My fav place to get breakfast sandwiches in Astoria. Bagel sandwiches always hit! The egg is fried perfectly with melted cheese. Delicious. Great service. Line moves efficiently.

Good, fresh bagels. Frozen apple cider is a big hit too. Nice seating outdoors with a fan for when it’s hot, and heater for when it’s cold Bagels without cream cheese are $1.80 With cream cheese $4 With special cream cheese $4.95 (as of may 29, 2023)

The bagels were delicious and customer service was great! I ordered a large hulk smoothie (about $10), WW everything bagel with bacon and sun-dried tomato cream cheese ($8), and Turkey Bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel ($8). Might be pricey, but things are going up due to inflation so I understand. The bagels are really good you can always buy them to take home and make your own way. I would come here again and order the same exact thing because it was so good.

I wish I cld eat here everyday!!! I had the Lox bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese. They even offer many choices in Mini version! My husband had the everything bagel with plain cream cheese. They have egg sandwiches and even steel cut oat meal with a milk base OR water base!!!!! I LOVE this place. Staff is SO friendly and seem to have a lot of regulars!!! We had the Americano coffee. I’m telling you I love this place!!!!! 10 menu boards and so many choices!!!!!!!!

Really good eggs, less bacon than you would receive at new york or Brooklyn, and the bagel was worse than new york or Brooklyn. The staff were very friendly, but I'd suggest going elsewhere for fresh bagels.

Huge bagels, big selection of spreads and meats, can even make combos with salads, also have all kinds of other breakfast items, sweets and healthy options. In other words menu is very big with even healthy options to satisfy anyone. Bagels were ok, nothing extraordinary, prices are reasonable, shop itself is ok, but service a bit lacking. There was a help wanted sing outside, so probably they’re short on staff and that would explain why it isn’t as clean as it should be. But customers were coming pretty much non stop, everybody seemed to be happy and enjoying, so if you crave for a bagel, this place can definitely satisfy your cravings.

First time customer, heard good things so did a pick up order. It wasn't ready no biggie but they seemed rushed and I had to wait 25 minutes so they hadn't prepped it at all. Forgot my side of cream cheese, put the wrong meat in my egg sandwich, and rueben the bread wasn't good and no sauce. Overall they were a bit rude.

Not real French toast. Not challah bread. I see some places doing this to cut cost and short customers. Always hit or miss when ordering it.

6am and they have no bagels. Why even be open? Called in a pickup order and showed up only to be told I had no order waiting for me. Terrible Hi Santos, We appreciate every customer and understand we are running on a NY minute but you called two (2) minutes before you showed up and your hot delicious NY bagel was ready at 6:02 am. We work hard on our end to make our customers happy and don't understand comments like these. I hope you felt better after your bagel and coffee. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you. So now you guys are just going to respond with lies???? I called more than 2 minutes before arriving. The whole point of a pickup order is to give it enough time to be ready for you to pick it up with no wait. I know you guys are slow but that's common sense. There was no bagel ready for me at 6:02am because I showed up after 6:02 to no bagels even in the store. Where did this magical bagel come from??? You don't understand comments like these??? I don't understand you guys lying. You hope I felt better after my coffee and bagel? What coffee and bagel?? YOU HAD NO BAGELS! Work harder to be an actual coffee shop instead of insisting on lying. Again TERRIBLE!

The food is overpriced. They are rushing everything. They messed up my order which was just a bacon egg and cheese with avocado. The people there are extremely rude. The fact of the matter is they are comfortable in the location knowing people live around and will continue to frequent there. Its not the first time they lack in costumer service. I hope they either change or the community stops going there. Everyone is clearly unhappy to be there. I wish them the best of luck. The food can be fixed but the feeling when you leave doesn’t. Very sad

How do you have a bagel spot with no bagels? I had to order a chopped cheese that fell apart (no cheese cohesion) Learn to make a proper sandwich. I never do negative reviews but….

Received my order today spent over $30 for delivery to have it looking like my dogs dinner. The pancakes were mangled the serving in the containers extremely sloppy and the toast for one of the orders is no where in sight. Will never order here again. FURTHERMORE, after reading response to other people their passive aggressive response are disgusting and I look forward to walking in when they respond to mine because I am not the one.
