How do I even begin to explain the love that I have for The Laundromat? My fiance and I first went to the Laundromat last summer, and it quickly became our favorite place in SF (no exaggeration). The bagels, the pizza, the wine, and the vibe are all exceptional — but what gives the Laundromat its “je ne sais quoi” is the service. Jenna, Jake, Meijun, and the rest of the team are some of the kindest folks in the SF restaurant scene and always provide a stellar experience. We frequently will drive across the city from Bernal for casual weeknight pizza, date night, or Sunday morning bagels anytime we get the itch because visiting The Laundromat is a guaranteed way to make our day awesome. Try Kelly’s Kale salad and the Vodka Margherita, and whatever chilled red they have on their wine list! (Pro tip — join their Wine Club. Of our several memberships, our Laundromat bottles are so unique and end up being our favorites.)
TLDR: limited but delicious menu with indoor and outdoor seating and drinks I thoroughly enjoyed both of the pizzas though the pizza with the pesto and multiple cheeses was definitely the highlight. The gem ceasar salad was awesome as well, highly recommend you to come check it out!
This place rocks! I don’t know what they do to the pizza but is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust has a perfectly crispy and flavorful outside and a soft chewy inside. We loved it so much we went two days in a row. The sausage and peppers pizza was a standout. There’s often a line for this place, but we had no problem sitting at the bar or outside. The servers are cool and friendly. We will be coming back soon!!
It can get busy at night but there’s a reason for the popularity, the pizzas are one of a kind and the beer/wine selection is curated to bring only the best of the Bay Area! Highly recommended the Brussel sprouts and the pepperoni pizza with ranch! Also, the gluten free pizza will change your life!
Great vibes, pizza, and attentive service. Good Brussels and Caesar salad. Olive oil cake good. Pizzas just generally solid and interesting.
Very cute new york inspired bagel place!! Very queer friendly. Staff was sweet and we got served very quick. Dogs were allowed inside which is cute!! Scallion cream cheese was DI-VINE btw 🫦⭐️⭐️ No place to sit though, Only outside benches!!
Best Detroit style pizza I’ve ever had! Amazing selection of salads, pizza, cocktails/beer/wine. They also have vegan options! I had the vegan broccoli and it was absolutely to die for. So flavorful, cooked perfectly & the staff is outstanding!
Unique place, as i walked up i can smell fresh delicious bagels. Friendly generous place. Worth checking it out and having a bagel the pain bagel was really fresh and delicious.
Was in SF for Fall Break and found this amazing place in several travel blogs! It was amazing!🤩 We just had the bagels but they were really as good as it said online!😋Great atmosphere and experience! Super nice staff as well!🥯
We loved dining here! Both the food and drinks were excellent, and we loved the service we received. It can get quite busy so plan strategically when to visit -- we visited during the week and were immediately seated at the bar. We love love loved our pizzas! We ordered the mushroom and the sausage and peppers pizzas. good combo, different taste profiles, very deep flavors and definitely up there in the list of best pizzas i ever had. the truffle honey goes well with the mushroom pizza if you want a side sauce with that one. they offer natural wines, and a very interesting beer selection. i ordered a radler from a local brewery and it came with a fresh lemon and blood orange squeeze, which tasted amazing! the vibes here are immaculate, the interior is really pretty, and it makes for a great date spot if you want to impress someone or have a romantic night out with your partner.
Possibly the best bagel shop in SF and such a hidden gem in the Richmond area. I’ve tried so many NY bagel spots and this place tastes just as good as the top shops on the east coast. I came on a weekend morning to order a few fresh bagels and ended up choosing the everything one and an egg bagel. Everything is nicely laid out on racks at the front of the shop for you to browse. Cream cheese is sold by the tub and they have a few flavors that all looked good. I ate mine right away and it was the perfect combination of chewy inside and more crispy outside. Love this concept! If the pizza and dinner food is anything like their bagels, then I recommend coming back to try those as well.
Incredible spot that does A+ work on all of their unique offerings. The pizza is a top 5 pizza, regardless of pizza style, I’ve had. It’s not heavy, but fluffy and crispy. Brussels sprouts are the thing to get as an appetizer. Bonus - you can get to go bagels from that morning if you eat dinner there, and they’re fantastic! Will be back for smash burgers
In the mornings, they use the storefront to serve bagels. They don’t toast the bagels, or make sandwiches, they just sell the bagels and cream cheese. That being said, this was one of the best bagels that I’ve had in the Bay Area. I had an Everything Egg Bagel plain, and it came out warm and was chewy and delicious. While it didn’t need toasting or toppings, it would’ve made an incredible breakfast sandwich of any variety. I’ve since come back for bags of bagels!

Really great neighborhood place with bagels and pizza. Super busy and popular so come early. Our server was friendly and attentive and we were able to get a gluten-free and vegan broccoli pizza to share. It was pretty delicious, saucy and spicy. We also had the kale salad which had delicious dressing but we all agreed that if the kale was massaged a bit it would be much tastier and easy to chew. All in all it was a very lovely night out.

I went on a Wednesday night and it was still busy! The vibes looked good but I wasn't going to wait for just myself so I ordered Togo. I got the little gem Caesar salad, vodka margherita pizza, and a cannoli! Honestly very pleasantly surprised with the flavors and textures of everything, I would say the only thing that was underwhelming was the cannoli honestly but with some chocolate glaze it's . Most unique pizza I've had a while and it's soo good it lasted for dinner and lunch the next day. Would definitely go again especially since for $50 you can easily eat comfortably for two!
Well. It was burger Wednesday night, so the line was long, as always. About 45 minutes wait arriving at 7 pm. In order to make the best out of the opportunity, I ordered their signature vodka sauce pizza, their Caesar salad, the grilled Brussels cabbage with goat cheese and their limited amount smash burger. Each one of the dishes was perfect. The best one, to my surprise, and not to take away from the rest, was the Brussels cabbage. Absolutely unique. Their Caesar salad was also excellent, with fresh romaine and home made croutons, great dressing and real Parmesan cheese and crisps with an extra touch of (in my opinion unnecessary) grated cheddar. Their smash burgers were one of the top 3 burgers I have had this year in the US. The pizza is Sicilian style which is not as doughy as Chicago (which I don’t particularly enjoy) but crisp and perfectly cooked. Sauce and cheese were great. Atmosphere is a loud but fun with great rock tunes playing. Service is incredibly friendly and attentive. An absolutely memorable experience which I highly recommend.

This place is faaaaarrrrrrr from the main city and gets extremely busy on Wednesdays, but it’s really good. The pizzas are square and unique, and pretty good value. I got the vodka slice last time I went but if I were to go back I would try their sausage one. The burger was also great. One could argue a bit steep at $15 but it’s SF lol and it was really tasty. I think a return visit could turn this into a 5 star place.
Some of the best bagels in the city, warm, fluffy, and flavorful/ well seasoned. Ordered the everything, egg everything, and sea salt with the Calabrian chili cream cheese. Just wish there were more options such as toasted or sandwiches, but overall amazing! We will be back to try the pizza!

We went for dinner and ordered the broccoli rabe pizza and the sausage and peppers pizza. Although the crust looked amazing, it was covered in the cream sauce so be warned. I would definitely ask about the about the cream sauce as it was all over the pizza and not just a drizzle. It would have been nice to have tasted the red sauce and other ingredients, but everything was overwhelmed by the cream sauce. The wine and beer was good, but overall, it was a disappointing meal. We didn’t take our leftovers home because the sauce was too much. We did wait about 25 because it is popular and very busy. To preface, it’s also very loud; service was excellent!
I was really looking forward to this - considering the almost 2 hour wait to get a table for dinner. The staff service was great and accommodating. The crispy brussels sprouts with goat cheese were the highlight - what a delicious combo. The smash burger, however, was a little underwhelming. It was okay - not worth a two hour wait. Will try the pizzas here next time!

Coming from an sf native and a once New Yorker: We were disappointed. We got bagels here because we were told they were some of the better ones in the city. The bagels sit out in the open air amongst any filth, bugs, and dust floating around. They get stale this way. The bagels are sooo soft - and they REFUSE to have a toaster! so if you’re eating there (which is on the street because they don’t have seating) you get this soft cold bagel that you wish was toasted. The staff isn’t welcoming and seems to rest on its laurels. It’s a conveyor belt to them. They make you cut and smear your own bagel (they don’t sell a small amount of cream cheese either!!) and create a lot of waste. This place is popular because it’s in an area with nothing else around. There are several other spots worthy of your money in SF.
Wanted to love it, but I’m done with this place. I wanted this place to be good. I’ve given it multiple chances. But the orders keep coming out wrong, and the food is often poorly cooked. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered online and showed up about 5 minutes after the stated pickup time. I was told it was “being boxed up.” Cool — no problem. 15 minutes pass… nothing. Another 5 minutes pass… still nothing. I finally go back up to the counter and *then* I’m told their online ordering system “didn’t work” and they’re *just now* making the food. If that’s the case, fine — systems fail. But **tell me immediately.** Don’t let me sit there for 20 minutes thinking my order is coming any second when you already know it never came through. So I asked for a refund and left. And honestly? The worst part wasn’t even the delay, it was the customer service attitude at the end. No apology, no urgency, no accountability… just a dismissive vibe like I was the problem for expecting my order to be ready anywhere near the pickup time. Food mistakes happen. Tech issues happen. But bad communication + a bad attitude is a dealbreaker. I’m done.
