Love this place their desserts are beautiful. I love how there’s a seating area or you can just hang out. It’s very peaceful and quiet so many different types of snacks. Great prices the fruit pastries they have are so good.!

This company is a hidden gem!! All the food is fresh as well as the smoothies and other verity’s of food you can choose from. Everything is cooked to Order and trust me when I tell you it’s definitely worth it!!! I stopped in today and got a chicken Philly and a smoothie and it was the best I’ve ever had!! Make sure yall go check them out.

The store is set up so nice! The service was great! They have a bunch of different exotic snacks you can buy and then a place to order food. Their menu is huge! They have a bunch of those fruit desserts I've seen viral on tiktok. I tried the white chocolate one with berries on it. It was so good! Also the chopped cheese on ciabatta bread was amazing! Very flavorful and cheesy. I will definitely be back!

Stopped here on the recommendation of a friend to try the Chopped Cheese Deluxe. It absolutely lived up to the expectations. So delicious! The location itself was beautiful and the vibes were immaculate. Highly recommend!!

I had a Philly cheesesteak. Soooo good! My grandma had a salad that she loved as well. Highly recommend checking the place out. They have exotic snacks and smokes as well!

The Tuscan Panini, The Roosevelt Toasted Hero, The Jumping Joe on a Toasted Hero just to say a few of the foods we've tried there. Plus they have this Acai Bowl called, Acai U Later...O.M.G!!! Try it out...Awesome! Finally, a place that I actually enjoy more than one item on the menu. Oh, I will also add, the prices are reasonable. Next, I must try their breakfast tomorrow..Western Omelet!!! Can't wait!!

Had the chopped cheese, reg cheeseburger, and chicken gyro platter. The chopped cheese was fantastic. Not a fan of the cheeseburger. The bun was toasted like a panini so I wasn't a fan. The chicken gyro platter was good. However they put some kind of dessert in my doordash order that was mind blowing. It looked like a mango. When you bit into it was like cream cheese with real mango filling. OMG. I will go go back to this place just for that dessert

Went to get a smoothy to the Chopped Cheese in Baldwinsville. When I walked in there were about 6 people in the store. I asked every one if there is a line for the cash, they all said they were already waiting for their order. I proceeded to the counter and ordered a smoothy. When I ordered, seeing other people waiting, I asked the guy at the cash how long it might take for 1 smoothy. He said, it wont't be long, took the money and continue standing and waiting for someone else to walk in and pay. I realized that there were few people waiting before me, so I patiently waited. and waited... and waited... 28 minutes later I approached the counter and asked the cashier how much longer it will take for my smoothy. He said he will ask. There were 2 other men cooking behind the counter. So, he approached one of them, spoke to him (I could not hear nor understand what the reply was, I just saw the person responding was clearly irritated) and returned to his place behind the counter and just stood there. I was standing right in front of him 3 feet away, but he was just standing behind and saying nothing. I waited another couple of minutes and approached the counter again hopping he got the timeframe for my order. The cashier started to whisper something. I had to ask him two times to speak louder, as I could not hear what he was whispering. Finally he told me that they could NOT make my smoothy because they lack the ingredients for my order. Just to mentioned I ordered the first smoothy on their menu list. I asked why it took them 30 minutes to tell me that and made me wait for all this time. He replied that he did not know and offered me to get my money back or have a free desert. I said of course I will take it back, as I has not been served plus I WAISTED 30 MINUTES waiting for the order that was NEVER MEANT TO BE PREPARED. And NO I did not want a dessert, because I do not eat processed sugar. BTW, see the picture attached when you can clearly see the ingredients for the smoothy I ordered right in the front fridge. And just to give you an idea how bad the service was, they prepared 3 wrong orders for other client while I was waiting, and they had to cooked them again, making people to wait longer and longer. I understood that they were busy and just did not want to proceed with the smoothy order like that order was clearly not in their priority list. In addition, it was very COLD INSIDE. You have to be dressed well to be able to sit there if you wanted to eat inside. I will NOT RECOMMEND this place. It has BAD EXECUTION and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
