Group of 4. Ordered several dishes and everything was delicious. The customer service was great, especially considering how busy it was during Super Bowl weekend but the staff handled the crowd like pros! Would definitely recommend this place. Make reservations, especially on popular weekends!
This place has excellent food, a great place for brunch. The space is small and quiet crowded on the weekends. Place a reservation. There is outdoor seating which I would recommend on a nice day. Vegan French toast is to die for.
We stopped by for brunch at Peacock Pansy yesterday and must say, our experience was a 10/10. The staff was so attentive and polite, despite the heavy foot traffic due to Valentine’s Day. The food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. If you’re coming on a holiday, make sure to make a reservation or arrive early like we did, as the crowd does pick up and you’ll have quite a wait.
Great breakfast for vegans. Loved their coconut caramel coffee with oat milk as well. The French toast special was so Lovely... Lovely service and a calm atmosphere. Thank you for the stay.
Took around 45 mins to get a table, all the food/drinks we ordered were delicious + came out fast and the servers are very nice. We got the vegan french toast, tom yum crab omelette, curry chicken/waffles, and the roasted brussel sprouts + hot lavender london fog, iced thai iced tea, and iced pumpkin pie latte. All around cost $115 + $35 tip
My family and I visited San Francisco and stumbled upon this restaurant for brunch and we’re so glad we did! I had the chicken and waffles, which were perfectly cooked, crispy, and full of flavor. We also tried the very berry vegan pancakes with mango sauce and they were definitely a highlight fresh, sweet, and beautifully plated. We also ordered coffee with our meal,I ordered coffee with turmeric it was excellent smooth, rich, and very tasty. It was the perfect complement to our brunch. Everyone at our table really enjoyed their meals. The service was quick and friendly, definitely comes back and very highly recommended for brunch.
Adorable little place near the Civic Center. We parked in a garage about 2 blocks away ($4.00/hour). Got there pretty early, we’re seated quickly and served well. Did the bottomless mimosas (we LOVED the butterfly pea), I have the shrimp curry scramble (delicious) with sweet potatoes fries, my friend had a savory waffle that was incredible. Definitely a must try! 📸 by Wild Elegance
I visited this place with my friends, and it was a great spot for breakfast. The food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the chicken and waffles, which were perfectly cooked. Also highly recommended very berry pancakes. I’d recommend making a reservation since the place was quite busy. Service as very quick.
I had an outstanding experience at Peacock Pansy! We were so lucky to find a table for 8 for my bridal shower last minute after an issue at our originally planned location. This spot is a true gem! We were so well taken care of from when we first walked through the door all the way to when we headed out. Exceptional service all around, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind! The food and drinks were delightful - the menu truly has something for everyone (the vegan in our group was thrilled to find some great options). We also loved the beautiful decor; it made for some wonderful instagram-worthy photos. Big thank you to the staff for making my bridal shower so special!! We will definitely be coming back.
A wonderful little place. Reservation online was convenient and even tho I came 30 minutes early, they were able to accommodate me and my party of 4. They provided, per my request, a window seat for my special occasion. I did research on the food prior to the day because it's fusion and it's my first encounter and I wanted to understand the creation of the food. I was not disappointed, I ordered the Vegan French Toast. Crispy, lightly sweetened and fluffy. I ordered my mother the Oatmeal and she loved it. Perfect in size and creation just for one. My husband ordered the Very Berry Pancakes which was served with a fruit infused butter which was very delightful and interesting; he definitely wants to return for more. My mother's guest was confused, see picture - but it wasn't a joy killer, lol! He ordered Avacado Toast. He was confused because he wasn't expecting everything in one pile. When it came to using the restroom, they had only one - and I thought that this was the deciding vote of a low rating...Surprisingly it wasn't, when my mother used it after a 'big patron' came out, she came back and told me, even tho there is one bathroom for everyone, The wait was reasonable AND it was CLEAN. The reason for a 4 star for service was a slow coffee refill. Other than that, stop on by and enjoy this cute place.
Really good brunch at Peacock Pansy, we went there on a Saturday so we booked ahead because it’s super crowded on the weekend. Trendy place but I totally get it, the food is really good and well decorated. We tried a bunch of different dish since we were a large party. Everyone was happy with their choices, super tasty. Just one thing I didn’t like was the waitress at the entrance. Even though we booked we had to wait and she was pretty rude but I kind of get it with the rush hour.
Went for dinner and we both tried the 6-course tasting meal. Each dish had incredible presentation and tasted great. Adventurous and well executed menu choices. Our server was attentive and very kind. I will definitely come back and maybe for breakfast too. Apparently they only recently started doing dinner, but they NAILED it! :)

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and invited to sit wherever I liked. The vibe here is incredible-relaxed, warm, and beautifully put together. The food? Outstanding. Everything was cooked just right, and you could tell it was made with care. Big shoutout to the chefs-it truly tasted like it came from the heart. One thing I really appreciated was how attentive the staff were. My order was taken perfectly the first time-no mix-ups, no repeats-which shows they really listen and care about getting it right. The drinks were just as impressive-crafted with detail and full of flavor. Between the service and the taste, there’s no question I’ll be coming back. Everyone on the team made the visit special. Thank you for such a great experience!
Another beautiful Thai-inspired restaurant! We tried out all of the lobster things - Benedict, roll, omelette and bisque. Everything was tasty and decadent for a beautiful brunch experience. Must-try drinks are the butterfly latte - non-caffeinated and made in-house! - and the glittering ocean. Their sweet dishes were also a bit. We ordered the pancakes but want to go back for more! The ambiance is beautiful with lots of flowers and colors to keep your spirits up. The service was impeccable. The hours are only during the day but hopefully they open up for dinner!

Amazing brunch experience! Everything we ordered was so tasty and fresh. The staff was super friendly, service was quick, and the prices were very fair. One of the best brunch spots — highly recommended! 🥞☕️
We had a large group for brunch before our city hall ceremony and it was truly such a great experience! The staff was so accommodating, the drinks (alcoholic and coffees) were fantastic, and the food exceeded everyone’s expectations. I was so very impressed with how smoothly the whole meal went which let us enjoy our time celebrating with family. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great brunch spot!

Cute brunch spot with whimsy decor and tasty food but slow-ish service. I came on a weekday morning and waited a few minutes to be seated despite it not being busy (however it seemed they were lacking staff). The menu had many enticing options. I ended up ordering the tom yum crab omelet and a latte. My food arrived at a reasonable pace but I didn’t get my latte until 5-10 minutes after my food was served. The food itself was delicious. The omelette was packed with crab and the sauce had amazing flavour. The mushrooms were a great addition to the omelette. Potatoes were well seasoned and I honestly didn’t even have room for the toast. This place could be five stars with more staff
Food and atmosphere was 10/10! The only thing I didn’t like was the math for the tip was completely off. The total or our meal and drinks including the tax was 93 dollars and it said a 20% tip was 23 dollars. It felt a little scammy.
The food was tasty and the menu had a wide variety of offerings. The service was efficient and able to accommodate our large party My only complaint was that the lobster grilled cheese tasted nothing like a grilled cheese. The bread was extremely soft and hardly toasted or grilled, my lobster had pieces of shell in it, and the cheese was very minimal in the sauce. I really enjoyed the lobster tom yum bisque, although the portion was quite small.
Went here for the bottomless brunch ($22 for bottomless per person). The drinks were good and the food was good too (at least 3 vegan options — 10/10 RECOMMEND THE VEGAN FRENH TOAST!). Service was good initially but they became stingy and didnt even fill the carafe at the end. Overall good experience. They auto gratuity 20% and we tipped on top of that but something to keep in mind. The place itself is relatively small and quite busy so definitely recommend getting a reservation
Total Score: 8.25 Bathroom: 4.5/5 Fancy flowersss interesting contrast to the very bright decor in the dining area lolll. But sink was a bit crusty. Customer Service: 4/5 Super nice. Reminds me of the Kateki voice. Ambiance: 4.5/5 Love the floral decor!! Felt lovely to be here. Food: 4.5/5 The okonomiyaki omelette was SCRUMPTIOUS. Potatoes and bread were eh. Portion was HUGE. Wow: 0.25/1 Damn I can tell lots of effort was done to add the flowers lmaoo Total Score = BR + CS + 2*AM + 5*FOOD + WOW

Peacock Pansy, nestled in San Francisco's Civic Center, boasts a cute and funky ambiance that drew us in for a brunch experience. With its vibrant decor, it sets expectations for a fun meal in a lively setting. We started with the crab cakes, which unfortunately fell short of our expectations. They had a heavy fishy taste and were served quite plainly as a single piece—a letdown especially given their price. Following that, we tried the Eggs Benedict, which thankfully was a redeeming dish. The portions were hearty and the meal itself was well-prepared, providing some solace after the initial disappointment. Despite the redeeming qualities of the Eggs Benedict, the overall experience was dampened by the fact that the meals felt overpriced for what they offered. While Peacock Pansy provides a fun brunch atmosphere, I'm not sure it's compelling enough for a return visit, though it might still be worth checking out if you're after a spot with character and don't mind the price tag.

Food and coffee were OK. Staff was nice ans accommodating. Atmosphere on a busy weekend is lively, fun for groups of friends but I found that the dining room was simply too loud. Everybody was raising their voices to talk to each other. If you're in the area and are looking for good brunch food, definitely go... but don't go if you're looking to have a nice chill weekend experience.
Went today, after looking at the reviews. Really wish I hadn't bothered. The food was poor, we had a fried chicken and curry dish which the curry was cold, at least the chicken was hot. Flavour was OK though. We also had a sirachi wrap thing with shrimp, the wrap was soggy it needed to be toasted or something to give some texture to the dish. It was was served separately from the first dish so my wife had to watch me eat and I had to watch her. The chardonnay was overly sweet and not to our taste. Hope this helps everyone concerned.
