Opinions de Taco Bell Alameda
One of my favorite taco Bell friendly staff and you can see them making the food so it's super clean
Cheesy bean and rice burritos for $1. Ask them to lightly grill it for you, you won’t be sorry and doesn’t cost extra. Need I say more? Your welcome
They were fast. The place is clean. Even the restroom. Had to give 5 because most Taco Bells are really slow or filthy or both.
Very good, delicious, and fresh food. Very clean, silent, and peaceful, environment and atmosphere. And, VERY POLITE, RESPECTFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE, TOO.
I think it's been approximately two years since I had Taco Bell. And since crunchy taco supremes and nachos are my favorite foods, I really enjoyed my meal.
I love this Taco Bell, not a single complaint.
Good food. It tastes delicious after a few alcoholic beverages in the comfort of your own home. It's cheap and they're open late. You can't ask for more from taco bell
Dine in closes at 10, but the staff is so nice that they might let you in even at 9.55. That says A LOT about the great quality of people that work here. Good, cheap food.
Always ordered a nacho Bell grande. Or the nacho fries those are so delicious. Or my husband and son will order the five layer burrito beefy. And sometime I get those quesadillas. 😋 Ummm yummy
Three hours ago....it's FAST FOOD ok, I waited 5 mins, noticing from inside the drive thru was packed & they looked understaffed.......still, I was out in 6 and my food still warm after a bus and 5 blocks of walking. ..no complaints
A month in USA and a visit to many fast food places and Taco Bell was the best! Remember to ask for their Diablo hot sauce. Not all places keep it out front. Its great!
The food is on par with every other Taco Bell, but I love the staff so much here. Always friendly and accommodating. They even let us bring home one of the promotional posters once 😂
Slow service no matter what time u go...for some reason...dine in or drive thru! I should know i worked there for 1yr. But manager Gilda VERY VERY NICE great customer service! Love going there for any reason!
Very good location. Ingredients are always fresh and properly cooked. The burritos actually come out toasted, not just warmed.
This sushi restaurant with excellent, and their poke Bowl looked even more fantastic, though I didn't get to try it yet. I look forward to going back here for Downtown Oakland sushi in the future
The best Taco Bell in the east bay in my opinion. Always clean. No one loitering by the window or doors. Have never been accosted here, sadly can’t say that for some of the other Taco Bell locations in the east bay.
I only get one thing here. The regular crunchy taco. Most everything else is a less impressive reiteration of the basic taco. It's much lower in calories than the supreme, and the protein to carb ratio is almost Zone. Great staff at this location. I always do the drive thru, so can't comment on the atmosphere. Can't believe Google even asks. It's a Taco Bell for crying ot loud.
This Taco Bell is fairly newly renovated and looks very nice and clean inside. The food was hot and the service was as it should be. We used the kiosk to order.
Frustrations shouldn’t always be used as an excuse for unacceptable behavior — I’m apologizing in advance and not putting the blame or fault on this franchise. Excellent grilled stuffed steak burritos, delicious chicken quesadillas as usual, and yummy tacos. Thank you!
This is the cleanest taco bell I've ever been in. The staff are friendly and the food actually looks like it does in the ads (no miniscule meat servings as is common at other locations).
I'm never disappointed coming to this Taco Bell! They always deliver yummy food that actually taste and look like the items you see on the menu and service is usually good. Will return! 🤗
Give it 5 stars because I got really good service. People work really hard here. God bless them! I only ordered their small fries. Other food I don't eat here or at any Taco Bell in any State. Also, very decent internet connection.
Haven't had any issues here as of yet. They've been great with customizations at all hours of the day/night. I've only been inside a few times and everytime I go in I'm shocked at how clean everything looks. Like a space ship. I hope corporate let's this location run more deals because I'd love to have a reason to go here more.
Love all the employees there so friendly
The food was perfectly prepared and the app prices were reasonable. The drive-thru can get backed up, so park and walk in.
Ok team, time to order ahead and pick up, just check your order. Things gets missed (accentually) like extra sour cream but overall a 10... They are kind and want to make sure you're happy! Go for it!
My favorite taco bell ever. We eat here regularly but today it was the best we've ever had. Very fresh, service is fast, and the restaurant is clean. Highly recommend dining inside.
it was good. service was good. food could have a little bit better but it was edible.
This is an awesome Taco Bell location. The employees are always nice and courteous. Ordering is very easy. The inside and outside of the site are kept nice and clean
In the 23 years, I’ve been in Alameda this restaurant has changed looks many times, but it looks like recently changed again very space like and now they pretty much have no cashiers only machines. That still the food came out quickly still tasted like the same food atmosphere was just a little off because of how spaced it was, but it was pretty chill.
I haven't been to TB Lounge in a while 🙂✌️. Or Taco Bell. Anyway I like that the food has for the most part been consistent over the years. Thank you Taco Bell over 40 years plus.
Was pleasantly surprised they have a vegan menu on their website that outlines how to make your order vegan and it's super easy!!! The app isn't that bad either!!
It's Taco Bell, you know for the late night mmm-crunchy-tacos cravings. Did I say late night? I meant 3pm. Gotta give them 4-stars though for that friendly drive thru girl. Busy but she still smiled and acknowledged customers. Sometimes a nice friendly smile and giving attention can make a simple Taco Bell be worth the trip. And tacos.... with fire sauce.
Friendly service, but it's a fast food establishment what do you expect many orders three or more time they got the orders wrong right after driven off the drive-thru Check your orders before take off.
Nothing much to say. It's a taco bell, if you go in, you know what to expect in terms of food and service. The place has been remodeled not long ago, it looks better, less ran down. Service behind the counter with a smile.
It was good and always fresh. We tried the new chicken menu. It was good, service is fast and good and food is always super fresh !
Friendliest bunch of guys working there in a Monday night. Got our order right and the food was good. I mean it's Taco Bell what else is there to say.
Got something simple so they couldn't mess my order up. Burritos were as good as usual. Fries were hot and delicious. A bit messy by the drink area with straw wrappers. The person at the register didn't tell me my order number or ask for my name like other locations do.
What can you say about it Taco Bell has been around for as long as I can remember. I remember Taco Bell as a little boy eating Bell beefers it was taco meat and a hamburger bun wrapped in the infamous yellow paper. The menus haven't changed that much except for seasonal things and stuff like that but the taste is always been consistent anywhere I go. We have or we had three of them in Alameda but I think this is the only one left on Webster Street. The tortillas are really good and soft and the taco shells are nice and crunchy always good.
My guilty pleasure- food is always good and I never have to send something back because it's made incorrectly....but to be honest. I order simple things so nothing too complicated. 😁
Food was tasty but the crunchwrap wasn't as advertised. The filling was inadequate. The taco 🌮 & potatoes 🥔 were good. Workers were happy & helpful. Dining area was spacious & clean. Not many patrons, so atmosphere was ok.
Probably the best Taco Bell in the Bay Area. Service is good, food at this location is better than average compared to other locations. 4 stars bc well it’s a Taco Bell and it’s not 5 star worthy food but this is a really good Taco Bell.
You know what, I'll say it. I like taco bell. I don't tell my friends and family though.
It's gotten better with the taste I only go there to get my regular order 2 bean burrito dinner with 2 packs of regular hot sauce each burrito dinner yeah I don't eat a lot nowadays but I love my protein burrito dinner cause it's cheap but right now it's one of the things keeping me going.
Took 15 minutes to get my order, they gave it to some random people who I don't think even payed for anything. Air conditioning broke or not on, it was pretty hot and gross inside. Food was on par with any other TB, and the crowd was only moderately sketchy on a Tuesday afternoon.
It's usually Ok, but not when you order something to go from the drive thru and when you look at it later, you realize they gave you the wrong order. One more thing. You try to call them to tell them they gave you the wrong order, but the phone keeps ringing and no one answers.
Run of the mill taco bell. Of note, the bathroom is locked and needs a key fob that an employee has to use to unlock. Not child friendly when the youngest says she has to go like right now.
Drive through order board lights not working...too hard to see. No problem if you already know what you want. Food was as expected for taco bell.
Excellent service and tasty food. However the tacos were very skimpy and thin. Nothing like usually served there. Disappointed for my Grandmother who chose only tacos:(
Probably better serive inside, but I've only used the drive thru. Usually a long line and the wait between cars seem to be about 8 minutes. Past couple time I've gone I've had one item missing from my order.
They're pretty slow. In one case it was the drive thru line that caused them 15 min delays, but this morning there was nobody in the drive thru when i ordered (their order screen only had my order on it). Felt like a good 10 mins waiting, and the food still had some cold spots on it. Seeing as this is the only taco bell in alameda, i will be back again and again.
Items are consistently missing from orders - anywhere from sauces to full menu items. That aside it’s one of the cleaner ones within miles so still my go-to when I get a Chalupa craving every 6 months or so.
I shamefully love Taco Bell. I frequently go to the one one Webster. I think they have very nice staff and a great manager who is very helpful and seems to support her employees by being on the front lines with them. My ONLY complaint is that every other time I go, my order is wrong or short. I usually go thru drive thru. It can be hard to tell what's what based on wrappers...especially if u get TN bunch of burritos for the fam. So...if can't tell if everything is in the bag until I get home and am disappointed to find missing items. I mentioned it once to the manager...and she was very kind about it. She gave me a replacement burrito to make up for the day before's missing item in my order. I am looking forward to changing my rating to a 5......because I REALLY like the manager of that store, and the staff are generally very sweet. Just need to work on getting orders correct and complete. I think they are experiencing a transition of sorts, as the Knob Hill Taco Bell closed. I think they have been getting the overflow customers. So...I really am hopeful that they will get it worked out soon. I REALLY want to give a better rating!
Make sure you open your bag and check your food. It's usually the correct items but no forks or sauce... And the service is 50/50. Sometimes super nice, sometime they say nothing at all to you. I'll never forget pulling over to finally eat my cheesy Fiesta potato bowl and realizing they didn't give me a fork.... And for God sakes... Watch the driveway on the way out. Very very DAMAGING to low cars!!! Really wish someone would go fix that!
It's exactly what I expect it to be. No more. No less. ALTHOUGH I will say that when my order has been wrong or when the late night crew took too long, they always made sure they apologized and then took really good care of me with extra surprises in my bag that I discovered when I got home. THAT alone just earned them a 3rd star.
Wow, 👨👩👧👦it's all glass window panes and organized for Covid19. Clean as a whistle. The machine for indooring order is not visual to see; it to the rite side. Order online so you can use your cards; change shortage. Miss the mexician and central american touch and color climate. Overall, service was good, no long line and quiet. Add some soft lite ethnic music so we call be alert. 🥳👺
Since the introduction of minimum wage increases there are now no staff at the counter and four automatic terminal. It's difficult to get access to a person and the bathrooms have a lock on them requiring talking to a person to get the code. Even after using the app to order food and the app telling me that my food was ready it was necessary to summon someone to get them to give me my food presumably because they don't put the food on the takeaway counter probably because people steal it. Overall this was a somewhat depressing experience. There's ample parking outside, and there is a drive through lane.
Came for lunch. Decent sized lot with parking spaces to choose from. Majority of customers were doing drive thru. Dined in, ordered via the kiosk. Felt ordering through it took longer than if we had ordered at the register. Place wasn't crowded so we got our picks of seats. Noise volume low.
Check your togo orders carefully, been here 3 times, they always are missing 1 or 2 items and when they ask you about sauce ask them for lots or you will end up with 5 tacos and 3 sauce packets
They do not fry the chalupa shells anymore, it's more like a flatbread. I've noticed it at multiple taco bells, they're trying to speed up service so they don't fry it as long. But you can't cut corners on something like that.i used to like the chalupas and was disappointed about this.
Everything inside the store was sticky! I came out feeling like I needed a shower.Seriously. And my chalupa and my taco were not crispy. Too much sauce in the meat. Not going there again.
Rude drive thru staff never get my irdwr right and at late night my nacho fries are basty
I ordered on the kiosk, if your choice is simple like you want this and that, then do not bother with the kiosk. It is froth with cross sell. The people working there are decent and there is diversity. Dining on is becoming less and less popular, so the service is what will become costly. I thought o was ordering 3 crusp tacos and i got one and the rest were wraps, i would say stay away from the wraps i give it one star, for tater and nutrition. Go some place else if you can afford 5 more dollars.
Just a regular Taco Bell. But folks here made lot of mistakes for drive through items. Almost always, they either miss out on putting an item or they make a blunder. And this is after verifying the order on the screen. Also note: their exit after the drive-through has a big dip in the road. If you have even a slightly lowered car, or any kind of underbody kit, you're going to hit the road, so be careful of the drive-through.
Scolding us (do not like being scolded, no sir) at the drive up window because we're on foot (and don't quote customer safety as defense) and telling us we need to be in a car... That wasn't what we expected after we took a special trip across the island to support your restaurant. I know this a stressful time. We all have to make accomidations. It would be in your interest to figure this out so bicyclists and pedestrians can give you money. Some of your customers don't own cars. Otherwise, I'd rate you five stars.
First, I want to commend this Taco Bell location for its exceptionally clean interior and the convenience of multiple kiosks, which make ordering easier, especially for English speakers who may not be able to communicate with employees who don’t speak English fluently. Ironically, I only discovered how nice the inside was because my drive-thru order was incorrect. In a rush to get back to my facility, where six hungry four year olds had just been dropped off late and missed dinner hours, I didn’t check the order at the window (something I now regret). I ordered 12 soft tacos. Instead, I received 12 hard shell tacos. This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it became a safety concern. Hard taco shells can be a choking hazard to the small children in our care. Once I saw the mistake, four of the tacos had already been handed out and were immediately discarded. I returned to the restaurant with the remaining eight, hoping to have the full order corrected. After a total of 45 minutes of back-and-forth driving, the employee at the counter returned only eight corrected soft tacos and said, with an attitude, “You gave me 8, so I’m giving you 8.” I was shocked. No apology. No concern for the lost time, the safety issue, or the fact that six children were now getting half of what I intended to feed them. It would’ve been a simple and appreciated gesture to replace all 12 tacos, especially considering the situation involved young children and a potential choking risk. I spent over an hour resolving an issue that wasn’t my fault, used $9.87 in gas, and still left with only part of the original order while still paying out of pocket $25-$26 as we are a non profit. Next time, instead of respectfully explaining the mistake, I’ll just request a full refund and leave without offering a second chance for correction. Fortunately, each child got at least one taco. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured I will not be returning to this location again.
This taco bell has some of the worst customer service ive seen i waited for 2 hours for 2 BEAN BURRITOS they tried to over charge me on somthing i didnt order or recive take your buisness to another taco bell if you want your food in a timly manner
A customer walked in not wearing a mask, proceeded to cough and hack while ordering at the kiosk. I asked the man to please put a mask over his face and he proceeded to cuss me out and made racial accusations against me. He then tried to fight me. The employees heard and saw what was happening and hid like COWARDS when I asked them to intervene. They said and did nothing about someone threatening another customer.
A motorized scooter is similar to a motor vehicle and Taco Bell refuse to let me place an order because I am on on my scooter. I have never heard of this before. I have come here on my bicycle late night and picked up an order I placed online.
cheaters. your store at 1900 Webster St, Alameda, CA 94501 had a sign for Cantina Crispy Melt Taco combo deal for $5. i tried to by this, but they claimed it was 5.99. i could not see the .99 on the sign. cheaters. i walked out.
Couldn’t even get the employees to say hello. Terrible Back for a 2nd time (hurting my own feelings at this point.) Again, I stood at the counter. Making eye contact with employees with no hello or acknowledgment lol. I wish I could leave another 1 star review
They never get your drive through order correctly, this location seem to always leave out an item or two from your bag. TIP: Never leave the window until all your order is complete.
Terrible noncommunicating abrupt spaceservice when. I got home I noticed that my food was hell a soggy my fries were completely mash like potatoes and I’m saying mashed potatoes I called up there and no one will answer and I think that they just deserve that one store in Alameda. Never going back
Drive thru. Paid for 2 doritos tacos and when I got back to the hotel they were missing. Dont go here. There are so many other locations that are super close. I just love that they stole my money. Is it really that hard of a job?
Open lit neon signs on front door open employees sitting in eating area talking eating food at 930 at night. I walk in open door just to hear sorry were closed ? What???? DONT HAVE LIT SIGN ON AS OPEN WITH DOORS UNLOCKED JUST TO TURN AWAY CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE AND GHETTO.
Food is bland ,all items are a variation of the same ingredients. Tortillas are cold and almost raw. I can go on but I won't. Worst mexican food ever. I rarely go there, everytime I do l regret it.
The kiosks at the front are dirty and you can rarely get anyones attention to help you if you’re paying cash. This place is the worst.
They completely ignore any customers at the counter trying to pick up food or order.
Service is routinely terrible. On multiple occasions I have arrived to pick up a mobile order that was allegedly ready and spent 15 minutes waiting while they looked for any evidence of the order existing while repeatedly asking for my name and order number again, only to finally be told they would start making it. One time they literally looked at the receipt in the Taco Bell app on my phone with their address on it and asked if I was sure I'd ordered from Taco Bell.
They increased the prices so the foods not worth the price any more. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Cleanest taco bell I've ever seen.
I saw a long line at the drive thru so I decided to go in and order my food through a kiosk. Waited 20 minutes before I finally went and asked about it. Another 10 minutes and finally got my food. I went outside and the drive thru was empty.
Worst service ever.My guac and chips was missing and a filipino or asian guy that attend me didnt believe it he also came out to my table to check on my food there was nothing and still didnt believe it and rechecked and rechecked on his ipad and pos register .Then he printed my receipt and I showed him I paid extra for my guac and chips and he said only chips what the heck I paid for guac and chips.I would never would come here again.Train your people in reading ipads to ensure what guest ordered its what uou should serve and guests are paying for their food and if youre a manager come in train yourself good to give excellent service.
Hostile service. They messed up our order at first but then they corrected it. When we pulled up our drinks were messed up. When I asked for the correct drinks a lady came up and told us “you should have made sure it was correct because we already made you drinks.” Refused to give us our receipt and only fixed one drink.
So far my last two crunch wraps have been empty!!!!! The first two has no beans. Thus last one had three pieces of lettice and two tiny tomato bits! I will never ever get food here again. Absolutely disturbing to be served an empty crunch wrap on more than one occasion 😳
Have been here for 10 minutes..there are not enough workers to meet the window and kiosk orders...management ..owners need to get off their butts and get to work here...get of the kiosks.and hire front people...sheesh...who the heck owns this place????
Walked away from order. No refund, yet. Took so long, 20 minutes via app. Promotion to "skip the line" leashes out the tag line "skip your order until you completion." Everyone at counter finished. Drive-through, passed through. Mobile order. Charged and no food. I requested to cancel, they ignored song "just one taco, right?" And then began (mine?). I left. I was late. Too long.
I don't know what happened to Taco Bell. Too expensive for some cheap food. Ordered $6 nachos and I couldn't appreciate the queso or chicken because there was so very little of it. I also didn't expect nachos to be literally smothered with beans! 7-11 has better nachos..more cheese for sure and cheaper. The classic taco meal was super pricey. For 2 tacos and a bev like $8 bucks! Better off finding a taco truck somewhere. Service was nice and friendly but the value for the price was horrible.
I’ll start by saying, I order from this Taco Bell on a regular basis. The fact that I’m continuing to order it after all this is my own stupidity. I am now on my 5th straight order (8 orders in total) where they leave two particular items out of my bag every single time. The two items tonight were the same as always. It’s baffling that it’s two of the easiest items: 1. The Chips + Nacho Cheese 2. Cinnamon Twists I have tried physically visiting the restaurant, Uber eats, door dash, etc but under all circumstances they won’t put what I paid for in the bag. It’s a running joke now that we order it just to see if they will. I’ve ordered 5 of each item just to see if it would change anything and it DID NOT. It’s comical at this point. End of rant. I don’t even want my money back nor do I want anything in return for the mistakes. I really just in general want to understand how that can happen. My only conclusion is that it has to be deliberate or just carelessness at this point. I might try ordering 20 of each item and nothing else. My test to see if I receive an empty bag!
The quality has declined rapidly. The food is consistently cold, order requests are often ignored, and portion sizes have been reduced.
I never eat taco bell but the day I go the food was terrible. Cold and HAIR in everything I ordered. What a waste of my money and time.
I eat taco bell frequently at many locations throughout the Bay Area. I've been here about 10 times. Is hands-down the worst service. I can imagine. The kiosk thing sucks. No one knows what's going on. In&Out has faste drive-through lines. Plus I just got skipped in the drive-through line. What the hell
I liked to use the taco bell reward system they have going but every time I go to this location in the evening the cashiers either forget to give me my receipt even if they ask if I want it. Or when I pressure them into giving me my receipt they tear it off above the barcode. Leaving me unable to make use of the point system. I bet they are scanning it themselves lol. Shady.
This was honestly the worst experience that I have seen at a Taco Bell. They do not allow for food stamps but are still putting in the government website that they do. Then they force you to order through the kiosk. Which has a cash option at the end. I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come over to take my payment. They never did and so I just left after such a long time.
Is anyone else experiencing this bizarre phenomenon of Taco Bell employees bating you?? They go out of their way to get my eye contact or attention and repeatedly divert their gaze. It’s so bizarre I usually just ignore them. It's 4 out of the 4 locations I’ve gone to. I’m only writing this review because the older lady should know better. I literally drive the next city over for safe dining. I told her I appreciated her service; then I realized a drastic decline. Today was the first time she did the gaze-diversion. It’s so obvious, and it is so bizarre—like a demon possession. And now my eye is bothering me. Sounds bizarre I know but these fast food places have lost their minds! I don't trust the food and my heart goes out to everyone who have no other option but to have this as their hot food… I'd stay away. The energy is so OFF. Its crazy. Good luck everyone. Needless to say three strikes you should’ve been out but at four yeah I’m so over you Taco Bell. The food is not good enough to accept this kind of bizarre abuse… To the older lady… maam grow up!!
This located Taco Bell. They always give my orders wrong. Every time. I ordered number 6 Beef they give me chicken instead. I don’t know The person to take orders don’t understand English. Or the food Service prepare.
Decided to try their Cinnabon Delights® 2 Pack offer and was sadly disappointed. The inside was cold and filled with grease/oil? Each was soggy and went into the garbage right away. Never again. Oh by the way one of my items was a Bean burrito with extra spicy beef (cost extra). when I got home noticed there was no ground beef added-wasted a little more money
I love Taco Bell I am sad to give this place a 1 star review because all their staff is amazing and gives great customer service. I recently went food was good but in my food there was a sharp black object that seemed may have broken off something they used to cook seemed like plastic it was really hard and made a hole in my tooth. If it wasn’t for me biting into and breaking my tooth, I’d possibly have internal bleeding and would’ve never known that was in my food. Extremely disappointed. Never going back again. By the time I wanted to go back to complain they were already closed.
