Overall a a very nice atmosphere and modern dining experience. Great value for money and a fluctuating menu. Especially the outdoor seating areas are a bliss.
Superb restaurant, very nice location. Excellent dishes, completed until perfection. Congrats to the chef and the staff. Amazing view from within the vineyards. The chef and the personel did An excellent job. Would recommend even if it is a little further away, reservation is necessary.
We dined at this restaurant several times and always had a great time, with tasty piemontese food choices and local wines. The staff is very welcoming and also willing to adapt the menu to give vegetarians additional food choices.

Antipasti dishes were extremely flavourful, especially the zucchini flan, very soft and explosion of well balanced flavours. Tonno vitello was also good, but not great, tasted closer to a fair beef carpaccio, but the sauce made up for it. Ravioli pasta was perfect, any options. The rabbit dish sounds nice and interesting, however I was slightly disappointed with the braising/stew, missed tenderness and was slightly too overwhelming with musky flavours of cloves. Definitely recommend!
Most beautiful view and delicious food! Our new friend Paola at Ronchi suggested taSte and we are so grateful she did, especially since it was a Sunday and they are closed Monday and Tuesday! Seated right in the heart of Barbaresco, this restaurant provides the most gorgeous views of the rolling vineyards. Plenty of covered outdoor seating as well as tables inside. It’s best to call ahead for a reservation. The tasting of appetizers was perfect! We saw a full order of a few and it was a lot of food. Rigatoni and lasagna were delightful. Rabbit dish was also very good. You can’t really go wrong! Enjoy your time here. Highly recommend!
Beautiful representation of Piedmontese cuisine with a touch of refinement. Classics like the Veal Tonnato and Guinea fowl were delicious. Great wine cellar and selection. The view is speechless.
Thank you Harris for the great recommendation and wonderful wine pairing. It was such a great meal that we left extremely happy whilst being so full. We got the Veal strips and the zucchini flower stuffing and the risotto and Raghu spaghetti. Followed by their wonderful dessert. I suggest strongly to get the risotto. Was very special.

Extraordinarily high value for money. Had tartar fasone, ravioli del plin, braised beef and torta di nocciole. Everything was on point. Wine starts at 20EUR for a bottle of nebbiolo. Beautiful views, especially if you get a table in the terasse in summer. Total bill for two: 110EUR

LOVED our first dinner in the region. It was recommended by one of the staff at our accommodations, they called and made reso's for us. Beatrice (spelling?) was an outstanding server! She was very helpful with their large wine list and even gave us some winery recommendations in the area - the ones we went to were all excellent. Starters: puff pastry with asparagus and melted fontina + beef tartar (from Fassona - female veal). Primis: ravioli al plin + parpadelle with procini mushroom sauce - both really nicely done and delicate, the flavours from the stuffed pasta was very nice without needing much added. Dessert: a kind of chocolate lava cake with berry ice cream + peaches topped with some chocolate/hazelnut sauce. The restaurant seemed well-known everywhere we went in the region and with other visitors. It was worth it, really nice view too if you want to sit outside. From what we saw at other tables, everything looked delicious! (Blurry photos because I zoomed from selfies.)
One of the newer restaurants to open in the area in the last few years. wonderful interior very tasty food with some interesting twists on local favorites, great wine list. Very friendly staff. taSte is definitely going in our rotation of recommended places

Very friendly staff, who relocated us indoors at short notice due to a sudden summer storm. We joked quite a bit and they were very helpful, their recommendations were great. Delicious appetizers, with the option to try most of them as a selection. Most mains were also fantastic, with some being a bit more surprising. Dessert was very good, and the wine selection made us very happy.
A beautiful location (from the inside and outside) with great views. Fine authentic Piedmont cuisine and great wines. Outstanding advice from the lady in charge. We enjoyed a fabulous Barbaresco at a very fair price. The tartuffe are not yet at top level but that will surely come at the end of November.
A beautiful restaurant in the heart of wine country. Accommodated for 4 adults and 2 children with a 1 high chair provided. Services were good, but a bit slow and sometimes forgetful. Wine and food was good with affordable pricing for a 3 course meal. Would recommend if you are looking to relax and not worried about a time schedule.

Good prices, but the food is mediocre. What happened to the good Italian food, famous in the whole world? It is very difficult to find good Italian food in Italy apparently... If you are not that picky, you can come to this restaurant and leave happy, but if you know what real Italian food is just go to another one.
The view deserves a separate post. However, the food was not even average. All was either over or undercooked. We went for pasta which was a miss, unfortunately. Asked for the bill 3 times even though the restaurant was mostly empty.
