Jamie was an excellent server. Food was delicious. They were accommodating with the seating. This is our second time here. My mother loved our first visit so much she insisted celebrating Mother’s Day here. Thank you for such a great experience. Food was amazing and we will be back again.
I have been here 4 times, and I cannot stop coming here! The food is absolutely 10/10. Vibe is super chill 10/10. And the drinks are 20/10 ! We came here two nights in a row and Lucia was our bartender and she was amazing. She really needs a raise because she went above and beyond for us always making sure we were taken care of.
Ceviche with leche de Tigre was delicious. We shared a skirt steak cooked medium and it was tender and delicious. Generous portions. We arrived early and the service was really friendly and attentive. Husband really enjoyed the house mule cocktail. The beans have pork in them FYI for those with restrictions. They graciously exchanged them for maduros .Very reasonably priced IMO. They had a DJ that was good, not obnoxiously loud or anything. Will be returning!
Love this place. Was hungry and decided to stop in. The guy who was my waiter was really nice. The food was great! Better than I expected. Im from the west indies and love my food seasoned well and they did just that. Definitely recommend. The lunch special is a major major GO! Check it out!
Food was authentic and spectacular. Great flavor and fresh ingredients. Took my daughter and family here for her birthday dinner. Went on a Saturday so atmosphere was fun, but a bit loud for others maybe. Dishes came out fast, but had to wait a minute for the check. Overall though A+ !
What a pleasant surprise to find such a hidden gem here! Inca Paisa just gave me a very generous portioned delicious lunch special not to mention free plantains before my meal. Wow! The food was amazing and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. My waitresses were Stephany and Paola. The manager was very kind as well (Wally). I will definitely be returning. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
This is my favorite restaurant in my Astoria neighborhood by far. The atmosphere is awesome, in large part because of the irresistible Latin music, but also due to the lush decor. The food is outstanding, novel for me, and generously portioned. And the meal pictured is gluten-free! Staff is always welcoming and service just right. Love this place.
We were pleasantly surprised by Inca Paisa for a late night dinner. Friday night was lively with the restaurant being about 80% full at 9pm, but we were still seated quickly upon walking in. There was a live DJ mixing which added to the trendy ambiance and vibe. The food was reasonably priced (for New York) with a traditional selection of South American dishes. We got steak and ceviche, which included a side of white rice, beans, and fried plantains on the house. The complimentary aji sauces were amazing. The food was nice, the fish in the ceviche was not as fresh as it could have been, but still good! The mixed drinks were also unique and they do not skimp on their pours. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend to others!
Absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the drinks were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress Alejandra took such great care of us—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a great night out. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Everything we ate and drank here was delicious. Our favorites were the empanadas de Carne, pisco sours, chicharones y arroz paisa Ranchero, the dessert almojabana and the coffees, so delicious. Stephanie was very hospitable and knowledgeable and kind and made our experience so wonderful. We will come back. Thank you!
Tried this restaurant for the first with my bestfriend and our kids. The food was amazing! The only thing missing was the service. The server could have been more attentive to our table and our server did not check in with us at all. For a restaurant like this that has multiple locations, I expected better customer service! I will be trying a different location to see if I get a different experience.
Great food and large portions. My party loved it. Worth a visit
We usually frequent the one in Bayside, but wanted to try this on in Astoria...a bit of disappointment. The place is not as big as the one in Bayside, service is good but not comparable. Atmosphere lacks the vibe and no live band, only a dj. The food was really good. My friend thought her drink was weak.
Overall a very cute place and the food was amazing. The portions could have been greater and definitely need bigger plates. We bought a shareable meal but the plates were dessert size so it was difficult to put everything we were going to eat on one plate.
I was here on a Sunday evening to celebrate my mother’s Birthday dinner and we had a pleasant experience. Let me start by sharing the things we liked about Inca Paisa; there is a parking lot for all the establishments in the area so it was very convenient to park, very nice decor and aesthetic, good ambiance, each one of us enjoyed the food we ordered; we thought portions were fair as well as pricing and the waitresses and waiter were all kind to us. Things we did not like very much; food had a long wait to come out, we had to ask for water several times, napkins and more utensils so these are customer service points that can definitely improve, the bathroom could also be so much cleaner. In conclusion, we enjoyed the time we spent here as a family, although the food was good & our experience was positive, I didn’t feel it stood out enough to make me want to explore other options on their menu.
June was a great month to try new places and this name stood up. We came here with family to celebrate father's day. We experienced an early morning brunch. The locatios is kind of small, cozy I would say. The food was good and the atmosphere great. I have to come back here to try more dishes and see if service was improved.
Came here yesterday for my first time, the Food and drinks were good but my issue was my waiter Stephanie. It was me and my husband who decided to pay them a visit, we get there and immediately was greeted by one of the bartenders and within 2 mins we was already seated, coool. Now the problem comes in when we just sitting there for about 15 to 20 mins before our waiter came to greet us, so she starts asking us what we want and we order. The appetizers came then the food. I had the skirt grilled steak with the white rice and maduros and he had the seafood rice. Delicious!!! But as we almost done I realized everyone had been sat with some chips on their table but we didn’t get that and that made me feel a lil way🥺 I had also asked for a mojito for my meat since it was suppose to come with the chimi sauce but she never gave me that and here comes another server with a mojito drink, places it on the table and walks away so I’m thinking to myself, WRONG TABLE, but no, my waiter thought I had ordered another drink already still having one of my own on the table she then comes to me and insists that I ordered the mojito drink and now I had to break it down and tell her I’m Dominican and we call the garlic sauce mojito but not that I needed another drink on my table when I already had mines and he had his. She seemed a bit bothered by the situation which made me feel a way since it was a misunderstanding and deff ain’t coming out her pocket so it did make me feel like I did something wrong and that’s NOT OK!!! Now I noticed she’s literally telling everyone she works with how I’m Dominican and I ordered a mojito but not a drink which was just rude honestly. We make mistakes and things happen but her as the worker, my server should wanna make me feel welcomed and give me the best dine in experience which she never did but still was charged a 20$ tip which is included in the bill so that was a bummer. Food and drinks were good but I wouldn’t come back due to her lack of consideration. Everyone else seemed nice, I think it was HER being too comfortable but that’s not ok to treat people like that.
Idk about the food yet but did a pick up ordered was asked by two people the name and they couldn’t hear me because the music was so loud they couldn’t hear anything. After the confirmed I was picking up they disappeared/ avoided coming to say it wasn’t ready though it’s when they said it would be. Communication is a good way to keep customers but when it’s too loud you have to literally yell extra loudly to be heard, not easy to do. This food better be good.
