We really enjoyed our visit to Bar Louie. I got the Spicy Watermelon Fresca abd it was so delicious. A great combo of spicy and sweet. The ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip and Nashville chicken sliders to snack on. We sat outside and loved the atmosphere. Our waiter was very efficient and friendly. We will definitely be back in the future.

Traveling through town and thought we would try this place out. We sat at the bar and the bartender Pat took great care of us. We got the calamari and the black bean hummus and they were both awesome! The drinks were great and you could tell Pat cared about how he made his drinks. Look forward to stopping by again when driving through.

Vibe- This Bar Louie location is located in the courtyard area right by Baybrook mall. I can tell this is a hot spot to grab food and drinks at. There’s plenty of seating outside for beautiful weather days and plenty of seating inside as well. There’s big TVs all around the bar and there’s plenty of seating around the bar too! Customer service- Great, the server I had was good. Food/drinks- I went for brunch. I got the impossible tacos to eat and the Pineapple Express sangria to drink. Everything was great! Parking- I ended up parking by the movie theater around the corner and walking over but they do have a valet service that you can utilize.

Excellent happy hour specials (pictured)!! Our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. His suggestions were spot on. We sat outside on a cool 52 degree evening but the outdoor heated worked like a charm to keep us cozy without needing our jackets. Clean restrooms, spacious seating inside and out, large bar, and the décor is pleasant as well.

Had a very good lunch at Bar Louie last week. It was Tuesday and any of their craft burgers with fries are only $8 on Burger Tuesday. The outdoor patio was very pleasant and the service was good.

This was our first visit to Bar Louie. We frequent the movie theater, so we wanted to try something new while we were in the area. It was a nice vibe, music playing and people enjoying themselves. They were a little busy but someone did come over and say someone would be with us shortly. The young lady brought us some water in the meantime. Christian would end up taking care of us for the evening and he did a fantastic job. He made recommendations and checked on us frequently. The only downside to the evening was the food. We ordered some chicken quesadillas and buffalo wings. The quesadillas were absolutely delicious and well prepared. I cannot say the same for the buffalo wings. I'm big on presentation and some of the wings came out overcooked and/or burnt. I don't know how that was allowed to leave the kitchen being that it represents the brand. My wife likes her wings cooked a little longer, so I chose not to send them back. Despite this, we enjoyed our evening.

Service was slow. We went about noon on a weekday.There was only 1 waiter and then the bar server .We had to flag down the waiter to refill drinks, the appetizers took a good 20m to get to us. The food was great, decent price and good portions.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever witnessed. I walked in looking for a host or someone to direct me where to sit. A waiter shouts from across the room “you can sit any where”. Ok great. My family grab a table. After a few minutes I get up to grab a menu from the vestibule area because we were never given one. Waiter comes after roughly 5-10 minutes. He takes our drink orders. I specifically ask for the non alcoholic Sam Adams “Just the Haze” I also pointed at the menu to show him. Minutes later he comes back and forgets two of the drinks for my kids, which were waters. Ok. People Make mistakes. Whatever. We order food and told him we want bacon burgers with no veggies. They bring out burgers with no cheese! Had to send them back. Took roughly 15 minutes to get condiments that was supposed to come with the burgers ordered. Mind you, it was NOT BUSY. The topping on the cake was when I asked for the check and realized he served me a Voodoo Ranger Hazy IPA. I asked him what is this? That’s not what I asked for. He replied “I’m sorry I thought you said a Hazy.” I said no, I asked or the Sam Adams Non Alcoholic “Just The Haze” because I don’t drink alcohol. I really wish he would have apologized and said I’m sorry. Instead this guy lies to my face and tells me that a Voodoo Ranger Hazy IPA is a non alcoholic beer. Which we all KNOW IT IS NOT! That was the most disappointing thing I’ve had happen to me. To be deliberately lied to. And after all that, I still tipped him because it was the right thing to do. I was just blown away by the horrific service myself and family experienced here and we will not be coming back.

The service was extremely poor due to a complete lack of attention. We were seated at a table for three and waited about 15 minutes without receiving menus, while several waiters walked by and ignored us, even when we tried to get their attention. When we finally received the menus, another 20 minutes passed and no one came to take our order. We were never rude, on the contrary, we were polite and well dressed the entire time. I don’t understand the reason for the way we were treated. We eventually left and went next door to Maggiano’s Little Italy, where the service was the complete opposite: friendly, attentive, and professional. I do not recommend this place. I didn’t get the opportunity to try the food or drinks because we were never attended to, and based on this experience, I have no interest in returning.

First time here for my birthday. Only 2 bartenders (which is typical for a Monday night) however, made the new espresso old fashioned and it was horrible (tasted like a cigarette butt). Bartender noticed I didn’t like it, asked me and when I said no he just took it and threw it away. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything else or anything. Was 15 more min until someone asked me if i wanted another drink. Ordered the spinach artichoke dip and barely any dip was there. Tons of chips but not much dip at all. Dip was delicious though. Never coming back and telling everyone to stay clear!

My parents went yesterday to enjoy an afternoon out, and they were unfortunately met with terrible service. The waitress with long black hair and tattoos at the bar did not serve them. They ordered one drink and after that she left them alone to flirt or talk with someone else. My dad and mom are both diabetic so they need to eat, to see her ignore them was so disappointing. Anyways go to the Yardhouse they don’t ignore you there!!!!

Services was terrible. Second time on a weekday. Drinks sucked. Calamari smelled very strong of seafood(arrived 11:07)I can still smell it on my husband’s breath. We wanted to order food but how unprofessional they were , deterred us about ordering more food(last call 11:45, they close at 1 am btw) Our waiter was very much on her phone the whole time. She only check on us once, after the appetizer were serviced. After that she was right back on her phone. Staff was loud and some staff after clocking out(I hope so) we’re talking about some vulgarly topics, customers should not hear. Felt like I walked in five minutes before closing time with the lack of service we received.
