You can never go wrong with a cheesecake can you! Love the options, decent price for a decent sized cake!!! This place can get pretty crowded so watch out but you can always do take out. The trick about parking is since it’s attached to the galleria mall, there is free underground parking right there under the paid parking lot, and you can take the stairs straight upto the Cheesecake Factory entrance.

We ended at Cheesecake Factory as we are so used to it in Phoenix. This location seats people’s upstairs in the Galleria Mall. The server Catherine was an outstanding server. She was prompt, sincere and checked on us often. The food order was taken promptly, drinks served as ordered and food was brought to us in a timely manner with a quality check done a few minutes after we had taken our bites. The thing that impressed me most is the unique style of upselling. She is funny, caring and quick on her feet, almost and owner of the business kind of a person. She even encouraged us to come to a brunch on Saturday and Sunday and come sit at their table. She didn’t have to but that’s management skills rarely noticed in a server who just go about serving their shift . So 10 stars for her. And yes, we will come to see her and sit at her table. This review is long due.. I order breakfast for my office once a month for a meeting and Madeleine is everyone's favorite. The catering department has excellent service, they been extremely accommodating even when I accidentally ordered for pick up instead of delivery and they were so quick to have it delivered on time for the meeting. The service was excellent and the setting was definitely top notched “Bonjour”. The food was fantastic. We order Monsieur Croquet and Turkey Bistro, everything was at the right temperature and the texture was simply irresistible. The fireplace was inviting and welcoming.

It's your basic La Madeleine. Good food, breakfast all day, pastries and coffees are all very good. This one has a charming fireplace and an outdoor seating area. Lots of free parking and easy access. Highly recommend!

Took my mother for her 79th birthday, it was her first time coming and she LOVED it...the food, the place, everything!! Seeing her Happy made me Happy!! As always, I left feeling very satisfied, the Food was Awesome and Service was Excellent, Thank You & God bless!!! 😇☺

I highly recommend kids chicken tenders, truffle fries, and especially the beet salad. It tastes so fresh and crisp with citrus hints and the satisfying flavor of the beet. The kids chicken tenders are a good portion, and tenders are always soft and tasty. Lastly, the chipotle pasta was okay, as I’ve had better pasta here (like the pasta da vinci). The chipotle pasta was a little dry for me.

While prices are generally higher than other places, it offers a wide variety of food and drink options, not just desserts. It has a unique, pleasant atmosphere. The staff is courteous, and service is fast. Despite being multi-story, there's an elevator, making it convenient for wheelchairs and the elderly.

Stopped by the Cheesecake Factory in the Galleria Mall for a quick bite and a drink. I ordered the Strawberry Spritz and an Old Fashioned, along with the Korean Fried Cauliflower. The Strawberry Spritz was light, crisp, and super refreshing--perfect for a hot summer day. The Old Fashioned was solid, though personally I prefer something lighter in the warmer months. The real standout was the Korean Fried Cauliflower--crispy, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It honestly reminded me of a spicy sesame chicken, in the best way. Our bartender was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient despite being the only one behind the bar. She managed to juggle drink orders from the floor while still giving bar guests great service. This Cheesecake Factory has a two-level layout, which made it feel a bit more cramped and darker than others I've been to, but overall it had the familiar, reliable chain vibe.

Food was ok for the price But service is always good and staff are very professional. Must try chipotle chicken pasta

the la madeleine near us closed recently so we came out here to get our french-ish breakfast fix. unfortunately the ac was out so it was a little warm in the houston heat but we enjoyed the meal and it was cool enough to bear, just not the ac we are used too. we got a more basic meal and enjoyed it. I think their quiches are nice, I like the smoother egg texture and that it comes with a salad.

It’s not quite like other Madeleine bakery’s. They did not serve the poached eggs. Besides that everything was good. I order the quiche Lorraine and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly.

love going out to eat and enjoying a pleasant dinner with my family, but today was not a very pleasant day. First, the service; I felt the waiter wasn't focused on his job. He seemed thoughtful and worried. The fish tacos had cold, stale tortillas. Then we went down to the restrooms, and the situation worsened. There was no hygiene; it was dirty in every way.

I like the food from the menu and it's prices. But the bakery and coffee were stale during my visit (thus overpriced). The staff is not the most experienced but they are friendly. The decor is pretty good except for the tables and esp chairs, which are crumbling and poorly cleaned... Lots of contrasts here.

Service could have been better. The mocciato was delicious. Meatloaf on point ,korean chicken was fire. Unfortunately my meal got lost I ordered the steak frtiz. After a long wait the manager informed me they gave it to someone else. I dont think ill ever go to this location again. Im not sure how you lose a meal.

The cashier couldn’t take my order correctly; I was served someone else’s food, and they never gave me my side of mashed potatoes. I miss their rotisserie chicken, and like many restaurants today, they simply aren’t what they used to be.

I hadn’t been back to The Cheesecake Factory in 23 years. After this visit, I’m reminded exactly why. Service was actually attentive and polite, so credit where it’s due. That said, I never received the famous complimentary bread—not when seated, not during the meal, not ever. A small thing, but when it’s part of the brand’s reputation, it stands out. I ordered the Tex-Mex Eggrolls and Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. The eggrolls were nothing special—fine, but forgettable—and the green dipping sauce didn’t taste fresh. The cheesecake, which should be the star, had a faint but noticeable flavor of egg and freezer burn. Not what you expect from a dessert that’s supposed to be iconic. The restaurant was also surprisingly empty, and after this experience, I get why. I won’t be coming back. Maybe I’ll check again in another 23 years—but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Extremely disappointing experience. There was no bread served before the meal, and we waited over 10 minutes just to receive water. Every time we tried to get the staff’s attention, we were ignored, and the attitude felt clearly discriminatory and borderline racist. Even when we asked for the bill, we had to call them several times before anyone responded. On top of that, the plates and chairs were dirty, which made the whole dining environment feel unhygienic and unacceptable. This was a humiliating and deeply unpleasant experience, and I will never be returning to this restaurant.

Horrible customer service. Employee Thomas told me to calm down when I complained about waiting 25 minutes for my food. I was upset to a point I request a refund. I did contact the website and sent you detailed email and you never responded.

Went to zoo with a friend and her toddler grandkids. we went to La Madeleine for lunch. Because boy toddler is allergic to eggs and nuts, we looked at allergen menu. we also spoke with staff to ensure no eggs or nuts for the boy toddler. In fact, staff went back to kitchen twice to ensure the ingredients for chicken cheese sandwich on brioche bread was egg and nut free. Assured by staff, we ordered this for the child. We were asked if we wanted it cold or hot. We said hot. We got the sandwich and the cheese was melted to the rest of the sandwich. Halfway thru the meal, the boy's lips swelled. Ultimately his entire lower face became red and inflamed while at the restaurant. Staff looked on but said nothing. We immediately administered Benedryl per instructions on how to handle a single-symptom reaction to an allergy. We then left. Within approximately five minutes in the car, the child threw up. Since this was a second reaction, this constituted Anaphylactic shock. We were in stop and go traffic we but immediately pulled over so I could administer the epi-pen. we then met the parents in the Texas Childrens Hospital where he was required to remain for observation in case there were further complications. This was a frightening and dangerous situation. Turns out that kitchen staff had decided to add mayo to the sandwich. The melted cheese inside made it difficult to see the mayo, and it was certainly an unexpected addition to the hot sandwich and was definitely NOT requested.
