Loved the French toast, super fluffy and perfect with the maple syrup, probably my fav out of the three Breakfast burrito was surprisingly refreshing and rly easy to eat since it had a lot of tomatoes in it and the tater tots on the side were super crunchy and nice! Also loved the iced lavender latter I got- very creamy with a strong lavender flavor! Price was super reasonable (around $22 with drinks per person) The cafe is also right by Duboce park so u get to see so many cute dogs and people watch :)
The vegan Bahn Mi changed my life today. The complexity of flavors the juicy and crisp textures i am blown away. Great deal for a massive sandwich and makes this vegan very happy.
favorite spot to grab a quick bite or read/sip coffee. always take out of town visitors here! the breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches are very good. the french toast is a hefty portion and SO good.
Duboce Park Cafe is an absolute hidden gem for brunch! I stopped by and had the chicken curry sandwich, and it was phenomenal—the bread was perfection, the chicken was incredibly juicy, and the curry flavor was spot on. I paired it with a bowl of their tomato basil soup, which was both refreshing and soul-soothing—the perfect comfort food! To round out the meal, I tried both the Revival Juice and the Kale Almond Smoothie, and they were fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of nourishing and delicious. The outdoor seating next to Duboce Park is just the cherry on top. It’s the perfect spot to relax, people-watch, and soak in the sunshine. I can’t wait for my next visit!
The Deboce Breakfast Sandwich was very tasty! I think the English muffin was a bit greasy, but it seems like they're homemade or something, so I can't complain too much. The texture of the muffin is also very nice and bouncy. In addition to the sandwich we also had a green smoothie that was delicious, and their mocha was very smooth as well! In summary, all hits. We'll have to come back to try a couple other things next time, the burrito sounded good as well.
Duboce Park Cafe serves up some of the best breakfast sandwiches in San Francisco, perfect for starting your day right. Made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, each sandwich is packed with flavor. The eggs are perfectly cooked, the bread is soft yet sturdy, and the fillings—from crispy bacon to creamy avocado—are thoughtfully balanced. Whether you opt for the classic egg and cheese or a more indulgent creation with sausage and veggies, every bite is satisfying and delicious. Pair it with a freshly brewed coffee, and you’ve got a breakfast worth savoring. Plus, the laid-back atmosphere near Duboce Park makes it an ideal spot to enjoy your meal while soaking in the neighborhood charm.
Solid neighborhood cafe, with approachable American breakfast-lunch menu — complete with espresso machine. Sidewalk seating on tree-lined corner makes for a sense very similar to somewhere Northern Europe. Just across the street from Duboce Park, perfect for caffeinating before or after the dog park. Breakfast Burrito, fillingly savory and a hearty start to the day.
Would you look at that French toast? It tastes even better than it looks if you can believe it. The place is nice, spacious, great for chatting with friends outside by the park or inside and maybe working a little. The coffee is great too, strong. Only thing is that service might be a bit slow to get your order. However, once that happens the kitchen is really fast so it might just be a logistic thing.
We happened upon Duboce Park Cafe on our walk-about in San Francisco today. It's a lovely little cafe tucked away in cute neighborhood across the street from a city park. We both ordered the everything breakfast bagel. It was light and delicious and promptly served. The coffee I ordered was divine. If you're in the area I would recommend stopping by the Duboce Park Cafe.
Never fails - Great service, fabulous food, reasonably priced, plentiful and super satisfying. When I want to get my "Turkey, Avocado, Bacon & Swiss sandwich fix", this is where I go, as I did today. Fresh turkey, great swiss cheese, ripe avocado, sweet tomato and fresh multi grain bread, not the Oroweat kind and just the right amount of chips. Heaven on a plate. One of my "go to places".
I love this cafe, they have the best chai latte and I've tried a number of the breakfast items and all have been great. Giving them a lower star because their service can be very slow. I've started to order online because if I order in person I can be waiting for 15 mins for a coffee.
Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. Limited choices for breakfast. Our two plates didn’t make it at the same time to our table (the waiter delivered another table in between), and they forgot the aioli in my egg sandwich so it was very dry and uninteresting (not to mention rather small). So… underwhelmed. Will probably not repeat. I liked the art on display.
Pastry needs improvement We have tried this place a few times and I have given up coming back. Considering this is SF, pastry needs improvement. I could tell croissants do not look fresh (sank a bit) and in particular do not taste freshly made on the same day they sell. This can be easily fixed if they care. Service is okay which I don’t care. The best part is probably their bathroom access.
Went here for a nice breakfast early in the morning (a bit before 8am). Would have been lovely if they would have allowed us to close the front door of the cafe! It was 45degrees outside but when I asked the guy at the counter if I could close the door he said he wasn’t allowed to! Everyone inside was shivering and clearly wanted to close the door. I think people will know that you are open even with the door closed! That way too there would be a warmer cozier atmosphere.
It pains me that my first review ever is not positive. It’s the start of the year and generally, I’d only want kindness, respect and understanding in this world. I still wish this restaurant all the best though. I’ve always had wonderful experience whenever I come to Duboce Park Cafe. I’m from Berkeley but whenever I’m in the city, I’d make sure that I’d drop by Duboce Park Cafe because I only have the fondest memories of this place. This is where I had my very first date with my boyfriend (who is now my husband of 8 years). We would celebrate our anniversary here every year except last year because we had to see loved ones from LA. Until yesterday, January 6, 2026 (Tuesday, around 3:10 PM), when the cashier displayed a general mean attitude towards me from the get go. I could tell because there were customers before me and she was all jolly and smiley until it was my turn. After I placed my order and gave her a decent tip, she sternly pointed the water when I asked where I could get water. I asked her if she was okay, then raised her voice again, “I’m just pointing to you where the water is!” Her entitlement didn’t stop there as I heard her talk about me with the other staff, ridiculing the way I talk. She ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful experience. Mind you, this was the first day in weeks that it didn’t rain. The sun was out and the neighborhood looked gorgeous but this cashier chose to be mean to a longtime customer. I’ve only had two bites of my pastrami sandwich as my hands started shaking. A kind staff (Caucasian beautiful young woman) came up to me and consoled me and apologized on behalf of her coworker. She said that the cashier was just having a rough day. I would normally sympathize with overworked employees but this cashier was selectively mean. I was once a server and a house cleaner and I’ve always have respect and sympathy for workers that make life easy for others but this cashier was selectively mean. I’ve always respected people no matter their social or economic status is that is why I’m so upset when the cashier disrespected me. I don’t want her to lose her job. Let her realize that she couldn’t be mean to people whether they’re customers or not. And teach her humility.
Ordered a juice, an americano and a cappuccino, I got the juice within the minute, I got to the cashier asking for the codes after ~10 mins waiting, the reply was : "what did you ordered?" I told him the order and the guy there started to look for the ticket in the garbage, I just heard simebody said : "don't care, I didn't got the order" when asked of the order was ready. Table was dirty, I had to clean it on my own, it looks like a nice place, service just simply sucks.
I went in to pick up a DoorDash order. They had gotten my order wrong. I asked them to correct it. They told me that the name was not correct on the order. Even though I was picking up for somebody else and then they got me the bagel that was missing. And I asked for a side of cream cheese, and then one of the staff told me that it costs extra for cream cheese. And I got back in line to learn that it does not cost extra for cream cheese, and I just didn't like the general attitude of the staff.
$71 for absolutely no taste food, that's what pissed me off, Yes, it's a matter of taste and all that, but I left a 20% tip without seeing or tasting the food and I think I have the right to write such a review. My kid loves oatmeal and considering she was hungry, she tried a couple of spoonfuls and didn't eat any more, the breakfast burrito was what I would make if I was 10, just eggs, ketchup and beans from a can, the Deboce Breakfast Sandwich has only bread, not much filling and my wife was also hungry, surprisingly, even the coffee had some weird aftertaste.
