Somehow this place makes the most tender lamb I've ever had in my life. Loved the lamb over rice.

The food here is 10/10. The fish and grits combo is a delicious choice. There are so many options to choose from. Smoothies, smoothie bowls, protein shakes, and all types of food choices from all over. One of their undefeated meals is the Caesar salad with steak on top. You will not be disappointed. They have a ton of healthy snacks and over 40 drink choices. They even have seaweed chips! The chef is very kind and he talks to everyone. The staff are great, very accommodating. If you call to order give them about 20 minutes before you pick up. They have wheel chair accessibility as well. It’s worth the wait!

This New York style deli is very nice They have all kind of options of food I love the open buffet and all the healthy options , I grabbed the bacon egg and cheese for breakfast and it was so good thank you to the owner for the amazing service.

We had the lunch buffet meal for takeout. The salmon and meatballs were tasty. We also had the carrot cake and cheesecake for desert. Everything was delicious.

Do yourself a favor and go have lunch at Abo’s Coney Island Deli on Washington Ave in Albany! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the falafel with grilled veggies over rice. The ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. My friend is a professional chef and she was impressed with the quality of our meal. They also carry a variety of beverages (pro-biotic soda, kombucha, bubble tea, smoothies) Seriously, this place was awesome.

It’s so homey and welcoming but baaaaaaby let me tell yall about this Philly cheese steak sub I had. First of all IT WAS REAL STEAK YALL🥹it was so tender it melted in my mouth🤤 and still so juicy,😋the bread was sooo soft and the way the cheese pulled. Man I should have took pictures but I swallowed her whole U HEAR ME.😂 I do not like driving but for this sandwich I’ll be driving 15mins every day from now on just to get me one. Oh wait don’t let me forget about they smoothies I had the pure protein one🤌🏾yea I can’t wait til tomorrow. Okay bye…lol

It's after 7 and this place is closed. You do not even follow your own hours of operation, how can I expect you to do anything food related correctly.

They take way too long to process orders. Even when you order 20 minutes ahead of time you still end up waiting a half hour. People that come in after you get their orders before people that called in. Extremely unorganized. The food in the buffet is always cold. Even at 11 am when it just comes out. This place fell off bad.
