Needed a quick meal for my kiddo, who just got out of dance practice. This location convenient and they had the food ready by the time we arrived. Great service 👏

I'm very impressed with this locations staff, speed and quality of my order from here. I hadn't even paid for both orders completely and they were already calling my number. Breakfast was hot and fresh, give these ladies and gentlemen a raise.

Fast friendly service. Even faster when you order on the mobile app. They offer free stuff every day on the app as well as discounts on coffee drinks. The line at the drive-through is always long at night and during lunch.

Almost every week I go in to charge my phone and eat a value menu item, which is usually very filling. There is seldom a line to order, or an error in the order. The attendants are typically grown middle aged women who are courteous, clean, and focused. The furniture is modern and the sitting is varied, news is on the TV, and the floor is clean. There is always someone cleaning the drink area, so it doesn't get gross. The bathrooms do not smell dirty. The presentation of the staff is neat and they are all bilingual. I have met four managers through the years and they do have a handle on the place.

Busy drive-thru, but we were in and out pretty fast. Chicken nuggets and smoothie were consistently good, McDonald's quality. And my standard half-cut iced tea hit the spot.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had a great experience here which is rare for McDonald’s. This location was very clean and the service was great. Nilda was very sweet and great. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Never had a real problem here. We usually tend to go for dinner and out food, especially the fries are fresh. Workers are kind. I've had a few occasions where my food wasn't prepared correctly but that's not a big problem unless I paid extra. However I haven't had a pro getting it fixed.

They have the new southern style chicken sandwhich that only released in houston and Knoxville that's supposed to compete with popeyes and chick fila but it doesnt have the crunch like popeyes or juiciness that chickfila has. If the hot and spicy mcchicken some how had the same quality breast meat then McDonald's possibly could have a horse in the race. Big pass on the newest chicken sandwhich. Better off going some where else. This location does have nice LCD panels to order from though in the drive through.

Nice little McDonald's, but the parking area is super awkward. It's pretty alright, and has a little play area if you have kids. The service was pretty quick, which is always appreciated. As always, if you don't have the app, you should really think about getting it. There are some really good coupons on there.

Didn't get my order right. Then the young man got an attitude when I told him it was incorrect. You have to check your order cause they will get wrong then say come back. When you do go back they won't remember. They will even say the person you spoke to don't work there anymore. They will make you feel like you are trying to cheat them.

Lot of homeless drunks and drug addicts hanging at front door even in back at drive thru lanes asking for money try to buy them food they get mad, they want money more beer,drugs dangerous place for families and women alone

Last two times they forced you to use the touch order screens with "help" that was under trained. So frustrated by the policy and the experience that I took my regular business elsewhere.

Very short wait. I ordered a McChicken biscuit and hash brown and the biscuit was a little warm and the chicken was cold. I went back through the drive through and the worker was very polite and they quickly replaced my food ( which was perfect the second time).

This place is so hit or miss.! Hit... meaning they are doing what I assume is normal. Open / taking credit cards and or cash / serving food hot and in a reasonable amount of time. Tonight wasn’t that night. I waited 25 min at 122:55am. My order was wrong after repeating it to each girl at the window. Where you pay and where you pick up. Even the drink was wrong. I just don’t get it. I’m guessing it’s hard to find people that want to work the over night shift. Can’t you pay them more for this shift? Maybe the candidate pool would expand? Not .50 cents more but $3 or $5 dollars more per hour? I would rather you not be open if you can’t figure out how to get it right.

This place use to be a decent place to eat at. But lately the orders are taking way to long. I placed an order and waited 22 min before they tell me they didn't see the order. Then I had to ask 2 different employees because the first person I told didn't react and had to wait another 10 min. This isn't the first time nor second that something like this happens here.

It was ok at best, staff was nice and the food came out quick, I was missing a drink but there were other customers throwing a fit about a two minute wait while I was ordering. Nice place but those other people were just rude.

Every morning, I get asked if I want to use mobile app code. When I say yes, 5 seconds later, they tell me is all cash only and will not accept any codes? Then why exactly would they initially even ask if I plan on using my mobile code if they already know they won't be accepting it 🤔

I love McDonald's and I go almost every single day to one of the many McDonald's in my city it just depends on the side of town that I'm on at any given time..... Everyone looks miserable there now. It used to be a good location one of my faves cause the food was always fresh. Here lately it’s been ehhh. Be happy that my order is more of a preference and that I’m not actually allergic cause y’all would have been sued by now. No onions means no onions not just a suggestion or a reason to put extra between the meats on the cheese. Quality of this location has diminished greatly.

This restaurant will make your food wrong and tell you to get off the property before they call the police. They will not correct the order in any way. They are rude intimidating and confrontational. The people in both the drive through and the manager are all horrible people. They told me if I wanted to talk to the manager I needed to do through the drive though again or call customer care, because they didn't care. Go anywhere but here !!

I order a quarter pounder. Inevitably I wait at the third window. Car after car behind me gets their food. Finally, someone runs out with mine. No apology for the wait or anything like that. Eventually I give up and ask why this one order takes long. She says they have to cook the meat. ??? All the other food is ready except for this one item??? Do I look stupid?

Ordered four different meals tonight with doordash and was charged for the four. Only the chicken McNuggets were delivered and the three other meals were missing. I called the store and the woman hung up on me. Try to call back but no one would answer the phone this has to be one of the worst McDonald's in the world. Store manager is great but she has no control of her employees. Yessenia deserves commendation but the individual male under her absolutely did not listen to her and did his own thing as she was instructing him. He needs to be fired.

I was ordering and it seemed like I wasn’t being listened to, because the dude was asking me a question, I responded “Excuse me?” and he simply moved on like he didn’t ask me anything At that point I knew my order was going to be messed up. I’ve worked at fast food, so I am usually very emphatic when it comes to other fast food workers. Once I reached the window, I noticed on my receipt they did not charge me for one of the items. I let them know that the guy didn’t get my whole order and asked if I could get it and I would happily pay. 2 minutes pass and the women at the window stares at me for a few seconds before telling to look at the bottom of my bag I inform her that I have not received any bag, and she laughs nervously and goes to get it I’m still calm at this point, until we check the bag and I confuse my McRib for nuggets and inform them. They tell me to check again, so I do and I then notice that it’s actually the McRib and I still haven’t gotten the Nuggets. Another women in the back is rolling her eyes and this is where I no longer have my empathy. This was a terrible experience and know that they can do better because they’ve done it before. This was disappointing and just time consuming for no reason.

Conveniently located towards my job, restaurant is clean, but their service is horrible. Old man was asking for butter the lady tells him, it’s on your plate old man walks back to table. (Old man, i mean guy Can hardly walk) goes and looks and there’s not butter. Worker goes to his table and touches all over the guys plate and realizes that there was not butter and Gives it to him with no Apology. I go pick my order, I ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a Chicken biscuit. Lady asks if my order was a chicken biscuit and a potato. I was like no, I asked for sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a chicken biscuit. She says, yes it’s the same thing potato, she gives me a biscuit wrapped and a hash brown. I said I didn’t ask for this I wanted a muffin, she goes and takes my food to the back brings bag again with a sausage McMuffin no egg. I was like this is missing an egg, she asks for my receipt comes back says I’m sorry and gives me my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. But guess what? My biscuit was a Sausage biscuit, I didn’t ask for that, I asked for a Chicken biscuit. And they get their attitude when you try to get your order right.

If you are iber ear or doordash driver , don't come to this McDonald's after lobby is closed . Delivery windon don't working ( employees they are not interested to help you ) . So you have to do quee for long time . Don't come here

I've lost track of how many time my orders come incorrect, sadly weather it is dine-in, take out, or even delivery. it just beyond frustrating to see my receipt show what I asked and payed for but is always receiving something else. just a simple quick review of the contents to ensure they are sending the correct orders out dose not seem that hard to me. I hope it is resolved soon as I know that I am not the only one who has this issue from this McDonald's.

This will probably fall on deaf ears, but this is the 3rd time in a row that this McDonald’s has gotten my drive thru order wrong. Additionally, the quality is absolutely terrible. Cashiers do not check to make sure they gave you what you order. Drive-thru!! ALWAYS check before you leave.. bad experience got home and missed some items. Today 12/30/31 I cannot believe how worse they have gotten here. This time I went inside to place my order. I am not sure who they still have here as an employee, manager. I order a latte got an espresso double shot coffee I guess was like a wake up coffee. So strong it tasted like black coffee. Order a family size meal 2 cheese burgers 2 fries and 20 nuggets. Got 1 cheeseburgers they forgot 1. And 2 apple pies.Apple pie and the cheeseburger obviously are not been checked for how long they been under the warmer. Both dry obviously pass the timer! Went back for the cheeseburger and coffee the same. And the employee and the manager laughing. Wow! Great work guys to lower your location standards. If I could give zero stars I would… Me and my bestie decided to stop by McDonald’s for a snack. We ordered a small Caramel Frappe, a basket of fries, an Oreo McFlurry, and 4pc nugget. As we drove away she reaches into the bag and the nuggets were…MISSING!!! We quickly turned around and headed back to the drive thru, to let them know we hadn’t received our nuggets. Once we pulled up to the window the cashier let us know to just pull forward and tell them what happened. Once we explained we didn’t receive our nuggets the employee went to grab her manager, the manager then proceeds to tell us that she had packed the nuggets into the bag. We explained how she didn’t. We waited for a few minutes and then the employee convinced her manager to just give us our missing item that the manager was refusing to give to us …It’s just unacceptable. Aye the nuggets were straight fire 💯

Asked the guy if the cookies i just receiced were warm. "yes!..they're warm" I checked my bag and nope! not warm🤔 i asked if they could warm them up a little bit. This place has amazing and friendly staff! The food here is really good, always fresh and hot. The bathrooms and tables are always very clean! I love it there. Recently though, they haven't been regulating sick kids in the play place anymore and even though I wasn't even in the play place, the moment this kid is coughing everywhere, not covering her mouth, she got me sick. I have the same cough now and everything and the mom didn't even seem to care that her sick kid was coughing at strangers.

I just came in to order for someone. I had cash. There are no signs that state this establishment is cashless. There was a young man standing at the register doing absolutely nothing and still he wanted to be lazy and not take my order. He redirected me to the kiosk. I refused to use it. He was literally standing there doing nothing. There were 2 open registers. He could have just taken my order, since he would have had to anyway. Instead he began insulting my intelligence and talking to me like I was dumb. It took everything in my heart not to smack his teeth out of his mouth. Please stop hiring these young, lazy kids who show up to work, but don't want to work. If I wanted to take my own order, I could have stayed at home and had someone deliver it to me. You have these young kids doing jobs that they're not even mature enough to have yet. Do better!!

The male staff by the window accepting payment for orders was very rude. I stayed in that window and no one opens the window to take my card/payment and the staff inside has it's back facing us and was talking for awhile to someone. After waiting I thought maybe I'll have to pay in the second window since this no one is assisting us in the first one. How would I know right? If you have long line you should pay attention to who is in your window. so I moved pass the first window but not too far yet, since the line was so long. The staff finally open the window and didn't even apologize that they were not even in the window attending to the customer, got upset and told me "you I didn't pay" in a tone like I'm running away. I said I didn't know if I'll pay here bec the window is close and he said they always keep the window close. I handed him my card and instead of apologizing for their mistake, told me I should always stop and pay in that window.. I understand that but to argue with me and told me I should always stop in that window is not nice. It's okay if I moved forward without stopping in the first window waiting for someone to get my payment but none.so This person is very rude, impolite and needs to learn good customer service. Your shop will not benefit if you have people who are like that. Treat your customer nicely no matter what and don't always assumed that someone is running away without paying their food. I paid with two cards bec I have two separate orders and what did I get , he punch the card in the wrong order. Not good!!

I called to get a refund, and they wanted me to come back to the store to get my burger refunded. They can't do refunds on the phone. I just ordered food and picked it up. I did nothing wrong. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life—at ANY McDonald’s, anywhere. I came through the drive-thru for a DoorDash pickup and it turned into the most ridiculous, chaotic mess I’ve ever seen. First, the employee at the window didn’t give me my order… because it wasn’t even READY. Then when they finally handed me a bag, it was completely the WRONG order—like not even close. When I politely told them it wasn’t mine, the employee acted like I was trying to steal food I didn’t even want. The attitude was unbelievable. Eye-rolling, huffing, talking under their breath… the whole thing felt like a bad comedy skit. They said they were going to cancel the order so I could move on, but of course… they didn’t. Instead they just stood there arguing and holding up the window like everyone else’s time didn’t matter. They kept the entire drive-thru line frozen for over 10 minutes with cars wrapping around the building. People behind me were literally sticking their heads out of their windows wondering what on EARTH was going on. I’ve never seen a line move that slow at ANY fast-food place. It was beyond frustrating—it was horrendous, outrageous, and honestly embarrassing for the store. If this is the level of customer service they think is acceptable, I can’t imagine how they stay open. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this location if you value your time, your sanity, or even just basic human respect.

I ordered a LARGE fries for my son, and I was so disappointed when I saw what I got—it was barely half full! I even took a picture so you can see. I called the McDonald’s to let them know, but nothing was done. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing at all. I don’t understand how a “large” fries can be so tiny. This was really frustrating, especially since I was just trying to treat my son. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously because no one should have to deal with something like this. I definitely won’t be coming back.

This manager (Jennifer) or at least that's what they said her name was, was so rude and unconcerned about my food other. I took my diabetic meds and placed a lunch order at 3:55a. Lunch was the only available option for me. Once I made it to the restaurant she told the young man Eliezer not to serve me because she wanted to start breakfast. My order was a mobile online order off the app and could have been made and sitting off to the side but she insisted on coming to the window with another guy to be rude and disrespectful. I have never reviewed a location as one star before but I am because of her and the other disrespectful male worker who was mopping the floor. THE CASHIER ELIEZER SHOULD BE THE MANGAGER ON DUTY NOT HER!!!! She was ok with being rude and disrespectful because she said it's a franchise and not corporate. What she fails to realize is all customers see McDonald's which is the brand she and her franchise is representing. She not only made the location and franchise look bad but also the McDonald's brand. If you want better service than go to a different location!!!!

My drive- thru and food experience was absolutely awful. On Sunday, September 8, 2025 around 11:45 am I ordered 2 home style burgers, minus the onions. As I sat in drive thru for 14 minutes I had to approach a young lady to have her check on my order. She returned about 6 minutes later and apologized. (20 minutes was too long to get my order). As I was waiting at least 13 customers were served and drove right through. Attached are pictures of what I can home with. Not pleased at all. 🥹🙄

Staff speaks to customers the same way their manager does. They think it’s ok because that’s what’s been modeled. At first I thought maybe it’s a language barrier and the mgr speaks differently, no recently I went with my sister she got a large coffee and mine was medium. When I asked why both cups were the same (medium) the manager said they’re all the same size. So why ask us what size!? I paid for a large, say you Ran out of Large cups but don’t question my intelligence. Then some fruity boy had a whole attitude and no one was speaking with him. Then didn’t want to give me my money back?
