Opinions de Little Pizza Albans
In a very timely fashion my food was prepared most excellently. With friendly service and the price was perfect. I love Little Caesars Pizza.
Our order was made online and it still took forever for it to come out to us. So long that we were asked to pull into a parking spot
The first pretzel crust pizza was amazing. The second one we got, which I ordered, didn't have the pretzel crust. It had regular crust with some salt thrown on ONE part of it like it was an afterthought. Next time my husband will open the box to see what they handed him.
Hate the answering service with an over excited dude screaming at you. Then placed in a death roll automation and never answered. Drive by and not busy. Kept going. Maybe next time. Also was told to download app. Couldn’t add toppings. Done.
Called in an order for one single pizza which I was on hold for almost 10 minutes. I gave my pickup name in which all seemed fine until we pull in to get the order, i get told in the drive through there was no order with my name (which i knew i had called the correct store) I then was asked if I wanted one I said yes of course that’s why I even placed the order. We were told the wait for the pizza would be around 10 minutes which was fine no big deal, we sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come out and bring it to us like they told us before my wife walked inside to get our money back so we could go somewhere else after someone who arrived after us got their order before we were even supposed to get ours. My wife walked inside to the counter and the employee who was in the drive through started to get rude with her after we demanded our money back due to the service being awful, I definitely don’t recommend anyone to stop in for a pizza unless you wanna deal with awful service and shitty attitudes!!
This location is consistently awful. I’ve gone through the drive-thru multiple times, at different points during the day, and every experience is the same — unprepared, unwelcoming, and clearly mismanaged. There’s no greeting, no attempt at customer service. The interaction immediately starts with a delay being announced, as if that’s supposed to replace basic manners. It doesn’t come across as informative — it comes across as dismissive, like customers are an inconvenience. The tone from the staff is negative and uninterested, and the overall impression is that they’re trying to push business away rather than serve it. That kind of attitude doesn’t happen by accident. It’s what happens when management either doesn’t care or isn’t paying attention. If you value your time or expect even minimal professionalism from a drive-thru, skip this place. It’s poorly run, consistently disappointing, and not worth the frustration.
Absolutely worthless location. This place never has Hot-N-Ready pizza. I’ve gone through the drive-thru five different times, at different times of day, and it’s the same excuse every single time. There’s no greeting, no courtesy, no customer service. The interaction immediately starts with “the wait time is 35 minutes” — not hello, not sorry, just a flat statement like they’re trying to push customers away. It comes off lazy and unprofessional. The staff sounds irritated that you even pulled up, and the whole operation screams poor management. When the one thing your brand is built on is having pizza ready, and you repeatedly fail at that, it’s not bad luck — it’s incompetence. Easily one of the worst-run fast food drive-thrus in Saint Albans. Don’t waste your time unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.
On several occasions I have tried to go through the drive through or walk in to get a “hot and ready” pizza. Not once have I been able to get one. They advertise hot and ready, but then tell you at the window that there is a 35 minute wait time. This indicates to me that the manager doesn’t know how to staff correctly or doesn’t know how to plan correctly. The pizzas are good enough, but if you want one, you better call ahead or order online.
I placed an order via the mobile app. I was given an estimated pick up time between 6:27 and 6:32 PM, EST. I arrived to the drive through speaker at 6:33 PM where I waited for approximately 5 minutes. No one answered the speaker, so I thought that maybe it was broken and I went on through to the pickup window, since my order via the tracker on the app said it was ready and I didn’t need to place a new order. I arrived to the window at 6:38 PM and several employees walked past and not a single one acknowledged my presence at the window. I watched them wait on guest after guest after guest inside, taking orders and fulfilling those all while continuing to ignore me. At 6:52 PM I called the store just to say “hi, my child fell asleep and I’d prefer not to drag him out in the 30 degree cold to pick up my $7 pizza that’s already ready.” Again, the phone was ignored, and the automated operator said they couldn’t answer the phone. I hung up, and knocked on the window. Looked at by employees and again, IGNORED. So I just kept knocking and knocking and knocking. FINALLY the guy opened the window and basically told me to piss off, they were too busy to wait on the drive through. I politely said, hey- I don’t need waited on because my pizza is ready. I just want it. He argued AGAIN that they were too backed up. Again I said, “My order is ready!” He asked my name, closed the window and walked over to the warmer and wouldn’t you know it, my order WAS THERE and ready! When he found it, HE SHOOK HIS HEAD AT ME, and pulled it back in an “I want to throw this on the floor and not give it to you,” mannerism. When he did hand it to me, I said, “sir I’m sorry that my order being ready inconvenienced you, but my child is asleep and it’s a lot easier coming to a window than trying to lug in a 40lb toddler and then lug him back out with a pizza in tow.” He screamed, “I DON’T CARE!” Again, like I was supposed to be okay with them just not waiting on the drive through. Also, multiple cars pulled in behind me and eventually just drove off. Had I not already paid for my order, I would’ve done the same.
Thay were sweating whale customers were in the lobby. One person out off all was nice 👌 shelby.
Horrible experience. Ordered my food over an hour ago to pickup. Received the notification saying my food was ready and in the carryout oven over 30 minutes ago. I get here and the lobby is shoulder to shoulder filled. I use the code I was given for the carryout portal and it says it's invalid. I look up and no my name isn't listed. This is the second time this has happened at this same location! NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED ASAP. Drive through is the only thing that gets any attention.
Workers carrying food back and forth from vehicles, waited for 40 min. Never again. Place needs shutdown if they can't run it half way decent.
Attempted to eat here today, but before I could even place an order, the person working the window immediately told me they were “running a little behind” and that pizzas would take about an hour to an hour and a half. There were only two other vehicles there, so that already seemed strange. I decided to just order breadsticks instead, but was met with the same wait time. When I said that was fine, I was then asked, “Are you sure you want to wait?” — as if they were trying to talk me out of ordering altogether. Every time I come to this location, I feel like I’m treated as more of an inconvenience than a customer. It’s disappointing, especially since Little Caesars is usually known for being quick and friendly. This location really needs better management and customer service training.
Ordered a classic pizza at 3;54 pm. Told me to park in the front and they’d bring it out in 5 mins…. Didn’t get my pizza until I went inside at 4:37. Absolutely ridiculous.
Pulled up at 10:35 and asked for a classic pepperoni, was told told that the ovens are turned off 20 minutes before closing time which was 11. Only thing available was bread sticks.
IVE NO THIN CRUST ATM U CAN GO TO ANOTHER STORE OR BE A 20-25MIN WAIT. THE HOT N READY LOL 15 MIN WAIT. PULL UP TO DRIVE THEU AND HEAR ILL BE WITH U SOON AS I CAN LOOK AT MENU: SOUNDED SO EXASPERATED! THEY PICKED THEIR JOB, ACT LIKE IT, ST ALBANS LOCALE HAS WENT SO VERY DOWN HILL THIS YEAR ALONE. We went to Little Caesars in St Albans today & ordered a pepperoni crazy puffs & a cheese crazy puffs. We usually order from there when we are low on funds & need something quick. They used to have his service & the food was always good. Recently, everything started going downhill. Last month when we ordered, all the cheese on each crazy puffs we ordered, cheese, bacon & the pepperoni, was sliding off. The cheese crazy puffs were so greasy, it was seeping through the boxes. I chalked it up to a new person making them. Because I'm not that person. You never know what someone is going through. Well we ate them anyway, because my daughter was in boot camp & she hadn't had them as they recently came out in the summer. Her first experience wasn't what she was expecting it to be because everyone else had them & was bragging about how good they were. So we ordered one box of pepperoni crazy puffs & a box of cheese crazy puffs & an order of cheesy bread tonight. The guy asked if we needed a bag, my husband said yes please. He grabs one small bag & throws 3 boxes in one bag all sideways. My puffs were smashed with cheese coming off. My husband's was slid & smashed but not nearly as bad as mine. & They never offer marinara for the cheesy bread anymore. & This set of the cheesy bread had so much garlic, I felt like they were trying to kill a vampire. I have photos too. I will never go to Little Caesars in St Albans ever again with service like that.
This place has gone so far downhill it isn't funny! On multiple occasions the last several times I've been there I spent 15-30 minutes waiting on pizza that they claim is hot and ready in their motto. This place needs to change their motto to "Wait 15-20 and then it's ready." Also another time I went in on a ride with Uber and they said it'd be 5 minutes to wait on Crazy Bread and we waited. 30 minutes later and still no crazy bread and they ended up giving my order to someone else and substituted the order with cheese sticks I didn't want and with the Uber driver waiting I ended up spending $30 to pay him extra because I was charged and never even got the food I wanted. I will never return to this location! Go to the one in South Charleston. Food is better and they have pizza ready.
