Fusion: A Must-Try in Albany!✅ Craving a fantastic lunch spot? Look no further than Fusion! This new Chinese restaurant (opened May 2024) offers a delightful blend of authentic flavors with a modern touch. As a traditional Asian family, their dedication to quality shines through. The menu is diverse, even featuring gluten-free and vegetarian options alongside classics and unique choices like burgers. I ordered the Orange Chicken ($17.50), and it was absolutely fantastic! Crispy, flavorful chicken paired with incredibly fresh wok-fried rice. The aromas were wonderful, and the complimentary ice water was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent, the atmosphere inviting, and the food truly authentic. Plus, it's conveniently located near key Albany spots. Found my new go-to Chinese restaurant! Highly recommend!

The gluten free food options here are absolutely delicious and SO flavorful. They change cooking equipment and utensils for their gluten free meals marked as an allergy. The restaurant is so clean and the owner is very friendly and kind. The meal was so good I even got something to go on top of my leftovers. Will absolutely be returning again whenever I find myself back in Albany!

Found this beautiful quaint and relaxing gem in Albany across from Washington Park on Madison Avenue and had a great time enjoying the delicious authentic food and great conversation with the owner, Win, and hearing his story about opening this bar and restaurant and their upcoming one year anniversary on April 27th. He will be making his special traditional rice noodle soup which he has won awards for and giving it away for the anniversary celebration, so show up and join the celebration with us. It's really hard for many restaurants to stay open during these hard economic challenging times so we need to support local restaurants so they can stay open and survive the volatile economic state we're in. Thank You, Win, for welcoming me into your beautiful restaurant and taking time to talk with me about the history and accomplishments of your beautiful place. I will be back, and will bring others to support You. Keep up the great work, delicious menu choices, and don't be disheartened, things are going to get better. Stay optimistic.

Food is 6/5, best Pad Thai I've had in any state. The owner/cook/bartender/everything is extraordinary and super fun to talk with. The 5 star rating is warranted, come here if you like any Asian food.

Food is consistently great and the service is excellent. Got the Kung pao chicken to go today and all of the employees were super friendly. Forgot my headphone on the counter when I left and the guy literally chased me down to return it. Everything always tastes amazing and they're open every day. Would definitely recommend stopping in

Fusion Restaurant serves Big portions with a big heart. Very nice owner that cooks for you, very customer focused. I recommend this place for a sit and eat. I had the chicken and Broccoli with white Rice - Calamari appetizer, jack daniels shots and Sapporo’s my go to beer. Thanks again ! Will be back soon

There are some pros and cons with this fusion restaurant especially if you have looked them up online. I walked in thinking this was an Asian fusion restaurant and ended up at a restaurant with Which had a Asian menu and a Colombian menu. The menus are one pagers but the Colombian menu had no descriptions and made it hard to order. Overall the good was a solid 4, the service was friendly and quick. The place has a character and looks more Colombian than Asian. The restaurant was buzzing, with a good crowd that were singing to the Spanish music while they waited for their order. The place was decorated with balloons in the colors that represent the Colombian flag. Overall a good experience.

Delicious and friendly, just right for either a casual evening or a celebration! The char siu (Chinese bbq chicken in this case, over ginger rice) was a perfect portion, reasonably priced, and so flavorful, with a slightly sweet and sour profile. The fresh mango juice was outstanding also, blended and served immediately, pairing perfectly with either the Asian or Colombian side of the menu. One of the owners was also serving, and was super friendly and fun to chat with. As a new business, they’re still getting the word out that they’re here, so give them a visit!

Me and my wife's new favorite restaurant! The food is delicious, and the customer service was beyond incredible! Dishes are big enough to share and the price is perfect for a quality meal. Check them out when you want asian food. They also are on food delivery apps.

I used to manage and have a part interest in a restaurant located an hour away, when I was much younger. So I recognize quality and value. I just cannot stress how amazing this place is. There are restaurants that claim to be a 4 or 5 star, down lark and all over downtown, that require reservations and formalwear. I’ve been to most of those places. Places you go once and never again. You’ll pay $100 per person and more, for a night you won’t remember. When you could come here multiple times a month and still save money compared to those places. And get incredible value! The food quality, the flavors, the presentation and the prices are all on point. We order every month. We’ve tried the entire menu. We never get bored. We love it all.

Absolutely delicious food, and the owners/staff are so incredibly personable and friendly! Went here for lunch. Got the Kung pao dumplings, so fresh! Also got the orange chicken, a hint of spice and such vibrant orange flavor! Highly recommend!! I will be forcing my coworkers to come back with me in the near future.

Quiet spot with delicious dishes. Great service. Came here on our way back from skiing - and it hit the spot. Dumplings starter, Hot Tea, and Drunken Noodles - everything amazing! Quiet atmosphere when we went - sounds of the tv and cooking - ended up playing board games while waiting for our food (byo board game obviously) Looking forward to stopping by again

Excellent food and service! The dishes were all incredibly fresh and cooked to order by the chef/owner. He asked us if we had any food allergies and dietary restrictions, which was cool, and then suggested options for the vegetarians. He was super nice and helpful. We ordered the chicken dumplings, vegetable spring rolls, veggie stir fry and general Tao’s chicken. So delicious! The portions are large and the price is very reasonable. The space is also really cute and immaculately clean. Definitely check them out if you want fresh, tasty food. I’ll be back!

The Sesame Chicken was a disappointment. Instead of the sweet, sticky, and slightly tangy glaze we expected, it was more like fried chicken with an oily coating and a sugary taste, lacking that classic sauce texture. Overall, while some dishes were solid, the inconsistency in execution left us a bit underwhelmed. Hoping for better consistency in the future!

The restaurant was very nice and looks comfortable, but I only ordered take out. The staf was very welcoming upon arrival fir pick up. Unfortunately the orange chicken I ordered was not at all like it described. The rice was tasteless and a bit mushy. The chicken was hard and dry even with all the orange sauce it was drowned in. Maybe I should have dined in and at it. I don’t know. It wasn’t what I was expecting. I will try this restaurant again. The atmosphere, and customer service is worth trying this again. I’ll be back!

Tasted like it was a beef broth and had carrots in it. Okay. Mongolian beef was so overdone, it tasted like jerkey and was dry with no sauce. The fried rice side tasted burnt. I wonder if it was from a buffet that had been sitting. It certainly wasn't fresh. I do not recommend.
