One of the best five guys I've ever had. It was fresh it was cooked properly they did a great job they gave me extra napkins which you need because this is a meal. I would highly recommend this Five Guys. Same price as McDonald's but 10 times better. The only thing I would change is a portion of fries that were smaller. They're small fry is enough for two all day long

Love their vegetarian options but the fries are spicy for me so I have to remember to order it plain. I'm just not great with any type of spice. My husband can handle it better.

I came to Five Guys for a late lunch and had a bacon burger bowl with extra bacon. Five Guys offers some great options for people trying to watch their carbs and it was nice having a bowl with condamints on the side to add as needed. The soda machine was out of some flavors but they had two machines so I was able to find my beverage in the second machine. Overall Five Guys can be a little pricey but the customization options and little extras that are offered at no extra charge seem to make up for it. This is a clean location and I didn't have to wait in a big line like some other burger places. Their grilled hot dogs are also delicious and are a cut above anything else you might find locally. Recommend you check out Five guys if you are in the area.

While the food is good, you will pay more than double compared to In 'an Out. This location has easy parking since it is located in a large strip mall.

Well Im not sure what qualifications it takes to work there, My last 3 orders have been wrong!! No Fries, no cheese, grilled onions raw.. really it ain't that hard!!! We even picked it up this time without opening each burger up the worker said what they were. Ohh yea we got home not even close!!! pull it together you have burger !!

Not going to lie it was pretty good but the prices ridiculous won't be there very often when nations has a real hamburger and fries for a very reasonable price and you don't have to doubt whether it's fast food quality or maybe real you know Nations is real now five guys you would kill it if you had all that for under $10 you would take business from everybody but nobody in your field wants to listen they just want to get rich off of hamburgers and french fries sold separately to increase the price and not even include the drink so you guys charge a ridiculous amount I mean you'll still get business because you can build it with all the stuff you want but in the end that is not worth it to me

The quality has really gone down in the last couple of years. And if I’m not crazy, the size! Is hard to pay that much for a small patty that has lately felt like low grade tasteless beef. I tried the hot dog recently, and based on the price ($8.29), I assumed it would be big, but, albeit delicious, it was just a regular sized hot dog… I just go for the fries now :-)

The staff is good very quick and helpful, but the food seems to be a tad bit expensive for a burger anyway. I will say that there are more toppings on these burgers and they come standard with a double Patty. If you've never been the ambiance is great with peanut shells and a diner feel.

Burgers are good, fries are the best. You only need to order a regular size because they give you so much and a regular is plenty to share for 2 or 3 people. The alamo store, however, is often dirty. Tables are not cleaned frequently enough and I have been I there many times and had to wipe down the table because they are all dirty. This place could be 5 stars if they would just show pride in ownership and keep the place neat and clean. I also agree with others that it's a tad expensive, but it's better than a regular fast food chain.

Good afternoon, the customer service is super terrible, they spend time arguing and saying rudeness. In addition to that, the potatoes come out with a lot of salt and the dried meat. I would like you to improve that, thank you very much.

Of the five open tables when we arrived, four of them were filthy and remained so for the duration of our visit. Seems like they rarely clean the place. The burgers and shakes were mediocre at best; definitely not worth the price. I think the worst thing is how unsanitary the place appears, though. The word "repulsive" comes to mind.

Probably the worst burger I have ever had,flavorless the fries were so soggy you could bend them in half and they wouldn't break. So I had the cheese burger with fries and a small soda $21.00 really,never again Habit burger for me.
